本发明的另一方面,在于提供一种智能终端的视频录制装置,其包括以下模块,拍摄模块,捕获一包含目标对象的视频文件,存储模块,与所述拍摄模块通讯连接,存储所述视频文件,格式转换模块,与所述存储模块通讯连接,读取所述视频文件,将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一个子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组,调节模块,与所述格式转换模块通讯连接,从所述第一TS流文件组中,删除至少一个子TS流文件,获得一第二TS流文件组;和/或向所述第二TS流文件组中添加至少一个新子TS流文件,获得一 第三TS流文件组,整合模块,与所述调节模块通讯连接,将所述第三TS流文件组中的所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件合成为一个完整TS流文件,所述格式转换模块,读取并将所述完整TS流文件转换至所述智能终端支持播放的文件格式的文件。
优选地,上述视频录制系统还包括,指令模块,捕获指令信息,从所述指令信息中读取请求分片数及分片位置信息,所述格式转换模块与所述指令模块通讯连接,读取并按照所述分片位置信息及所述请求分片数,将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一个子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组,第一命名模块,与所述格式转换模块通讯连接,读取并按照所述分片位置信息对所述第一TS流文件组中的子TS流文件命名。
优选地,所述第三TS流文件组,通过以下方法获得,所述拍摄模块捕获一包含目标对象的新视频文件,所述格式转换模块将所述新视频文件转换为至少一个新子TS流文件,所述调节模块将所述新子TS流文件分别插入到所述第二TS流文件组中,得到一第三TS流文件组。
优选地,上述视频录制系统还包括,排序模块,与所述调节模块通讯连接,按照所述第三TS流文件组中所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件的预播放位置,对所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件排序,向外发送一排列顺序信息,第二命名模块,与所述排序模块通讯连接,按照所述排列顺序信息对所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件重命名,向所述整合模块发送一命名信息,所述整合模块与所述第二命名模块通讯连接,从所述命名信息中读取所述排列顺序信息,以二进制格式合并所述第三TS流文件组中的所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件,形成一完整的TS流文件。
优选地,上述视频录制系统还包括,信息获取模块,与所述整合模块通讯连接,从所述完整TS流文件中提取视频、音频、字幕信息中的一种或多种的位置信息,向外发送,所述格式转换模块与所述信息获取模块通讯连接,按照所述位置信息,将所述完整的TS流文件转换为所述智能终端支持播放的文件格式的文件。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的技术优势在于:
1)本发明可实现将现有视频的文件格式转换为TS流文件格式;
2)本发明可实现对TS流文件分割或者合并;
3)本发明借助TS流文件任一片段开始都可以独立解码的特性,避免分割和合并后产生的视频文件无法播放或者播放时卡顿的问题。

首先,应当理解,尽管在本公开可能采用术语第一、第二、第三等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语。这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本公开范围的情况下,第一智能终端也可以被称为第二智能终端,类似地,第二智能终端也可以被称为第一智能终端。
参阅图1,其为一符合本发明一优选实施例的基于智能终端的视频录制方法的流程示意图。从图中可以看出,本实施例的视频录制方法包括以下步骤:
-录制一视频文件,并保存。
本实施例中,用户需要录制视频文件时,可通过触动其智能终端界面显示的快捷图标,或者按动所述第一智能终端机身的快捷按钮,启动所述智能终端的拍摄模块,利用所述智能终端自身携带的拍照装置,捕捉包括目标对象的目标图像,并通过触动所述智能终端的快捷键,或者所述智能终端上的快捷按钮的方式,向所述智能终端的拍摄模块发送一录像指令,所述拍摄模块接收所述录像指令,并根据所述录像指令内容开始记录 包含目标图像的影像。录制结束时,用户通过触动所述智能终端的快捷键,或者所述智能终端上的快捷按钮的方式,向所述拍摄模块发送一停止录像的操作指令,所述拍摄模块根据所述操作指令内容,停止记录,获取一包含目标对象的视频文件。所述拍摄模块向所述智能终端的存储模块发出一存储指令,所述存储模块与所述拍摄模块通讯连接,接收所述存储请求,并根据所述存储请求,将所述视频文件存储于所述智能终端的存储空间中。
-将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一第一子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组
本实施例中,用户发现所述视频文件中某片段存在问题时,可通过在所述智能终端的显示界面中选择相应的快捷方式,向所述智能终端发送一格式转换的操作指令。所述智能终端的格式转换模块接收所述操作指令,解析所述操作指令所包含的指令内容,读取所述视频文件,并将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一第一子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组。
其中,优选地,参阅图2,本实施例中,用户可以通过,如在所述智能终端的显示界面中显示的对话框中填入预分片位置及分片数的信息,并将所述分片位置及分片数的信息发送至所述智能终端。所述智能终端的指令模块捕获上述操作指令,并解析所述指令信息,从中获取请求分片数及分片位置信息,并将所述请求分片数及分片位置信息向外发送。所述智能终端的格式转换模块可接收所述请求分片数及分片位置信息,将读取所述视频文件的帧数据,并按照所述请求分片数及分片位置信息,在相应视频帧位置处,将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一第一子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组。
所述智能终端还设置有一第一命名模块,与所述格式转换模块通讯连接,所述第一命名模块识别到所述格式转换模块完成格式转换操作后,将进一步读取所述请求分片数及分片位置信息,并按照所述分片位置信息的顺序,对所述第一TS流文件组中的各子TS流文件命名。
-从所述第一TS流文件组中,删除至少一第一子TS流文件,获得第二TS流文件组
本实施例中,所述智能终端的格式转换模块将所述视频文件拆分并转换为一TS流文件组后,所述智能终端中设置有调节模块,所述调节模块捕获用户触发的操作指令,从所述操作指令中解析预删除的第一子TS流文件的序号,所述调剂模块根据所述第一子TS流文件的文件名,从所述第一TS流文件组中删除相应序号的第一子TS流文件,形成一第二TS流文件组。
-向所述第二TS流文件组中添加至少一第二子TS流文件,获得第三TS流文件组
若用户预向现有的视频文件中插入新的子视频文件,本实施例中,同样以TS流文件的形式实现视频文件的增补。从而,当预向所述第二TS流文件组中增加一新的第二子TS流文件时,所述调节模块从所述操作指令中读取预添加所述第二子TS流文件的预设位置信息,并读取原各所述第一子TS流文件的文件名,并从所述文件名中获取所述第一子TS流文件的序号,从而根据所述预设位置信息,将所述第二子TS流文件插入到所述第二TS流文件组的相应位置,形成一第三TS流文件组。
具体,优选地,参阅图3,本实施例中,若用户预向现有的视频文件中插入新的子视频文件,首先,仍需通过所述智能终端的拍摄模块捕获一新视频文件,并通过所述格式转换模块将所述新视频文件转换为至少一第二子TS流文件。从而,用户向所述智能终端发送一操作指令,所述智能终端的调节模块从所述操作指令中读取预添加的所述第二子TS流文件的预设位置,并读取原各所述第一子TS流文件的文件名,并从所述文件名中获取所述第一子TS流文件的序号,从而根据所述预设位置信息,将所述第二子TS流文件插入到所述第二TS流文件组的相应位置,形成一第三TS流文件组。
-将所述第三TS流文件组中的第一子TS流文件及第二字TS流文件合成为一完整TS流文件
本实施例中,通过子TS流文件的删除和/或增加,获得一第三TS流文件组后,所述智能终端中设置有整合模块,可将所述第三TS流文件组组合成为一个完整的TS流文件。
此处,参阅图4,优选地,所述智能终端中还设置有一排序模块,可从用户对所述智能终端的操作中捕获一指令动作,并从所述指令动作中读取所述第三TS流文件组中各第三子TS流文件的预播放位置,按照所述预播放位置对各所述第三子TS流文件排列,并向外发送一排列顺序信息。所述智能终端中的第二命名模块,则可按照所述排列顺序信息对各所述第三子TS流文件重命名,并向外发送一命名信息。所述智能终端的整合模块接收所述命名信息,并从所述命名信息中读取所述排列顺序信息,并以二进制格式合并所述第三TS流文件组中的各所述第三子TS流文件,形成一完整的TS流文件。
-转换所述完整TS流文件至所述智能终端支持播放的文件格式的文件
本实施例中,完成子TS流文件的整合后,参阅图5,优选地,所述智能终端的信息获取模块从所述完整TS流文件中提取视频、音频、字幕信息中的一种或多种的位置信息,并向外发送。所述格式转模块接收所述位置信息,并按照所述位置信息,将所述完整的TS流文件转换为所述智能终端支持播放的文件格式的文件。
从而,综上可见,本发明利用将视频文件格式转换为TS流文件格式,通过调整TS流文件实现对视频文件的剪切和/或增补,再在将TS流文件逆转换为视频文件格式的方式,获得一可流畅播放的视频文件。
本发明的另一方面,提供一种智能终端的视频录制装置,其主要包括:拍摄模块;存储模块;格式转换模块;调节模块及整合模块。参见图6,本实施例所提供的视频录制装置的具体结构如下:
-拍摄模块
用于捕获一包含目标对象的视频文件。具体地,本实施例中,用户需要录制视频文件时,可通过触动其智能终端界面显示的快捷图标,或者按动所述第一智能终端机身的快捷按钮,启动所述智能终端的拍摄模块,利用所述智能终端自身携带的拍照装置,捕捉包括目标对象的目标图像,并通过触动所述智能终端的快捷键,或者所述智能终端上的快捷按钮的方式,向所述智能终端的拍摄模块发送一录像指令,所述拍摄模块接收所述录像指令,并根据所述录像指令内容开始记录包含目标图像的影像。录制结束时,用户通过触动所述智能终端的快捷键,或者所述智能终端上的快捷按钮的方式,向所述拍摄模块发送一停止录像的操作指令,所述拍摄模块根据所述操作指令内容,停止记录,获取一包含目标对象的视频文件。所述拍摄模块向所述智能终端的存储模块发出一存储指令。
-存储模块
所述存储与所述拍摄模块通讯连接,用于存储所述视频文件。具体地,所述存储模块可接收所述存储请求,并根据所述存储请求,将所述视频文件存储于所述智能终端的存储空间中。
-格式转换模块
所述格式转换模块与所述存储模块通讯连接,用于读取所述视频文件,将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一第一子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组。具体地,本实施例中,用户发现所述视频文件中某片段存在问题时,可通过在所述智能终端的显示界面中选择相应的快捷方式,向所述智能终端发送一格式转换的操作指令。所述智能终端的格式转换模块接收所述操作指令,解析所述操作指令所包含的指令内容,读取所述视频文件,并将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一第一子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组。
-调节模块
所述调节模块与所述格式转换模块通讯连接,从所述第一TS流文件组中,删除至少一个子TS流文件,获得一第二TS流文件组;和/或向所述第二TS流文件组中添加至少一个新子TS流文件,获得一第三TS流文件组。具体地,本实施例中,所述智能终端的格式转换模块将所述视频文件拆分并转换为一TS流文件组后,所述智能终端的调节模块,捕获用户触发的操作指令,从所述操作指令中解析预删除的第一子TS流文件的序号,所述调剂模块根据所述第一子TS流文件的文件名,从所述第一TS流文件组中删除相应序号的第一子TS流文件,形成一第二TS流文件组。
本实施例中,若用户预向现有的视频文件中插入新的子视频文件,同样以TS流文件的形式实现视频文件的增补。从而,当预向所述第二TS流文件组中增加一新的第二子TS流文件时,所述调节模块从所述操作指令中读取预添加所述第二子TS流文件的预设位置信息,并读取原各所述第一子TS流文件的文件名,并从所述文件名中获取所述第一子TS流文件的序号,从而根据所述预设位置信息,将所述第二子TS流文件插入到所述第二TS流文件组的相应位置,形成一第三TS流文件组。
-整合模块
所述整合模块与所述调节模块通讯连接,将所述第三TS流文件组合成为一个完整TS流文件,具体地,本实施例中,通过子TS流文件的删除和/或增加,获得一第三TS流文件组后,所述智能终端中的整合模块,可将所述第三TS流文件组组合成为一个完整的TS流文件。而,所述智能终端的格式转换模块,将读取并将所述完整TS流文件转换至所述智能终端支持播放的文件格式的文件。
其中,优选地,参阅图7,本实施例中,本实施例中的视频录制装置中还包括,
-指令模块
用于捕获指令信息,从所述指令信息中读取请求分片数及分片位置信息。具体地,用户可以通过,如在所述智能终端的显示界面中显示的对话框中填入预分片位置及分片数的信息,并将所述分片位置及分片数的信息发送至所述智能终端。所述智能终端的指令模块捕获上述操作指令,并解析所述指令信息,从中获取请求分片数及分片位置信息,并将所述请求分片数及分片位置信息向外发送。所述智能终端的格式转换模块可接收所述请求分片数及分片位置信息,将读取所述视频文件的帧数据,并按照所述请求分片数及分片位置信息,在相应视频帧位置处,将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一第一子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组。
-第一命名模块
所述第一命名模块与所述格式转换模块通讯连接,用于读取并按照所述分片位置信息对所述第一TS流文件组中的子TS流文件命名。具体地,所述第一命名模块识别到所述格式转换模块完成格式转换操作后,将进一步读取所述请求分片数及分片位置信息,并按照所述分片位置信息的顺序,对所述第一TS流文件组中的各子TS流文件命名。
进一步优选地,参阅图8,本实施例中的视频录制装置中还包括,
-排序模块
所述排序模块与所述调节模块通讯连接,按照所述第三TS流文件组中各第三子TS流文件的预播放位置,对各所述第三子TS流文件排序,向外发送一排列顺序信息。具体地,所述排序模块,可从用户对所述智能终端的操作中捕获一指令动作,并从所述指令动作中读取所述第三TS流文件组中各第三子TS流文件的预播放位置。
-第二命名模块
所述第二命名模块与所述排序模块通讯连接,按照所述排列顺序信息对所述第三子TS流文件重命名,向所述整合模块发送一命名信息。具体地,所述智能终端中的第二命名模块,可按照所述排列顺序信息对各所述第三子TS流文件重命名,并向外发送一命名信息。所述智能终端的整合模块接收所述命名信息,并从所述命名信息中读取所述排列顺序信息,并以二进制格式合并所述第三TS流文件组中的各所述第三子TS流文件,形成一完整的TS流文件。
更加,优选地,参阅图9,本实施例中,本实施例中的视频录制装置中还包括,
-信息获取模块
所述信息获取模块与所述整合模块通讯连接,从所述完整TS流文件中提取视频、音频、字幕信息中的一种或多种的位置信息,向外发送。具体地,所述智能终端的信息获取模块可从所述完整TS流文件中提取视频、音频、字幕信息中的一种或多种的位置信息,并向外发送。所述格式转模块接收所述位置信息,并按照所述位置信息,将所述完整的TS流文件转换为所述智能终端支持播放的文件格式的文件。
综上所述,本发明可实现将现有视频的文件格式转换为TS流文件格式;本发明可实现对TS流文件分割或者合并;本发明借助TS流文件任一片段开始都可以独立解码的特性,避免分割和合并后产生的视频文件无法播放或者播放时卡顿的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于智能终端的视频录制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
    录制一视频文件,并保存,
    将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一第一子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组,
    从所述第一TS流文件组中,删除至少一第一子TS流文件,获得第二TS流文件组,向所述第二TS流文件组中添加至少一第二子TS流文件,获得第三TS流文件组,
    将所述第三TS流文件组中的第一子TS流文件及第二子TS流文件合成为一完整TS流文件,
    逆转换所述完整TS流文件至所述智能终端支持播放的文件格式的文件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的视频录制方法,其特征在于,
    将所述视频文件转换为至少一个子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组的步骤包括,
    识别指令动作,读取所述指令动作内的请求分片数及分片位置信息,
    按照所述分片位置及所述请求分片数,将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一第一子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组,
    按照所述分片位置信息对所述第一TS流文件组中的第一子TS流文件命名。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的视频录制方法,其特征在于,
    向所述第二TS流文件组中添加至少一个新子TS流文件,获得第三TS流文件组的步骤包括,
    录制一新视频文件,
    将所述新视频文件转换为至少一个第二子TS流文件,
    将所述第二子TS流文件分别插入到所述第二TS流文件组中,得到一第三TS流文件组。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的视频录制方法,其特征在于,
    将所述第三TS流文件组中的第一子TS流文件及第二子TS流文件合成为一完整TS流文件的步骤包括,
    捕获一指令动作,从所述指令动作中读取所述第三TS流文件组中所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件的预播放位置,
    按照所述预播放位置对所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件以一排列顺序排序,
    按照所述排列顺序对所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件重命名,
    按照命名信息,以二进制格式合并所述第三TS流文件组中的所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件,形成一完整的TS流文件。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的视频录制方法,其特征在于,
    转换所述完整TS流文件至所述智能终端支持播放的文件格式的文件的步骤包括,
    从所述完整TS流文件中提取视频、音频、字幕信息中的一种或多种的位置信息,
    按照所述位置信息,将所述完整的TS流文件转换为所述智能终端支持播放的文件格式的文件。
  6. 一种智能终端的视频录制装置,其特征在于,包括以下模块,
    拍摄模块,捕获一包含目标对象的视频文件,
    存储模块,与所述拍摄模块通讯连接,存储所述视频文件,
    格式转换模块,与所述存储模块通讯连接,读取所述视频文件,将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一第一子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组,
    调节模块,与所述格式转换模块通讯连接,从所述第一TS流文件组中,删除至少一个子TS流文件,获得一第二TS流文件组;和/或向所述第二TS流文件组中添加至少一第二子TS流文件,获得一第三TS流文件组,
    整合模块,与所述调节模块通讯连接,将所述第三TS流文件组中的所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件合成为一个完整TS流文件,
    所述格式转换模块,读取并将所述完整TS流文件转换至所述智能终端支持播放的文件格式的文件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的视频录制装置,其特征在于,
    还包括,
    指令模块,捕获指令信息,从所述指令信息中读取请求分片数及分片位置信息,
    所述格式转换模块与所述指令模块通讯连接,读取并按照所述分片位置信息及所述请求分片数,将所述视频文件转换为包含至少一第一子TS流文件的第一TS流文件组,
    第一命名模块,与所述格式转换模块通讯连接,读取并按照所述分片位置信息对所述第一TS流文件组中的子TS流文件命名。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的视频录制装置,其特征在于,
    所述第三TS流文件组,通过以下方法获得,
    所述拍摄模块捕获一包含目标对象的新视频文件,
    所述格式转换模块将所述新视频文件转换为至少一第二子TS流文件,
    所述调节模块将所述第二子TS流文件分别插入到所述第二TS流文件组中,得到一第三TS流文件组。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的视频录制装置,其特征在于,
    还包括,
    排序模块,与所述调节模块通讯连接,按照所述第三TS流文件组中所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件的预播放位置,对所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件排序,向外发送一排列顺序信息,
    第二命名模块,与所述排序模块通讯连接,按照所述排列顺序信息对所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件重命名,向所述整合模块发送一命名信息,
    所述整合模块与所述第二命名模块通讯连接,从所述命名信息中读取所述排列顺序信息,以二进制格式合并所述第三TS流文件组中的所述第一子TS流文件及所述第二子TS流文件,形成一完整的TS流文件。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的视频录制装置,其特征在于,
    还包括,
    信息获取模块,与所述整合模块通讯连接,从所述完整TS流文件中提取视频、音频、字幕信息中的一种或多种的位置信息,向外发送,
    所述格式转换模块与所述信息获取模块通讯连接,按照所述位置信息,将所述完整的TS流文件转换为所述智能终端支持播放的文件格式的文件。
