一种离心水冷风柜机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电器技术领域,具体涉及到了一种离心水冷风柜机。
背景技术
现有的离心水冷风柜机结构设计不合理,离心风机产生的噪音较大,极易影响周围的环境,且离心水冷风柜机及其内结构防锈性能不佳,水冷机构产生的水汽极易导致使用寿命大大缩短,影响离心水冷风柜机的正常使用。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供了一种结构设计简单合理,离心风机不会产噪音,装置及其内结构防锈性能极佳的离心水冷风柜机。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种离心水冷风柜机包括柜体、水冷机构、过滤器和风冷机构,所述柜体内装设有水冷机构,所述水冷机构三个端面装设有湿帘,所述水冷机构底端装设有水盘,所述水盘一侧设有进补水管道并与其相连接,所述进补水管道一侧设有进水电磁阀并与其相连接,所述水盘另一侧设有排水管道并与其相连接,所述排水管道上装设有排水电磁阀,所述水冷机构一侧装设有过滤器,所述过滤器一侧设有风冷机构,所述风冷机构内设有离心风机,所述离心风机下装设有离心风机消音器,所述离心风机与柜体顶盖下装设有限位卡钩,所述离心风机顶端装设有限位钩座,所述限位卡钩和限位钩座相连接,所述柜体一侧开设有出风口,所述出风口与离心风机相连通。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述水盘上装设有至少9条盘管。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述水盘上设有浮球开关。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述柜体、限位卡钩和限位钩座由不锈钢铸造为一体成型结构。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述离心风机和离心风机消音器外表面镀有锌层。
采用上述结构,其有益效果在于:
本实用新型结构设计简单合理,风冷机构内设有离心风机,离心风机下装设有离心风机消音器,离心风机消音器便于安装拆卸极为简便,且消音效果极佳,能够有效的解决离心风机产生的噪音较大,极易影响周围的环境的问题,离心风 机与柜体顶盖下装设有限位卡钩,离心风机顶端装设有限位钩座,限位卡钩和限位钩座相连接,限位卡钩和限位钩座可在离心风机底端安装消音器后,将离心风机与柜体顶盖相钩接,固定性能极佳,保证了离心风机的使用的稳定性,柜体、限位卡钩和限位钩座由不锈钢铸造为一体成型结构,不锈钢的强度高,且防绣性极佳,离心风机和离心风机消音器外表面镀有锌层,防锈性能好,保证装置整体运行的稳定性,有效的解决了现有的离心水冷风柜机及其内结构防锈性能不佳,水冷机构产生的水汽极易导致使用寿命大大缩短,影响离心水冷风柜机的正常使用的问题。

如图1、图2所示,一种离心水冷风柜机,包括柜体1、水冷机构2、过滤器3和风冷机构4,所述柜体1内装设有水冷机构2,所述水冷机构2三个端面装设有湿帘5,所述水冷机构2底端装设有水盘6,所述水盘6一侧设有进补水管道8并与其相连接,所述进补水管道8一侧设有进水电磁阀9并与其相连接,所述水盘6另一侧设有排水管道11并与其相连接,所述排水管道11上装设有排水电磁阀12,所述水冷机构2一侧装设有过滤器3,所述过滤器3一侧设有风冷机构4,所述风冷机构4内设有离心风机13,所述离心风机13下装设有离心风机消音器17,所述离心风机13与柜体1顶盖下装设有限位卡钩14,所述离心风机13顶端装设有限位钩座15,所述限位卡钩14和限位钩座15相连接,所述柜体1一侧开设有出风口16,所述出风口16与离心风机13相连通。
水盘6上装设有至少9条盘管7,所述水盘6上设有浮球开关10。
柜体1、限位卡钩14和限位钩座15由不锈钢铸造为一体成型结构,所述离 心风机13和离心风机消音器7外表面镀有锌层。

  1. 一种离心水冷风柜机,其特征在于:包括柜体(1)、水冷机构(2)、过滤器(3)和风冷机构(4),所述柜体(1)内装设有水冷机构(2),所述水冷机构(2)三个端面装设有湿帘(5),所述水冷机构(2)底端装设有水盘(6),所述水盘(6)一侧设有进补水管道(8)并与其相连接,所述进补水管道(8)一侧设有进水电磁阀(9)并与其相连接,所述水盘(6)另一侧设有排水管道(11)并与其相连接,所述排水管道(11)上装设有排水电磁阀(12),所述水冷机构(2)一侧装设有过滤器(3),所述过滤器(3)一侧设有风冷机构(4),所述风冷机构(4)内设有离心风机(13),所述离心风机(13)下装设有离心风机消音器(17),所述离心风机(13)与柜体(1)顶盖下装设有限位卡钩(14),所述离心风机(13)顶端装设有限位钩座(15),所述限位卡钩(14)和限位钩座(15)相连接,所述柜体(1)一侧开设有出风口(16),所述出风口(16)与离心风机(13)相连通。

    根据权利要求1所述的离心水冷风柜机,其特征在于:所述水盘(6)上设有浮球开关(10)。
    根据权利要求1所述的离心水冷风柜机,其特征在于:所述柜体(1)、限位卡钩(14)和限位钩座(15)由不锈钢铸造为一体成型结构。
