컬러융합 기능성 패션가발
본 발명은 어떤 원모발의 컬러와도 융합하여 조화를 이루고 두상 곡면의 단점을 보완하는 기능을 가지는 컬러융합 기능성 패션가발에 관한 것이다.
가발은 두발의 발모상태가 부진하거나 모발이 적거나 부분적 또는 전체적인 탈모에 의한 대머리를 가진 사람이 노출된 두피를 감싸서 감추기 위해 착용하는 것이지만, 최근에는 자신이 모습을 새롭게 연출하거나 색다르고 독특한 자기만의 개성을 나타내기 위한 패션도구로 사용되고 있으며, 주로 미용의 수단으로 착용되고 있다.
가발은 일반적으로 인조모 또는 인모 등의 가발원사 모발과, 이들이 식모되고 두부에 착탈가능하게 고정되는 헤어캡으로 구성되며, 가발은 헤어캡에 가발원사를 수작업으로 식모하거나, 또는 재봉기계로 식모함에 따라 수제가발과 봉제가발로 대별된다.

개인의 헤어 변화는 한계가 있고 순간적 변신은 힘들고 다양한 컬러를 표현하기에는 모발의 한계가 있으므로 가발을 착용하게 된다. 사용자들은 하나의 가발만을 이용하는 것이 아니라 여러 개의 가발을 수시로 교체하여 사용하고 있다. 패션가발에 있어서, 중요한 요소는 패션성이 우수할 것, 가발이라는 점이 표시나지 않을 것, 두상에 착탈이 용이할 것 등이다.
패션가발은 전체 두상을 감싸는 전체가발 , 부분을 덮는 부분가발, 그리고 묶는 형태의 달비, 포니테일, 앞부분만을 표현하는 앞머리가발, 악세사리를 이용한 머리띠가발, 집게 가발 등으로 나눌 수 있다.
전체가발은 두상을 감싸고 있어 장시간 착용은 이물감이 있고 부담감이 있다. 부분가발은 가볍고 이물감은 없지만 한부분만을 커버하는 목적으로 만들어진 가발이므로 다양한 패션을 표현하기가 어렵다. 달비, 포니테일, 앞머리 가발, 악세사리 가발도 일정한 표현이 목적인 가발이다.
한편, 사람은 제각기 다른 두상을 지니고 있으며 머리뼈에 속한 뼈들은 뇌와 감각기관(시각, 청각, 평형감각, 후각, 미각 등)을 지지하고 보호한다. 모발이 우리의 몸속에서 두상에 가장 많이 분포돼 있는 이유는 인체에서 머리가 가장 중요하기 때문이다. 모발은 외부로부터 어떤 충격이 가해졌을 때 충격을 흡수하는 쿠션의 역할과 직사광선, 추위, 더위, 마찰과 같은 외부의 위험요인들로부터 인체를 보호하며, 두뇌를 보호한다. 그리고 인체에서 가장 중요한 미적인 표현의 완성이 헤어스타일이다.
또한, 얼굴 형태에 따라 헤어스타일에 볼륨을 이용하여 단점을 보완 할 수 있으며, 볼륨을 이용하여 더욱 자신의 아름다움을 표현하기 위해서 대부분 헤어샵을 이용한다. 그러나 헤어샵을 이용한 헤어스타일의 연출은 일시적이며 시간과 비용의 부담이 크다.
종래 패션가발로서 한국공개특허 제2014-0040556호 (명칭 : 신축성이 우수한 탄성부재를 이용한 패션가발)가 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 어떤 원모발의 컬러와도 융합하여 조화를 이루어 새로운 컬러의 헤어스타일을 쉽게 연출할 수 있는 컬러융합 기능성 패션가발을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 제각기 다른 두상 곡면의 단점을 보완하는 기능을 가지는 컬러융합 기능성 패션가발을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명에 의한 컬러융합 기능성 패션가발은 복수의 가발원사 모발과, 가발원사 모발이 심어지며 사용자의 머리에 씌워져 사용자의 원모발에 고정되는 헤어캡을 포함하며, 복수의 가발원사 모발은 컬러가 서로 다른 적어도 복수 종류의 모발이 혼합되어 헤어캡에 심어져, 다양한 컬러의 표현을 할 수 있으며 사용자의 어떤 원모발의 컬러와도 가발원사 모발의 컬러가 융합하여 조화를 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
헤어캡의 일정면적에 심어지는 가발원사 모발의 뿌리쪽 단부에는 열처리되어 굴곡된 쿠션부가 형성된다.

또한, 가발원사 모발에 쿠션부를 간단히 선택적으로 형성하여 쿠션 역할을 하게 함으로써, 두상에 따라 자유자재로 굴곡을 부드럽게 조절할 수 있게 하여, 제각기 다른 두상 곡면의 단점을 보완하여 볼륨감을 높이는 효과가 있다.

헤어캡(120)에는 가발원사 모발(110)이 심어지며, 헤어캡(120)은 사용자의 머리에 씌워져 고정부재(130)에 의해 사용자의 원모발에 고정된다. 헤어캡(120 : 도 3에서 점선으로 표시)은 사용자 머리(H)의 골드 라인(GL : Gold Line)에서 머리앞쪽으로 치우쳐 씌워져 고정된다. 머리의 골드 라인(GL) 뒤쪽에 헤어캡(120)이 배치되는 경우에는 사용자가 무게감(이물감)을 많이 느끼게 되고, 머리의 골드 라인(GL) 앞쪽에 헤어캡(120)이 배치되는 경우에는 사용자가 무게감(이물감)을 적게 느끼게 된다. 따라서, 헤어캡(120)이 사용자의 머리(H)의 골드 라인(GL) 앞쪽으로 치우쳐 배치되게 하는 본 발명의 컬러융합 기능성 패션가발(100)은 일반 패션가발에 비해 무게를 1/3정도(80g~100g)로 하고 대략 가로(15cm)x세로(15cm) 내의 크기로 형성하여 두상 전체에 무게감과 이물감을 적게 느끼게 하면서 헤어디자인 연출이 가능하게 된다.
헤어캡(120)은 인공피부 또는 극세망으로 형성될 수 있으며, 인공피부는 투명수지 또는 반투명수지로 제작되며, 극세망은 나일론, 폴리에스테르 등의 재질로 직경이 약 100㎛~150㎛ 정도의 필라멘트로 이루어진 날실과 씨실의 조합으로 구성된다. 헤어캡(120)에는 두피를 자외선으로부터 보호하는 자외선 차단 코팅층을 형성하고, 코팅층에는 아로마향 등을 포함시켜 장시간 착용해도 두피의 땀 냄새가 제거되고 두피를 쾌적하고 향기가 나게 한다.
헤어캡(120)의 앞측 가장자리와 뒤측 가장자리와 좌측 가장자리와 우측 가장자리와 중간 부분 중의 적어도 한 곳에는 후술하는 쿠션부(111)가 형성된 쿠션 가발원사 모발(110A)이 심어지는 쿠션모발 식모부(CP)를 이룬다. 본 실시예는 쿠션모발 식모부(CP)가 5곳(앞측, 뒷측, 좌측, 우측 및 중간)에 모두 형성된 예를 나타낸다.
고정부재(130)는 헤어캡(120)의 앞부분을 제외하고 양측 및 후측에 설치되며, 대개 4~5개(본 실시예의 도면에서는 4개)가 설치된다. 고정부재(130)는 머리띠 고정핀, 클립부재 등이 사용될 수 있다.
한편, 헤어캡(120)의 일정면적에 심어지는 가발원사 모발(110)의 뿌리쪽 단부에는 엠보싱 열처리되어 굴곡된 쿠션부(111)가 형성된다. 일반적인 동양 여성의 두상에서 머리의 좌측과 우측, 앞측 및 뒷쪽은 편편하게 되어 가발을 착용하더라도 볼륨있는 헤어스타일이 연출되지 못하게 되므로, 이러한 쿠션부(111)가 상황에 따라 또는 두상의 형태에 따라 쿠션역할을 하게 함으로써 볼륨감을 높여주게 된다. 도 9는 일반적인 동양 여성의 두상에서 머리의 좌측과 우측 및 앞측이 편편하게 된 부분을 나타내는 그림이다.
도 4는 쿠션부(111)를 형성하기 위한 아이론 기구(200)를 나타내는 구성도이고, 도 5는 도 4의 아이론 기구(200)에 의해 쿠션부(111)가 형성되는 상태도이며, 도 6은 컬러융합 기능성 패션가발에서 쿠션부(111)가 형성된 쿠션 가발원사 모발(110A)과 쿠션부가 형성되지 않은 미쿠션 가발원사 모발(110B)을 가지런히 배치한 상태도이다.
본 실시예에 적용되는 아이론 기구(400)는 가발원사 모발(110)의 단부를 열 성형하는데 적용되는 다양한 종류의 열 성형 기구의 하나의 종류에 해당될 수 있다. 즉, 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 아이론 기구(400)는 가발원사 모발(110)의 단부를 열 가공하는 하나의 도구의 예시에 해당되고, 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 아이론 기구(400)만으로 한정되는 것은 아니다.
쿠션부(111)는 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이 아이론 기구(200)에 의해 가발원사 모발(110)의 뿌리쪽 단부에 형성된다. 도시한 바와 같이 아이론 기구(200)는 힌지결합된 제1, 제2집게 아암(210, 220)에 서로 마주보게 설치된 제1, 제2가압판(230, 240)를 구비한다. 제1, 제2가압판(230, 240)의 표면에는 제1, 제2엠보싱부(231, 241)가 형성되고, 제1집게 아암(210) 또는 제2집게 아암(220)에는 전원코드(250) 및 제어부(260)가 구비된다.
제1, 제2가압판(230, 240)은 판 형태의 제1, 제2집게 아암(210, 220)에 각각 착탈가능하여 교체할 수 있게 설치되어 있으며, 제1, 제2엠보싱부(231, 241)는 서로 맞추어지는 요입부 및 돌출부로 형성되며, 반구형상의 요입홈이나 돌기로 형성되거나, 굴곡요입홈띠나 굴곡돌기띠로 형성될 수 있다. 그러나, 본 실시예는 이에 한정되지 않고, 제1 가압판(230) 또는 제2 가압판(230, 240) 중 하나에만 제1 엠보싱부(231) 또는 제2 엠보싱부(241)가 배치될 수 있다.
도 5에 도시한 바와 같이 쿠션부(111)를 형성하고자 하는 가발원사 모발(110)의 단부를 제1, 제2가압판(230, 240) 사이에 배치하고, 전원 코드(250)를 통해 전원에 연결하고 제어부(260)의 조작을 통해 히터(도시하지 않음)를 작동시키고, 제1, 제2집게 아암(210, 220)을 서로 마주보는 방향으로 누르면, 제1, 제2가압판(230, 240)의 제1, 제2엠보싱부(231, 241)사이에 놓인 가발원사 모발의 부분이 도6에 도시한 바와 같이 열변형되어 쿠션부(111)가 형성된다. 제1, 제2가압판(230, 240)은 다양한 형태의 엠보싱부(231, 241)가 형성된 판으로 교체하면서 다양한 형태의 쿠션부(111)를 형성할 수 있다.
쿠션부(111)는 가발원사 모발(110)을 헤어캡(120)에 식모하기 전이나 식모 후에 아이론 기구(200)를 사용하여 형성할 수 있다. 쿠션부(111)는 헤어캡(120)의 쿠션모발 식모부(CP) 주위에 심어진 가발원사 모발(110)에 의해 덮여져 그 굴곡된 부분에 의해 부풀게 하여 두상의 꺼지거나 편편한 부분을 볼륨있는 헤어스타일로 연출하게 된다. 쿠션부(111)는 빗질을 통해 볼륨을 자유롭게 원하는 부위만 선택하여 적용할 수 있게 아이론 기구(200)로 형성 조건을 조절할 수 있게 되어 있다.
한편, 본 명세서와 도면에 개시된 본 발명의 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 내용을 쉽게 설명하고 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위해 특정 예를 제시한 것일 뿐이며, 본 발명의 범위를 한정하고자 하는 것은 아니다. 여기에 개시된 실시예들 이외에도 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 바탕을 둔 다른 변형예들이 실시 가능하다는 것은 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 복수의 가발원사 모발과,
    상기 가발원사 모발이 심어지며 사용자의 머리에 씌워져 사용자의 원모발에 고정되는 헤어캡을 포함하며,
    상기 복수의 가발원사 모발은 컬러가 서로 다른 복수 종류의 모발이 혼합되어 헤어캡에 심어져, 가발원사 모발의 컬러가 원모발의 컬러와 융합하여 조화를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러융합 기능성 패션가발.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 헤어캡의 미리 정해진 영역에 심어지는 가발원사 모발의 뿌리쪽 단부에는 열처리되어 굴곡된 쿠션부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러융합 기능성 패션가발.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 쿠션부는 상기 헤어캡의 앞측 가장자리와, 뒷측 가장자리와, 좌측 가장자리와, 우측 가장자리와, 중간 부분 중의 적어도 어느 한 구역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러융합 기능성 패션가발.
