Description

无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪 技术领域
本发明涉及理发设备领域,具体涉及一种用于理发的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪。
背景技术
削发剪是一种用于理发的剪刀,现有的削发剪的结构包括:动刃刀片和静刃刀片,动刃刀片和静刃刀片通过枢轴铰接,通过动刃刀片的刀刃向着静刃刀片的刀刃活动开合来剪断头发,静刃刀片的刀刃由若干个并排间隔排列的静刃梳齿的齿刃组成,在各个静刃梳齿的齿刃两侧分别设置有一个导向边,动刃刀片的刀刃受到两个导向边的导向后与导向边所在的静刃梳齿齿刃相合拢来剪断头发。
上述的削发剪存在如下缺点:(1)导向边的宽度较宽,所以头发容易夹于导向边和动刃刀片的刀刃之间,从而剪发时易扯到头发,使理发者的头部感到疼痛,另外,使用两个导向边进行导向会增加摩擦面积,使得剪发摩擦力增大,从而使剪发手感变差。(2)动刃刀片的刀刃刃口锋利,但是静刃梳齿齿刃的刃口不锋利,使得削发剪削发后的头发横断面比较毛糙。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:将提供一种作为削发剪在剪发过程中不易扯头发、剪发摩擦力小、能锋利地剪断头发使头发横断面平整的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪,包括:动刃刀片和静刃刀片,动刃刀片和静刃刀片通过枢轴铰接,在动刃刀片和静刃刀片的尾端均设置有用于手指驱动刀片开合的指圈,通过动刃刀片的刀刃向着静刃刀片的刀刃活动开合来剪断头发,静刃刀片的刀刃由若干个并排间隔排列的静刃梳齿的齿刃组成,其特点是:各个静刃梳齿的齿刃均由一个水平面和一个斜面相交形成,各个静刃梳齿齿刃的水平面均处于同一平面上,各个静刃梳齿齿刃的刃口角均为15°~45°,并且在各个静刃梳齿靠近枢轴侧的齿刃边沿处分别设置有一个导向凸角,各个导向凸角与动刃刀片刀刃相接触的表面上分别设 置有一个导向斜面,动刃刀片的刀刃受到导向斜面的导向后与导向斜面所在的静刃梳齿齿刃相合拢剪切。
进一步的,前述的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪,其中:导向凸角的高度为0.1mm~2mm。
进一步的,前述的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪,其中:各个静刃梳齿齿刃的刃口由靠近枢轴侧开始从高到低倾斜,并且刃口的倾斜角度为0.5°~10°。
进一步的,前述的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪,其中:各个静刃梳齿齿刃上水平面的高度为0.5mm~2mm。
进一步的,前述的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪,其中:导向斜面与水平面的夹角为0.2°~5°。
本发明的优点为:本发明所述的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪在剪发时不易扯头发,使得理发者的头部不会感到疼痛,并且剪发摩擦力小,使得剪发手感变好;另外,上述的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪能锋利地剪断头发,使头发的横断面比较平整。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示,无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪,包括:动刃刀片1和静刃刀片2,动刃刀片1和静刃刀片2通过枢轴3铰接,在动刃刀片1和静刃刀片2的尾端均设置有用于手指驱动刀片开合的指圈4,通过动刃刀片1的刀刃向着静刃刀片2的刀刃活动开合来剪断头发,静刃刀片2的刀刃由若干个并排间隔排列的静刃梳齿21的齿刃组成, 各个静刃梳齿21的齿刃均由一个水平面5和一个斜面6相交形成,各个静刃梳齿21齿刃的水平面5均处于同一平面上,各个静刃梳齿21齿刃的刃口角α均为15°~45°,静刃梳齿21的齿刃刃口角这样设置能使齿刃刃口变的锋利,从而和动刃刀片1刀刃合拢剪切后能锋利地剪断头发,并且在各个静刃梳齿21靠近枢轴3侧的齿刃边沿处分别设置有一个导向凸角22,各个导向凸角22与动刃刀片1刀刃相接触的表面上分别设置有一个导向斜面23,动刃刀片1的刀刃受到导向斜面23的导向后与导向斜面23所在的静刃梳齿21齿刃相合拢剪切。由于导向凸角22的角尖很窄,所以头发不易夹于导向凸角22和动刃刀片1的刀刃之间,所以不易扯到头发,使得理发者的头部不会感到疼痛。采用角尖很窄的导向凸角22进行导向还能大大减小剪发摩擦力,使得剪发手感变好。
另外,如图2、图3、图5所示,导向凸角22的高度a为0.1mm~2mm,导向凸角22过低起不到导向作用,导向凸角过高就会使导向凸角22的顶部过于尖锐,存在安全隐患。各个静刃梳齿21齿刃的刃口由靠近枢轴3侧开始从高到低倾斜,并且刃口的倾斜角度β为0.5°~10°,刃口倾斜是为了使头发能顺着刀刃合拢方向逃逸,防止剪断过多的头发。各个静刃梳齿21齿刃上水平面5的高度b为0.5mm~2mm。导向斜面23与水平面5的夹角γ为0.2°~5°,导向斜面23角度过小就起不到导向作用,导向斜面23角度过大就会使摩擦力变大,从而使削发手感变差。

  1. 无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪,包括:动刃刀片和静刃刀片,动刃刀片和静刃刀片通过枢轴铰接,在动刃刀片和静刃刀片的尾端均设置有用于手指驱动刀片开合的指圈,通过动刃刀片的刀刃向着静刃刀片的刀刃活动开合来剪断头发,静刃刀片的刀刃由若干个并排间隔排列的静刃梳齿的齿刃组成,其特征在于:各个静刃梳齿的齿刃均由一个水平面和一个斜面相交形成,各个静刃梳齿齿刃的水平面均处于同一平面上,各个静刃梳齿齿刃的刃口角均为15°~45°,并且在各个静刃梳齿靠近枢轴侧的齿刃边沿处分别设置有一个导向凸角,各个导向凸角与动刃刀片刀刃相接触的表面上分别设置有一个导向斜面,动刃刀片的刀刃受到导向斜面的导向后与导向斜面所在的静刃梳齿齿刃相合拢剪切。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪,其特征在于:导向凸角的高度为0.1mm~2mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪,其特征在于:各个静刃梳齿齿刃的刃口由靠近枢轴侧开始从高到低倾斜,并且刃口的倾斜角度为0.5°~10°。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪,其特征在于:各个静刃梳齿齿刃上水平面的高度为0.5mm~2mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的无痕高低齿双面快刃牙剪,其特征在于:导向斜面与水平面的夹角为0.2°~5°。
