  • At least two vertical poles (52) with their uppermost outward facing horizontally curved ends (53) shall then be placed on the external sides of the metal sheets (22) to connect to a set of hangers (47) through their set of bottommost holes (48) and a set of fasteners (49) on at least two ends.
  • the hangers (47) are further anchorable, on their hook ends (50), to a downward facing C-shaped rail (40) and the vertical poles (52) are further tightened to the product (1) with a set of fasteners (70) at the bases (71).
  • the product (1) may be set up to stand on a ground by having— at or along its bottom side— at least one metal stand (75) placing between the two solid sheets (3 and 13) wherein— as shown in FIG.7D— a first surface (76) of said metal stand (75) is positioned on or next to the EVA films (5) on the second layer (4), a second surface (77) is positioned on a or next to the EVA films (11) on the fourth layer (10), and a central holding portion (80) provides a space for holding the reliable sheet (9) in place.

  • One example of the method of producing a multi-material foldable product ( 1 ) according to this invention may comprise the following steps: - Step 1: placing a template on a vacuum tray; - Step 2: placing a polypropylene (PP) wrap on the template;

  • Step 9 vacuuming the pre-vacuumed product at room temperature for 75-200 minutes, increasing the temperature to 60-90 °C for 70-110 minutes, increasing the temperature to 90-120 °C for 40-70 minutes, increasing the temperature to 120-140 °C for 20-40 minutes, then maintaining the temperature at 120-140 °C for 75-100 minutes, and reducing the temperature until it reaches 40 °C before shutting down the vacuum system; and
  • Step 10 taking the product (1) out of the vacuum system.

Abstract

Produit pliable à matériaux multiples (1) comprenant de manière générale au moins un ensemble de feuilles solides (3) en tant que sa première couche la plus à l'extérieur (2), un film polymère en tant que sa deuxième couche (4), une feuille enroulable (9) en tant que sa troisième couche (8), un deuxième film polymère en tant que sa quatrième couche (10), et une deuxième feuille solide (13) en tant que sa cinquième couche la plus à l'extérieur (12). Le produit pliable à matériaux multiples (1) peut en outre comprendre un ensemble de feuilles métalliques (18) se plaçant le long d'au moins un côté du produit ou étant à proximité d'au moins un bord du produit pour ancrage au système de suspension qui peut être relié au rail tel qu'un système de rideau ou peut, éventuellement, comprendre un ensemble de supports métalliques se plaçant le long d'au moins un côté inférieur du produit pour maintenir le produit pliable à matériaux multiples (1) en place comme une séparation.
