本发明涉及电子烟领域,尤其涉及一种烟具以及电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术提供了一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括发烟组件以及电池组件,发烟组件内设置有烟草制件,在所述电池组件为所述发烟组件进行供电的情况下,所述发烟组件可对烟草制件进行加热,从而使得烟草制件能够生成可供用户吸食的含尼古丁的气雾。
采用现有技术所示电子烟,对发烟组件进行加热而不是燃烧,从而有效减少加热降解产生的对用户身体有害的气体,但是,现有技术所示的所述发烟组件不能够对烟草制件进行均匀的加热,从而使得用户会吸食到浓度不均匀的烟气,且在所述发烟组件内进行发烟组件的更换比较复杂,从而降低了用户对发烟组件进行更换的效率,而且更换发烟组件的过程中,容易造成烟丝脱离,脱离的烟丝残留在所述发烟组件内部时,大大降低了对发烟组件进行清理的繁琐效率。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种烟具以及电子烟,其能够使得用户吸食到烟气浓度均匀,而且避免烟丝的脱离的情况。
本发明第一方面提供了一种烟具,包括烟管,所述烟管的内部固定设置有加热部件,由导电材质制成的所述加热部件呈镂空圆管形结构,所述加热部件的内腔用于插设固定发烟棒,所述发烟棒与所述加热部件的内腔的腔壁相互抵持,使得所述加热部件在通电时为所述发烟棒进行加热以生成可供吸食的烟气。
可选的,所述加热部件的周壁镂空设置有多个镂空部,所述镂空部呈环状,和/或呈长条形,和/或呈椭圆形。

为使得流通至所述烟具内的气流能够完全的流动至所述发烟棒103内,提升气流带动烟气的效率,则本实施例所示沿所述烟具的轴向,所述发烟棒103的横截面积大于所述第二通孔的横截面积,以使所述发烟棒103的端面能够完全的覆盖住所述第二固定件109的第二通孔设置,从而使得流通至所述烟具内的气流能够完全的流动至所述发烟棒103内,有效的提升了气流带动烟气的效率。
为使得所述烟具内的气流能够流动至所述发烟棒103内,则贯穿所述烟管101设置有第三通孔111。
本实施例所示的烟具内部的具体气流方向,请参见图4所示箭头所示的气 流方向,即所述烟具外部的气流能够经由所述第三通孔111流动至所述烟管101内部,使得流通至所述烟具内部的气流经由所述第二固定件109的第二通孔流动至所述发烟棒103内,所述发烟棒103所生成的烟气沿所述发烟棒103的轴向流动,直至流动至所述端部110以被用户吸食。
本实施例所示的所述第三通孔111和所述第二容纳凹腔106远离所述第一容纳凹腔105的腔口之间为第一距离,所述第二固定件109的第二通孔和所述第二容纳凹腔106远离所述第一容纳凹腔105的腔口之间为第二距离,因本实施例所示的所述第一距离小于所述第二距离,则本实施例所示能够进一步的提升经由所述第三通孔111流通至所述烟管101内部的气流流动至所述发烟棒103内部的效率,从而提升气流带动烟气向所述端部110流动的效率,保证了用户吸食烟气的浓度。
以图4和图7所示为例,本实施例所示的所述第二固定件109朝向所述加热部件102的端面设置第一台阶112和第二台阶113。
所述第一台阶112和所述第二台阶113通过抵持臂114连接设置,所述第二台阶113与所述隔热部件107相互抵持,所述加热部件102的端面抵持在所述第一台阶112上,所述加热部件102的侧壁与所述抵持臂114相互抵持。通过所述第二固定件109对所述加热部件102、所述隔热部件107的固定作用,从而使得本实施例所示的烟具结构稳固,提升了烟具的使用寿命。
本实施例所示的所述第一固定件108也可设置有所述第一台阶和第二台阶,具体设置方式与第二固定件109设置方式相同,具体在本实施例中不做赘述。
所述隔热部件107的另一种设置方式请参见图2以及图8所示,其中,图8为本发明所提供的烟具的一种实施例局部爆炸结构示意图。
具体的,图8所示为图2所示的区域300所示的爆炸结构示意图。
在本种设置方式中,所述隔热部件107呈真空管状结构。
具体的,所述隔热部件107的内周壁和所述隔热部件107的外周壁之间设置有隔热腔115,且所述隔热腔115为真空结构。
通过本实施例所提供的呈真空管状结构的所述隔热部件107,则能够有效的限制所述加热部件102向所述烟管101传导热量。
具体的,本实施例所示的所述隔热部件107的内周壁与所述加热部件102之间设置有用于隔热的间隙116。
通过所述间隙116能够更为有效的提升所述隔热部件107的隔热效果,从而进一步的避免了所述加热部件102向所述烟管101传导热量的可能。
在本种设置方式中,所述第一固定件108以及所述第二固定件109的具体说明可参见上述实施例所示,具体在本种设置方式中不做赘述。
可选的,本申请所提供的烟具中,所述第一固定件108朝向所述隔热部件107的端面凹设有凹槽117,所述隔热部件107插设固定在所述凹槽117内,从而进一步的提升了烟具结构的稳定,有效的延长了烟具的使用寿命。
具体的,所述凹槽117和所述第一固定件108的内侧壁之间形成有间隔,从而使得在所述隔热部件107插设固定在所述凹槽117内时,所述隔热部件107的内周壁与所述加热部件102之间形成有所述间隙116。
本实施例所示的所述第二固定件109也可设置有凹槽,具体设置方式请详见所述第一固定件108设置所述凹槽的具体方式,具体不做限定。
以下结合图5以及图9所示,对如何实现对加热部件102进行通电的进行说明:
其中,图9为本发明所提供的烟具的另一种实施例局部爆炸结构示意图。
具体的,图9所示为图5所示的区域400所示的爆炸结构示意图。
本实施例所示的所述第二容纳凹腔106内部插设固定有电极组件,所述电极组件包括外电极118、插设在所述外电极118内部的内电极119以及插设在所述外电极118和所述内电极119之间的绝缘环120,所述绝缘环120用于电性隔离所述外电极118和所述内电极119。
为实现电性连接,也可进一步参见图8所示,本实施例所示的所述烟具还包括第一导线121和第二导线122,所述第一导线121的第一端和所述第二导线的第一端均与所述加热部件102电连接。
为保障本实施例所示的电连接结构的稳固,则贯穿所述第二固定件109设置有第四通孔123和第五通孔124,所述第一导线121的第二端穿过所述第四通孔123插设固定在所述外电极118和所述绝缘环120之间,所述第二导线122的第二端穿过所述第五通孔124插设固定在所述内电极119和所述绝缘环 120之间。
通过本实施例所示的结构,有效的保障了所述第一导线121和所述第二导线122与所述电极组件之间电连接结构的稳固,从而使得即便在用户后续使用本实施例所示的烟具的过程中,出现晃动等情况下,所述加热部件102与所述电极组件之间的电连接关系不会改变,从而有效的保障了电极组件能够稳定的为所述加热部件102供电,从而有效的提升了烟具的使用寿命。
本申请还提供了一种电子烟,以下结合图10和图11所示对所述电子烟的结构进行说明,其中,图10为本发明所提供的电子烟的一种实施例整体结构示意图,图11为本发明所提供的电池杆组件的一种实施例剖面结构示意图。
本实施例所提供的电子烟包括电池杆组件201以及烟具202。
所述烟具202的具体结构的说明,请详见上述实施例所示,具体不做赘述。
本实施例所示的所述电池杆组件201用于向所述烟具202供电,具体的,所述电池杆组件201包括外电极203、内电极204以及绝缘环205,所述绝缘环205用于电性隔离所述外电极203和所述内电极204。
具体的,所述电池杆组件201所包括的所述外电极203与所述烟具202所包括的外电极118通过相互抵持的方式进行电连接,所述电池杆组件201所包括的所述内电极204与所述烟具202所包括的内电极119通过相互抵持的方式进行电连接。
所述电池杆组件201包括有电池206,本实施例以所述电池206为可充电的锂电池为例进行示例性说明,具体不做限定,只要所述电池206能够存储电能,并能够向所述烟具202供电即可。
具体的,本实施例所示的所述电池杆组件201与所述烟具202之间为可拆卸连接结构,则在所述电池杆组件201与所述烟具202连接上时,会使得所述电池杆组件201所包括的所述外电极203与所述烟具202所包括的外电极118通过相互抵持的方式进行电连接,所述电池杆组件201所包括的所述内电极204与所述烟具202所包括的内电极119通过相互抵持的方式进行电连接。
本实施例所示的可拆卸连接方式可为螺纹连接的结构,卡扣连接的结构等,具体在本实施例中不做限定。
本实施例所示的所述电池杆组件201还可包括控制电路模块207,所述控 制电路模块207与所述电池206电连接,所述控制电路模块207能够控制所述电池206向所述烟具202所输出的电流的大小,从而实现对所述加热部件102温度的控制,从而有效的控制发烟棒所生成的烟雾的烟雾量。
本实施例所示的所述电池杆组件201还可包括按键208,所述按键208与所述电池206电连接,在用户需要吸食烟气时,即可按压所述按键208,从而使得在所述按键208接收到用户输入的按压操作的情况下,所述电池206与所述外电极203以及所述内电极204导通,从而使得所述电池杆组件201为所述烟具202进行供电。
本实施例以所述按键208为机械按键为例进行示例性说明,本实施例所示的所述按键208也可为触控按键,即在所述按键208接收到用户输入的触摸操作的情况下,所述电池206与所述外电极203以及所述内电极204导通,本实施例对所述按键208的具体形式不做限定。
以上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种烟具,其特征在于,包括烟管,所述烟管的内部固定设置有加热部件,由导电材质制成的所述加热部件呈镂空圆管形结构,所述加热部件的内腔用于插设固定发烟棒,所述发烟棒与所述加热部件的内腔的腔壁相互抵持,使得所述加热部件在通电时为所述发烟棒进行加热以生成可供吸食的烟气。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述加热部件的周壁镂空设置有多个镂空部,所述镂空部呈环状,和/或呈长条形,和/或呈椭圆形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述烟管包括沿所述烟管轴向导通的第一容纳凹腔和第二容纳凹腔,所述第一容纳凹腔用于插设固定所述加热部件,所述第一容纳凹腔和所述加热部件之间设置有隔热部件,所述隔热部件用于隔离所述加热部件所散发的热量,其中,所述隔热部件呈两端开放的圆柱形结构,所述加热部件插设固定在所述隔热部件的内部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述隔热部件为气凝胶填充在所述加热部件的外周壁和所述第一容纳凹腔的内腔的腔壁之间以形成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述隔热部件为由所述气凝胶制成的气凝胶毡多层卷绕以形成,所述隔热部件的内周壁覆盖在所述加热部件的外周壁设置,且所述隔热部件的外周壁和所述第一容纳凹腔的内腔的腔壁相互抵持。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述隔热部件的内周壁和所述隔热部件的外周壁之间设置有隔热腔,且所述隔热腔为真空结构,所述隔热部件的内周壁与所述加热部件之间设置有用于隔热的间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述烟具还包括由耐热材质制成的第一固定件和第二固定件,所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件呈圆环形结构,所述发烟棒穿过所述第一固定件的第一通孔,且所述发烟棒的端面与所述第二固定件的第二通孔相抵持;沿所述烟具的轴向,所述发烟棒的横截面积大于所述第二通孔的横截面积,以使所述发烟棒的端面覆盖所述第二固定件的第二通孔设置;
    贯穿所述烟管设置有第三通孔,以使所述烟具外部的气流能够经由所述第三通孔流动至所述烟管内部,使得流通至所述烟具内部的气流经由所述第二固 定件的第二通孔流动至所述发烟棒内,所述气流用于带动所述发烟棒所生成的烟气沿所述发烟棒的轴向流动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述第三通孔和所述第二容纳凹腔远离所述第一容纳凹腔的腔口之间为第一距离,所述第二通孔和所述第二容纳凹腔远离所述第一容纳凹腔的腔口之间为第二距离,且所述第一距离小于所述第二距离。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述第一固定件和/或所述第二固定件朝向所述隔热部件的端面凹设有凹槽,所述隔热部件插设固定在所述凹槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述第一固定件和/或所述第二固定件朝向所述加热部件的端面设置第一台阶和第二台阶,所述第一台阶和所述第二台阶通过抵持臂连接设置,所述第二台阶与所述隔热部件相互抵持,所述加热部件的端面抵持在所述第一台阶上,所述加热部件的侧壁与所述抵持臂相互抵持。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的烟具,其特征在于,所述烟具还包括第一导线和第二导线,所述第一导线的第一端和所述第二导线的第一端均与所述加热部件电连接;
    所述第二容纳凹腔内部插设固定有电极组件,所述电极组件包括外电极、插设在所述外电极内部的内电极以及插设在所述外电极和所述内电极之间的绝缘环,所述绝缘环用于电性隔离所述外电极和所述内电极;
    贯穿所述第二固定件设置有第四通孔和第五通孔,所述第一导线的第二端穿过所述第四通孔插设固定在所述外电极和所述绝缘环之间,所述第二导线的第二端穿过所述第五通孔插设固定在所述内电极和所述绝缘环之间。
  12. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括电池杆组件和烟具;
    所述烟具包括烟管,所述烟管的内部固定设置有加热部件,由导电材质制成的所述加热部件呈镂空圆管形结构,所述加热部件的内腔用于插设固定发烟棒,所述发烟棒与所述加热部件的内腔的腔壁相互抵持,所述电池杆组件与所述烟具可拆卸连接,所述电池杆组件用于为所述加热部件供电,使得所述加热部件为所述发烟棒进行加热以生成可供吸食的烟气。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述加热部件的周壁镂空设置有多个镂空部,所述镂空部呈环状,和/或呈长条形,和/或呈椭圆形。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟管包括沿所述烟管轴向导通的第一容纳凹腔和第二容纳凹腔,所述第一容纳凹腔用于插设固定所述加热部件,所述第一容纳凹腔和所述加热部件之间设置有隔热部件,所述隔热部件用于隔离所述加热部件所散发的热量,其中,所述隔热部件呈两端开放的圆柱形结构,所述加热部件插设固定在所述隔热部件的内部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述隔热部件为气凝胶填充在所述加热部件的外周壁和所述第一容纳凹腔的内腔的腔壁之间以形成。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述隔热部件为由所述气凝胶制成的气凝胶毡多层卷绕以形成,所述隔热部件的内周壁覆盖在所述加热部件的外周壁设置,且所述隔热部件的外周壁和所述第一容纳凹腔的内腔的腔壁相互抵持。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述隔热部件的内周壁和所述隔热部件的外周壁之间设置有隔热腔,且所述隔热腔为真空结构,所述隔热部件的内周壁与所述加热部件之间设置有用于隔热的间隙。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟具还包括由耐热材质制成的第一固定件和第二固定件,所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件呈圆环形结构,所述发烟棒穿过所述第一固定件的第一通孔,且所述发烟棒的端面与所述第二固定件的第二通孔相抵持;沿所述烟具的轴向,所述发烟棒的横截面积大于所述第二通孔的横截面积,以使所述发烟棒的端面覆盖所述第二固定件的第二通孔设置;
    贯穿所述烟管设置有第三通孔,以使所述烟具外部的气流能够经由所述第三通孔流动至所述烟管内部,使得流通至所述烟具内部的气流经由所述第二固定件的第二通孔流动至所述发烟棒内,所述气流用于带动所述发烟棒所生成的烟气沿所述发烟棒的轴向流动。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第三通孔和所述第二容纳凹腔远离所述第一容纳凹腔的腔口之间为第一距离,所述第二通孔和 所述第二容纳凹腔远离所述第一容纳凹腔的腔口之间为第二距离,且所述第一距离小于所述第二距离。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟具还包括第一导线和第二导线,所述第一导线的第一端和所述第二导线的第一端均与所述加热部件电连接;
    所述第二容纳凹腔内部插设固定有电极组件,所述电极组件包括外电极、插设在所述外电极内部的内电极以及插设在所述外电极和所述内电极之间的绝缘环,所述绝缘环用于电性隔离所述外电极和所述内电极;
    贯穿所述第二固定件设置有第四通孔和第五通孔,所述第一导线的第二端穿过所述第四通孔插设固定在所述外电极和所述绝缘环之间,所述第二导线的第二端穿过所述第五通孔插设固定在所述内电极和所述绝缘环之间。
