Claims (20)
- 一种空气处理模块,用于空调器,所述空调器具有换热风道,其特征在于,所述空气处理模块包括:壳体,所述壳体具有空气处理风道,和均与所述空气处理风道连通的进风口、出风口,所述换热风道和所述空气处理风道相互独立设置;净化滤网,所述净化滤网设于所述空气处理风道内;风机组件,所述风机组件设于所述空气处理风道内,且所述风机组件的轴向呈竖直设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述净化滤网将所述空气处理风道上下分隔为第一腔体和第二腔体,所述风机组件设于所述第一腔体或第二腔体,所述第一腔体与所述进风口连通,所述第二腔体与所述出风口连通。
- 如权利要求2所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述风机组件设于所述第二腔体时,所述空气处理模块还包括:设置于所述第二腔体内的水箱和设于所述风机组件的甩水组件,所述风机组件位于所述水箱的下方,所述甩水组件与所述水箱连通,所述空气处理风道内的气流经所述甩水组件的甩水区域后从出风口流出。
- 如权利要求3所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述风机组件包括风轮,所述甩水组件包括吸水件和与所述吸水件连接的甩水轮,所述吸水件设置于所述水箱内;所述甩水轮设于所述风轮内,且所述甩水轮的转动轴心连接于所述风轮的转动轴心。
- 如权利要求4所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述风机组件还包括蜗壳、设于所述蜗壳的电机固定件、以及设于所述电机固定件的电机,所述电机与所述风轮连接,所述风轮设于所述蜗壳内。
- 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述进风口包括:新风口,所述新风口与室外连通;和/或,所述进风口包括内循环进风口,所述内循环进风口与室内连通。
- 如权利要求6所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述进风口包括新风口时,新风口处设置有新风门;和/或,所述进风口包括内循环进风口时,所述内循环进风口设置为内循环进风格栅。
- 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述壳体的底部设有所述出风口,所述风机组件的出风端与所述出风口连通。
- 如权利要求1所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述壳体设有外壳,外壳与壳体之间形成有第三腔体,所述第三腔体与所述第一腔体连通,所述外壳设有与所述第三腔体连通的所述进风口。
- 如权利要求6所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述壳体设有外壳,外壳与壳体之间形成有第三腔体,所述第三腔体与所述第一腔体连通,所述外壳设有与所述第三腔体连通的所述进风口。
- 如权利要求8所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述壳体设有外壳,外壳与壳体之间形成有第三腔体,所述第三腔体与所述第一腔体连通,所述外壳设有与所述第三腔体连通的所述进风口。
- 一种空调器,包括空调室内换热模块,所述空调室内换热模块设有与室内连通的换热进风口、与室内连通的换热出风口和连通所述换热进风口与所述换热出风口的换热风道,其特征在于,所述空调器还包括空气处理模块,所述空气处理模块设于所述空调室内换热模块的一端,所述换热风道与所述空气处理风道相互独立设置;所述空气处理模块包括:壳体,所述壳体具有空气处理风道,和均与所述空气处理风道连通的进风口、出风口,所述换热风道和所述空气处理风道相互独立设置;净化滤网,所述净化滤网设于所述空气处理风道内;风机组件,所述风机组件设于所述空气处理风道内,且所述风机组件的轴向呈竖直设置。
- 如权利要求12所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述空调室内换热模块以竖直方式设置,所述空气处理模块设于所述空调室内换热模块的底端,所述空气处理出风口设于所述空气处理模块的底部。
- 如权利要求13所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器为壁挂机。
- 如权利要求12所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述净化滤网将所述空气处理风道上下分隔为第一腔体和第二腔体,所述风机组件设于所述第一腔体或第二腔体,所述第一腔体与所述进风口连通,所述第二腔体与所述出风口连通。
- 如权利要求15所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述风机组件设于所述第二腔体时,所述空气处理模块还包括:设置于所述第二腔体内的水箱和设于所述风机组件的甩水组件,所述风机组件位于所述水箱的下方,所述甩水组件与所述水箱连通,所述空气处理风道内的气流经所述甩水组件的甩水区域后从出风口流出。
- 如权利要求16所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述风机组件包括风轮,所述甩水组件包括吸水件和与所述吸水件连接的甩水轮,所述吸水件设置于所述水箱内;所述甩水轮设于所述风轮内,且所述甩水轮的转动轴心连接于所述风轮的转动轴心。
- 如权利要求12所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述进风口包括新风口时,新风口处设置有新风门;和/或,所述进风口包括内循环进风口时,所述内循环进风口设置为内循环进风格栅。
- 如权利要求18所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述壳体的底部设有所述出风口,所述风机组件的出风端与所述出风口连通。
- 如权利要求12所述的空气处理模块,其特征在于,所述壳体设有外壳,外壳与壳体之间形成有第三腔体,所述第三腔体与所述第一腔体连通,所述外壳设有与所述第三腔体连通的所述进风口。
