【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本申请,而非对本申请的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的部分而非全部结构。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参阅图1和图2,图1是本申请一实施例车顶行李架的立体分解图,图2是图1中圈A处局部放大图。
车顶行李架包括:行李架主体10、发光体20,行李架主体10设置有容置空间11,发光体20置于行李架主体10的容置空间11内。
行李架主体10可以由不锈钢、铝合金以及高强度塑料(尼龙加上混合玻璃纤维)等常见材料中的一种或者多种混合制成。
进一步地,行李架主体10包括基座12和罩体13,罩体13罩设在基座12上以形成容置空间11。罩体13可以有多种形状,可选地,在本实施例中为弓形结构,但也可以为立方体,圆柱体等规则或者其他不规则形状。基座12和罩体13可以用同种材料制成也可以为不同材料制成,基座12和罩体13可以通过焊接、胶粘,也可以通过螺钉、螺栓和铆钉等紧固件进行连接。
请参阅图3和图4,图3是行李架主体立体分解图,图4是图3中圈B处局部放大图。
基座12进一步包括:承载部122和端头124,承载部122用于承载罩体13,端头124分布于承载部122两端;罩体13进一步包括:收容部132,分布于罩体13与端头124接触处,端头124收容于收容部132内。在本实施例中,承载部122是软性密封条,承载部122贴合罩体13底部端面,给罩体13提供支持力,避免罩体13与车身硬性接触,同时也可以防止外界杂质进入行李架主体10内部。端头124由塑料或者橡胶制作,端头124分布于基座12沿长度方向两端,端头124的形状有多种,可以为正方体,圆柱体等规则和不规则形状,以端头124在基座12宽度方向的外形尺寸不超过基座12宽度为益。收容部132位于罩体13与端头124接触处,其位置与端头124相对应,用于容置基座12上的端头124,以上端头124和收容部132配合,以得到行李架主体10。
进一步地,在本实施例中,端头124的形状为侧面垂直于基座12,顶部为一斜面的立体结构。
进一步地,在端头124垂直于基座12的端面127上设置有加强筋128,用于增加端头124的强度,防止端头124因外力作用导致变形,从而影响与收容部132的配合。
进一步地,端头124靠近中心一侧设置有定位凸起126,收容部132靠近中心一侧在定位凸起126相应位置对应地设置有定位孔134,定位凸起126与定位孔134配合,即定位凸起126进入定位孔134中,以使罩体13与基座12配合更加精确。定位凸起126的形状可以有多种,例如圆柱,立方体等形状,罩体13上的定位孔134与定位凸起126的形状相适应,以可以达到限制罩体13在基座12上的移动为目的。
请继续参阅图1,发光体20可等距离间隔排布在上述容置空间11内,发光体20发出的光线从容置空间11开口射出,从而使行李架产生一种炫目的灯光效果。这种灯光效果不仅可以帮助车主在夜间行驶的时候,借助灯光查看车顶行李架上的行李或者装备,进行搬动或者拆卸,还可以利用该灯光进行汽车侧面照明,同时也提高了整个行李架的外观美感。
进一步地,发光体20可以为发光灯条或者发光灯带。例如,把LED灯焊接在铜线或者带状柔性线路板上面,可以形成LED灯带,LED灯带发出的光颜色多变,并可调节光的强度及亮度,使用时可以通过控制颜色的变化,形成单色或RGB的效果,从而给车顶行李架带来炫酷的灯光效果。
请继续参阅图1和图2,车顶行李架进一步包括透明盖30,透明盖30盖设在容置空间11开口上,以防止外界杂质进入车顶行李架主体10。透明盖30的材料可以为钢化玻璃、亚克力、透明PC、透明ABS或者透明PS,透明盖30的形状可以有多种,以可以完全覆盖容置空间11开口为目的。
进一步地,透明盖30在长度方向轴线上等距离设置有若干螺丝柱32a。
请参阅图5,图5是本申请一实施例车顶行李架剖视图。车顶行李架包括第一紧固件50,第一紧固件可以有多种,在本实施例中第一紧固件为自攻螺钉50a,但也可以为其他通过紧固连接方式连接固定的元件。自攻螺钉50a位于行李架主体10远离透明盖30一侧,自攻螺钉50a穿过行李架主体10远离透明盖30一侧上的通孔15,旋转进入透明盖30上的螺丝柱32a,并与螺丝柱32a紧固连接,以固定透明盖30于容置空间11的开口上。
进一步地,螺丝柱32a等距离间隔设置于透明盖30沿长度方向中心线上,在长度方向中心线上等距离设置螺丝柱32a的原因在于使透明盖30受力均匀,从而更加稳定的将透明盖30固定在容置空间11开口上。
请参阅图6,图6是本申请另一实施例车顶行李架剖视图。
透明盖30朝向行李架主体10一侧设有具有空腔的螺丝柱32b,具有空腔的螺丝柱32b靠近行李架主体10的末端套设有一螺母34,在本实施例中,第一紧固件50为螺钉50b,位于行李架主体10远离透明盖30一侧,螺钉50b穿过行李架主体10远离透明盖30一侧上的通孔15,与螺母34螺纹连接,从而形成螺钉50b与螺母34的配合连接,同样地,在长度方向轴线上等距离设置有若干具有空腔的螺丝柱32b的原因在于使透明盖30受力均匀,从而更加稳定的将透明盖30固定在容置空间11开口上。本实施例相比于紧固件紧固连接的好处在于:螺钉与螺母的配合连接方式,可以多次对螺钉与螺母进行拆卸而不花牙,降低了透明盖的更换频率。
请参阅图7,图7是是车顶行李架分解状态下的局部放大图。
防水胶垫40围设于行李架主体10与透明盖30接触处,防水胶垫40的形状适应容置空间11开口的形状设置,以进一步增强透明盖30的密封性。
请参阅图8,图8是本申请一实施例车顶行李架组件的立体图。
车顶行李架组件包括:两个行李架纵杆81和两个行李架横杆82,行李架横杆82位于两个行李架纵杆81之间,并同时与两个行李架纵杆81垂直;两个行李架纵杆81中至少有一个包括:行李架主体10和发光体20,行李架主体10设置有容置空间11,发光体20置于所述行李架主体10容置空间11内。在本实施例中,车顶行李架组件中,两个行李架纵杆81均为包括有行李架主体10和发光体20的车顶行李架,并在车顶行李架主体10远离透明盖30一侧上设置有通孔14,在架设行李架横杆82时,利用螺钉(图中未标出)从容置空间11内侧穿设伸出通孔14,与行李架横杆82上的螺纹孔配合连接,从而形成车顶行李架组件。在该车顶行李架组件中,行李架纵杆81起限制车顶货物掉落的作用,而行李架横杆82对货物起支撑作用,防止货物直接堆放在车顶上而给车顶带来擦痕或刮伤。
在本实施例中,车顶行李架组件包括的车顶行李架主体10与上一实施例中描述的车顶行李架主体10结构完全相同,在本实施例中不在赘述。
请参阅图9,图9是本申请一实施例一种具有车顶行李架的汽车的立体分解图;
具有车顶行李架的汽车包括:行李架主体10、发光体20、汽车主体90和第二紧固件70,行李架主体10设置有容置空间11;发光体20置于行李架主体10容置空间11内;汽车主体90用于承载行李架主体10;行李架主体10通过第二紧固件70安装到汽车主体90上。
请参阅图10,图10是第二紧固件的立体分解图;
第二紧固件包括:底座主体71、第一螺栓72、第二螺栓73。底座主体71上开设有一个螺钉孔712和两个通孔714,第二螺栓73位于底座主体71靠近基座12一侧,并且穿设伸出底座主体71上的通孔714与汽车主体90连接,从而将底座主体71固定在汽车主体90上。第一螺栓72位于容置空间11内,穿设伸出行李架主体10和底座主体71上开设的螺钉孔712,与底座主体71远离行李架主体10一侧的螺母74配合连接,从而将行李架主体10固定在底座主体71上。
请参阅图11,并请继续参阅图7,图11是本申请车顶行李架的第二螺栓剖视图。
在本实施例中,第二螺栓73为空心螺栓,空心螺栓73的轴线中心开设有一通孔732。电线60一端连接发光体20,另一端依次穿过行李架主体10和空心螺栓73,最后接入汽车主体90内部,电线60完全被空心螺栓73包裹,可以避免电线外露影响美观。
请继续参阅图7和图10,第二紧固件70进一步包括:卡垫75,罩体13(请参阅图1)通过卡垫75和第一螺栓72锁紧在第二紧固件70上,从而使罩体13压紧在端头124和承载部122上,一方面可以将罩体13和承载部122、端头124固定为一体组成行李架主体10,另一方面,承载部122可以避免罩体13与车身硬性接触,同时也可以防止外界杂质进入行李架主体10内部。卡垫可以通过扩大第一螺栓72与罩体13的接触面积,从而增大摩擦,从而限制第一螺栓72滑动,进而增强连接强度。
进一步地,第二紧固件70包括:密封胶垫76,围设于汽车主体90与底座主体71接触处,起到密封作用,可以防止外界杂质进入汽车主体90和行李架主体10内部。
汽车主体90可以为需要安装车顶行李架的任何车型,例如:小轿车、SUV、客车等车型。
上述实施例的有益效果是:
首先,本申请所描述的车顶行李架,在行李架主体与透明盖之间增加了发光体,增加了灯光效果,在夜间行驶的时候,发光体发出的灯光可以方便车主借助灯光查看车顶行李架上的行李或者装备,进行搬动或者拆卸;同时也使行李架有一种炫目的灯光效果,提高了整个行李架的外观美感。
其次,本申请所描述的车顶行李架安装结构简单,同时使用空心螺栓进行底座的安装,以便电线可以从车里穿过空心螺栓的中心进入行李架内部,避免电线外露,使整个行李架非常整齐。
由于目前车主对行李架的要求已经不局限于装载货物,所以本申请所描述的车顶行李架,非常适合现在车主的消费观念,具有一定的市场前景。
以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种车顶行李架,包括:
    行李架主体,设置有容置空间;
    发光体,置于所述行李架主体的容置空间内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车顶行李架,其中,所述行李架主体包括基座和罩体,所述罩体罩设在所述基座上以形成所述容置空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车顶行李架,其中,所述罩体为弓形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的车顶行李架,其中,
    所述基座进一步包括:承载部和端头,所述承载部用于承载所述罩体,所述端头分布于所述承载部两端;
    所述罩体进一步包括:收容部,分布于所述罩体与所述端头接触处,所述端头收容于所述收容部内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车顶行李架,其中,所述端头为侧面垂直于基座,顶部为斜面的立体结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车顶行李架,其中,所述端头垂直于所述基座的侧面上设置有加强筋,所述加强筋可以防止端头变形。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的车顶行李架,其中,所述端头靠近中心一侧设置有定位凸起,所述收容部靠近中心一侧在所述定位凸起相应位置设置有定位孔,所述定位凸起与所述定位孔配合,以使罩体与基座配合更加精确。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车顶行李架,其中,
    所述发光体为多个,所述多个发光体等距离间隔设置于所述容置空间内,所述发光体发出的光线从所述容置空间开口射出。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的车顶行李架,进一步包括:
    透明盖,盖封所述容置空间的开口,以防止外界杂质进入所述容置空间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车顶行李架,其中,
    所述透明盖朝向所述行李架主体一侧设有螺丝柱;
    所述车顶行李架包括:
    紧固件,位于所述行李架主体远离所述透明盖一侧,所述紧固件穿过所述行李架主体与所述螺丝柱连接,以固定所述透明盖于所述容置空间的开口上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的车顶行李架,其中,
    所述螺丝柱等距离间隔设置于所述透明盖沿长度方向中心线上。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的车顶行李架,其中,
    所述透明盖朝向所述行李架主体一侧设有具有空腔的螺丝柱,所述具有空腔的螺丝柱内套设有一螺母;
    所述车顶行李架包括:
    螺钉,位于所述行李架主体远离所述透明盖一侧,所述螺钉穿过所述行李架主体与所述螺母连接,以固定所述透明盖于所述容置空间的开口上。
  13. 一种车顶行李架组件,包括:两个行李架纵杆和两个行李架横杆,所述行李架横杆位于两个所述行李架纵杆之间,并同时与两个所述行李架纵杆垂直;
    所述两个行李架纵杆中至少有一个包括:行李架主体和发光体,所述行李架主体设置有容置空间,所述发光体置于所述行李架主体容置空间内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的车顶行李架组件,所述行李架主体包括基座和罩体,所述罩体罩设所述基座以形成所述容置空间。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的车顶行李架组件,所述基座进一步包括:承载部和端头,所述承载部用于承载所述罩体,所述端头分布于所述承载部两端;
    所述罩体进一步包括:收容部,分布于所述罩体与所述基座接触处,所述端头收容于所述收容部内。
  16. 一种具有车顶行李架的汽车,包括:
    行李架主体,所述行李架主体设置有容置空间;
    发光体 ,所述发光体置于所述行李架主体容置空间内;
    汽车主体,用于承载所述行李架主体;
    紧固件,所述行李架主体通过所述紧固件安装到所述汽车主体上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的汽车,其中,
    所述紧固件包括:底座主体、第一螺栓、第二螺栓;所述第二螺栓穿设所述底座主体与所述汽车主体连接,以将所述底座主体固定在所述汽车主体上;所述第一螺栓穿设所述行李架主体与所述底座主体连接,以将所述行李架主体固定在所述底座主体上。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的汽车,其中,所述第二螺栓为空心螺栓;
    所述汽车,进一步包括:
    电线,一端连接所述发光体,另一端依次穿过所述行李架主体和所述空心螺栓,最后接入所述汽车主体内部,所述电线完全被所述空心螺栓包裹。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的汽车,其中,
    所述紧固件进一步包括:
    卡垫,所述第一螺栓通过所述卡垫将所述行李架主体锁紧在所述紧固件上,以增强第一螺栓和行李架主体的摩擦力,从而限制第一螺栓滑动。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的具有车顶行李架的汽车,其中,
    所述紧固件还包括:
    密封胶垫,围设于所述汽车主体与所述底座主体接触处,以防止外界杂质进入所述汽车主体和所述行李架主体内部。
