Description

微调注射笔
本申请要求于2017年08月08日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710671909.3、发明名称为“微调注射笔”和2017年08月08日提交中国专利局、申请号为201720979435.4、实用新型名称为“微调注射笔”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种微调注射笔。
背景技术
传统的药物注射通常需要专业医护人员采用一次性无菌注射器进行注射,其注射过程难免会产生玻璃碎屑、并造成药液浪费等问题。
为解决上述问题,应运而生了一种可以自我注射的注射笔,在实施注射时,只需将药瓶装入注射笔内,连接相配套的针头就可以实现自我注射,整个注射过程不会产生玻璃碎屑,药液不发生转移,不会暴露在空气中,因此可保证用药的安全性,提高用药的便捷性。
其可应用于各类急救和慢性疾病糖尿病等,帮助心脑血管病患者、低血糖患者实现自我注射,其次还可应用于急性中毒或者患者发病时的急救用药、止血止痛、生化武器的自救。但是现有的注射笔不便于调节用药量,而且在注射时难以精确控制用药量。
因此,如何提供一种微调注射笔,以便于剂量的调节以及提高其用药量精度,是本领域技术人员急需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种微调注射笔,可以有效解决用药量调节不精确等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种微调注射笔,包括:
差动螺旋传动机构,其包括用于推动卡式瓶塞的推杆、与所述推杆螺纹连接的推杆螺母、和所述推杆螺母轴向对接的定位旋转棘齿、一端与所述定位旋转棘齿可离合连接的调节杆、以及控制所述调节杆旋转的棘齿筒,所述棘齿筒套设在所述调节杆外部;
剂量调节机构,其包括旋钮、数码筒、调节筒和棘齿连接圈以及调节连接筒,所述棘齿连接圈套设在所述调节杆外部,所述调节连接筒套设在所述调节杆和所述棘齿连接圈以及所述棘齿筒外部,所述棘齿连接圈两端的棘齿的倾斜方向相同,所述棘齿连接圈的两端通过棘齿分别与所述调节杆和所述棘齿筒连接,所述调节连接筒通过螺纹连接在所述调节筒外部,所述数码筒套接在所述调节连接筒外部,所述数码筒的顶端卡接在所述旋钮内部,所述数码筒外壁设有呈螺旋状分布的刻度线;
壳体,所述差动螺旋传动设置在所述壳体内,所述壳体上设有用于显示所述数码筒上的刻度的视窗,所述壳体内设有用于安装所述卡式瓶的笔芯架;
注射机构,其包括一端和所述棘齿筒的一端接触的按键连接件、推动所述按键连接件轴向移动的按键、两端分别抵紧所述按键连接件和所述按键的按键弹簧,在按压所述按键后,所述按键连接件和所述棘齿连接圈做轴向运动,所述数码筒做螺旋轴向运动。
优选地,所述壳体内设有用于推动所述推杆螺母向下移动、进而带动所述定位旋转棘齿和所述调节杆相互分离的复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的底端端抵紧在所述推杆螺母的上端。
优选地,所述壳体内还设有定位齿,所述定位齿套设在所述调节杆外部,所述调节杆外部套设有注射声响棘齿和注射弹跳弹簧,所述注射声响棘齿通过注射弹跳弹簧和所述定位齿对接。
优选地,所述推杆螺母和所述卡式瓶塞之间设有推杆头。
优选地,所述调节杆外部设有沿轴向分布的沟槽,所述棘齿筒内部设 有和所述沟槽配合的滑块。
优选地,所述视窗上设有视窗盖。

将卡式瓶装入笔芯架中时,推杆螺母受力向上滑动,同时定位旋转棘齿也随之移动,在卡式瓶装配到位后,定位旋转棘齿与调节杆端部的棘齿相互吻合。注射前进行计量调节时,通过旋转旋钮,以带动数码筒、调节筒、棘齿连接圈、棘齿筒和按键连接件以及按键同时向上移动,其中调节筒做螺纹导程旋转运动,调节筒与棘齿连接圈是棘齿装配,同时由于按键弹簧的反作用力,因此在调节过程中,棘齿连接圈和棘齿筒的接触处在棘齿的作用下会出现“咔”响声,在调节时可通过视窗观察所调节的剂量,若调节剂量过多,可通过回转旋钮来进行剂量的回调,由于棘齿连接圈的两端均设有棘齿,因此在回调时,棘齿连接圈和调节筒的接触处在棘齿的作用下会也会出现“咔”响声,通过响声,可以给用户以声音提醒,此外结合视窗的视觉提示,有利于剂量的调节。
在调节至所需要的剂量后,即可进行注射,按压按键,按键连接件沿其轴线方向做直线运动,同时带动棘齿筒、棘齿连接圈、调节筒和数码筒、调节杆、定位旋转棘齿做螺旋运动,继而带动推杆旋转,在推杆螺母的作用下,推杆做轴向移动,进而推动卡式瓶塞,即可实现注射目的。该微调注射笔可以重复使用,避免传统一次性注射笔耗材减少医疗垃圾。此外相对于传统的直推式注射笔,通过将螺旋运动转化为直线运动,可有效提高注射精度。

具体实施方式
正如背景技术部分所述,目前的注射笔在注射时不便于剂量的调节。
基于上述研究的基础上,本发明实施例提供了一种微调注射笔,注射前进行计量调节时,通过旋转旋钮,以带动数码筒、调节筒、棘齿连接圈、棘齿筒和按键连接件以及按键同时向上移动,其中调节筒做螺纹导程旋转运动,调节筒与棘齿连接圈是棘齿装配,同时由于按键弹簧的反作用力,因此在调节过程中,棘齿连接圈和棘齿筒的接触处在棘齿的作用下会出现“咔”响声,在调节时可通过视窗观察所调节的剂量,若调节剂量过多,可通过回转旋钮来进行剂量的回调,由于棘齿连接圈的两端均设有棘齿,因此在回调时,棘齿连接圈和调节筒的接触处在棘齿的作用下会也会出现“咔”响声,通过响声,可以给用户以声音提醒,此外结合视窗的视觉提示,有利于剂量的调节。此外该微调注射笔可以重复使用,避免传统一次性注射笔耗材减少医疗垃圾。相对于传统的直推式注射笔,通过将螺旋运动转化为直线运动,可有效提高注射精度。
为了使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
在以下描述中阐述了具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以多种不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似推广。因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施方式的限制。
请参考图1-图3,图1为本发明一种具体实施方式所提供的一种微调注射笔的剖视结构示意图;图2为本发明一种具体实施方式所提供的一种微调注射笔的爆炸结构示意图;图3为本发明一种具体实施方式所提供的一种微调注射笔的剖视部分结构示意图。
本发明的一种具体实施方式提供了一种微调注射笔,包括:差动螺旋传动机构,其包括用于推动卡式瓶塞的推杆18、与推杆18螺纹连接的推杆螺母22、和推杆螺母22轴向对接的定位旋转棘齿21、一端与定位旋转 棘齿21可离合连接的调节杆17、以及控制调节杆17旋转的棘齿筒8,棘齿筒8套设在调节杆17外部;剂量调节机构,其包括旋钮2、数码筒15、调节筒7和棘齿连接圈9以及调节连接筒6,棘齿连接圈9套设在调节杆17外部,调节连接筒6套设在调节杆17和棘齿连接圈9以及棘齿筒8外部,棘齿连接圈9两端的棘齿的倾斜方向相同,棘齿连接圈9的两端通过棘齿分别与调节杆17和棘齿筒8连接,调节连接筒6通过螺纹连接在调节筒7外部,数码筒15套接在调节连接筒6外部,数码筒15的尾端螺纹连接在旋钮2内部,数码筒15的尾端套接在调节筒7外部,数码筒15外壁设有呈螺旋状分布的刻度线;壳体3,差动螺旋传动设置在壳体3内,壳体3上设有用于显示数码筒15上的刻度的视窗4,壳体3内设有用于放置卡式瓶的笔芯架24;注射机构,其包括一端和棘齿筒8的一端接触的按键连接件16、推动按键连接件16轴向移动的按键1、两端分别抵紧按键连接件16和按键1的按键弹簧14。
应用本实施例提供的微调注射笔时,将卡式瓶装入笔芯架24中时,推杆螺母22受力向上滑动,同时定位旋转棘齿21也随之移动,在卡式瓶装配到位后,定位旋转棘齿21与调节杆17端部的棘齿相互吻合。其中笔芯架24可通过笔芯架24连接筒12连接在壳体3上,笔芯架24外还套设有笔帽13。
注射前进行计量调节时,通过旋转旋钮2,以带动数码筒15、调节筒7、棘齿连接圈9、棘齿筒8和按键连接件16以及按键1同时向上移动,其中调节筒7做螺纹导程旋转运动,调节筒7与棘齿连接圈9是棘齿装配,同时由于按键弹簧14的反作用力,因此在调节过程中,棘齿连接圈9和棘齿筒8的接触处在棘齿的作用下会出现“咔”响声,在调节时可通过视窗4观察所调节的剂量,若调节剂量过多,可通过回转旋钮2来进行剂量的回调,由于棘齿连接圈9的两端均设有棘齿,因此在回调时,棘齿连接圈9和调节筒7的接触处在棘齿的作用下会也会出现“咔”响声,通过响声,可以给用户以声音提醒,此外结合视窗4的视觉提示,有利于剂量的调节。
在调节至所需要的剂量后,即可进行注射,按压按键1,按键连接件16沿其轴线方向做直线运动,同时带动棘齿筒8、棘齿连接圈9、调节筒7和数码筒15、调节杆17、定位旋转棘齿21做螺旋运动,继而带动推杆18旋转,在推杆螺母22的作用下,推杆18做轴向移动,进而推动卡式瓶塞,即可实现注射目的。
此外上述实施例提供的微调注射笔,可以重复使用,避免传统一次性注射笔耗材减少医疗垃圾。还值得一提的是,相对于传统的直推式注射笔,通过将螺旋运动转化为直线运动,可有效提高注射精度。
进一步地,壳体3内设有用于推动推杆螺母22向下移动、进而带动定位旋转棘齿21和调节杆17相互分离的复位弹簧11,复位弹簧11的底端端抵紧在推杆螺母22的上端。
在安装卡式瓶时,复位弹簧11在推杆螺母22的挤压下进行收缩;在取出卡式瓶之后,推杆螺母22在复位弹簧11的作用下,会推动推杆螺母22向下移动,由于推杆螺母22和定位旋转棘齿21相互连接,因此可使得定位旋转棘齿21和调节杆17相互分离。
更进一步地,壳体3内还设有定位齿20,定位齿20套设在调节杆17外部,调节杆17外部套设有注射声响棘齿10和注射弹跳弹簧19,注射声响棘齿10通过注射弹跳弹簧19和定位齿20对接。
在装配卡式瓶的过程中,调节杆17和注射声响棘齿10做直线运动,在注射弹跳弹簧19的挤压下,注射声响棘齿10和定位齿20对接。
在注射过程中,由于定位齿20固定不动,通过注射声响棘齿10的转动,可产生“咔”响声,以便于给用户听觉上的注射提醒。
为了优化上述实施例提供的推杆18的使用效果,推杆螺母22和卡式瓶塞之间设有推杆头23。其中可在推杆头23上设置一腔室,推杆18末端设有卡块,卡块卡在腔室中,使得推杆18转动时,不会带动推杆头23转动,仅是推杆头23产生轴向的移动。
进一步地,调节杆17外部设有沿轴向分布的沟槽,棘齿筒8内部设有 和沟槽配合的滑块。通过沟槽便于棘齿筒8的移动,也便于棘齿筒8带动调节杆17转动。其中可在调节杆17上设置两条对称设置的沟槽,此外注射声响棘齿10内圈也设有和沟槽相互适应的滑块,以便于调节杆17和注射声响棘齿10进行同步转动。
更进一步地,视窗4上设有视窗盖5。通过视窗盖5可对数码筒15上的刻度进行保护,以提高其使用寿命,其中优选视窗盖5为透明的视窗盖5。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种微调注射笔,其特征在于,包括:
    差动螺旋传动机构,其包括用于推动卡式瓶塞的推杆、与所述推杆螺纹连接的推杆螺母、和所述推杆螺母轴向对接的定位旋转棘齿、一端与所述定位旋转棘齿可离合连接的调节杆、以及控制所述调节杆旋转的棘齿筒,所述棘齿筒套设在所述调节杆外部;
    剂量调节机构,其包括旋钮、数码筒、调节筒和棘齿连接圈以及调节连接筒,所述棘齿连接圈套设在所述调节杆外部,所述调节连接筒套设在所述调节杆和所述棘齿连接圈以及所述棘齿筒外部,所述棘齿连接圈两端的棘齿的倾斜方向相同,所述棘齿连接圈的两端通过棘齿分别与所述调节杆和所述棘齿筒连接,所述调节连接筒通过螺纹连接在所述调节筒外部,所述数码筒套接在所述调节连接筒外部,所述数码筒的顶端卡接在所述旋钮内部,所述数码筒外壁设有呈螺旋状分布的刻度线;
    壳体,所述差动螺旋传动设置在所述壳体内,所述壳体上设有用于显示所述数码筒上的刻度的视窗,所述壳体内设有用于安装所述卡式瓶的笔芯架;
    注射机构,其包括一端和所述棘齿筒的一端接触的按键连接件、推动所述按键连接件轴向移动的按键、两端分别抵紧所述按键连接件和所述按键的按键弹簧,在按压所述按键后,所述按键连接件和所述棘齿连接圈做轴向运动,所述数码筒做螺旋轴向运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的微调注射笔,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有用于推动所述推杆螺母向下移动、进而带动所述定位旋转棘齿和所述调节杆相互分离的复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的底端端抵紧在所述推杆螺母的上端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的微调注射笔,其特征在于,所述壳体内还设有定位齿,所述定位齿套设在所述调节杆外部,所述调节杆外部套设有注射声响棘齿和注射弹跳弹簧,所述注射声响棘齿通过注射弹跳弹簧和所述 定位齿对接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的微调注射笔,其特征在于,所述推杆螺母和所述卡式瓶塞之间设有推杆头。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的微调注射笔,其特征在于,所述调节杆外部设有沿轴向分布的沟槽,所述棘齿筒内部设有和所述沟槽配合的滑块。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的微调注射笔,其特征在于,所述视窗上设有视窗盖。
