【技术领域】
本申请属于汽车零配件产品领域,尤其涉及一种具有发光功能的汽车行李架组件。
【背景技术】
随着经济水平的发展,汽车的市场普及率以及使用频率也越来越高,因此,汽车的各类用于优化司乘人员出行体验的零配件也成为了一个热点问题。
车顶行李架一般用在SUV车顶上面,除了可以使车的整体造型更加美观外,还可以承载物品的作用。车顶行李架具有良好地辅助载物功能,可在车顶上装载户外设备,例如:自行车、行李包等,给人们的出行带来了许多方便。但是,目前车顶行李架的作用大多停留于载物方面,功能单一。
因此,研发出一种具有发光功能的汽车行李架组件,用于解决现有技术中,车顶行李架只能用于载物,功能单一的技术缺陷,成为了本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
【发明内容】
本申请的目的在于提供一种具有发光功能的汽车行李架组件,具有发光、提醒等功能,旨在解决目前现有行李架功能单一的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请的一个技术方案为:
一种具有发光功能的汽车行李架组件,包括行李架主体,所述行李架主体固定在汽车车顶上,其特征在于,所述汽车行李架组件还包括发光装置;其中,所述发光装置安装固定于所述行李架主体上。
根据上述技术特征,还将达到以下技术效果:通过将发光装置整合到行李架中,丰富了行李架的使用方式。
在较佳实施方式中,所述汽车行李架组件进一步包括安装底座,所述发光装置通过所述安装底座固定在所述行李架主体上。
在较佳实施方式中,所述汽车行李架组件进一步包括导柱底座,所述导柱底座连接在安装底座上,所述发光装置通过所述导柱底座固定在所述安装底座上。
在较佳实施方式中,所述发光装置为导柱型发光装置,其下部通过所述导柱底座固定。
在较佳实施方式中,所述导柱底座底端设有螺纹,所述安装孔内设有与之配合的螺纹槽,所述导柱底座下部插入所述安装孔内并旋转安装固定在所述安装底座中。
在较佳实施方式中,所述导柱底座底端设有凸起结构,所述安装孔内设有与之配合的卡槽,所述导柱底座下部插入所述安装孔内并旋转安装固定在所述安装底座中。
根据上述技术特征,还将达到以下技术效果:通过在导柱底座底端设置可拆卸结构,进一步与安装孔进行固定,有利于发光装置在损坏的情况下即使更换。
在较佳实施方式中,所述行李架主体通过安装底座与汽车车顶连接。
在较佳实施方式中,所述汽车行李架组件进一步包括空心螺栓,所述安装底座两端设有开孔,所述空心螺栓穿过所述安装底座的两端,连接进入汽车车顶,以实现所述行李架主体与汽车车顶连接。
根据上述技术特征,还将达到以下技术效果:通过设置空心螺栓,可以将汽车主体与行李架主体有效固定连接,防止使用过程中脱落发生。
在较佳实施方式中,所述行李架主体的顶盖的一端还设有避空孔;所述避空孔与安装底座的安装孔相适配。
根据上述技术特征,还将达到以下技术效果:针对导柱型发光装置,安装底座的安装孔和顶盖中的避空孔,固定在行李架主体上,能够进一步增强加固效果。
在较佳实施例中,所述避空孔与导柱底座之间还设有胶塞。
根据上述技术特征,还将达到以下技术效果:通过设置胶塞,能够进一步固定导柱底座,并且隔绝了灰尘与雨水进入到行李架内部,延长了行李架的使用寿命。
在较佳实施例中,所述发光装置呈中空设置,内部设有若干发光单元。
在较佳实施例中,所述发光装置呈多级可伸缩设置。
根据上述技术特征,还将达到以下技术效果:通过中空设置发光装置,使得发光单元能够得到有效保护,延长了发光装置的使用寿命;设置多级可伸缩的发光装置,能够满足更多的使用场合。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请的另一个技术方案为:
一种具有发光功能的汽车行李架组件,包括行李架主体,所述行李架主体固定在汽车车顶上,其特征在于,所述汽车行李架组件还包括发光装置;所述汽车行李架组件进一步包括安装底座,所述发光装置可拆卸式安装在所述安装底座上,所述发光装置通过安装底座固定在所述行李架主体上。
在较佳实施例中,所述汽车行李架组件进一步包括导柱底座,所述导柱底座连接在安装底座上,所述发光装置通过所述导柱底座固定在所述安装底座上。
在较佳实施例中,所述发光装置为导柱型发光装置,其下部通过所述导柱底座固定。
在较佳实施例中,所述安装底座设有安装孔,所述导柱底座下部插入所述安装孔内并旋转安装固定在所述安装底座中。
在较佳实施例中,所述发光装置呈中空设置,内部设有若干发光单元。
在较佳实施例中,所述发光装置呈多级可伸缩设置。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请的另一个技术方案为:
一种汽车,包括车顶以及设置于所述车顶的行李架组件,所述行李架组件为如前所述的汽车行李架组件。
有益效果:本申请提供了一种具有发光功能的汽车行李架组件,具有警示、提醒的功能;通过将发光装置进行可拆卸式设置,具有方便更换的特点;进一步设置多级可伸缩的发光装置,有效扩大了行李架的使用范围,并且具有寿命长,适用各种环境,进而满足用户各种需求。本申请解决了现有技术中,车顶行李架只能用于载物,功能单一的技术缺陷。

【具体实施方式】
下面将对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
为了更详细说明本申请,下面结合附图对本申请提供的一种具有发光功能的汽车行李架组件,进行具体地描述。
请参阅图1,为本申请提出的一种发光行李架的整体结构分解图。本申请实施例提供了一种具有发光功能的汽车行李架组件,包括行李架主体101,具体地,本申请中行李架主体101内部还设有行李架主体底板102,行李架主体底板102用于支撑整个行李架主体。进一步,本实施例中提出的行李架组件还包括发光装置103。发光装置103安装在行李架主体101上。在本申请的一个实施例中,发光装置103通过电线104接入到汽车主体电路中实现电连接,电线104设置于行李架主体101内部,进一步,优选固定在行李架主体底板102的横轴上。当然,其他供电方式如使用独立电源进行供电也可以。本申请实施例提供的一种具有发光功能的汽车行李架组件,解决了现有技术中,车顶行李架只能用于载物,功能单一的技术缺陷。
具体地,请参阅图2,为本申请中第一实施例中的局部放大图。发光装置的发光单元103a为阵列排布,发光装置103沿着行李架主体底板延展方向排列固定在行李架主体底板102上。当然排列的长度可以根据使用需求做调整,在此不做具体限定。在本实施例中为1*n型排列,n为沿着行李架主体底板方向发光单元103a的个数。可以理解的是,为了调整发光效果,可以设置排布形式为2*n、3*n、4*n等组合形式。通常,为了实现更好地发光效果以及发光寿命,发光单元103a可以为LED灯珠,或其他小型灯珠。值得注意的是,仅更换发光单元是无法跳出本申请的保护范围的。
请继续参阅图2并结合图3,图3为图2实施例中的安装底座分解示意图。行李架主体底板102与汽车主体之间是通过螺丝106与若干安装底座105连接的。安装底座105的两端设有第一通孔1057,用于空心螺栓1051穿过并固定在汽车车顶,安装底座105的中心部位设有第二通孔1055。进一步,还包括设置在安装底座105与汽车主体之间的垫圈108。行李架主体底板上设有卡垫107,螺丝106可以穿过卡垫107,与第二通孔1055位于同一中心轴处。这样,当螺丝106通过固定在行李架主体底板102上的卡垫,与第二通孔1055连接后,螺丝106与第二通孔1055内的螺帽1056旋转固定。由于卡垫107之间隔设有行李架主体底板102,当螺丝106旋进螺帽1056后,卡垫107会压合行李架主体底板102与安装底座105连接固定,而安装底座105是通过两只空心螺栓1051固定在汽车车顶的,因而通过上述方式能够实现行李架主体底板102在汽车车顶的固定,即实现了行李架主体101与汽车车顶的固定。
进一步,连接发光装置103的电线104,沿着行李架主体底板102的方向固定在行李架主体底板102上,并通过安装底座105的任意一颗空心螺栓1051进入汽车主体内部,进而与汽车主体电路连接,完成对发光装置103的供电。
再进一步,在一些实施例中,安装底座105还包括设置在一端的凸起结构1053,凸起结构1053的顶端设有安装孔1054。值得注意的是,本申请中的安装底座105可以根据使用场合,选择是否在一端设置凸起结构1054。通常情况下,安装底座105用于将行李架主体固定在汽车主体上,只有在用于固定导柱状发光装置时,才会使用这一凸起结构1053。因此,在本申请的实施例中,其他位置的安装底座105没有安装相应的凸起结构1053。
请继续参阅图2并结合图4,图4为行李架主体101与行李架主体底板102安装完成后的示意图。在本申请的一个实施例中,行李架主体101包括,侧盖1011,顶盖1012,顶盖1012为流线型结构,两端弯曲。侧盖1011通过螺钉1013安装在顶盖1012的侧面,在本实施例用,使用的螺钉1013为自攻螺钉。进一步,侧盖与顶盖安装连接处还设有防水胶垫1015。在本实施例中,侧盖1011为透明材料,如塑料,便于发光装置透光,顶盖1012为惰性合金材质,坚固耐用,如铝合金、钛合金等。当然,为了提高发光效果,顶盖与侧盖可以均为透明塑料材料,这样整个发光行李架均发光,发光范围得到提高。可以理解的是,任何材料上的直接替换均在本申请的保护范围内。
进一步,顶盖1012的一端设有避空孔109,避空孔109与位于安装底座105一端的凸起结构1053顶端的安装孔1054位于同一中心轴。在本实施例中,避空孔109使用胶塞110a进行密封。
为了提高汽车的通过性,需要考虑将长发光导柱设计成可拆卸的结构。因此,在本申请的另一个实施例中,请参阅图5,为本申请提供的另外一个实施例中,提出了另外一种发光装置以及可拆卸的连接结构。在本实施例中,发光装置103b为发光灯柱,包括上段密封部、中段发光部和下段供电固定部。上段密封部是通过导柱胶塞112密封,防止雨水和灰尘进入发光装置103b内部;中段发光部层中空设置,内部设有可发光带,发光带上分布有若干发光单元,发光单元为LED发光芯片,或其他小型灯珠;下段固定供电部与导柱底座111连接。导柱底座111上部开口,发光装置可以直接插入其中;导柱底座111外周中部设有沟槽,便于用户手动旋转拆卸安装;导柱底座111下部设有螺纹,与安装孔1054的螺纹槽相匹配。
在本实施例中,导柱底座111与发光装置103b是通过将发光装置103b直接插入到导柱底座111内部固定的,当然,通过注塑一体成型或者焊接等方式连接固定也是可以的。需要说明的是,导柱底座111的中部还设有螺帽1111,便于发光装置103b安装拆卸。因此,在本实施例中,发光装置103b的固定方式是通过将导致底座111垂直插入到行李架主体的一端的避空孔109中,并进一步固定在凸起结构1053上。本实施例中的胶塞110b中间开孔,用于发光装置103b穿过。发光装置103b依次穿过胶塞110b,避空孔109,旋转安装固定到凸起结构1053的安装孔1054中。进一步,电线101也从任意空心螺栓1051的孔中连接至安装孔1054的侧面,实现发光装置103b的供电。
进一步,请参阅图6,为本申请第二实施例安装完成后的结构剖面图。可以更加直观地看出,在行李架主体101的一端上,发光装置103b为导柱型,导柱底座下端设有螺纹,安装孔1054内部设有与之配合的螺纹槽,一侧引出的电线104穿过螺丝106连接到汽车主体电路中;发光装置103b的上段发光部穿过避空孔109,露出到行李架主体101外部,发光部与避空孔109之间还通过胶塞110b密封。
考虑到在不需要使用长发光导柱的场合,以及在发光装置损坏需要更换等因素在本申请的另一个实施例中,长导柱做成可以伸缩的结构,以方便调节导柱的长度。
请参阅图7,图7为本申请提出的发光装置103c的又一实施例。在本实施例中,发光装置103c为多级可伸缩结构,并且每一级的发光杆中均有固定凸点1031。当需要缩短或者伸长的时候,只要按压发光装置103c上的凸点1031,凸点1031脱离圆孔后,就可以实现发光装置103c的伸缩移动,这个跟雨伞柄的伸缩原理是类似的。当然,为了实现可伸缩,在另一个实施例中,发光装置也可设置为分段折叠式或套接式结构。
同样,发光装置103c的发光部设有中空结构,内部设有柔性可伸缩的发光带,发光带上分布有若干发光单元,所以在发光装置103c伸缩的过程中,柔性灯带也可以随之一起伸缩。当然发光单元也可以通过内嵌的方式直接固定在发光装置103c的多级发光杆的内壁上,本实施例只是举例实现上述技术效果。
进一步,发光装置103c的一端设有导柱胶塞112,另一端与导柱底座111连接。同样,连接方式可以为插入固定、一体成型或焊接。而发光装置103c与导柱底座111之间通过正负极触点的接触,保证发光装置103c中的柔性灯带的电路与接头上的电线连通。同时,导柱底座底端还能够将电线引线104b,与连接进入汽车主体电路的电线104相连,方便更换发光装置103c。
进一步请结合图7参阅图8,以便更清楚的说明本实施例中发光装置103c的安装方式。图8为本实施例中凸起结构1053b的结构图。在本实施例中,导柱底座111的底端设有凸起1112,与凸起结构1053b中的安装孔1054b内的卡槽1057相配合。卡槽1057是呈圆弧走向的方形截面结构,同时该卡槽1057上下面有一定的斜度,当导柱底座111下端的凸起1112插入到安装孔1054b的卡槽1057里时,再用力旋转,导柱底座下端的凸起1112与卡槽1057之间具有足够的过盈量,以保证可靠固定。导柱底座111的底端插入到安装孔1054b后,再用力旋转接头,让凸起1112进一步进入凸起结构1053b的卡槽1057里面,以保证导柱底座111能固定在凸起结构1053b上。当需要拆除发光装置103c时,只要手持导柱底座111的沟槽部分,反方向旋转导柱底座111,让导柱底座下的凸起1112从卡槽1057中分离,再将导柱底座111拔出即可,从而完成发光装置103c的拆除。
请参阅图9和图10,为本实施例中发光装置与行李架主体底板安装完成后的示意图和局部放大图。在A框中,可以很明显的看出此时的导柱底座111通过胶塞110c,安装在凸起结构1053b中。此时,胶塞110c,可以起到密封限位的作用。值得注意的是,电线引线104b与汽车主体中的电线104是通过快速接头113连接的。这样设置的原因是方便拆卸时线路的更换。因此,在更换发光装置103c时,预先要断开快速接头113的连接,才能顺利完成发光装置103c的拆卸;同样,在安装发光装置时,只有将电线引线104b与汽车主体中的电线104通过快速接头113完全连接时,整个发光装置才能正常工作。
需要注意的是,本实施例中的发光装置103c主要用在高低不平的路面,例如沙漠、山地,这样两车相隔很远也会看到对方,避免因为短距离会车发生撞车风险,比较适合野外车队的活动。此外,针对城市中的使用场景,适当调整发光装置103c的长度即可。而且,发光装置的个数并不受到限制,即可用在本申请的行李架上安装多个发光装置。
值得注意的是,本申请实施例提供的技术方案中,还包括一控制装置,控制发光装置103的发光模式。在本申请的一个实施例中,发光模式可以为开启、关闭、时长、亮度、色彩中的至少一种。
控制装置与汽车主体控制系统相连,用于接收汽车运行中的传输信号并进一步控制所述发光装置。在本申请的一个实施例中,传输信号为原车灯信号、车门开关信号、车速信号、警报信号中的至少一种。进一步地,控制装置还可以通过手动设置,以进一步控制所述发光装置。在本申请的一个实施例中,手动设置的方式为按压、旋转物理按键,即在汽车主体设置调整按键,用户可以用手按压或旋转按键进行对发光装置的控制;也可以集成到汽车整个控制面板中,更加简洁;也可以通过控制装置与移动终端连接,在移动终端APP上进行手动控制发光装置。当然,移动终端可以为手机、平板、手表等移动设备;连接方式可以包括WIFI、蓝牙、NFC等。控制装置控制发光装置的发光模式,并且与汽车主体系统连接,还可以通过手动控制,进一步丰富了行李架的使用方式;针对用户的不同场合需求提出相应的控制方式,丰富了用户的体验,也进一步扩展了发光装置的功能。
进一步,请参阅图11,为本申请中控制装置的系统结构图。在本实施例中,控制系统包括控制模块220、发光模块240、信号传输模块210。控制模块220接收信号传输模块210传送的信号,控制发光模块240中的发光装置的开启244、关闭245、时长241、亮度242、颜色243中的至少一种。当然,如果控制模块220间隔控制发光模块240开启244或关闭245的时长241,发光装置就能变成闪烁243发光,还可以进一步控制发光装置的闪烁频率,更加具有警示功能。控制模块220可以通过控制发光模块240的电流、电压,或者灯柱阵列中亮灯的个数来控制发光装置的亮度242;此外,由于LED光源的加入,多彩发光的功能根据现有技术也能实现。
例如,可以通过调整发光模块240发光的颜色243,来进一步提升发光装置的适用场合。如雨雪雾天,红光穿透效果更好,因此控制模块220可以设置发光模块240中的发光装置的发光颜色243为红色;或者在喜庆节日,聚会等,也可以通过控制模块220,控制发光模块240闪烁243发光,改变颜色243,为聚会增添气氛等。
进一步,信号传输模块210接收的是汽车总控系统200中的信号,如灯光信号201。在本实施例中,灯光信号201包括刹车灯、转向灯、前照灯等,发光模块240可以与这些灯同时工作,能够进一步起到提醒的作用。例如,当驾驶员刹车的时候,信号传输模块210接收到原车刹车灯光信号201的开启,传递灯光信号201至控制模块220,控制模块进一步控制发光模块240,发光模块240开启244后,提醒后车注意,有效保障行车安全。
进一步,信号传输模块210接收的是汽车总控系统200中的信号,如速度信号202。例如,当车辆行驶速度大幅度减慢时,控制模块220也可接收信号传输模块210传输的速度信号202进一步控制发光模块240开启,提醒周边车辆。
进一步,信号传输模块210接收的是汽车总控系统200中的信号,如警报信号203和车门开/关信号204。例如,当车主使用遥控进行开启车门锁操作,当车锁门开启后,车门开启信号204被信号传输模块210传输至控制模块220,控制装模块220进一步控制发光模块240开启244后,便于车主找寻车辆,大大提高的车辆的可识别程度,优化用户体验。
再进一步,发光模块220还可直接通过手动控制模块230控制。当车辆行驶在雨天或雾天等能见度较差的时候,驾驶员可根据实际需求,手动控制发光模块240,设置发光模块240的发光模式。
综上所述,本申请提供了一种具有发光功能的汽车行李架组件,针对不同的使用场合,提供了长发光灯柱的发光装置,通过控制装置控制发光装置的发光模式,便于周边车辆和/或车主观察到车辆,保障行车安全,并且适用于各种场合,优化用户体验,有效扩大了行李架的使用范围,解决了现有技术中,车顶行李架只能用于载物,功能单一的技术缺陷。
以上所述仅是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
