本发明涉及一种开关柜结构,特别是一种固定分隔式低压开关柜结构,属于电气设备输配电设备技术领域。
背景技术
在输配电系统中,开关柜是应用非常广泛的设备,尤其在三相交流的电力系统中,作为接收与分配电能用更为广泛。但现有的开关柜常常适用不广,出现调试和维护不便,灵活性差的缺陷;市面上的开关柜通常使用多个抽屉结构来作为区分和整合线圈的手段,固定分隔式低压成套开关设备是区分于固定式和抽屉式的低压柜型,固定分隔柜将配电回路设计成纵横分隔的结构,将设备置于单独的小室内,较于固定柜具有更安全更独立的特点,但是与抽屉式柜型相比,又不如抽屉柜的分隔搭接可靠,显得更随意。尤其在重大项目中,业主既要操作简便的固定分隔式柜型,又要考虑设备的高分隔性,高安全性,这时就需要柜体在其母线系统、功能系统、电缆系统相互隔离的情况下,再对进线单元和出线单元进行隔离,保证检修维护时的独立性和安全性,避免触电的危险,实现设备的安全供配电。
如专利号为200780032390.9的一种用于中压或高压开关设备的开关柜。为了如下改善同类的开关柜,使得避免缺陷,并且此外用最小的耗费和给定数量的可预制的布线元件可以实现特定的功能方案的最大的多样性,按本发明建议,与功能有关的布线在结构上组合在一个统一的控制器中,该控制器装入配电盘门的一个凹口中,并且朝外具有操作面板并且朝内具有一系列的接口。控制器的每个接口与一个自己的电子印制电路板连接,细长的接口插头或接口插座垂直于配电盘门伸入开关柜内部,并且相应的与接口相配的电子组件插件板垂直地插入到控制器中。
又如专利号为201520348684.4的一种改良型开关柜,包括柜体,所述柜体内设有母线室、断路器手车室、电缆室和继电器仪表室,所述母线室内设有多根主母线及分别套设于主母线的多个母线套管,各主母线分别通过分支小母线连接至一静触头装置,所述静触头装置通过一静触头盒设置于半连式隔板上,所述断路器手车室的下端设有抽出式水平隔板,所述抽出式隔板上设有两条导轨,以及一沿导轨前后移动的断路器手车,所述断路器手车的输入端连接至一二次插头,所述断路器手车的前端设有可插通电连接 于静触头装置的接触接口;由此,本实用新型能从正面进行安装调试和维护,提高整个设备的灵活性,有效减少占地面积;且安全性能好,有效避免危险,适用广泛。
以上两种开关柜都不能有效地整理错综复杂的线圈,并把线圈里的电线进行分散固定处理,也不能作出即时的标记以备下次维修能够快速识别区分。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种便于整合线圈和区分线路的固定分隔式低压开关柜结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种固定分隔式低压开关柜结构,包括安装在开关柜内板面上的第一板块、第二板块、第三板块,所述开关柜内板面上设置有横向设置的导轨,所述第一板块位于导轨上活动,所述第二板块与第三板块和开关柜内底部之间分别设置有可伸缩的折叠架,所述第一板块、第二板块、第三板块上分别设置有活动线盘,所述第一板块、第二板块、第三板块上分别开设有可供活动线盘位移活动的轨道槽,所述活动线盘的背面具有限位在轨道槽内的轴体,所述活动线盘的正面设置有转动线盘,所述转动线盘在活动线盘上转动设置,转动线盘上圆周一周设置有朝向外部的绕线杆。
作为进一步的优选方案,所述转动线盘上圆周一周的边缘开设有卡槽,所述活动线盘上设置有可嵌入卡槽进行定位的弹簧卡片。
作为进一步的优选方案,所述第一板块、第二板块、第三板块位于开关柜的下部位置。
作为进一步的优选方案,所述活动线盘上设置有至少三个绕线杆,相邻两个绕线杆的间距相同。
作为进一步的优选方案,所述轨道槽为连续的S形,所述轨道槽内具有可固定活动线盘的波浪牙口。
作为进一步的优选方案,所述单个转动线盘上的绕线杆采用不同的标识或不同的颜色。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种固定分隔式低压开关柜结构,通过第一板块、第二板块、第三板块三者相对的空间移动,可以调节出更多不同间距的组合和搭配,方便线圈的排布,而单个板块上的活动线盘也可以在各自的板块上进行位置变化,进一步增强了线路的定位,配合转动线盘可以绕起多余或过长的电线,也可将不同用途或颜色的 电线固定在不同的绕线杆上,方便维修时的识别,同时也具有更好的散热效果。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选技术方案。
如图1所示,本发明的一种固定分隔式低压开关柜结构,包括安装在开关柜内板面上的第一板块1、第二板块2、第三板块3;
所述开关柜内板面上设置有横向设置的导轨4,所述第一板块1位于导轨4上左右横向活动;
所述第二板块2与第三板块3和开关柜内底部之间分别设置有可伸缩的折叠架5,第二板块2与第三板块3可通过各自的折叠架5进行上下方向的移动;
所述第一板块1、第二板块2、第三板块3上分别设置有活动线盘6,所述第一板块1、第二板块2、第三板块3上分别开设有可供活动线盘6位移活动的轨道槽7,所述活动线盘6的背面具有限位在轨道槽7内的轴体,活动线盘6通过轴体可在轨道槽7内任意位置移动和固定,三个板块可大致进行相对位置的定位,方便线圈固定在每个板块上;所述活动线盘6的正面设置有转动线盘8,所述转动线盘8在活动线盘6上转动设置,转动线盘8上圆周一周设置有朝向外部的绕线杆9,转动线盘8的转动主要用于对线圈的收紧,通过绕线杆9对多余或过长电线的收纳,电线可整体绕在转动线盘8一圈的绕线杆9上,可以绕在单根的绕线杆9上,也可交错、间隔的绕在不同的绕线杆9上。
所述转动线盘8上圆周一周的边缘开设有卡槽10,所述活动线盘6上设置有可嵌入卡槽10进行定位的弹簧卡片11,无需转动线盘8转动时,可以进行卡死固定。
所述第一板块1、第二板块2、第三板块3位于开关柜的下部位置。
所述活动线盘6上设置有至少三个绕线杆9,相邻两个绕线杆9的间距相同。
所述轨道槽7为连续的S形,所述轨道槽7内具有可固定活动线盘6的波浪牙口。
所述单个转动线盘8上的绕线杆9采用不同的标识或不同的颜色。
本发明具有安全性能更高、结构更加合理、使用更为方便的特点,能够满足更高的分隔类型,更有效的限制事故范围。
