Abstract

본 발명은, 용융된 리튬에 무기물 분말을 투입해 혼합물을 만드는 제 1 단계; 상기 혼합물을 압출한 후, 냉각시켜 100~200㎛ 두께의 리튬금속-무기물 복합체 리본을 제조하는 제 2 단계; 상기 리튬금속-무기물 복합체 리본을 압연하여 리튬금속-무기물 복합체 박막을 제조하는 제 3 단계; 및 음극의 표면에 상기 리튬금속-무기물 복합체 박막을 올려 리튬금속-무기물 복합층을 형성하는 제 4 단계;를 포함하는 음극의 전리튬화 방법이다. 본 발명은 리튬금속-무기물 복합 박막을 음극에 접합하기 때문에, 리튬이 대기에 노출되는 시간을 최소화하여, 종래 리튬금속-무기물 혼합물을 도포함에 있어, 리튬금속의 높은 반응성으로 인해 혼합물 슬러리를 도포하는 과정에서 리튬이 변질되는 문제를 개선한 효과가 있다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 전리튬화 방법을 통해 제조된 이차전지용 음극은 초기 비가역성이 개선된 특성을 가지며, 이러한 이차전지용 음극을 이용하여 제조한 이차전지는 우수한 충방전 효율을 가진다.
