目前,运输合同的制定、维护、跟踪都是通过人工完成,常常会导致处理效率非常低下。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提出一种运输合同管理系统,以提高运输合同管理的效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种运输合同管理系统,其包括:

终止条款获取模块,用于获取解除终止合同的条件信息;
生成模块,用于根据所述托运方的身份信息、承运方的身份信息、货物信息、运输线路信息、运输要求信息、运输费用信息、违约条件及违约责任信息、解除终止合同的条件信息,生成所述第一货物的运输合同;
仓储信息获取模块,用于获取第一货物的仓储信息,判断承运方是否开始承运所述第一货物;若是,
运输时长获取模块,在所述仓储信息获取模块判断承运方开始承运所述第一货物后,获取承运方开始承运所述第一货物的时刻作为第一时间点;

进一步地,所述系统还包括:出险判断模块,用于获取第一货物在运输中的事故信息,判断所述事故信息是否符合所述保单的赔偿条件,若是,则自动联系保险公司并通知托运方、承运方。
进一步地,所述生成模块,还用于:接受托运方和承运方输入的修改信息,根据所述修改信息对所述运输合同进行更改。
进一步地,所述支付状态获取模块,还用于:根据所述实际运费和支付账户、收款账户,进行自动支付交易。

101:获取身份信息;
获取托运方的身份信息、承运方的身份信息;例如,根据面部识别、虹膜检测、指纹信息、预设手势、账号信息、身份卡识别中的一种或多种方法来获取托运方、承运方的身份;通过设置摄像头检测托运方、承运方的面部信息、虹膜信息来获取预存的对应的身份信息;再例如,通过设置指纹检测仪检测托运方、承运方的指纹信息从而获取对应的身份信息;再例如,还可以通过摄像头或触摸板获取托运方、承运方的手势信息从而获取对应的身份信息,比如预设托运方甲对应的身份识别手势为向右划,承运方乙对应的身份识别手势为向下滑,那么,当乙在空气中将手向下划一下,摄像头捕捉到这个手势后识别这个为承运方乙,或者是甲在触摸板上向右划一下,然后就能识别这个为托运方甲。除此之外,还可以通过射频读卡器读取托运方、承运方所携带的身份卡信息来获取对应的身份信息;所述甲和乙,既可以是个人,也可以是公司,也可以是法人,还可以是社会组织;可选的,还可以根据以获取的身份信息在网上搜索对应的相关信息进而作为所述身份信息的一部分,例如,当识别到承运人是乙时,通过乙的身份证号码在网上搜索乙作为法人的注册公司名称、乙的通讯地址、乙的联系方式的等与乙相关的信息;所述身份信息,包括托运方和承运方的姓名、联系方式、通讯地址、公司名称、法人代表、经常居住地等相关 的信息。
102:获取货物信息;
获取第一货物的货物信息,所述货物信息包括:货物名称、货物品种、货物数量;所述第一货物是托运方委托承运方运输的货物,所述第一货物的货物信息包括货物名称、货物品种、货物数量,例如,第一货物是1吨鲤鱼和2吨螃蟹,则货物名称是水产品,货物品种是鲤鱼、螃蟹,货物数量是3吨;再例如,第一货物是1吨苹果、1吨鸭梨,则货物名称是水果,货物品种是苹果、鸭梨,货物数量为2吨;再例如,第一货物是1辆挖掘机和1辆推土机,则货物名称是工程机械,货物品种是挖掘机、推土机,货物数量为2辆;可选的,可以通过摄像头拍摄第一货物图像从而获得所述货物名称、货物品种、货物数量,或通过重量检测装置获取第一货物的数量;可选的,可以通过识别第一货物上的射频标签或者商品条码从而获取第一货物的货物名称、货物品种、货物数量。
103:获取运输路线信息;获取第一货物的运输线路信息,所述运输路线信息包括:发货地、运输路线、收货地;
例如,获取所述水产品的发货地信息,运输目的地及收货地信息,以及路途中的运输路线约定条件。
104:获取运输要求信息;获取第一货物的运输要求信息,所述运输要求信息包括:运输期限、运输工具条件;所述运输工具条件包括所述运输工具运输第一货物时针对第一货物的运输、储存条件;例如,所述水产品的运输要求 信息为:5天内送到收货地、采用航空运输、运输期间采用冷链运输、所述水产品储藏温度保持在0摄氏度以下;再例如,所述水果的运输要求信息包括:10天内送到收货地、采用公路运输、运输期间所述水果储藏温度保持在10摄氏度——15摄氏度之间;运输期间所述水果储藏湿度保持在百分之50——百分之70之间。
105:获取运输费用信息;获取运输费用信息,所述运输费用信息包括:收费周期、收费标准、收费金额、支付账户、收款账户;例如,运输所述水产品的运输费用信息包括:收费周期为送达收货地后3天内付款、收费标准为每吨运费2000元、所述3吨水产品收费金额为6000元;所述水果的运输费用信息包括:收费周期为每个月10号对上个月运输完成的水果进行运费结算、收费标准为每吨苹果运费1000元每吨鸭梨运费2000元、所述2吨水果的收费金额为3000元;可选的,可以根据所述托运方的身份信息在预设数据库中或在银行系统中获取其在银行的支付账户,可以根据所述承运方的身份信息在预设数据库中或在银行系统中获取其在银行的收款账户,所述预设数据库包括记录了承运方、托运方历史交易记录的数据库。
106:获取违约条款;获取违约条件及违约责任信息;获取承运方和托运方通过语音或者文字输入的违约条件及违约责任信息;可选的,通过获取承运方和托运方输入的手势信息,根据所述手势信息获取预设的与所述手势信息相匹配的违约条件及违约责任信息。
107:获取解除条款;获取解除终止合同的条件信息;获取承运方和托运方通过语音或者文字输入的解除终止合同的条件信息;可选的,通过获取承运 方和托运方输入的手势信息,根据所述手势信息获取预设的与所述手势信息相匹配的解除终止合同的条件信息。
108:生成合同;根据所述托运方的身份信息、承运方的身份信息、货物信息、运输线路信息、运输要求信息、运输费用信息、违约条件及违约责任信息、解除终止合同的条件信息,获取相匹配的模板,从而生成所述第一货物的运输合同;
109:判断是否开始承运;获取第一货物的仓储信息,判断承运方是否开始承运所述第一货物,若是,则执行步骤110;
例如,获取所述水产品的仓储状态,如果仓储状态变为“已打包出库”则判断承运商开始承运所述水产品;或者,仓库的摄像头拍摄到承运方在装运所述水产品,则判断承运商开始承运所述水产品。
110:计算实际运输线路和运输时长;获取承运方开始承运所述第一货物的时刻作为第一时间点,获取第一货物在第一时间点的位置信息;按照预设的时间周期获取第一货物的位置信息,计算第一货物的运输路线;判断第一货物是否到达收货地,若是,则获取第一货物到达收货地的时刻作为第二时间点;根据所述第一时间点和第二时间点,获取运输货物的运输时长,将所述运输时长计入所述运输合同中。
111:获取运输环境;进一步地,所述获取第一货物的运输环境,具体包括:获取运输工具的识别号、获取运输工具所有者的运输资质信息、获取第一货物在运输工具上的储藏温度、第一货物在运输工具上的储藏湿度、第一货物 在运输工具上的储藏气压中的一种或多种信息。
获取运输第一货物的运输环境;例如,获取运输所述水果的交通工具的种类,例如是卡车还是火车还是飞机;获取运输所述水果的交通工具的标识号,例如卡车车牌号、飞机航班号、火车车次号;获取所述交通工具所属公司的运营资质;还可以通过所述交通工具上的温度传感器、湿度传感器、气压传感器分别获取运输过程中水果的储藏温度、储藏湿度、储藏气压等运输条件,可选的,通过设置在交通工具上的重量检测仪获取所述水果的实际重量。
112:计算实际运费;计算运输第一货物的实际运费;根据所述收费标准、收费金额、实际重量计算运输所述水果的实际运费,将所述实际运费计入所述运输合同中。
113:获取支付状态;获取所述实际运费的支付状态;判断所述支付账户是否在所述收费周期内收到了所述实际费用。
进一步地,在所述计算运输第一货物的实际运费之后,所述获取所述实际运费的支付状态之前,还包括:根据所述实际运费和支付账户、收款账户,进行自动支付交易,使得所述支付账户按照所述实际运费向所述收款账户付款。
114:判断是否存在违约场景,若是,则执行步骤115;
例如,判断所述运输时长是否超过所述运输期限,若是,则判断存在违约场景;判断所述实际运输线路是否符合所述运输线路信息,若不符合,则判断存在违约场景;判断所述运输环境是否符合所述运输要求信息,若不符合,则 判断存在违约场景;判断所述支付状态是否是已支付状态,若否,则判断存在违约场景;判断有无其他与所述违约条件相符合的情景发生,若有,则判断存在违约场景,将所述违约场景计入所述运输合同中。若判断存在违约场景,则执行步骤115,并对所述运输合同附上“已违约”或“已失效”标签,在合同管理系统按照预设的周期进行高亮显示;将带有“已违约”或“已失效”标签的运输合同进行集中显示。
115:发出提醒信息;向托运方和承运方发出提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括违约信息及对应的违约责任信息,所述违约信息包括所述违约场景和对应的所述违约条件、对应的所述违约责任信息。
可选的,在所述步骤108生成合同前,还包括:取第一货物的保单的保单信息,所述保单信息包括:保险公司的名称、保单号、投保金额、投保方、受益方、保险条款;
在所述步骤108生成合同之后,获取第一货物在运输中的事故信息,判断所述事故信息是否符合所述保单的赔偿条件,若是,则自动联系保险公司并通知托运方、承运方。例如,可以通过承运方输入的内容获取对应的事故信息;或者连接交警系统,根据所述承运方身份信息、运输环境、运输时长、实际运输路线来搜索匹配的事故信息。将所述事故信息与直接发送给保险公司和托运方、承运方、受益人,或者将所述事故信息与保险条款进行比对,所述事故信息能够匹配所述保险条款,则将事故信息发送给保险公司和托运方、承运方、受益人;或者通过所述交通工具上的碰撞检测装置、火灾检测装置所发送的检测结果判断是否发生事故。所述事故信息包括:事故时间、事故当事人、事故 地点、对应的保单号。
进一步地,在所述步骤108生成合同前,还包括:
接受托运方和承运方输入的修改信息,根据所述修改信息对所述运输合同进行更改。例如,托运方和承运方可以通过语音输入或者文字输入的方式对所述运输合同进行更改。

运输环境获取模块212,用于获取运输第一货物的运输环境;可选的,所述运输环境获取模块212,具体用于:获取运输工具的识别号、获取运输工具所有者的运输资质信息、获取第一货物在运输工具上的储藏温度、第一货物在运输工具上的储藏湿度、第一货物在运输工具上的储藏气压中的一种或多种信息。获取运输第一货物的运输环境;例如,获取运输所述水果的交通工具的种类,例如是卡车还是火车还是飞机;获取运输所述水果的交通工具的标识号,例如卡车车牌号、飞机航班号、火车车次号;获取所述交通工具所属公司的运营资质;还可以通过所述交通工具上的温度传感器、湿度传感器、气压传感器分别获取运输过程中水果的储藏温度、储藏湿度、储藏气压等运输条件,可选的,通过设置在交通工具上的重量检测仪获取所述水果的实际重量。
实际运费计算模块213,用于计算运输第一货物的实际运费;根据所述收费标准、收费金额、实际重量计算运输所述水果的实际运费。
支付状态获取模块214,用于获取所述实际运费的支付状态;可选的,所述支付状态获取模块214,还用于:根据所述实际运费和支付账户、收款账户,进行自动支付交易,使得所述支付账户按照所述实际运费向所述收款账户付款。
违约判断模215,用于判断是否存在违约场景,若是,则向托运方和承运方发出提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括违约信息及对应的违约责任信息。例如, 判断所述运输时长是否超过所述运输期限,若是,则判断存在违约场景;判断所述实际运输线路是否符合所述运输线路信息,若不符合,则判断存在违约场景;判断所述运输环境是否符合所述运输要求信息,若不符合,则判断存在违约场景;判断所述支付状态是否是已支付状态,若否,则判断存在违约场景;判断有无其他与所述违约条件相符合的情景发生,若有,则判断存在违约场景。向托运方和承运方发出提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括违约信息及对应的违约责任信息,所述违约信息包括所述违约场景和对应的所述违约条件、对应的所述违约责任信息,并对所述运输合同附上“已违约”或“已失效”标签,在合同管理系统按照预设的周期进行高亮显示;将带有“已违约”或“已失效”标签的运输合同进行集中显示。
可选的,还包括:保单信息获取模块,用于获取第一货物的保单的保单信息,所述保单信息包括:保险公司的名称、保单号、投保金额、投保方、受益方、保险条款;
出险判断模块,用于获取第一货物在运输中的事故信息,判断所述事故信息是否符合所述保单的赔偿条件,若是,则自动联系保险公司并通知托运方、承运方。例如,可以通过承运方输入的内容获取对应的事故信息;或者连接交警系统,根据所述承运方身份信息、运输环境、运输时长、实际运输路线来搜索匹配的事故信息。将所述事故信息与直接发送给保险公司和托运方、承运方、受益人,或者将所述事故信息与保险条款进行比对,所述事故信息能够匹配所述保险条款,则将事故信息发送给保险公司和托运方、承运方、受益人;或者通过所述交通工具上的碰撞检测装置、火灾检测装置所发送的检测结果判断是 否发生事故。所述事故信息包括:事故时间、事故当事人、事故地点、对应的保单号。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种运输合同管理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    身份获取模块,用于获取托运方的身份信息、承运方的身份信息;
    货物信息获取模块,用于获取第一货物的货物信息;
    运输线路信息获取模块,用于获取第一货物的运输线路信息;
    运输要求信息获取模块,用于获取第一货物的运输要求信息;
    运输费用信息获取模块,用于获取运输费用信息,所述运输费用信息包括:收费周期、收费标准、收费金额、支付账户、收款账户;
    违约条款获取模块,用于获取违约条件及违约责任信息;
    终止条款获取模块,用于获取解除终止合同的条件信息;
    生成模块,用于根据所述托运方的身份信息、承运方的身份信息、货物信息、运输线路信息、运输要求信息、运输费用信息、违约条件及违约责任信息、解除终止合同的条件信息,生成所述第一货物的运输合同;
    仓储信息获取模块,用于获取第一货物的仓储信息,判断承运方是否开始承运所述第一货物;若是,
    运输时长获取模块,在所述仓储信息获取模块判断承运方开始承运所述第一货物后,获取承运方开始承运所述第一货物的时刻作为第一时间点;
    运输路线计算模块,用于获取第一货物在第一时间点的位置信息;按照预设的时间周期获取第一货物的位置信息,计算第一货物的运输路线;
    运输环境获取模块,用于获取运输第一货物的运输环境;
    运输路线计算模块,还用于判断第一货物是否到达收货地;
    所述运输时长获取模块,还用于,当所述运输路线计算模块判断第一货物到达收货地后,获取第一货物到达收货地的时刻作为第二时间点;根据所述第一时间点和第二时间点,获取运输货物的运输时长;
    实际运费计算模块,用于计算运输第一货物的实际运费;
    支付状态获取模块,用于获取所述实际运费的支付状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的运输合同管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:违约判断模块,用于判断是否存在违约场景,若是,则向托运方和承运方发出提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括违约信息及对应的违约责任信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的运输合同管理系统,其特征在于,所述货物信息包括:货物名称、货物品种、货物数量;所述运输路线信息包括:发货地、运输路线、收货地;所述运输要求信息包括:运输期限、运输工具条件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种运输合同管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    保单信息获取模块,用于获取第一货物的保单的保单信息,所述保单信息 包括:保险公司的名称、保单号、投保金额、投保方、受益方。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的运输合同管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:出险判断模块,用于获取第一货物在运输中的事故信息,判断所述事故信息是否符合所述保单的赔偿条件,若是,则自动联系保险公司并通知托运方、承运方。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的运输合同管理系统,其特征在于,所述生成模块,还用于:接受托运方和承运方输入的修改信息,根据所述修改信息对所述运输合同进行更改。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的运输合同管理的系统,其特征在于,所述支付状态获取模块,还用于:根据所述实际运费和支付账户、收款账户,进行自动支付交易。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的运输合同管理的系统,其特征在于,所述运输环境获取模块,具体用于:获取运输工具的识别号、获取运输工具所有者的运输资质信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的运输合同管理的系统,其特征在于,所述运输环境获取模块,还具体用于:获取第一货物在运输工具上的储藏温度、第一货物在运输工具上的储藏湿度、第一货物在运输工具上的储藏气压中的一种或多种信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的运输合同管理系统,其特征在于,所 述身份获取模块,具体用于:根据面部识别、虹膜检测、指纹信息、预设手势、账号信息、身份卡识别中的一种或多种方法来获取托运方、承运方的身份;或者,通过设置摄像头检测托运方、承运方的面部信息、虹膜信息来获取预存的对应的身份信息;或者,通过设置指纹检测仪检测托运方、承运方的指纹信息从而获取对应的身份信息;或者,还可以通过摄像头或触摸板获取托运方、承运方的手势信息从而获取对应的身份信息。
