背景技术
海量SKU(Stock Keeping Unit,库存进出计量的基本单元)入库时,需要进行包装。SKU的信息以及SKU的包装信息均需录入系统。传统的管理方式为:现场人员采集信息,然后汇总并编码录入系统,从而存在着信息冗余,以及信息处理的自动化程度低的问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的在于提出一种改进的信息处理方法和装置,来解决以上背景技术部分提到的技术问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,该方法包括:根据目标计量库存进出的基本单元SKU的信息,生成装箱编码,其中,目标SKU的信息包括目标SKU的编码,装箱编码用于标识目标SKU拟装入箱子的尺寸信息;将目标SKU的信息与装箱编码关联保存;查找与目标SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码,并确定所查找到的装箱编码的数量;若数量大于等于二,则执行以下处理步骤之一:保留目标装箱编码并删除所查找到的装箱编码中目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱 编码;以第一标记方式标记目标装箱编码,并以第二标记方式标记所查找到的装箱编码中目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱编码。

需要说明的是,本申请实施例所提供的信息处理方法一般由终端设备101、102、103执行,相应地,信息处理装置一般设置于终端设备101、102、103中。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。当信息处理方法运行于其上的电子设备不需要与服务器进行数据传输时,该系统架构可以不包括服务器。
继续参考图2,示出了根据本申请的信息处理方法的一个实施例的流程200。该信息处理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤201,根据目标计量库存进出的基本单元SKU的信息,生成装箱编码。
在本实施例中,信息处理方法运行于其上的电子设备(例如图1所示的终端设备)可以根据SKU的信息,利用预设算法生成该SKU的装箱编码。
其中,上述目标SKU的信息可以是用户输入的,也可以是其他设备发送的,还可以是预先存储于该电子设备中的。该目标SKU的信息包括该目标SKU的编码,装箱编码用于标识该目标SKU拟装入箱子的尺寸信息。其中,预设算法是预先设置的算法,利用上述预设算法可以实现相同SKU的信息生成相同的装箱编码;不同SKU的信息或同一SKU的不同信息项(例如:SKU的编码、SKU的单位等)生成不同的装箱编码。不同SKU在品牌、型号、配置、等级、花色、包装容量、单位、用途、价格、产地等至少一个属性上存在差异。SKU的编码即用来标识上述存在差异的SKU,存在差异的SKU对应的SKU的编码不同。SKU的信息可以包括但不限于如下信息:该SKU的编码、名称、计量单位、包装单位(例如:包、箱、桶等等)、各级包装(例如:包、桶、箱等等)的嵌套单位信息、质量、该SKU的拟装入 箱子的容纳SKU数以及装箱后箱子尺寸信息。其中,SKU的信息可以根据实际需要进行调整。SKU的拟装入箱子的容纳SKU数是指该SKU进行包装前,即将使用的箱子预计装的SKU的数目。作为示例,上述各级包装的嵌套单位信息可以是“4*(包*6瓶)/箱”。其中,“4*(包*6瓶)/箱”用于表示,当前箱子中有4包,每包中有6瓶SKU。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述预设算法可以是以下至少一项:数据加密标准算法、信息摘要算法第五版、安全散列算法。示例性的,假设仓库新到一批酒,需要将相同的酒装箱。首先,可以将6瓶酒装箱,输入酒的信息根据信息摘要算法第五版生成了装箱编码“111111”,则当将4瓶酒装箱时,即使4瓶酒拟装入箱子的尺寸与装6瓶酒相同,其所生成的装箱编码也不会是“111111”。
需要说明的是,上述算法是目前广泛研究和应用的公知技术,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述装箱编码可以是根据SKU的信息经过嵌套包装所生成的。作为示例,假设仓库新到一批酒,需要先将6听酒装一包,然后需要将4包(每包中有6听酒)酒装箱。此时,可以首先根据酒的信息生成每包酒的编码。示例性的,输入酒的编码(例如:1)、酒的单位(例如:听),容量(例如:330ml)、SKU数(例如:6),包的尺寸(例如:15cm*6cm*20cm),生成每包酒的编码(例如:111)。然后根据每包酒的信息生成装箱编码。示例性的,根据每包酒的编码(例如:111)、SKU数(此时,可以将每包酒看成一个SKU,则SKU数为4)、SKU编码(例如:10)、箱子的尺寸(例如:30cm*12cm*40cm),生成经过嵌套包装后酒的装箱编码(例如:123)。可以理解,上述包装了4包酒,每包有6听酒的箱子仍可以看作一个SKU,以进行进一步的装箱,生成新的装箱编码。

在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,关联保存可以是通过数组 或者字典等数据类型以及各种数据类型的嵌套形式进行关联保存的,以便将同一SKU的信息之间以及同一SKU的信息与装箱编码之间建立联系,并将建立联系的数据保存到持久化数据库中。

在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,根据目标计量库存进出的基本单元SKU的信息,生成装箱编码,具体可以包括:利用信息摘要算法第五版或安全散列算法处理该目标SKU的信息,生成装箱编码。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,目标SKU的信息还包括目标SKU的拟装入箱子的容纳SKU数;以及上述根据目标计量库存进出的基本单元SKU的信息,生成装箱编码,包括:根据目标SKU的编码、目标SKU的拟装入箱子的容纳SKU数,生成计量单元编码, 其中,计量单元编码用于标识目标SKU的装箱方式;响应于确定出不存在与该计量单元编码相同的其他计量单元编码,保存该计量单元编码;根据该计量单元编码和目标SKU包装后箱子的尺寸信息,生成装箱编码;响应于确定不存在与该装箱编码相同的其他装箱编码,保存该装箱编码。
继续参见图3A,图3A是根据本实施例的信息处理方法的应用场景的一个示意图。在图3A的应用场景中,用户首先输入SKU的信息:SKU编码:12345678,SKU数(即:SKU的拟装入箱子的容纳SKU数):6,箱子的长度:100cm,宽度:100cm,高度:100cm。之后,用户点击确定按钮,表示SKU的信息输入完成,将所输入的信息交由终端设备处理。请参见图3B,图3B是根据本实施例的信息处理方法的应用场景的一个示意图。图示中,上述终端设备根据用户所输入的SKU的信息生成了装箱编码:38b8c2c1093dd0fec383a9d9ac940515(图示中,虚线箭头连接的装箱编码)。终端设备将SKU编码:12345678,SKU数:6,箱子的长度:100cm,宽度:100cm,高度:100cm,与装箱编码:38b8c2c1093dd0fec383a9d9ac940515关联保存;然后查找与SKU的编码为12345678关联保存的装箱编码,图中301、302对应的编码均与该编码关联保存,则与该编码关联保存的装箱编码数量是2。请继续参考图3C,图3C是根据本实施例的信息处理方法的应用场景的又一个示意图。图示中,终端设备删除了301对应的装箱编码。
本申请的上述实施例提供的方法通过根据SKU信息自动生成装箱编码以及确定相同SKU编码所对应的唯一目标装箱编码,降低了信息的冗余度,并且提高了信息处理的自动化程度。
进一步参考图4,其示出了信息处理方法的又一个实施例的流程400。该信息处理方法的流程400,包括以下步骤:
步骤401,根据目标计量库存进出的基本单元SKU的信息,生成装箱编码。
在本实施例中,信息处理方法运行于其上的电子设备(例如图1 所示的终端设备)可以根据用户输入的SKU的信息,生成该SKU的装箱编码。其中,目标SKU的信息包括目标SKU的编码,装箱编码用于标识该目标SKU拟装入箱子的尺寸信息。
步骤402,将目标SKU的信息与装箱编码关联保存。
在本实施例中,基于步骤401中得到的装箱编码,上述电子设备(例如图1所示的终端设备)关联保存上述SKU的信息与该SKU的信息生成的装箱编码。
步骤403,查找与目标SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码,并确定所查找到的装箱编码的数量。
在本实施例中,信息处理方法运行于其上的电子设备可以根据SKU的编码查找出所有与该SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码,进而确定所查找到的与该SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码的数量。
步骤404,若数量大于等于二,则执行以下处理步骤之一:保留目标装箱编码并删除所查找到的装箱编码中目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱编码;以第一标记方式标记该目标装箱编码,并以第二标记方式标记所查找到的装箱编码中该目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱编码。
在本实施例中,如果步骤403中所查找到的装箱编码的数量大于等于二,则在所查找到的装箱编码中选择出目标装箱编码,对该目标装箱编码执行保存或者标记操作,对所查找到的其他装箱编码相应的执行删除操作或者以不同于目标装箱编码的标记方式给予标记,以选择或者区分该目标装箱编码与所查找到的其他装箱编码。
步骤405,将目标SKU的信息与目标装箱编码发送至目标设备,其中,目标设备用于接收并关联保存目标SKU的信息与目标装箱编码。
在本实施例中,信息处理方法运行于其上的电子设备可以将本地的目标SKU的信息与目标装箱编码发送至目标设备,以供目标设备接收并关联保存目标SKU的信息与目标装箱编码。
示例性的,例如当前存在甲、乙两个仓库,两个仓库都存在对相同的酒进行装箱的需求,则可以使用甲、乙两个信息处理方法运行于其上的电子设备(下文简称甲、乙设备)进行异地现场信息处理。假 设当前在甲仓库使用甲设备首先开始信息处理,并首先确定了目标装箱编码,此时,甲设备可以向乙设备发送刚刚处理的SKU的信息与目标装箱编码,然后由乙设备接收并关联保存由甲设备发送的目标SKU的信息与目标装箱编码。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,信息处理方法运行于其上的电子设备接收到关联保存SKU的编码与装箱编码的请求时,首先,关联保存该SKU的信息与装箱编码。之后,根据该SKU的编码查找出所有与该SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码,进而确定所查找到的与该SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码的数量。然后,判断所查找到的装箱编码的数量,如果所查找到的装箱编码的数量大于等于二,则在所查找到的装箱编码中选择出目标装箱编码,对该目标装箱编码执行保存或者标记操作,对所查找到的其他装箱编码相应的执行删除操作或者以不同于目标装箱编码的标记方式给予标记,以保留该目标装箱编码或者区分该目标装箱编码与所查找到的其他装箱编码。需要说明的是,上述请求可以是由其他电子设备所发出的也可以是用户输入的。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,在上述执行以下处理步骤之一之后,该方法还可以包括:响应于接收到查找SKU的编码对应的SKU的信息的第一请求,确定是否已保存了第一请求所包括的SKU的编码;响应于确定出已保存了第一请求所包括的SKU的编码,查找并输出与第一请求所包括的SKU的编码对应的第一装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息,其中,第一装箱编码是所保留的装箱编码或以第一标记方式标记的装箱编码。
可以理解,上述可选的实现方式可以实现根据SKU的编码确定已保存的该SKU的其他信息。示例性的,假设仓库新到一批酒,工作人员需要对其进行包装,为了避免和其他人员对相同的酒包装形式不同,该工作人员可以向终端设备输入该酒的编码。如果在该工作人员对酒进行包装之前,相同的酒已经被其他人员包装过,终端设备中就已经关联保存了这种酒的信息以及酒的装箱编码。此时,输入该酒的编码可以显示出酒的其他信息,例如:名称,将几瓶酒装一箱、包装箱的长宽高、装箱编码等等信息。该工作人员根据所显示的信息对这批酒 进行包装即可。通过SKU的装箱编码查找到SKU的信息,进而按照所查找到的信息对该SKU进行包装,可以避免不同人员对同一SKU的包装产生差异,进而方便信息的处理和管理。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,在上述执行以下处理步骤之一之后,该方法还可以包括:响应于接收到查找与装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息的第二请求,确定第二请求所包括的装箱编码是否为第一装箱编码,其中,第一装箱编码是所保留的装箱编码或以第一标记方式标记的装箱编码;响应于确定出第二请求所包括的装箱编码是第一装箱编码,查找并输出与第二请求所包括的装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息。
从图4中可以看出,与图2对应的实施例相比,本实施例中的用于信息处理的方法的流程400突出了将目标SKU的信息与目标装箱编码发送至目标设备的步骤。由此,本实施例描述的方案可以实现异地异步的信息处理,从而实现更灵活的信息采集。
进一步参考图5,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本申请提供了一种信息处理装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图2所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图5所示,本实施例的信息处理装置500包括:生成单元501、保存单元502、第一确定单元503和执行单元504。其中,生成单元501配置用于根据目标计量库存进出的基本单元SKU的信息,生成装箱编码,其中,目标SKU的信息包括目标SKU的编码,装箱编码用于标识目标SKU拟装入箱子的尺寸信息;保存单元502配置用于将目标SKU的信息与该装箱编码关联保存;第一确定单元503配置用于查找与目标SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码,并确定所查找到的装箱编码的数量;而执行单元504配置用于响应于上述数量大于等于二,执行以下处理步骤之一:保留目标装箱编码并删除所查找到的装箱编码中目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱编码;以第一标记方式标记目标装箱编码,并以第二标记方式标记所查找到的装箱编码中目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱编码。
在本实施例中,信息处理装置500的生成单元501可以根据用户输入的SKU的信息,利用预设算法生成该SKU的装箱编码,其中,预设算法可以是信息摘要算法第五版、安全散列算法、数据加密标准算法,也可以是其他加密算法,还可以是多个算法的组合或同一算法的多重组合。
在本实施例中,基于生成单元501得到的装箱编码,上述保存单元502可以关联保存上述SKU的信息与该SKU的信息生成的装箱编码。
在本实施例中,信息处理装置500上可以预先关联保存多对SKU的信息与该SKU的信息生成的装箱编码。由此,信息处理装置500的第一确定单元503可以根据SKU的编码查找出所有与该SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码,进而确定所查找到的与该SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码的数量。
在本实施例中,若数量大于等于二,则上述执行单元504可以执行以下处理步骤之一:保留目标装箱编码并删除所查找到的装箱编码中目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱编码;以第一标记方式标记目标装箱编码,并以第二标记方式标记所查找到的装箱编码中目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱编码。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该装置还可以包括:发送单元配置用于将目标SKU的信息与目标装箱编码发送至目标设备,其中,目标设备用于接收并关联保存目标SKU的信息与该目标装箱编码。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该装置还可以包括:第二确定单元配置用于响应于接收到查找SKU的编码对应的SKU的信息的第一请求,确定是否已保存了第一请求所包括的SKU的编码;第一输出单元配置用于响应于确定出已保存了第一请求所包括的SKU的编码,查找并输出与第一请求所包括的SKU的编码对应的第一装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息,其中,第一装箱编码是所保留的装箱编码或以第一标记方式标记的装箱编码。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该装置还可以包括:第三 确定单元配置用于响应于接收到查找与装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息的第二请求,确定第二请求所包括的装箱编码是否为第一装箱编码,其中,第一装箱编码是所保留的装箱编码或以第一标记方式标记的装箱编码;第二输出单元配置用于响应于确定出第二请求所包括的装箱编码是第一装箱编码,查找并输出与第二请求所包括的装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,目标SKU的信息还可以包括目标SKU的拟装入箱子的容纳SKU数;以及上述生成单元,可以进一步包括:第一生成模块配置用于根据目标SKU的编码、目标SKU的拟装入箱子的容纳SKU数,生成计量单元编码,其中,计量单元编码用于标识目标SKU的装箱方式;第一保存模块配置用于响应于确定不存在与该计量单元编码相同的其他计量单元编码,保存计量单元编码;第二生成模块配置用于根据该计量单元编码和目标SKU包装后箱子的尺寸信息,生成装箱编码;第二保存模块配置用于响应于确定不存在与该装箱编码相同的其他装箱编码,保存该装箱编码。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,目标装箱编码可以包括:所查找到的第一个装箱编码或随机选择的装箱编码。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,根据目标计量库存进出的基本单元SKU的信息,生成装箱编码,可以包括:利用信息摘要算法第五版或安全散列算法处理目标SKU的信息,生成装箱编码。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,该装置还可以包括:接收单元配置用于接收到关联保存SKU的编码与装箱编码的请求时,首先,关联保存该SKU的信息与装箱编码。之后,根据该SKU的编码查找出所有与该SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码,进而确定所查找到的与该SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码的数量。然后,判断所查找到的装箱编码的数量,如果所查找到的装箱编码的数量大于等于二,则在所查找到的装箱编码中选择出目标装箱编码,对该目标装箱编码执行保存或者标记操作,对所查找到的其他装箱编码相应的执行删除操作或者以不同于目标装箱编码的标记方式给予标记,以保留该目标装箱编码或者区分该目标装箱编码与所查找到的其他装箱编码。
下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的终端设备的计算机系统600的结构示意图。图6示出的终端设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图6所示,计算机系统600包括中央处理单元(CPU)601,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)602中的程序或者从存储部分608加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)603中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM603中,还存储有系统600操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU601、ROM602以及RAM603通过总线604彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口605也连接至总线604。

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    根据目标计量库存进出的基本单元SKU的信息,生成装箱编码,其中,所述目标SKU的信息包括所述目标SKU的编码,所述装箱编码用于标识所述目标SKU拟装入箱子的尺寸信息;
    将所述目标SKU的信息与所述装箱编码关联保存;
    查找与所述目标SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码,并确定所查找到的装箱编码的数量;
    若所述数量大于等于二,则执行以下处理步骤之一:保留目标装箱编码并删除所查找到的装箱编码中所述目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱编码;以第一标记方式标记所述目标装箱编码,并以第二标记方式标记所查找到的装箱编码中所述目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱编码。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述执行以下处理步骤之一之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述目标SKU的信息与所述目标装箱编码发送至目标设备,其中,所述目标设备用于接收并关联保存所述目标SKU的信息与所述目标装箱编码。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述执行以下处理步骤之一之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到查找SKU的编码对应的SKU的信息的第一请求,确定是否已保存了所述第一请求所包括的SKU的编码;
    响应于确定出已保存了所述第一请求所包括的SKU的编码,查找并输出与所述第一请求所包括的SKU的编码对应的第一装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息,其中,所述第一装箱编码是所保留的装箱编码或以第一标记方式标记的装箱编码。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述执行以下处 理步骤之一之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到查找与装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息的第二请求,确定所述第二请求所包括的装箱编码是否为第一装箱编码,其中,所述第一装箱编码是所保留的装箱编码或以第一标记方式标记的装箱编码;
    响应于确定出所述第二请求所包括的装箱编码是第一装箱编码,查找并输出与所述第二请求所包括的装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标装箱编码是所查找到的第一个装箱编码或随机选择的装箱编码。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据目标计量库存进出的基本单元SKU的信息,生成装箱编码,包括:
    利用信息摘要算法第五版或安全散列算法处理所述目标SKU的信息,生成装箱编码。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6之一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标SKU的信息还包括所述目标SKU的拟装入箱子的容纳SKU数;以及
    所述根据目标计量库存进出的基本单元SKU的信息,生成装箱编码,包括:
    根据所述目标SKU的编码、所述目标SKU的拟装入箱子的容纳SKU数,生成计量单元编码,其中,所述计量单元编码用于标识所述目标SKU的装箱方式;
    响应于确定不存在与所述计量单元编码相同的其他计量单元编码,保存所述计量单元编码;
    根据所述计量单元编码和所述目标SKU的拟装入箱子的尺寸信息,生成装箱编码;
    响应于确定不存在与所述装箱编码相同的其他装箱编码,保存所述装箱编码。
  8. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    生成单元,配置用于根据目标计量库存进出的基本单元SKU的信息,生成装箱编码,其中,所述目标SKU的信息包括所述目标SKU的编码,所述装箱编码用于标识所述目标SKU拟装入箱子的尺寸信息;
    保存单元,配置用于将所述目标SKU的信息与所述装箱编码关联保存;
    第一确定单元,配置用于查找与所述目标SKU的编码关联保存的装箱编码,并确定所查找到的装箱编码的数量;
    执行单元,配置用于响应于确定出所述数量大于等于二,执行以下处理步骤之一:保留目标装箱编码并删除所查找到的装箱编码中所述目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱编码;以第一标记方式标记所述目标装箱编码,并以第二标记方式标记所查找到的装箱编码中所述目标装箱编码之外的其他装箱编码。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    发送单元,配置用于将所述目标SKU的信息与所述目标装箱编码发送至目标设备,其中,所述目标设备用于接收并关联保存所述目标SKU的信息与所述目标装箱编码。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二确定单元,配置用于响应于接收到查找SKU的编码对应的SKU的信息的第一请求,确定是否已保存了所述第一请求所包括的SKU的编码;
    第一输出单元,配置用于响应于确定出已保存了所述第一请求所包括的SKU的编码,查找并输出与所述第一请求所包括的SKU的编码对应的第一装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息,其中,所述第一装箱编码是所保留的装箱编码或以第一标记方式标记的装箱编码。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第三确定单元,配置用于响应于接收到查找与装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息的第二请求,确定所述第二请求所包括的装箱编码是否为第一装箱编码,其中,所述第一装箱编码是所保留的装箱编码或以第一标记方式标记的装箱编码;
    第二输出单元,配置用于响应于确定出所述第二请求所包括的装箱编码是目标装箱编码,查找并输出与所述第二请求所包括的装箱编码关联保存的SKU的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求8-11之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标SKU的信息还包括所述目标SKU的拟装入箱子的容纳SKU数;以及所述生成单元,进一步包括:
    第一生成模块,配置用于根据所述目标SKU的编码、所述目标SKU的拟装入箱子的容纳SKU数;,生成计量单元编码,其中,所述计量单元编码用于标识所述目标SKU的装箱方式;
    第一保存模块,配置用于响应于确定不存在与所述计量单元编码相同的其他计量单元编码,保存所述计量单元编码;
