Description
本发明涉及木材加工领域,更具体地说,是一种适用于木板加工的工作台。
目前已知的木板加工工作台,其体积较大且不能折叠,占用空间大,携带不方便。木板在加工的时候需要使用者手动扶持或固定,使用不方便。同时一般木板加工工作台上未设置放置工具的置物架,木板加工过程中需要使用的工具无处安装,带来诸多不便。
发明内容
由于现有技术存在着上述问题,本发明提出一种工作台,其可向下折叠,携带方便体积小,其能有效的解决现有技术中存在的问题。

较佳的是,所述固定板上设有一锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构用于固定所述第二固定板与所述提手杆,所述锁紧机构包括:固定座,所述固定座内设有穿孔,且所述固定座通过螺栓固定于所述第二固定板的下表面;左卡杆和右卡杆相对的设于所述穿孔内,所述左卡杆和右卡杆之间形成夹持所述提手杆的夹持空间;调节杆,其包括一带外旋螺纹的固定端以及一连接于所述固定端的提拉杆,所述提拉杆下端的直径大于所述提拉杆上端的直径,所述提拉杆卡设于所述左卡杆和右卡杆之间,当所述调节杆旋转到未锁紧位置时,所述提拉杆的上端位于所述左卡杆和右卡杆之间,所述左卡杆和右卡杆可相对转动;当所述调节杆旋转到锁紧位置时,所述提拉杆的下端位于所述左卡杆和右卡杆之间,所述提拉杆的下端将所述左卡杆和右卡杆的顶端固定卡住, 所述左卡杆和右卡杆之间间距固定;调节钮,其设于所述调节杆上且位于所述第二固定板的上表面,所述调节钮带动所述调节杆的固定端转动,以便带动调节所述左卡杆和右卡杆之间的间距。
本发明公开的工作台主要用于木板加工,其可通过向下翻折活动板及固定板的方式折叠工作台,其结构简单、占用空间小,携带方便,折叠后的工作台相对现有的来说更加稳固;通过工作台上增加的第一固定孔和第二固定孔可有效的固定住加工物件的位置,便于操作。

下面结合具体实施方式,详细描述本发明。
请参见图1和图2所示,图1和图2分别为本申请工作台的一实施例的展开后在状态示意图。如图所示,工作台包括折叠底座1、活动板2、以及固定板3等部件。
其中,所述折叠底座1包括通过枢轴11交叉连接的左支撑架12、右支撑架13以及连接在所述左支撑架和右支撑架顶端的提手杆14(如图2所示)。活动板2固定在所述左支撑架12上,所述活动板2上设有至少一个第一固定孔21。固定板3固定在所述右支撑架13上,所述固定板3上设有至少一个第二固定孔31。所述活动板2和所述固定板3随着所述左支撑架12以及右支撑架13的展开可铺展在所述折叠底座1的上表面。所述活动板2和所述固定板3随着所述左支撑架11以及右支撑架12的收拢可沿着所述手提杆向两侧下翻折叠,如图2所示。工作台可折叠和铺展,使用起来方便,存储时也不占地方。
所述折叠底座1包括通过枢轴11交叉连接的左支撑架12、右支撑架13以及连接在所述左支撑架和右支撑架顶端的提手杆14(如图2所示)。其中,参见图4所示,所述左支撑架12包括两根平行的左支撑杆121、分别枢接于所述两根平行的左支撑杆的顶部的两根左固定杆122,所述两根左固定杆122可分别相对所述左支撑杆121旋转折叠,所述两根左固定杆122前端还分别设有一调距机构,所述活动板2固定在两根所述调距机构上并随着所述调距机构的调节而移动与所述固定板3的距离。
关于调距机构的结构详细描述如下,并请一并参考附图4至图6。所述调距机构包括两根连接有把手41的丝杆42以及及能够控制丝杆42快速往返的快拉机构43。在本实施中快拉机构43设于两个丝杆42之间。丝杆和把手41的结合可以通过手动控制实现活动板2的距离调整,而快拉机构结合丝杆可以实现快速调节活动板2的目的。参见图5所示局部放大图,所述快拉机构43包括快拉板431、左推杆432、右推杆433以及对应于左推杆以及右推杆的两个固定座434。
快拉板431的前端为倒置的梯形状,两个斜边分别卡在左推杆以及右推 杆之间。快拉板431前端的上端边长对于下端的边长,由此,当快拉板431的前端向下移动时可以推动左推杆432和右推杆433向两侧产生位移。快拉板431的下端为一拉手或设置为拉手环,以便于操作。
左推杆432以及右推杆433分别连接于所述快拉板的左侧和右侧,所述快拉板向下移动可推动所述左推杆432以及右推杆433向两侧移动。为了能够很好的配合快拉板431,左推杆432以及右推杆433与所述快拉板431相接的一端设为凹槽,凹槽内为斜面并与所述快拉板431前端的两个斜边对应匹配。
丝杆固定座434的结构如图6所述,两个丝杆固定座434分别对应固定于一所述左固定杆122上。所述丝杆固定座434上设有一径向穿孔4341,所述丝杆42穿设于其内。所述丝杆固定座434上还设有一位于所述径向穿孔4341下方的横向穿孔4342,且径向穿孔4341与横向穿孔4342相接处相通。所述横向穿孔4342的一侧通过一固定板435锁紧,所述横向穿孔4342内依次设有一弹簧436以及一内侧面与所述弹簧436抵压的压块437,所述压块437的上侧面4371与所述丝杆42匹配的螺纹,所述压块437的外侧面与所述左推杆432或右推杆433抵接。
当所述快拉机构43处于锁紧位置时,所述快拉板431前端的下端部位于所述左推杆432和所述右推杆433之间。所述左推杆432和所述右推杆433位于起始位置,且分别抵接对应的所述压块4371,且所述压块4371在所述弹簧436的作用下与设于所述径向穿孔4341内的丝杆42接触,所述压块4371的上表面通过螺纹锁紧所述丝杆42。此时,所述活动板2仅能通过转动把手而带动丝杆42转动继而相对所述固定板3移动。当需要快速移动活动板2时,向下拉动所述快拉板431,所述快拉板431向两侧推动所述左推杆432和右推杆433,此时所述快拉机构处于解锁位置,所述左推杆432和所述右推杆433 分别向两侧移动推动对应的所述压块4371向所述丝杆固定座434的外侧移动,所述压块4371的上表面不接触所述丝杆42,所述丝杆42可快速拉出或收回,继而带动活动板2快速移动位置。
再请参见图2所示,所述右支撑架13包括两根平行的右支撑杆131、分别枢接于所述两根平行的右支撑杆131的顶部的两根右固定杆132,所述两根右固定杆132可分别相对所述右支撑杆131旋转折叠,所述固定板3固定在所述右固定杆132上。
参见图1和图2所示,所述两根左支撑杆121和所述右支撑杆131的底端分别设有一底脚5。所述底脚5包括一沿着所述左支撑杆121或所述右支撑杆131的外边缘直线延伸的加长边51以及与所述加长边成一角度的斜直边52,所述加长边51与所述斜直边52之间形成一顶角53。当所述折叠底座1完全展开后,所述斜直边52平直的接触地面;当所述折叠底座1收拢后,通过对应的所述左支撑杆131和对应的所述右支撑杆121上的两个顶角53稳固的接触地面。相对于现有技术来说更加稳固。
作为本申请的拓展,本实施例在所述左支撑架12和/或所述右支撑架13上设有至少一个置物架6,所述置物架6上设有多个孔型不同的置物孔61。置物孔用来固定一些常用的加工工具,如老虎钳、钻孔器具、锯子等等。
作为本申请的另一拓展,本实施例在所述左支撑架12和/或所述右支撑架13上设有至少一个台面夹具架7,其上固定有置于所述第一固定孔21和置于第二固定孔22内的台面夹具71。台面夹具71底部具有固定柱,可嵌于所述第一固定孔21和置于第二固定孔22内,台面夹具71的一侧面或两侧面设有固定槽或凸条,以便固定住加工物件。
为了进一步确保加工物件的过程中工作台的稳固性,在所述左支撑架12 和/或所述右支撑架13的底端设有一脚踏杆8。在加工的过程中可以脚踩住脚踏杆8以便辅助工作台稳固。
参见图1所示,所述固定板3包括第一固定板32以及第二固定板33,所述第一固定板32与所述活动板2连接为一体,所述第一固定板32上设有标尺和/或第三固定孔321。第一固定板32上设有的标尺可以便于在加工过程中进行测量或定位,使用很方便。台面夹具7也可以嵌在第三固定孔321中使用。
参见图2所示,所述第一固定板32的下表面设有一锁钩34,所述第二固定板33的下表面设有一固定柱35,拨动所述锁钩勾34住所述固定柱35以锁紧第一固定板32和第二固定板33。当然,也可在第一固定板的下表面设置固定柱,在第二固定板的下表面设置锁钩。各种类似的变形以能够固定第一固定板和第二固定板为准,并不限定锁钩与固定柱或其他形式的变化。
此外,参见图2和图7以及图8所示,所述固定板2(本实施例为第二固定板33)上设有一锁紧机构9,所述锁紧机构9包括固定座91、左卡杆92、右卡杆93、调节杆94以及调节钮95等部件。锁紧机构用于确保第二固定板33可以牢固的固定在提手杆上,进一步增加稳固性。所述固定座91内设有穿孔,且所述固定座91通过螺栓96固定于所述第二固定板33的下表面。左卡杆92和右卡杆93相对的设于所述穿孔内。所述左卡杆92和右卡杆93之间形成夹持所述提手杆14的夹持空间。调节杆94包括一带外旋螺纹的固定端941以及一连接于所述固定端941的提拉杆942。所述提拉杆下端9421的直径大于所述提拉杆上端9422的直径,使得提拉杆下端9421凸起。所述提拉杆942卡设于所述左卡杆92和右卡杆93之间,当所述调节杆94旋转到未锁紧位置时,所述提拉杆上端9422位于所述左卡杆92和右卡杆93之间,所述提拉杆下端9421位于所述左卡杆92和右卡杆93的下端部,所述左卡杆92 和右卡杆93可相对转动。当所述调节杆94旋转到锁紧位置时,所述提拉杆下端9421位于所述左卡杆92和右卡杆93之间,所述提拉杆下端9421将所述左卡杆92和右卡杆93的顶端固定卡住,所述左卡杆92和右卡杆93之间间距固定。调节钮95设于所述调节杆94上且位于所述第二固定板33的上表面,所述调节钮95带动所述调节杆94的固定端941转动,以便带动调节所述左卡杆92和右卡杆93之间的间距。
应理解,这些实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
Claims (10)
- 工作台,其特征在于,包括:折叠底座,所述折叠底座包括通过枢轴交叉连接的左支撑架、右支撑架以及连接在所述左支撑架和右支撑架顶端的提手杆;活动板,其固定在所述左支撑架上,所述活动板上设有至少一个第一固定孔;固定板,其固定在所述右支撑架上,所述固定板上设有至少一个第二固定孔;所述活动板和所述固定板随着所述左支撑架以及右支撑架的展开可铺展在所述折叠底座的上表面;所述活动板和所述固定板随着所述左支撑架以及右支撑架的收拢可沿着所述手提杆向两侧下翻折叠。
- 根据权利要求1所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述左支撑架包括两根平行的左支撑杆、分别枢接于所述两根平行的左支撑杆的顶部的两根左固定杆,所述两根左固定杆可分别相对所述左支撑杆旋转折叠,所述两根左固定杆前端还分别设有一调距机构,所述活动板固定在两根所述调距机构上并随着所述调距机构的调节而移动与所述固定板的距离;所述右支撑架包括两根平行的右支撑杆、分别枢接于所述两根平行的右支撑杆的顶部的两根右固定杆,所述两根右固定杆可分别相对所述右支撑杆旋转折叠,所述固定板固定在所述右固定杆上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述调距机构包括连接有把手的丝杆以及能够控制丝杆快速往返的快拉机构,所述快拉机构包括:快拉板,所述快拉板的前端为倒置的梯形状;左推杆以及右推杆,所述左推杆以及右推杆分别连接于所述快拉板的左 侧和右侧,所述快拉板向下移动可推动所述左推杆以及右推杆向两侧移动;两个丝杆固定座,其分别固定于一所述左固定杆上,所述丝杆固定座上设有一径向穿孔,所述丝杆穿设于其内;所述丝杆固定座上还设有一位于所述径向穿孔下方的横向穿孔,且径向穿孔与横向穿孔相接处相通;所述横向穿孔的一侧通过一固定板锁紧,所述横向穿孔内依次设有一弹簧以及一内侧面与所述弹簧抵压的压块,所述压块的上侧面与所述丝杆匹配的螺纹,所述压块的外侧面与所述左推杆或右推杆抵接;当所述快拉机构处于锁紧位置时,所述左推杆和所述右推杆分别抵接所述压块,且所述压块在所述弹簧的作用下与设于所述径向穿孔内的丝杆接触,此时,所述活动板仅能通过丝杆的手动转动而相对所述固定板移动;向下拉动所述快拉板,当所述快拉机构处于解锁位置时,所述左推杆和所述右推杆分别向两侧移动推动所述压块向所述丝杆固定座的外侧移动,所述压块的上表面不接触所述丝杆,所述丝杆可快速拉出或收回。
- 根据权利要求2所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述两根左支撑杆和所述右支撑杆的底端分别设有一底脚,所述底脚包括一沿着所述左支撑杆或所述右支撑杆的外边缘直线延伸的加长边以及与所述加长边成一角度的斜直边,所述加长边与所述斜直边之间形成一顶角,当所述折叠底座完全展开后,所述斜直边平直的接触地面,当所述折叠底座收拢后,所述左支撑杆和对应的所述右支撑杆通过其上顶角稳固的接触地面。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述左支撑架和/或所述右支撑架上设有至少一个置物架,所述置物架上设有多个孔型不同的置物孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述左支撑架和/或所述 右支撑架的底端设有一脚踏杆。
- 根据权利要求6所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述左支撑架和/或所述右支撑架上设有至少一个台面夹具架,其上固定有置于所述第一固定孔和置于第二固定孔内的台面夹具。
- 根据权利要求1所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述固定板包括第一固定板以及第二固定板,所述第一固定板与所述活动板连接为一体,所述第一固定板上设有标尺和/或第三固定孔
- 根据权利要求8所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述第一固定板的下表面设有一锁钩或固定柱,所述第二固定板下表面对应的设有固定柱或锁钩,拨动所述锁钩勾住所述固定柱以锁紧第一固定板和第二固定板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述固定板上设有一锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构用于固定所述第二固定板与所述提手杆,所述锁紧机构包括:固定座,所述固定座内设有穿孔,且所述固定座通过螺栓固定于所述第二固定板的下表面;左卡杆和右卡杆相对的设于所述穿孔内,所述左卡杆和右卡杆之间形成夹持所述提手杆的夹持空间;调节杆,其包括一带外旋螺纹的固定端以及一连接于所述固定端的提拉杆,所述提拉杆下端的直径大于所述提拉杆上端的直径,所述提拉杆卡设于所述左卡杆和右卡杆之间,当所述调节杆旋转到未锁紧位置时,所述提拉杆的上端位于所述左卡杆和右卡杆之间,所述左卡杆和右卡杆可相对转动;当所述调节杆旋转到锁紧位置时,所述提拉杆的下端位于所述左卡杆和右卡杆之间,所述提拉杆的下端将所述左卡杆和右卡杆的顶端固定卡住,所述左卡 杆和右卡杆之间间距固定;调节钮,其设于所述调节杆上且位于所述第二固定板的上表面,所述调节钮带动所述调节杆的固定端转动,以便带动调节所述左卡杆和右卡杆之间的间距。
