具体实施方式
在现有技术中,通常都是通过人工的方式,对物品实施估价的,即,对物品实施估价的人员需要在获取到待估价物品后,人工对待估价物品的各个方面进行检查,以估算出该待估价物品的价格,并按照该估价,向用户支付金额。
本说明书提供了一种物品估价的方法,该方法中可以根据接收到的待估价物品的物品信息,从预设的图库中确定出该待估价物品的标准图片,并根据获取到的该待估价物品的实际图片以及确定出的标准图片,对该待估价物品进行估价。由于在获取到待估价物品的实际图片以及标准图片后,即可通过实际图片与标准图片的对比分析,快速完成对待估价物品的估价,从而提高了物品的估价效率。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本说明书一个或多个实施例中的技术方案,下面将结合本说明书一个或多个实施例中的附图,对本说明书一个或多个实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本说明书一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本说明书中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本说明书保护的范围。
在本说明书中,进行物品估价的执行主体可以是服务器、终端、或是用于物品估价的系统,当然也可以是用于物品估价的客户端,下面将以服务器为执 行主体为例,对本说明书提供的物品估价方法进行说明。本说明书中提供的物品估价方法可以用于诸如物品回收、质押、物品转让、物品定损估价、物品保险赔付等多个场景,而为了方便对本说明书提供的物品估价方法进行说明,下面将仅以物品回收的场景,来对本说明书提供的物品估价的方法进行详细描述,该物品估价的方法在其他场景中的应用可以参考物品回收的场景。
图1为本说明书提供的物品估价过程的示意图,具体包括以下步骤:
S100:接收待估价物品的物品信息,获取所述待估价物品的实际图片。
在本说明书中,用户在执行物品回收业务时,可以在终端或是终端中安装的客户端中输入需要回收的物品的物品信息,终端或客户端可将用户输入的物品信息发送至服务器,以使服务器在接收到该物品信息时,根据该物品信息确定出用户需要进行物品回收的物品,也即在后续需要进行估价的待估价物品。
服务器确定出待估价物品后,可以通过用户的终端或客户端向用户提示采集待估价物品的实际图片,还可提示用户需要从哪些角度采集待估价物品的实际图片。其中,这里提到的实际图片即是指能够反映出该待估价物品当前真实情况的图片,该待估价物品的表面是否有划痕、是否有拆动的痕迹等表面状况均可从该实际图片中反映出。
用户可以通过终端从多个角度采集该待估价物品的实际图片,如、待估价物品的正面、侧面、背面,前后等位置的实际图片。用户可将采集到的该待估价物品的实际图片通过终端或客户端发送至服务器,以使服务器后续通过获取到的该待估价物品的实际图片,对该待估价物品进行估价。
在本说明书中,服务器可以判断该待估价物品的实际图片是否符合设定条件,并在确定出该待估价物品的实际图片不符合设定条件时,向用户的终端或客户端返回提示消息,以提示用户重新对该待估价物品的实际图片进行采集。例如,当服务器确定出获取到的待估价物品的实际图片的清晰度不满足设定清晰度时,提示用户重新采集待估价物品的实际图片。
S102:根据所述物品信息,从预设的图库中确定所述待估价物品的标准图 片。
服务器可以根据接收到的待估价物品的物品信息,从预设的图库中确定出该待估价物品的标准图片。其中,该预设的图库中包含有多种物品在各个角度的标准图片,各物品的标准图片可以是预先采集的,并保存在该预设的图库中。而这里提到的标准图片可以指物品处于某种状态时的图片,如,该标准图片可以是指物品处于完好状态时的图片,也可以是指物品表面存在划痕的图片,抑或是指物品表面存在拆动痕迹的图片。该标准图片具体是哪种类型的图片(即是反映物品完好状态的图片,还是反映物品存在各种损坏状况的图片),则取决于后续如何通过标准图片和实际图片,对待估价物品进行估价。
S104:根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
服务器可以将获取到的待估价物品的实际图片与该待估价物品的标准图片进行比对分析,以对该待估价物品进行估价。具体的,在本说明书中,服务器可以针对该待估价物品的每一幅实际图片,从确定出的该待估价物品的标准图片中确定出与该实际图片对应的标准图片。如,对于该待估价物品的正面的实际图片,服务器可以确定出该待估价物品的正面的标准图片。服务器可将该实际图片和与之对应的标准图片输入到预先训练的模型中,以通过该模型,确定出该待估价物品的定损信息。
其中,当标准图片是指物品处于完好状态的图片时,该模型可以通过对实际图片和标准图片的对比分析,得到相应的对比结果,该对比结果可以反映出待估价物品的表面相比于标准图片中完好的物品是否存在差异。该模型可以进一步根据获得的对比结果,确定出待估价物品的表面相比于标准图片中完好物品所存在的差异属于划痕、损坏、拆动等哪种类型,进而确定出该待估价物品的定损信息。
而当上述标准图片是指物品各种损坏情况的图片时,则服务器可以将实际图片和与之对应的标准图片进行相似度分析,以确定出待估价物品是否存在损坏,以及存在哪些损坏情况。以待估价物品正面的实际图片为例,服务器可以 将该实际图片,与从预设的图库中确定出的该待估价物品正面存在拆动、划痕、水痕的三种标准图片依次进行相似度分析,以确定该待估价物品的正面是否存在这三种损坏。以此类推,服务器可以通过这种方式,确定出待估价物品各个面的损坏状况,进而确定出该待估价物品的定损信息。
在本说明书中,该定损信息中包含有该待估价物品中是否存在划痕、损坏、拆动等信息,而服务器可以根据该定损信息中包含的这些信息,对待估价物品实施估价。
具体的,服务器中保存有各物品的预设估价,该预设估价是指当待估价物品完好无损时,该待估价物品的价格。各物品的预设估价可以是人为根据实际情况确定并保存在服务器中的。而物品表面所存在的各种损坏状况,如划痕、拆动等则分别对应有不同的损失价格,同理,这些损失价格也可以是人为根据实际情况确定出的。
基于此,服务器在确定出待估价物品的定损信息后,可以根据该定损信息,确定出待估价物品所存在的各种类型的损坏状况,进而根据该待估价物品的预设估价,以及各种类型的损坏状况分别对应的损失价格,确定出该待估价物品的估价。
例如,假设服务器确定出的待估价物品A的定损信息中记录有待估价物品存在划痕、拆动、进过水。服务器可以分别确定出划痕、拆动、进过水这三种类型的损坏状况分别对应的损失价格为a、b、c,以及待估价物品A的预设估价S,进而从该预设估价S中依次减去价格a、b、c,得出该待估价物品A的估价。
需要说明的是,对于一些物品,如电子设备,除了需要根据物品的表面状况来进行估价外,还需要通过这些物品的实际性能来进行估价。因此,在本说明书中,当待估价物品为电子设备时,服务器除了需要获取到该待估价物品的实际图片外,还可获取到该待估价物品的评测信息。其中,该评测信息可以通过诸如跑分软件等评测软件来测出。
在本说明书中,服务器可以向待估价物品(该待估价物品为电子设备)发送评测软件对应的安装包,以使该待估价物品通过该安装包安装相应的评测软件,进而通过运行该评测软件,得到关于该待估价物品的评测信息,如、跑分。其中,该待估价物品可以通过访问服务器,从服务器中获取该评测软件的安装包,也可以是用户通过终端从服务器获取该评测软件的安装包信息,如二维码、统一资源定位符(Uniform Resource Locator,URL)等。而该待估价物品可以通过终端获取到的评测软件的安装包信息,获取到该评测软件的安装包。
当然,待估价物品从服务器获取评测软件的安装包的方式还有许多,在此就不详细举例说明了。而服务器在获取到该待估价物品的评测信息后,可以根据该评测信息以及该待估价物品的标准图片和实际图片,从该待估价物品的表面状况以及性能综合的确定出该待估价物品的估价。其中,服务器综合确定该待估价物品的估价的方式可以有多种,例如,服务器可以根据获取到的待估价物品的评测信息,确定出待估价物品的估价,而后,再通过该待估价物品的标准图片以及实际图片,确定出该待估价物品的又一估价。服务器可以取这两个估价的平均值,作为该待估价物品的最终估价。
再例如,服务器中保存有各物品的基准评测信息,该基准评测信息可以是人为根据实际情况确定出的。该基准评测信息能够反映出物品的基准性能。基于此,服务器在获取到待估价物品的评测信息后,可以通过该待估价物品的基准评测信息,以及获取到的评测信息,对该待估价物品的基准性能以及实际性能进行比较。当确定出该待估价物品的实际性能高于基准性能时,则可在根据该待估价物品的标准图片和实际图片所确定出的估价的基础上添加一定数额,得到该待估价物品的最终估价。而当确定出该待估价物品的实际性能低于基准性能时,则可在根据该待估价物品的标准图片和实际图片所确定出的估价的基础上减去一定数额,得到该待估价物品的最终估价。
当然,服务器也可以通过其他的方式,根据获取到的评测信息,以及待估价物品的实际图片和标准图片,综合确定出待估价物品的估价,在此就不一一 举例说明了。
需要说明的是,服务器除了可以通过用户终端采集到的关于待估价物品的评测信息的图片,获取到该待估价物品的评测信息外,还可以通过其他的方式来获取该评测信息。例如,该待估价物品通过运行上述评测软件而得到评测信息后,可以将该评测信息通过诸如蓝牙、红外、近距离无线通讯技术(Near Field Communication,NFC)等数据传输方式,将该评测信息传输给用户终端,以使用户终端将获取到的评测信息发送至服务器。
再例如,用户通过待估价物品运行上述评测软件而得到评测信息后,可将该评测信息上传到用于存储数据的云端,而用户可以通过终端从云端中下载该评测信息,进而将该评测信息发送给服务器。当然,服务器也可以通过其他的方式,获取待估价物品的评测信息,在此就不详细进行举例说明了。
服务器完成对待估价物品的估价后,可以根据该估价,执行物品回收业务。具体的,服务器可将得到的估价返回给用户终端或客户端进行展示,而当服务器监测到用户确定执行该待估价物品的物品回收时,可以向取货方发送取货消息,以通知取货方根据用户的地址上门收取该待估价物品。其中,服务器可以通过用户在终端或客户端上所执行的指定操作,确定是否收取该待估价物品。例如,用户通过终端查看到服务器返回的估价后,点击了确定回收的控件,终端可以向服务器发送用户确定回收该待估价物品的信息,而服务器则可以根据该信息,确定需要通过取货方收取该待估价物品。
在本说明书中,对于不同的用户,可以采用不同的回收方式。如,对于信用较为良好的用户,可以采用先支付再复核的方式进行物品回收。即,服务器可以通知取货方上门取货,同时将小于上述估价的金额先支付给该用户,并在确定出该待估价物品完成复核时,将该待估价物品的估价的剩余部分(即尾款)支付给该用户。在本说明中可以将这种方式称之为第一回收方式。
而对于信用一般的用户,可以采用先复核再支付的方式进行物品回收。即,服务器可以通知取货方先上门取货,并在确定出该待估价物品完成复核后,再 向用户进行支付。若确定用户为风险用户时,则结束该物品回收业务。在本说明书中可以将这种方式称之为第二回收方式。
因此,在收取待估价物品之前,服务器可以确定用户的信用信息,根据用户的信用信息,确定是否采用第一回收方式回收该待估价物品。其中,这里提到的用户的信用信息可以是诸如用户的信用度等能够反映出用户信用状况的信息。
具体的,当服务器确定出该用户的信用度不小于设定信用度时,则确定通过第一回收方式回收该待估价物品,进而在该待估价物品进行复核前,将小于估价的金额先支付给用户。其中,服务器可以通过一个固定的比例,将估价的设定部分支付给用户,如将估价的70%支付给用户,也可根据用户的信用度来确定具体将该估价的多少金额支付给用户。如,假设设定信用度为700,当用户的信用度为700时,服务器可以将估价的70%先支付给用户;当用户的信用度为750时,服务器可以将估价的80%先支付给用户;当用户的信用度为800时,服务器可以将估价的90%先支付给用户。
而当服务器确定出该用户的信用度小于设定信用度时,则确定出将不采用第一回收方式回收该待估价物品,并进一步根据该用户的身份信息、风控信息等能够反映出用户安全状况的信息,确定该用户是否为风险用户。当确定出该用户处于安全状态时,服务器可以通过第二回收方式回收该待估价物品。若确定该用户为风险用户,则结束该物品回收业务。
在本说明书中,对待估价物品进行的复核可以是通过人工的方式完成的。服务器通知取货方收取该待估价物品后,可以由取货方将接收到的待估价物品送至复核人员。复核人员在接收到该待估价物品后,将从各个方面对待估价物品进行复核,以确定先前服务器对该待估价物品进行的估价是否符合实际情况。换句话说,复核人员在接收到该待估价物品后,将根据该待估价物品的实际状况,确定出该待估价物品的实际定价,并确定服务器先前确定出的该待估价物品的估价是否与实际定价相一致。服务器可以根据复核人员输入的实际定 价以及实际定价的原因,确定该待估价物品的估价是否与该实际定价相一致,若是,则服务器可将估价的剩余尾款支付给用户,若否,则可根据该实际定价以及实际定价的原因,生成复核信息,并发送给用户。
用户在查看到该复核信息后,可以选择是否发起申述。而当服务器确定用户同意该复核信息时,则根据该待估价物品的实际定价,确定该待估价物品的实际支付金额,并支付给该用户。
当用户发起申述时,可以确定出该用户不同意该复核信息,则服务器可以向客服发送信息,以通知客服联系该用户进行协商。当根据客服记录确定用户与客服就该待估价物品的价格达成一致时,则根据达成一致的价格,向用户进行支付。而当根据客服记录确定用户与客服就该待估价物品的价格未达成一致时,则通知取货方,将该待估价物品返还给该用户,并且若先前已将估价的部分金额给支付给了用户,则将这部分金额从用户的账户中扣回。
在本说明书中,服务器根据待估价物品的实际定价,向用户进行支付存在以下几种可能。第一,若先前已将待估价物品的估价的设定部分支付给用户,则服务器需要进一步确定该实际定价是否大于先前支付给用户的金额。当确定该实际定价低于该待估价物品的估价的设定部分时,则可以从用户的账户中扣除该估价的设定部分减去该实际定价的差额,进而结束整个物品回收过程。例如,假设待估价物品B的估价为100元,实际定价为50元,先前服务器将该待估价物品B的估价的70%(即70元)支付给了用户,则服务器可以根据该待估价物品B的实际定价,从用户的账户中扣除20元。
第二,当服务器确定出待估价物品的实际定价高于该待估价物品的估价的设定部分时,则可将该实际定价减去该估价的设定部分的差额支付给该用户,进而结束整个物品回收过程。例如,假设待估价物品C的估价为200元,实际定价为180元,先前服务器将该待估价物品C的估价的70%(即140元)支付给了用户,则服务器可以根据该待估价物品C的实际定价,再向用户支付40元。
第三,若服务器确定是按照第二回收方式回收该待估价物品的(即先复核再支付),则可将该待估价物品的实际定价支付给用户,从而结束整个物品回收的过程。
需要说明的是,在整个物品回收过程中,服务器每执行到一步,即可向用户推送关于当前物品回收进度的消息。例如,服务器在通知取货方上门收货时,可以通过消息推送的方式,通知取货方即将上门取货。再例如,服务器将待估价物品的估价的设定部分支付给用户时,可以通过消息推送的方式,通知用户已将估价的部分金额支付给了用户。再例如,服务器根据该待估价物品的实际定价,将尾款支付给用户时,可以通过消息推送的方式,通知该用户,其中,这里提到的尾款是指该待估价物品的实际定价高出先前支付给用户的金额的部分。服务器通过消息推送的方式,可以使用户及时的了解到物品回收各个进程,便于用户进行实时的监督与跟进。
在本说明书中,当服务器完成整个物品回收过程后,可以针对此次物品回收,对用户的信用信息进行更新。如,服务器可以基于此次物品回收,给用户增加一定的信用度、信用积分,将此次物品回收记录在该用户的信用生活等。
当服务器向用户发送复核信息后,监测到经过设定时间后,用户依然没有基于该复核信息向服务器进行回复时,则可在监测到达设定时间后,自动确定该用户同意该复核信息中的实际定价,进而根据该待估价物品的实际定价,向用户进行支付。
当然,在监测到经过设定时间后,用户依然没有基于该复核信息向服务器进行回复时,也可确定该用户违约,以在根据待估价物品的实际定价,向用户进行支付时,扣除一定金额。服务器也可以在确定用户出现违约时,对用户采取其他的惩罚措施,如降低用户一定的信用度等。
在本说明书中,在执行物品回收业务的过程中,可以确定用户是否签订了相关协议,如代扣协议,违约协议等。当确定用户未签订协议时,则可以将该协议通过终端或客户端展示给用户查看,并在确定用户签订了该协议时,执行 该物品回收业务。其中,服务器可以在对该待估价物品进行估价前,将该协议展示给用户;也可以是在监测到用户确定基于该估价执行物品回收业务时,将该协议展示给用户;抑或是在将该估价的设定部分支付给用户时,将该协议展示给用户。换句话说,该协议展示的时机可以有多个,具体可以根据实际的业务需求而定,在此就不详细举例说明了。
从上述方法可以看出,由于在获取到待估价物品的实际图片以及标准图片后,即可通过实际图片与标准图片的对比分析,快速完成对待估价物品的估价,从而有效的提高了对物品进行估价的效率。
为了进一步的说明整个物品估价所涉及的各个过程,下面将继续以物品回收的业务场景为例,将执行整个物品回收业务的过程按照一定的顺序完整的进行描述,如图2所示。

服务器在确定用户执行物品回收业务时,可以对待估价物品进行估价。其中,服务器可以根据接收到的物品信息,确定出待估价物品,并获取到该待估价物品的实际图片。服务器可以从预设的图库中确定出该待估价物品的标准图片,进而根据该待估价物品的标准图片以及实际图片,对该待估价物品进行估价。
服务器对待估价物品完成估价后,可以根据用户的信用信息,确定采用何种收取方式,通过取货方收取该待估价物品。其中,当服务器根据用户的信用信息,确定出该用户的信用度不小于设定信用度时,则确定采用第一回收方式,通过取货方回收该待估价物品。当确定出该用户的信用度小于设定信用度时,则可根据用户的身份信息、风控信息等能够反映用户安全状况的信息,确定该用户是否为风险用户。当确定用户为风险用户时,则可直接结束整个物品回收业务。而当确定该用户为安全用户时,则可采用第二回收方式,通过取货方回收该待估价物品。下面将先对采用第一回收方式进行物品回收的过程进行描述,采用第二回收方式进行物品回收则在后续进行说明。
服务器可以通过终端或客户端向用户展示关于物品回收业务的协议,并提示用户签订该协议,以执行该物品回收业务的后续过程。当监测到用户确定按照该待估价物品的估价,执行物品回收业务时,则确定该用户执行下单操作,并通知取货方根据用户的地址信息进行上门取货。取货方成功从该用户处收取该待估计物品时,可以向服务器发送收取成功的消息,以使服务器确定取货方成功从该用户处收取该待估价物品,并将该待估价物品的估价的设定部分先行支付给用户。而当服务器确定取货方未成功从该用户处收取该待估价物品时(即取货方向服务器发送取货失败的消息),则结束该物品回收业务。
复核人员可以通过取货方获取到该待估价物品,并对该待估价物品进行复核,得到该待估价物品的实际定价。复核人员可将该实际定价以及实际定价的原因输入到服务器中,而服务器可以根据该实际定价,确定该实际定价是否与待估价物品的估价相一致。若是,则服务器可将估价的剩余尾款支付给用户,并对该用户的信用信息进行更新,结束整个物品回收业务。而当确定该待估价物品的估价与实际定价不一致时,可以根据该实际定价以及实际定价的原因(当然还可包含其他的信息),生成复核信息,并将该复核信息发送给用户。
在上述过程中,服务器可以根据物品回收业务的执行过程,向用户推送关于整个业务执行进度的消息,以使用户通过服务器推送的消息,实时的了解到整个物品回收业务的执行进程。
用户通过该复核信息如何继续执行该物品回收业务将在后续进行说明,而接下来将对服务器采用第二回收方式执行物品回收业务的过程进行说明,如图3所示。

从图3可以看出,服务器根据第二回收方式执行物品回收业务与通过第一回收方式执行物品回收业务大致相同,主要的区别点在于,服务器需要先根据复核人员对该待估价物品的复核,再向用户进行支付。换句话说,第一回收方 式可以理解成“先支付再验货”,而第二回收方式则可以理解成“先验货再支付”。
图4为本说明书提供的用户根据服务器发送的复核信息执行物品回收业务的过程示意图。
用户通过终端或客户端接收到服务器发送的复核信息后,可以根据该复核信息中包含的该待估价物品的实际定价以及实际定价的原因,确定是否同意该复核结果。而服务器在确定用户同意该复核信息时,则可根据待估价物品的实际定价,向用户发起支付请求,并在确定用户确认该支付请求后,按照该待估价物品的实际定价,向用户进行支付,进而对该用户的信用信息实施更新后,结束这个物品回收业务。其中,服务器可以按照“多退少补”的原则,对用户进行支付,即,当确定该实际定价低于先前支付的待估价物品的估价的设定部分时,则可从用户的账户中扣除估价的设定部分减去该实际定价的差额,而当确定该实际定价高于先前支付的估价的设定部分时,则可将该实际定价减去该估价的设定部分的差额支付给用户。当然,若服务器是按照第二回收方式执行物品回收业务的,则可直接按照该实际定价,对用户进行支付。
服务器在监测到用户经过设定时间后仍未对上述复核信息进行确认时(即在设定时间内用户既未执行同意该复核信息的相关操作,也没有执行不同意该复核信息的相关操作),则可确定该用户违约,进而可以基于该违约,执行一些惩罚措施,如,在向用户支付的过程中,扣除一定的金额,或是降低用户的信用度等。
服务器在监测到未成功向用户进行支付时,可以每隔一段时间,向用户重新发送该支付请求,而当监测到经过一定时间后,支付请求虽然成功发送给了该用户,但该用户迟迟没有同意时,则可确定该用户违约,进而在后续过程中,对该用户采取一定的惩罚措施。
而当接收到用户针对该复核信息发起的申述时,则可确定该用户不同意该复核信息,进行执行异议处理。服务器在异议处理过程中,可以向客服发送消息,以通过该消息通知客服与该用户联系并协商。服务器可以根据用户与客服 协商后所产生的客服记录,确定用户与客服是否达成了一致,若是,则可根据客服记录中记录的用户与客服就该待估价物品达成一致的价格,向用户进行支付。其中,服务器可以根据该达成一致的价格,向用户发起支付请求,并在确定支付成功时,更新用户的信用信息,结束整个物品回收业务。当根据该客服记录,确定用户与客服就该待估价物品的价格未达成一致时,则可通过取货方将该待估价物品返还给该用户。
同样,服务器在监测到未成功向用户进行支付时,可以每隔一段时间,向用户重新发送该支付请求,而当监测到经过一定时间后,支付请求虽然成功发送给了该用户,但该用户迟迟没有同意时,则可确定该用户违约,进而在后续对该用户采取一定的惩罚措施。
需要说明的是,在上述说明的物品回收过程中,服务器可以先判断用户的信用度是否不小于设定信用度,当确定该用户的信用度不小于设定信用度时,再通过终端提示该用户将待估价物品的物品信息,以及该待估价物品的实际图片发送给服务器,进而根据获取到的该物品信息以及实际图片,对该待估价物品进行估价。
而当确定该用户的信用度小于设定信用度时,则不再对该待估价物品实施估价,并可直接向取货方发送取货消息,以使取货方接收到该取货消息后,可以根据用户的地址信息进行上门取货。取货方可将收取的待估价物品送至复核人员进行复核,而复核人员可以通过对待估价物品的各个方面所进行的复核,确定出该待估价物品的实际定价,并将该实际定价输入至服务器。服务器可以根据该实际定价,对该用户进行支付。
当然,服务器在确定出用户的信用度小于设定信用度时,也可根据接收该待估价物品的物品信息,以及获取该待估价物品的实际图片,对该待估价物品进行估价并展示。其中,由于在用户的信用度小于设定信用度的情况下,服务器是根据复核人员对待估价物品确定出的实际定价来向用户进行支付的,所以,服务器通过终端将待估价物品的估价展示给用户是为了方便用户能够了解 最终会大致以一个什么样的价格对该待估价物品进行回收。
还需说明的是,上述均是以物品回收的场景,来对本说明书提供的物品估价方法进行说明的,而该物品估价的方法并不只是局限于物品回收的场景,诸如物品质押、物品转让、物品抵押等场景也一并适用。其中,该方法适用于诸如手机、电脑、汽车等便于收取的物品的物品抵押,而在执行物品抵押业务的过程中,服务器无论是根据待估价物品的估价还是该待估价物品的实际定价向用户支付金额的,都需要在确定向用户支付了相应的金额时,向取货方发送将该待估价物品返还至用户的消息,以使取货方通过该消息,将该待估价物品再返还给用户。
以上为本说明书的一个或多个实施例提供的物品估价方法,基于同样的思路,本说明书还提供物品估价的装置,如图5所示。
图5为本说明书提供的一种物品估价的装置示意图,具体包括:
接收模块501,接收待估价物品的物品信息,获取所述待估价物品的实际图片;
确定模块502,根据所述物品信息,从预设的图库中确定所述待估价物品的标准图片;
估价模块503,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
所述估价模块503,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,确定所述待估价物品的定损信息;根据所述定损信息,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
所述估价模块503,将所述标准图片以及所述实际图片输入到预设的模型中,并获得所述模型输出的对比结果;所述模型用于对比所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,根据所述对比结果确定所述待估价物品的定损信息并输出。
所述装置还包括:
发送模块504,当所述待估价物品为电子设备时,向所述待估价物品发送评测软件对应的安装包,以使所述待估价物品通过所述安装包安装所述评测软 件,并通过所述评测软件确定所述待估价物品的评测信息;获取所述评测信息。
所述发送模块504,获取所述待估价物品发送的所述评测信息;或获取包含所述评测信息的图片,根据包含所述评测信息的图片,确定所述评测信息。
所述估价模块503,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,和/或所述评测信息,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
所述装置还包括:
执行模块505,根据所述估价,执行业务,所述业务包括:物品回收、物品质押中的至少一种。
所述执行模块505,确定所述用户的信用度;当确定所述用户的信用度不小于设定信用度时,根据所述估价,确定小于所述估价的金额;将所述金额支付给所述用户;生成取货消息,所述取货消息用于通知取货方收取所述待估价物品。

获取模块601,接收用户发送的待估价物品的物品信息,获取所述待估价物品的实际图片;
确定模块602,根据所述物品信息,从预设的图库中确定所述待估价物品的标准图片;
估价模块603,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价;
执行模块604,根据所述用户的信用度以及所述待估价物品的估价,执行业务。
所述业务包括:物品回收、物品质押中的至少一种。
所述执行模块604,当确定所述用户的信用度不小于设定信用度时,根据所述估价,确定小于所述估价的金额;将所述金额支付给所述用户,并生成取货消息,所述取货消息用于通知取货方收取所述待估价物品。
基于上述说明的物品估价的方法,本说明书还对应提供了一种物品估价的设备,如图7所示。该物品估价的设备包括一个或多个处理器及存储器,所述存储器存储有程序,并且被配置成由所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
接收待估价物品的物品信息,获取所述待估价物品的实际图片;
根据所述物品信息,从预设的图库中确定所述待估价物品的标准图片;
根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
基于上述说明的业务执行的方法,本说明书还对应提供了一种业务执行的设备,如图8所示。该业务执行的设备包括一个或多个处理器及存储器,所述存储器存储有程序,并且被配置成由所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
接收用户发送的待估价物品的物品信息,获取所述待估价物品的实际图片;
根据所述物品信息,从预设的图库中确定所述待估价物品的标准图片;
根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价;
根据所述用户的信用度以及所述待估价物品的估价,执行业务。
在本说明书的一个或多个实施例中,可以根据接收到的待估价物品的物品信息,从预设的图库中确定出该待估价物品的标准图片,并根据获取到的该待估价物品的实际图片以及确定出的标准图片,对该待估价物品进行估价。由于在获取到待估价物品的实际图片以及标准图片后,即可通过实际图片与标准图片的对比分析,快速完成对待估价物品的估价,从而提高了物品的估价效率。
在20世纪90年代,对于一个技术的改进可以很明显地区分是硬件上的改进(例如,对二极管、晶体管、开关等电路结构的改进)还是软件上的改进(对于方法流程的改进)。然而,随着技术的发展,当今的很多方法流程的改进已经可以视为硬件电路结构的直接改进。设计人员几乎都通过将改进的方法流程编程到硬件电路中来得到相应的硬件电路结构。因此,不能说一个方法流程的改进就不能用硬件实体模块来实现。例如,可编程逻辑器件(Programmable Logic Device,PLD)(例如现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA))就是这样一种集成电路,其逻辑功能由用户对器件编程来确定。由设计人员自行编程来把一个数字系统“集成”在一片PLD上,而不需要请芯片制造厂商来设计和制作专用的集成电路芯片。而且,如今,取代手工地制作集成电路芯片,这种编程也多半改用“逻辑编译器(logic compiler)”软件来实现,它与程序开发撰写时所用的软件编译器相类似,而要编译之前的原始代码也得用特定的编程语言来撰写,此称之为硬件描述语言(Hardware Description Language,HDL),而HDL也并非仅有一种,而是有许多种,如ABEL(Advanced Boolean Expression Language)、AHDL(Altera Hardware Description Language)、Confluence、CUPL(Cornell University Programming Language)、HDCal、JHDL(Java Hardware Description Language)、Lava、Lola、MyHDL、PALASM、RHDL(Ruby Hardware Description Language)等,目前最普遍使用的是VHDL(Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)与Verilog。本领域技术人员也应该清楚,只需要将方法流程用上述几种硬件描述语言稍作逻辑编程并编程到集成电路中,就可以很容易得到实现该逻辑方法流程的硬件电路。
控制器可以按任何适当的方式实现,例如,控制器可以采取例如微处理器或处理器以及存储可由该(微)处理器执行的计算机可读程序代码(例如软件或固件)的计算机可读介质、逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器的形式,控制器的例子包括但不限于以下微控制器:ARC 625D、Atmel AT91SAM、Microchip PIC18F26K20以及Silicone Labs C8051F320,存储器控制器还可以被实现为存储器的控制逻辑的一部分。本领域技术人员也知道,除了以纯计算机可读程序代码方式实现控制器以外,完全可以通过将方法步骤进行逻辑编程来使得控制器以逻辑门、开关、专用集成电路、可编程逻辑控制器和嵌入微控制器等的形式来实现相同功能。因此这种控制器可以被认为是一种硬件部件,而对其内包括的用于实现各种功能的装置也可以视为硬件部件内的结构。或者甚至,可以 将用于实现各种功能的装置视为既可以是实现方法的软件模块又可以是硬件部件内的结构。
上述实施例阐明的系统、装置、模块或单元,具体可以由计算机芯片或实体实现,或者由具有某种功能的产品来实现。一种典型的实现设备为计算机。具体的,计算机例如可以为个人计算机、膝上型计算机、蜂窝电话、相机电话、智能电话、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、导航设备、电子邮件设备、游戏控制台、平板计算机、可穿戴设备或者这些设备中的任何设备的组合。
为了描述的方便,描述以上装置时以功能分为各种单元分别描述。当然,在实施本说明书所提供的方案时可以把各单元的功能在同一个或多个软件和/或硬件中实现。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本说明书的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本说明书可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本说明书可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本说明书是参照根据本说明书一个或多个实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个 流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
本说明书可以在由计算机执行的计算机可执行指令的一般上下文中描述,例如程序模块。一般地,程序模块包括执行特定任务或实现特定抽象数据类型的例程、程序、对象、组件、数据结构等等。也可以在分布式计算环境中实践本说明书的一个或多个实施例,在这些分布式计算环境中,由通过通信网络而被连接的远程处理设备来执行任务。在分布式计算环境中,程序模块可以位于包括存储设备在内的本地和远程计算机存储介质中。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
上述对本说明书特定实施例进行了描述。其它实施例在所附权利要求书的范围内。在一些情况下,在权利要求书中记载的动作或步骤可以按照不同于实施例中的顺序来执行并且仍然可以实现期望的结果。另外,在附图中描绘的过程不一定要求示出的特定顺序或者连续顺序才能实现期望的结果。在某些实施方式中,多任务处理和并行处理也是可以的或者可能是有利的。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种物品估价的方法,包括:
    接收待估价物品的物品信息,获取所述待估价物品的实际图片;
    根据所述物品信息,从预设的图库中确定所述待估价物品的标准图片;
    根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价,具体包括:
    根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,确定所述待估价物品的定损信息;
    根据所述定损信息,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,确定所述待估价物品的定损信息,具体包括:
    将所述标准图片以及所述实际图片输入到预设的模型中,并获得所述模型输出的对比结果;所述模型用于对比所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,根据所述对比结果确定所述待估价物品的定损信息并输出。
  4. 如权利要求1~3任一所述的方法,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价之前,所述方法还包括:
    当所述待估价物品为电子设备时,向所述待估价物品发送评测软件对应的安装包,以使所述待估价物品通过所述安装包安装所述评测软件,并通过所述评测软件确定所述待估价物品的评测信息;
    获取所述评测信息。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,获取所述评测信息,具体包括:
    获取所述待估价物品发送的所述评测信息;或
    获取包含所述评测信息的图片,根据包含所述评测信息的图片,确定所述评测信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价,具体包括:
    根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,和/或所述评测信息,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述估价,执行业务,所述业务包括:物品回收、物品质押中的至少一种。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,执行业务,具体包括:
    确定所述用户的信用度;
    当确定所述用户的信用度不小于设定信用度时,根据所述估价,确定小于所述估价的金额;
    将所述金额支付给所述用户,并生成取货消息,所述取货消息用于通知取货方收取所述待估价物品。
  9. 一种执行业务的方法,包括:
    接收用户发送的待估价物品的物品信息,获取所述待估价物品的实际图片;
    根据所述物品信息,从预设的图库中确定所述待估价物品的标准图片;
    根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价;
    根据所述用户的信用度以及所述待估价物品的估价,执行业务。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,所述业务包括:物品回收、物品质押中的至少一种。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,根据所述用户的信用度以及所述待估价物品的估价,执行业务,具体包括:
    当确定所述用户的信用度不小于设定信用度时,根据所述估价,确定小于所述估价的金额;
    将所述金额支付给所述用户,并生成取货消息,所述取货消息用于通知取货方收取所述待估价物品。
  12. 一种物品估价的装置,包括:
    接收模块,接收待估价物品的物品信息,获取所述待估价物品的实际图片;
    确定模块,根据所述物品信息,从预设的图库中确定所述待估价物品的标准图片;
    估价模块,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的装置,所述估价模块,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,确定所述待估价物品的定损信息;根据所述定损信息,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,所述估价模块,将所述标准图片以及所述实际图片输入到预设的模型中,并获得所述模型输出的对比结果;所述模型用于对比所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,根据所述对比结果确定所述待估价物品的定损信息并输出。
  15. 如权利要求12~14任一所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    发送模块,当所述待估价物品为电子设备时,向所述待估价物品发送评测软件对应的安装包,以使所述待估价物品通过所述安装包安装所述评测软件,并通过所述评测软件确定所述待估价物品的评测信息;获取所述评测信息。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的装置,所述发送模块,获取所述待估价物品发送的所述评测信息;或获取包含所述评测信息的图片,根据包含所述评测信息的图片,确定所述评测信息。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的装置,所述估价模块,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,和/或所述评测信息,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    执行模块,根据所述估价,执行业务,所述业务包括:物品回收、物品质押中的至少一种。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的装置,所述执行模块,确定所述用户的信用度;当确定所述用户的信用度不小于设定信用度时,根据所述估价,确定小于所述估价的金额;将所述金额支付给所述用户;生成取货消息,所述取货消息用于通知取货方收取所述待估价物品。
  20. 一种执行业务的装置,包括:
    获取模块,接收用户发送的待估价物品的物品信息,获取所述待估价物品的实际图片;
    确定模块,根据所述物品信息,从预设的图库中确定所述待估价物品的标准图片;
    估价模块,根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价;
    执行模块,根据所述用户的信用度以及所述待估价物品的估价,执行业务。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的装置,所述业务包括:物品回收、物品质押中的至少一种。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的装置,所述执行模块,当确定所述用户的信用度不小于设定信用度时,根据所述估价,确定小于所述估价的金额;将所述金额支付给所述用户,并生成取货消息,所述取货消息用于通知取货方收取所述待估价物品。
  23. 一种物品估价的设备,包括:一个或多个存储器以及处理器,所述存储器存储程序,并且被配置成由所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收待估价物品的物品信息,获取所述待估价物品的实际图片;
    根据所述物品信息,从预设的图库中确定所述待估价物品的标准图片;
    根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价。
  24. 一种执行业务的设备,包括:一个或多个存储器以及处理器,所述存储器存储程序,并且被配置成由所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收用户发送的待估价物品的物品信息,获取所述待估价物品的实际图片;
    根据所述物品信息,从预设的图库中确定所述待估价物品的标准图片;
    根据所述标准图片以及所述实际图片,对所述待估价物品进行估价;
    根据所述用户的信用度以及所述待估价物品的估价,执行业务。
