下面结合附图及具体实施例,详细阐述本发明的优势。
下面的描述涉及附图时,除非另有表示,不同附图中的相同数字表示相同或相似的要素。以下示例性实施例中所描述的实施方式并不代表与本公开相一致的所有实施方式。相反,它们仅是与如所附权利要求书中所详述的、本公开的一些方面相一致的装置和方法的例子。
首先,应当理解,尽管在本公开可能采用术语第一、第二、第三等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语。这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本公开范围的情况下,第一智能终端也可以被称为第二智能终端,类似地,第二智能终端也可以被称为第一智能终端。
参阅图1,其为一符合本发明一优选实施例的智能终端的图片分享方法的流程示意图。从图中可以看出,本实施例所提供的智能终端的图片分享方法主要包括以下步骤:获取一包括第一智能终端所捕获的目标对象的目标图片;传输所述目标图片至外部服务器;所述外部服务器检索与所述第一智能终端关联的至少一第二智能终端;所述外部服务器向所述第二智能终端发送所述目标图片。
下面结合具体实施情况,详细阐述本实施例的技术方案。
-获取一包括第一智能终端所捕获的目标对象的目标图片
随着智能终端拍照装置的摄像头的像素的增加,传感器防抖性能的提高,不但提高了用户使用智能终端拍照的习惯,同时也提高了用户通过图片分享信息的频率。本实施例中,用户预在与之相关联的智能终端间分享图片信息,首先,可通过触动其智能终端本实施例中称之为第一智能终端,界面显示的快捷图标,或者按动所述第一智能终端机身的快捷按钮,启动所述第一智能终端的拍照模块,利用自身携带的拍照装置,捕捉包括目标对象的目标图片,并通过触动所述第一智能终端的快捷键,或者所述第一智能终端上的快捷按钮的方式,向所述第一智能终端的拍照模块发送一拍照指令,所述拍照模块接收所述拍照指令,并根据所述拍照指令内容捕获一包括目标对象的目标图片。
-传输目标图片至外部服务器
本实施例中,所述第一智能终端通过所述拍照模块捕获一包含目标对象的图片后,所述第一智能终端的传输模块将读取所述目标图片,并通过模数转换原理,将可视的所述目标图片转换为计算机可读的数字信号,并将所述数字信号发送至一与所述第一智能终端通讯连接的外部服务器。
-外部服务器检索与所述第一智能终端关联的至少一第二智能终端
本实施例中,所述外部服务器的接收模块接收所述第一智能终端发送的表述所述目标图片的数字信号,以下称之为目标图片,并发送至所述外部服务器的检索模块,所述 检索模块则可在所述外部服务器的内部存储空间中检索,查询所述第一智能终端是否与其他智能终端建立关联关系,若检索得到所述第一智能终端与至少一第二智能终端建立了关联关系,则获取一与所述第一智能终端相关联的至少一第二智能终端的标识信息,进而获取与所述第二智能终端的通讯通道。
此处,参阅图2,优选地,所述外部服务器中设置有一识别模块,当所述接收模块接收到所述目标图片的数字信号后,所述识别模块将识别并读取发送所述数字信号的所述第一智能终端的标识信息,并将所述标识信息发送至所述外部服务器的检索模块。从而,所述检索模块可以接收所述标识信息,并根据所述标识信息在所述外部服务器的内部存储数据库中进行检索,若检索得到一与所述标识信息相关联的至少一另一标识信息,则可确定所述第一智能终端与至少一第二智能终端建立关联关系。
-外部服务器向所述第二智能终端发送所述目标图片
本实施例中,所述外部服务器的检索模块获取所述第二智能终端的标识信息后,将所述第二智能终端的标识信息发送至所述外部服务器的发送模块,所述发送模块可以根据所述第二智能终端的标识信息,获取所述第二智能终端的通讯通道,从而,读取并将所述第一智能终端发送的所述目标图片的数字信号发送至所述第二智能终端。
其中,参阅图3,更加优选地,所述外部服务器的识别模块根据所述目标图片的数字信号的发送通道,获取所述第一智能终端的标识信息后,所述外部服务器的标记模块,将进一步在所述目标图片的数字信号中标记所述第一智能终端的标识信息。所述发送模块可以将标记有所述第一智能终端的标识信息的所述目标图片的数字信号发送至第二智能终端。从而,所述第二智能终端解析并显示所述目标图片时,可同时显示分享所述目标图片的所述第一智能终端的标识信息。
进一步,参阅图4,更加优选地,本实施例中,所述外部服务器的发送模块向所述第二智能终端发送所述目标图片的数字信号后,所述外部服务器中还设置有一提醒模块,所述提醒模块可检测到上述运行动作,将进一步生成一表示提醒通知的,如“第一智能终端发送一图片信息”,的数字信号,并发送至所述第二智能终端,所述第二智能终端可解析该数字信号,获得一提醒通知。
优选地,本实施例中,用户预实现本发明的快捷的图片分享方法,首先应当有选择地与其他智能终端建立一关联关系,从而,本实施例还提供一种智能终端之间建立关联关系的方法,参阅图5,具体如下:
-选择一目标账户
用户选择某一目标账户,预与之建立关联关系,则可通过如,触动所述第一智能终 端的快捷键的方式,向所述第一智能终端发起一关联指令。
-发送关联请求
本实施例中,所述第一智能终端的请求模块捕获所述关联指令,并根据所述关联指令,读取用户所选择的目标账户的账户信息,向与所述第一智能终端通讯连接的所述外部服务器发送一包含所述账户信息,且表示一关联请求的数字信号,下面称之为关联请求。
-向登录所述目标账户的至少一第三智能终端转发所述关联请求
本实施例中,与所述第一智能终端通讯连接的所述外部服务器的解析模块接收所述关联请求,读取所述目标账户的账户信息,所述外部服务器的检索模块根据所述账户信息,检索并获取当前登录所述目标账户的至少一第三智能终端的标识信息,并向外发送。所述外部服务器的发送模块接收并识别所述标识信息,从而根据所述标识信息向所述第三智能终端转发所述关联请求。
-接收第三智能终端的反馈信息
本实施例中,所述第三智能终端接收到所述关联请求后,若所述第三智能终端的用户同意所述关联请求,则并将表示同意关联的反馈信息返回至所述外部服务器。从而,所述外部服务器的接收模块接收所述反馈信息,解析所述反馈信息。当解析所述反馈信息的内容为同意关联请求时,所述接收模块向所述存储模块及所述发送模块分别发送一操作指令。
-存储模块关联并存储所述目标账户及所述关联请求的源账户
本实施例中,所述外部服务器的存储模块接收所述接收模块发送的一操作指令,将解析所述操作指令,并根据解析后的所述操作指令,关联所述目标账户及所述关联请求的源账户,同时将已关联的所述目标账户及所述源账户存储于所述外部服务器的内部存储空间中。
-向所述第一智能终端发送一关联通知
同时,本实施例中,所述外部服务器的发送模块接收所述接收模块发送的操作指令,并解析所述操作指令,按照所述操作指令生成并向登录所述源账户的第一智能终端发送一关联通知,如,“目标账户已接收关联请求”。
从而,通过本实施例的方法,可在登录源账户的第一智能终端及登录目标账户的第三智能终端间建立一关联关系,当用户拍摄一目标图片时,利用本发明上述的实施例,可实现自动将用户在第一智能终端获取的目标图片分享至第三智能终端。大大提高图片分享的便捷性。
本发明的另一方面,参阅图6,还提供一种智能终端的图片分享系统,其主要包括第一智能终端,及与所述第一智能终端通讯连接的外部服务器。
其中,所述第一智能终端包括,
-拍照模块
用于获取包含目标对象的目标图片。具体地,本实施例中,用户预在与之相关联的智能终端间分享图片信息,首先,可通过触动其智能终端本实施例中称之为第一智能终端,界面显示的快捷图标,或者按动所述第一智能终端机身的快捷按钮,启动所述第一智能终端的拍照模块,利用自身携带的拍照装置,捕捉包括目标对象的目标图片,并通过触动所述第一智能终端的快捷键,或者所述第一智能终端上的快捷按钮的方式,向所述拍照模块发送一拍照指令,所述拍照模块接收所述拍照指令,并根据所述拍照指令内容捕获一包括目标对象的目标图片。
-传输模块
用于读取并传输所述目标图片至外部服务器。具体地,本实施例中,所述第一智能终端通过所述拍照模块捕获一包含目标对象的图片后,所述传输模块将读取所述目标图片,并通过模数转换原理,将可视的所述目标图片转换为计算机可读的数字信号,并将所述数字信号发送至一与所述第一智能终端通讯连接的外部服务器。
其中,所述外部服务器包括,
-接收模块
用于接收所述目标图片,具体地,所述接收模块与所述第一智能终端通讯连接,从而可接收所述第一智能终端发送的表述所述目标图片的数字信号,以下称之为目标图片,并向外发送。
-检索模块
用于检索与所述第一智能终端关联的至少一第二智能终端的标识信息,具体地,所述检索模块接收所述目标图片,并在所述外部服务器的内部存储空间中检索,查询所述第一智能终端是否与其他智能终端建立关联关系,若检索得到所述第一智能终端与至少一第二智能终端建立了关联关系,则获取一与所述第一智能终端相关联的至少一第二智能终端的标识信息,进而获取与所述第二智能终端的通讯通道。
-发送模块
用于根据所述第二智能终端的标识信息,识别并向所述第二智能终端发送所述目标图片。具体地,所述检索模块获取所述第二智能终端的标识信息后,将所述第二智能终端的标识信息发送至所述外部服务器的发送模块,所述发送模块可以根据所述第二智能 终端的标识信息,获取所述第二智能终端的通讯通道,从而,读取并将所述第一智能终端发送的所述目标图片发送至所述第二智能终端。
参阅图7,优选地,上述图片分享系统中,所述外部服务器还包括,
-提醒模块
所述提醒模块与所述发送模块通讯连接,用于检测到所述发送模块向所述第二智能终端发送所述目标图片后,向所述第二智能终端发送一提醒通知。具体地,所述外部服务器的发送模块向所述第二智能终端发送所述目标图片的数字信号后,所述外部服务器中还设置有一提醒模块,所述提醒模块可检测到上述运行动作,将进一步生成一表示提醒通知的,如“第一智能终端发送一图片信息”,的数字信号,并发送至所述第二智能终端,所述第二智能终端可解析该数字信号,获得一提醒通知。
参阅图8,进一步优选地,上述图片分享系统中,所述外部服务器还包括,
-识别模块
所述识别模块与所述接收模块通讯连接,用于识别发送所述目标图片的所述第一智能终端的标识信息,具体地,当所述接收模块接收到所述目标图片后,所述识别模块将识别并读取发送所述目标图片的所述第一智能终端的标识信息,并将所述标识信息发送至所述外部服务器的检索模块。从而,所述检索模块可以接收所述标识信息,并根据所述标识信息在所述外部服务器的内部存储数据库中进行检索,若检索得到一与所述标识信息相关联的至少一另一标识信息,则可确定所述第一智能终端与至少一第二智能终端建立关联关系。
参阅图9,优选地,上述图片分享系统中,所述外部服务器还包括,
-标记模块
用于与所述接收模块通讯连接,在所述目标图片上标记所述第一智能终端的标识信息。具体地,所述外部服务器的识别模块根据所述目标图片的数字信号的发送通道,获取所述第一智能终端的标识信息后,所述外部服务器的标记模块,将进一步在所述目标图片的数字信号中标记所述第一智能终端的标识信息。所述发送模块可以将标记有所述第一智能终端的标识信息的所述目标图片的数字信号发送至第二智能终端。从而,所述第二智能终端解析并显示所述目标图片时,可同时显示分享所述目标图片的所述第一智能终端的标识信息。
另外,优选地,本实施例中,用户预实现本发明的快捷的图片分享,首先应当有选择地与其他智能终端建立一关联关系,从而,本实施例还提供一种智能终端之间建立关联关系的系统,参阅图10,其具体结构如下:
-请求模块
设置于所述第一智能终端,用于读取所选择的目标账户的账户信息,向外部服务器发送一关联请求。具体地,用户选择某一目标账户,预与之建立关联关系,则可通过如,触动所述第一智能终端的快捷键的方式,向所述第一智能终端发起一关联指令。所述请求模块捕获所述关联指令,并根据所述关联指令,读取用户所选择的目标账户的账户信息,向与所述第一智能终端通讯连接的所述外部服务器发送一包含所述账户信息,且表示一关联请求的数字信号,下面称之为关联请求。
-解析模块
设置于所述外部服务器,与所述接收模块通讯连接,解析所述关联请求,获取所述目标账户的所述账户信息。具体地,解析模块接收所述关联请求,读取所述目标账户的账户信息,所述外部服务器的检索模块根据所述账户信息,检索并获取当前登录所述目标账户的至少一第三智能终端的标识信息,并向外发送。所述外部服务器的发送模块接收并识别所述标识信息,从而根据所述标识信息向所述第三智能终端转发所述关联请求。本实施例中,所述第三智能终端接收到所述关联请求后,若所述第三智能终端的用户同意所述关联请求,则并将表示同意关联的反馈信息返回至所述外部服务器。从而,所述外部服务器的接收模块接收所述反馈信息,解析所述反馈信息。当解析所述反馈信息的内容为同意关联请求时,所述接收模块向所述存储模块及所述发送模块分别发送一操作指令。
更加优选地,上述关联系统中还包括,
-存储模块,
设置于所述外部服务器,可根据指令存储信息,关联并存储所述目标账户及所述关联请求的源账户。具体地,所述存储模块接收所述接收模块发送的一操作指令,将解析所述操作指令,并根据解析后的所述操作指令,关联所述目标账户及所述关联请求的源账户,同时将已关联的所述目标账户及所述源账户存储于所述外部服务器的内部存储空间中。
从而,通过本实施例的方法,可在登录源账户的第一智能终端及登录目标账户的第三智能终端间建立一关联关系,当用户拍摄一目标图片时,利用本发明上述的实施例,可实现自动将用户在第一智能终端获取的目标图片分享至第三智能终端。大大提高图片分享的便捷性。
综上可见,本发明实现了相关联的智能终端之间图片的快速分享,一智能终端拍摄完成的图片可自动分享至与其关联的智能终端;本发明通过建立关联关系,提前获得图 片共享的许可,减少了图片分享时的操作步骤,提高了智能终端之间信息共享的效率;本发明通过提前建立关联关系,保证了图片共享的有效性。
应当注意的是,本发明的实施例有较佳的实施性,且并非对本发明作任何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能终端的图片分享方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
    获取一包括第一智能终端所捕获的目标对象的目标图片,
    传输所述目标图片至外部服务器,
    所述外部服务器检索与所述第一智能终端关联的至少一第二智能终端,
    所述外部服务器向所述第二智能终端发送所述目标图片。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的图片分享方法,其特征在于,
    还包括,
    在所述第一智能终端中选择一目标账户,
    向所述外部服务器发送一关联请求,
    所述外部服务器向登录所述目标账户的至少一第三智能终端转发所述关联请求,
    所述外部服务器接收所述第三智能终端的反馈信息,
    当所述反馈信息为接受所述关联请求时,所述外部服务器关联所述目标账户及所述关联请求的源账户,并存储,
    所述外部服务器向所述第一智能终端发送一关联通知。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的图片分享方法,其特征在于,
    还包括,
    所述外部服务器向所述第二智能终端发送所述目标图片后,向所述第二智能终端发送一提醒通知。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的图片分享方法,其特征在于,
    步骤:所述外部服务器检索与所述第一智能终端关联的至少一第二智能终端,包括,所述外部服务器接收到所述目标图片后,识别发送所述目标图片的所述第一智能终端的标识信息,
    根据所述标识信息在所述外部服务器存储的数据信息中,检索与所述第一智能终端关联的至少一第二智能终端的标识信息。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的图片分享方法,其特征在于,
    还包括,
    所述外部服务器接收到所述目标图片后,识别发送所述目标图片的所述第一智能终端的标识信息后,关联所述第一智能终端的标识信息及所述目标图片,
    所述外部服务器发送所述第一智能终端的标识信息及所述目标图片至所述第二智能 终端。
  6. 一种智能终端的图片分享系统,其特征在于,包括,
    第一智能终端,及与所述第一智能终端通讯连接的外部服务器,
    其中,所述第一智能终端包括,
    拍照模块,获取包含目标对象的目标图片,
    传输模块,读取并传输所述目标图片至外部服务器,
    所述外部服务器包括,
    接收模块,接收所述目标图片,
    检索模块,检索与所述第一智能终端关联的至少一第二智能终端的标识信息,
    发送模块,根据所述第二智能终端的标识信息,识别并向所述第二智能终端发送所述目标图片。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的图片分享系统,其特征在于,
    所述第一智能终端还包括,
    请求模块,读取所选择的目标账户的账户信息,向外部服务器发送一关联请求,
    所述外部服务器还包括,
    解析模块,与所述接收模块通讯连接,解析所述关联请求,获取所述目标账户的所述账户信息,
    存储模块,根据指令存储信息,关联并存储所述目标账户及所述关联请求的源账户,所述接收模块接收所述关联请求,
    所述检索模块根据所述账户信息,检索与所述账户信息关联的至少一第三智能终端的标识信息,
    所述发送模块识别所述标识信息,向所述第三智能终端转发所述关联请求,
    所述接收模块接收到所述第三智能终端针对所述关联请求发送的反馈信息,
    当所述反馈信息为接受所述关联请求时,所述存储模块关联并存储所述目标账户及所述关联请求的源账户,
    所述发送模块向所述第一智能终端发送一关联通知。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的图片分享系统,其特征在于,
    所述外部服务器还包括,
    提醒模块,与所述发送模块通讯连接,检测到所述发送模块向所述第二智能终端发送所述目标图片后,向所述第二智能终端发送一提醒通知。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的图片分享系统,其特征在于,
    所述外部服务器还包括,
    识别模块,与所述接收模块通讯连接,识别发送所述目标图片的所述第一智能终端的标识信息,
    根据所述标识信息,所述检索模块在所述外部服务器存储的数据信息中检索与所述第一智能终端关联的至少一第二智能终端的标识信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的图片分享系统,其特征在于,
    所述外部服务器还包括,
    标记模块,与所述接收模块通讯连接,在所述目标图片上标记所述第一智能终端的标识信息,
    所述发送模块,将标记后的所述目标图片发送至所述第二智能终端。
