一种仓储合同管理方法,其中方法包括:获取目标货物的仓储要求信息,获取目标货物的仓储费用信息,生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同;获取受托方对所述目标货物的验收结果,将获取所述验收结果的时刻作为第一时间点;获取目标货物的异常位置信息和对应的时间点;获取目标货物的异常仓储环境信息;获取目标货物的超期仓储时间;计算仓储目标货物的实际仓储费用;根据所述第一时间点、异常位置信息和对应的时间点、异常仓储环境信息、超期仓储时间、实际仓储费用、第一仓储合同生成所述目标货物的第二仓储合同,可以实时自动获取仓储合同在有效期间的执行情况,并根据合同执行情况实时调整合同内容,大大提高了合同管理的效率。

一种仓储合同管理方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及信息管理技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种仓储合同管理方法及系统。
背景技术
目前,仓储合同的制定、维护、跟踪都是通过人工完成,当合同履行过程中发生了各种能够导致的合同变更的情况后,不能及时进行合同内容的更改,常常会导致合同处理效率非常低下。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提出一种仓储合同管理方法及系统,以提高仓储合同管理的效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明第一方面提出了一种仓储合同管理方法,包括:获取目标货物的仓储要求信息,所述仓储要求信息包括:仓储地点、交货日期、仓储期限、仓储条件;
获取目标货物的仓储费用信息,所述仓储费用信息包括:收费周期、收费标准、收费金额、支付账户、收款账户;
根据所述仓储要求信息、仓储费用信息,生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合 同;
获取目标货物的位置信息,判断所述目标货物是否达到所述仓储地点,若是,则通知所述受托方;
获取受托方对所述目标货物的验收结果,根据所述验收结果判断是否验收通过,若是,则将获取所述验收结果的时刻作为第一时间点;
按照预设的时间周期获取目标货物的位置信息,判断目标货物是否一直处于所述仓储地点,若否,则获取目标货物处于仓储地点外的异常位置信息和对应的时间点;
获取目标货物的仓储环境,判断所述仓储环境是否符合所述仓储要求信息,若否,则获取不符合仓储要求信息的异常仓储环境信息;
根据所述第一时间点,在仓储所述目标货物的时间达到所述仓储期限时,通知委托方;
获取所述目标货物在达到所述仓储期限后的位置信息,判断所述目标货物是否离开所述仓储地点,若否,则获取所述目标货物在所述仓储地点的超期仓储时间;
计算仓储目标货物的实际仓储费用;
根据所述第一时间点、异常位置信息和对应的时间点、异常仓储环境信息、超期仓储时间、实际仓储费用、第一仓储合同生成所述目标货物的第二仓储合 同。
进一步地,所述方法还包括:获取目标货物的信息;所述货物信息包括:货物名称、货物品种、货物数量。
进一步地,所述方法,还包括:根据所述委托方的身份信息在预设数据库中或在银行系统中获取其在银行的支付账户;根据所述受托方的身份信息在预设数据库中或在银行系统中获取其在银行的收款账户,所述预设数据库包括记录了受托方、委托方历史交易记录的数据库。
进一步地,所述获取目标货物的位置信息,具体为通过设置在目标货物上的定位装置获取目标货物的位置信息;或者货物与所述目标货物匹配的物流信息,获取目标货物的位置信息,所述物流信息包括快递进度信息、运输目标货物的运输工具的位置信息。
进一步地,所述根据所述仓储要求信息、仓储费用信息生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同,具体包括:根据所述仓储要求信息中的仓储地点获取对应的合同模板,根据所述仓储要求信息、仓储费用信息、合同模板生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同。
进一步地,所述合同模板包括各个地区不同语言、各个地区不同的法律条款预先准备。
进一步地,在所述生成目标货物生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同之后,还包括:将所述第一仓储合同发送给对应的委托人、受托人以及支付账户对应 的金融机构、收款账户对应的金融机构。
进一步地,在所述生成第二仓储合同之后,还可以获取实际仓储费用的支付状态;获取所述实际仓储费用的支付状态;判断所述支付账户是否在所述收费周期内收到了所述实际仓储费用。
进一步地,在所述生成所述目标货物的第二仓储合同之后,还包括:根据所述实际仓储费用和支付账户、收款账户,进行自动支付交易。
进一步地,所述获取目标货物的仓储环境,具体包括:获取仓储地点所有者的仓储资质信息,获取仓储期间目标货物周围的储藏温度、储藏湿度、储藏气压、储藏亮度中的一种或多种信息。
本发明通过获取目标货物的仓储要求信息,所述仓储要求信息包括:仓储地点、交货日期、仓储期限、仓储条件;获取目标货物的仓储费用信息,所述仓储费用信息包括:收费周期、收费标准、收费金额、支付账户、收款账户;根据所述仓储要求信息、仓储费用信息,生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同;获取目标货物的位置信息,判断所述目标货物是否达到所述仓储地点,若是,则通知所述受托方;获取受托方对所述目标货物的验收结果,根据所述验收结果判断是否验收通过,若是,则将获取所述验收结果的时刻作为第一时间点;按照预设的时间周期获取目标货物的位置信息,判断目标货物是否一直处于所述仓储地点,若否,则获取目标货物处于仓储地点外的异常位置信息和对应的时间点;获取目标货物的仓储环境,判断所述仓储环境是否符合所述仓储要求信息,若否,则获取不符合仓储要求信息的异常仓储环境信息;根据所述第一 时间点,在仓储所述目标货物的时间达到所述仓储期限时,通知委托方;获取所述目标货物在达到所述仓储期限后的位置信息,判断所述目标货物是否离开所述仓储地点,若否,则获取所述目标货物在所述仓储地点的超期仓储时间;计算仓储目标货物的实际仓储费用;根据所述第一时间点、异常位置信息和对应的时间点、异常仓储环境信息、超期仓储时间、实际仓储费用、第一仓储合同生成所述目标货物的第二仓储合同,通过本实施例,可以实时获取仓储合同生效期间合同的执行情况,并根据合同执行情况实时调整合同内容,大大提高了合同管理的效率。

103:获取仓储要求信息;获取目标货物的仓储要求信息,所述仓储要求信息包括:仓储地点、交货日期、仓储期限、仓储条件;例如,所述水产品的仓储要求信息为:仓储地点为处于港口的A仓库,委托方会在5月15日将水产品运到A仓库进行交货、仓储期限为30天、仓储期间所述水产品储藏温度保持在0摄氏度以下;再例如,所述水果的仓储要求信息包括:仓储地点为处于高速公路旁的B仓库,委托方会在5月15日将水果送到B仓库进行交货;仓储期限为5天、仓储期间所述水果储藏温度保持在10摄氏度——15摄氏度之间、仓储期间所述水果储藏湿度保持在百分之50——百分之70之间。
可选的,获取目标货物的信息;所述货物信息包括:货物名称、货物品种、货物数量;所述目标货物是委托方委托受托方仓储的货物,例如,目标货物是1吨鲨鱼和2吨鲸鱼,则货物名称是水产品,货物品种是鲨鱼、鲸鱼,货物数量是3吨;再例如,目标货物是1吨香蕉、1吨草莓,则货物名称是水果,货物品种是香蕉、草莓,货物数量为2吨;再例如,目标货物是1辆吊车和1辆搅拌车,则货物名称是工程机械,货物品种是吊车、搅拌车,货物数量为2辆;可选的,可以通过摄像头拍摄目标货物图像从而获得所述货物名称、货物品种、货物数量,或通过重量检测装置获取目标货物的数量;可选的,可以通过识别目标货物上的射频标签或者商品条码从而获取目标货物的货物名称、货物品种、货物数量。
104:获取仓储费用信息;获取仓储费用信息,所述仓储费用信息包括:收费周期、收费标准、收费金额、支付账户、收款账户;例如,仓储所述水产品的仓储费用信息包括:收费周期为仓储服务结束后后3天内付款、收费标准为每吨仓储费用2000元、所述3吨水产品收费金额为6000元;所述水果的仓储费用信息包括:收费周期为每个月10号、收费标准为每吨香蕉仓储费用1000元每吨草莓仓储费用2000元、所述2吨水果的收费金额为3000元;可选的,可以根据所述委托方的身份信息在预设数据库中或在银行系统中获取其在银行的支付账户,可以根据所述受托方的身份信息在预设数据库中或在银行系统中获取其在银行的收款账户,所述预设数据库包括记录了受托方、委托方历史交易记录的数据库。
可选的,可以先获取签订仓储合同双方的身份信息;获取委托方的身份信息、受托方的身份信息;例如,根据面部识别、虹膜检测、指纹信息、预设手势、账号信息、身份卡识别中的一种或多种方法来获取委托方、受托方的身份;通过设置摄像头检测委托方、受托方的面部信息、虹膜信息来获取预存的对应的身份信息;再例如,通过设置指纹检测仪检测委托方、受托方的指纹信息从而获取对应的身份信息;再例如,还可以通过摄像头或触摸板获取委托方、受托方的手势信息从而获取对应的身份信息,比如预设委托方甲对应的身份识别手势为向右划,受托方乙对应的身份识别手势为向下滑,那么,当乙在空气中将手向下划一下,摄像头捕捉到这个手势后识别这个为受托方乙,或者是甲在触摸板上向右划一下,然后就能识别这个为委托方甲。除此之外,还可以通过射频读卡器读取委托方、受托方所携带的身份卡信息来获取对应的身份信息;所述甲和乙,既可以是个人,也可以是公司,也可以是法人,还可以是社会组 织;可选的,还可以根据以获取的身份信息在网上搜索对应的相关信息进而作为所述身份信息的一部分,例如,当识别到承运人是乙时,通过乙的身份证号码在网上搜索乙作为法人的注册公司名称、乙的通讯地址、乙的联系方式的等与乙相关的信息;所述身份信息,包括委托方和受托方的姓名、联系方式、通讯地址、公司名称、法人代表、经常居住地等相关的信息。可选的,可以获取违约条款;获取违约条件及违约责任信息;获取受托方和委托方通过语音或者文字输入的违约条件及违约责任信息;可选的,通过获取受托方和委托方输入的手势信息,根据所述手势信息获取预设的与所述手势信息相匹配的违约条件及违约责任信息。
106:生成第一合同;根据所述仓储要求信息、仓储费用信息,生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同;可选的,可以根据所述仓储要求信息中的仓储地点获取对应的合同模板,根据所述仓储要求信息、仓储费用信息、合同模板生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同。例如,仓储地在中国大陆城市,则获取符合中国大陆法律规定的中文的合同模板,再例如,仓储地点在英国,则获取符合英国法律规定的英文的合同模板。可选的,在生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同之后,还包括:将所述第一仓储合同发送给对应的委托人、受托人以及支付账户对应的金融机构、收款账户对应的金融机构。
107:获取目标货物的位置信息;可以通过设置在目标货物上的定位装置获取目标货物的位置信息;或者货物与所述目标货物匹配的物流信息,获取目标货物的位置信息,所述物流信息包括快递进度信息、运输目标货物的运输工具的位置信息。
108:判断是否到达仓库;判断所述目标货物是否达到所述仓储地点,若是,则通知所述受托方;执行步骤109;
109:判断是否验收通过;例如,通过设置在仓储地点的验收设备判断送达至仓储地点的目标货物是否符合根据所述货物名称、货物品种、货物数量,所述验收设备包括摄像头和重量测量仪,所述验收设备生成验收结果,根据所述验收结果判断是否验收通过,若是,则执行步骤110。
110:按照预设的时间周期获取目标货物的位置信息;根据设置在目标货物上的定位装置获取目标货物的位置信息,判断目标货物是否一直处于所述仓储地点,若否,则获取目标货物处于仓储地点外的异常位置信息和对应的时间点。
111:获取仓储环境;获取目标货物的仓储环境,判断所述仓储环境是否符合所述仓储要求信息,则获取不符合仓储要求信息的异常仓储环境信息;可选的,所述获取目标货物的仓储环境,具体包括:获取仓储地点所有者的仓储资质信息,获取仓储期间目标货物周围的储藏温度、储藏湿度、储藏气压、储藏亮度中的一种或多种信息。
例如,获取仓储所述目标货物的仓储地点对应的仓库所属公司的运营资质;还可以通过所述仓库内的温度传感器、湿度传感器、气压传感器分别获取仓储过程中目标货物的储藏温度、储藏湿度、储藏气压等仓储条件,判断所述仓储环境是否符合所述仓储要求信息,若否,则获取不符合仓储要求信息的异常仓储环境信息。
112:获取仓储时长;将获取所述验收结果的时刻作为第一时间点,并将所述第一时间点记录到所述仓储合同中;根据所述第一时间点,在仓储所述目标货物的时间达到所述仓储期限时,通知委托方;获取所述目标货物在达到所述仓储期限后的位置信息,判断所述目标货物是否离开所述仓储地点,若否,则获取所述目标货物在所述仓储地点的超期仓储时间;
113:计算实际仓储费用;计算仓储目标货物的实际仓储费用;根据所述收费标准、收费金额、货物数量、仓储时长计算仓储所述水果的实际仓储费用。
116:生成第二合同;根据所述第一时间点、异常位置信息和对应的时间点、异常仓储环境信息、超期仓储时间、实际仓储费用、第一仓储合同生成所述目标货物的第二仓储合同。
可选的,在所述生成第二仓储合同之后,还可以获取实际仓储费用的支付状态;获取所述实际仓储费用的支付状态;判断所述支付账户是否在所述收费周期内收到了所述实际仓储费用。可选的,在所述生成第二仓储合同之后,所述获取所述实际仓储费用的支付状态之前,还包括:根据所述实际仓储费用和支付账户、收款账户,进行自动支付交易,使得所述支付账户按照所述实际仓储费用向所述收款账户付款。
可选的,在所述生成第二合同之前,还可以判断是否违约,例如,判断所述仓储时长是否超过所述仓储期限,若是,则判断存在违约场景;判断所述仓储环境是否符合所述仓储要求信息,若不符合,则判断存在违约场景;判断所 述支付状态是否是已支付状态,若否,则判断存在违约场景;判断有无其他与所述违约条件相符合的情景发生,若有,则判断存在违约场景。若判断存在违约场景,则将所述违约场景计入所述第二仓储合同中,向委托方和受托方发出提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括违约信息及对应的违约责任信息,所述违约信息包括所述违约场景和对应的所述违约条件、对应的所述违约责任信息。
可选的,在所述步骤106生成第一合同前,还包括:获取目标货物的保险的保单信息,所述保单信息包括:保险公司的名称、保单号、投保金额、投保方、受益方、保险条款;并将保单信息计入所述第一仓储合同。
在所述步骤116生成第二合同之前,获取目标货物在仓储期间的事故信息,判断所述事故信息是否符合所述保单的赔偿条件,若是,则自动联系保险公司并通知委托方、受托方,并将所述事故信息记录到所述第二仓储合同中。
例如,可以通过受托方输入的内容获取对应的事故信息;或者连接仓库所在地警务信息系统,根据所述受托方身份信息、仓储环境、仓储时长、仓储地点来搜索匹配的事故信息。将所述事故信息与直接发送给保险公司和委托方、受托方、受益人,或者将所述事故信息与保险条款进行比对,所述事故信息能够匹配所述保险条款,则将事故信息发送给保险公司和委托方、受托方、受益人;或者通过所述仓库的火灾检测装置所发送的检测结果判断是否发生事故。所述事故信息包括:事故时间、事故当事人、事故地点、对应的保单号。
可选的,在所述步骤106生成第一合同前,还包括:
接受委托方和受托方输入的修改信息,根据所述修改信息对所述仓储合同 进行更改
例如,委托方和受托方可以通过语音输入或者文字输入的方式对所述仓储合同进行更改。
通过本实施例,可以实时自动获取仓储合同生效期间合同的执行情况,并根据合同执行情况实时调整合同内容,大大提高了合同管理的效率。

可选的,还可以包括违约条款获取模块,用于获取违约条件及违约责任信息;获取受托方和委托方通过语音或者文字输入的违约条件及违约责任信息;可选的,通过获取受托方和委托方输入的手势信息,根据所述手势信息获取预设的与所述手势信息相匹配的违约条件及违约责任信息。
定位模块207,用于获取目标货物的位置信息,判断所述目标货物是否达到所述仓储地点;可以沟通过设置在目标货物上的定位装置获取目标货物的位置信息;或者货物与所述目标货物匹配的物流信息,获取目标货物的位置信息,所述物流信息包括快递进度信息、运输目标货物的运输工具的位置信息。判断是否到达仓库;判断所述目标货物是否达到所述仓储地点,若是,则通知所述受托方;并触发验货模块208;定位模块207,还用于:按照预设的时间周期获取目标货物的位置信息,判断目标货物是否一直处于所述仓储地点,若否, 则将处于仓储地点外的异常位置信息和对应的时间点记录到所述仓储合同中;
验货模块208,用于当所述定位模块207判断所述目标货物到达所述仓储地点后,通知所述受托方;获取受托方对所述目标货物的验收结果,根据所述验收结果判断是否验收通过;例如,通过设置在仓储地点的验收设备判断送达至仓储地点的目标货物是否符合根据所述货物名称、货物品种、货物数量,所述验收设备包括摄像头和重量测量仪,所述验收设备生成验收结果,根据所述验收结果判断是否验收通过。
仓储时长获取模块209,用于在所述验货模块208判断验收通过后,将获取所述验收结果的时刻作为第一时间点,并将所述第一时间点记录到所述仓储合同中;根据所述第一时间点,在仓储所述目标货物的时间达到所述仓储期限时,通知委托方;仓储时长获取模块209,还用于:当所述定位模块208判断所述目标货物在到达仓储期限后未离开所述仓储地点后,记录所述目标货物在所述仓储地点的超期仓储时间,并将所述超期仓储时间记录到所述仓储合同中;
仓储环境获取模块210,用于获取目标货物的仓储环境,判断所述仓储环境是否符合所述仓储要求信息,若否,则将不符合仓储要求信息的异常仓储环境记录到所述仓储合同中;可选的,所述仓储环境获取模块210,具体用于:获取仓储地点所有者的仓储资质信息,获取仓储期间目标货物周围的储藏温度、储藏湿度、储藏气压、储藏亮度中的一种或多种信息。例如,获取仓储所述目标货物的仓储地点对应的仓库所属公司的运营资质;还可以通过所述仓库内的温度传感器、湿度传感器、气压传感器分别获取仓储过程中目标货物的储 藏温度、储藏湿度、储藏气压等仓储条件,判断所述仓储环境是否符合所述仓储要求信息,若否,则将不符合仓储要求信息的异常仓储环境记录到所述仓储合同中;
实际仓储费用计算模块211,用于计算仓储目标货物的实际仓储费用;根据所述收费标准、收费金额、货物数量、仓储时长计算仓储所述水果的实际仓储费用。
可选的,所述生成模块206,还用于:还用于根据所述第一时间点、异常位置信息和对应的时间点、异常仓储环境信息、超期仓储时间、实际仓储费用、第一仓储合同生成所述目标货物的第二仓储合同。
可选的,还可以包括支付状态获取模块,用于获取所述实际仓储费用的支付状态;判断所述支付账户是否在所述收费周期内收到了所述实际仓储费用。可选的,在所述生成第二仓储合同之后,所述获取所述实际仓储费用的支付状态之前,所述支付状态获取模块还用于:根据所述实际仓储费用和支付账户、收款账户,进行自动支付交易,使得所述支付账户按照所述实际仓储费用向所述收款账户付款。所述支付状态获取模块与银行支付系统连接。
可选的,还可以包括违约判断模块,用于判断是否存在违约场景,若是,则向委托方和受托方发出提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括违约信息及对应的违约责任信息。例如,判断所述仓储时长是否超过所述仓储期限,若是,则判断存在违约场景;判断所述仓储环境是否符合所述仓储要求信息,若不符合,则判断存在违约场景;判断所述支付状态是否是已支付状态,若否,则判断存在违 约场景;判断有无其他与所述违约条件相符合的情景发生,若有,则判断存在违约场景。若判断存在违约场景,发出提醒信息;向委托方和受托方发出提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括违约信息及对应的违约责任信息,所述违约信息包括所述违约场景和对应的所述违约条件、对应的所述违约责任信息,并记录到所述第二仓储合同中。
可选的,还包括保单信息获取模块,用于获取目标货物保险的保单信息,所述保单信息包括:保险公司的名称、保单号、投保金额、投保方、受益方,并记录到所述第二仓储合同中。
出险判断模块,用于获取目标货物在仓储期间的事故信息,判断所述事故信息是否符合所述保单的赔偿条件,若是,则自动联系保险公司并通知委托方、受托方,并将所述事故信息记录到所述第二仓储合同中。例如,可以通过受托方输入的内容获取对应的事故信息;或者连接仓库所在地警务信息系统,根据所述受托方身份信息、仓储环境、仓储时长、仓储地点来搜索匹配的事故信息。将所述事故信息与直接发送给保险公司和委托方、受托方、受益人,或者将所述事故信息与保险条款进行比对,所述事故信息能够匹配所述保险条款,则将事故信息发送给保险公司和委托方、受托方、受益人;或者通过所述仓库的火灾检测装置所发送的检测结果判断是否发生事故。所述事故信息包括:事故时间、事故当事人、事故地点、对应的保单号。
通过本实施例,可以实时获取仓储合同生效期间合同的执行情况,并根据合同执行情况实时调整合同内容,大大提高了合同管理的效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种仓储合同管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取目标货物的仓储要求信息,所述仓储要求信息包括:仓储地点、交货日期、仓储期限、仓储条件;
    获取目标货物的仓储费用信息,所述仓储费用信息包括:收费周期、收费标准、收费金额、支付账户、收款账户;
    根据所述仓储要求信息、仓储费用信息,生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同;
    获取目标货物的位置信息,判断所述目标货物是否达到所述仓储地点,若是,则通知所述受托方;
    获取受托方对所述目标货物的验收结果,根据所述验收结果判断是否验收通过,若是,则将获取所述验收结果的时刻作为第一时间点;
    按照预设的时间周期获取目标货物的位置信息,判断目标货物是否一直处于所述仓储地点,若否,则获取目标货物处于仓储地点外的异常位置信息和对应的时间点;
    获取目标货物的仓储环境,判断所述仓储环境是否符合所述仓储要求信息,若否,则获取不符合仓储要求信息的异常仓储环境信息;
    根据所述第一时间点,在仓储所述目标货物的时间达到所述仓储期限时, 通知委托方;
    获取所述目标货物在达到所述仓储期限后的位置信息,判断所述目标货物是否离开所述仓储地点,若否,则获取所述目标货物在所述仓储地点的超期仓储时间;
    计算仓储目标货物的实际仓储费用;
    根据所述第一时间点、异常位置信息和对应的时间点、异常仓储环境信息、超期仓储时间、实际仓储费用、第一仓储合同生成所述目标货物的第二仓储合同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的仓储合同管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:获取目标货物的信息;所述货物信息包括:货物名称、货物品种、货物数量。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的仓储合同管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法,还包括:根据所述委托方的身份信息在预设数据库中或在银行系统中获取其在银行的支付账户;根据所述受托方的身份信息在预设数据库中或在银行系统中获取其在银行的收款账户,所述预设数据库包括记录了受托方、委托方历史交易记录的数据库。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的仓储合同管理方法,其特征在于,所述获取目标货物的位置信息,具体为通过设置在目标货物上的定位装置获取目标货物的位置信息;或者货物与所述目标货物匹配的物流信息,获取目标货物的位置信 息,所述物流信息包括快递进度信息、运输目标货物的运输工具的位置信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的仓储合同管理方法,其特征在于,
    所述根据所述仓储要求信息、仓储费用信息生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同,具体包括:根据所述仓储要求信息中的仓储地点获取对应的合同模板,根据所述仓储要求信息、仓储费用信息、合同模板生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的仓储合同管理方法,其特征在于,
    所述合同模板包括各个地区不同语言、各个地区不同的法律条款预先准备。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的仓储合同管理方法,其特征在于,
    在所述生成目标货物生成所述目标货物的第一仓储合同之后,还包括:将所述第一仓储合同发送给对应的委托人、受托人以及支付账户对应的金融机构、收款账户对应的金融机构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的仓储合同管理方法,其特征在于,在所述生成第二仓储合同之后,还可以获取实际仓储费用的支付状态;获取所述实际仓储费用的支付状态;判断所述支付账户是否在所述收费周期内收到了所述实际仓储费用。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的仓储合同管理方法,其特征在于,在所述生成 所述目标货物的第二仓储合同之后,还包括:根据所述实际仓储费用和支付账户、收款账户,进行自动支付交易。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的仓储合同管理方法,其特征在于,所述获取目标货物的仓储环境,具体包括:获取仓储地点所有者的仓储资质信息,获取仓储期间目标货物周围的储藏温度、储藏湿度、储藏气压、储藏亮度中的一种或多种信息。
