身份识别模块202,用于当所述检测模块201检测到有客户进入购物区时,对所述客户进行身份识别,获取客户的身份信息,所述身份信息包括客户的身份识别码、客房房间号信息、客户预设的支付账号信息、客户的生理参数信息;可选的,所述身份识别模块202具体用于:获取客户头部的宽度信息、客户眼 睛的近视度数信息、客户眼睛的瞳距信息;例如,通过设置在购物区处的摄像头检测进入购物区的客户的面部信息、虹膜信息和数量信息来获取预存的对应的客户的身份信息,例如通过摄像头识别出有1个客户进入购物区,摄像头通过面部扫描识别或者虹膜识别来确认所述客户的身份信息;再例如,通过设置在购物区大门按钮上的指纹检测仪或设置在购物区大门扶手上的指纹检测仪检测客户的指纹信息从而获取对应的客户身份信息,当客户用手指按购物区按钮或者客户手扶在购物区大门扶手上时,通过设置在购物区按钮上的指纹检测仪或设置在购物区大门扶手上的指纹检测仪检测客户的指纹信息从而获取对应的客户身份信息,所述按钮可以是购物区密码输入按键,也可以是购物区设置的其他按钮。再例如,还可以通过所述摄像头获取客户的手势信息或者通过购物区的触摸板获取客户的手势信息从而获取对应的身份信息,比如预设客户甲对应的身份识别手势为向右划,客户乙对应的身份识别手势为向下滑,那么,当客户进入购物区时,在空气中将手向下划一下,摄像头捕捉到这个手势后识别这个客户为客户乙,或者是某个客户在购物区上的触摸板上向右划一下,然后就能识别这个客户为客户甲。除此之外,还可以通过射频读卡器读取客户所携带的身份卡信息来获取对应的身份信息;可选的,还可以通过解锁了所述购物区门禁的当前账户的信息来获取对应客户的身份信息,例如,客户甲用手机上的购物区解锁软件登录自己账户,并用所述购物区软件解锁了所述购物区门禁,那么,可以通过甲在购物区解锁软件登录的账户所包含的信息来获取甲的身份信息。所述身份信息,包括客户的身份识别码、客房房间号信息、客户预设的支付账号信息、客户的生理参数信息,所述身份识别码能够证明客户是谁,所述身份识别码包括身份证号码、护照号码、驾驶证号码、社保号、客户在所 述酒店的会员号中的一种或多种;可选的,所述获取客户的生理参数信息,具体包括:获取客户头部的宽度信息、客户眼睛的近视度数信息、客户眼睛的瞳距信息;例如,可以通过设置在购物区的摄像头测量客户头部的宽度信息、客户眼睛的近视度数信息、客户眼睛的瞳距信息,或者从预设的数据库中根据所述客户的身份识别码获取所述客户预存的头部的宽度信息、客户眼睛的近视度数信息、客户眼睛的瞳距信息。
习惯信息获取模块203,用于获取与所述身份信息对应的习惯信息,所述习惯信息包括所述客户历史购物清单信息、客户历史购买产品的购买次数信息、与当前时间段对应的客户历史购买产品信息中的一种或多种信息;例如,可以从预设的服务器的数据库中获取与所述身份信息相匹配的客户的习惯信息。
发放模块204,用于向客户发放与所述生理参数信息匹配的智能购物眼镜205;可选的,所述发放模块204具体用于:向客户发放与所述宽度信息、近视度数信息、瞳距信息相匹配的智能购物眼镜205。
智能购物眼镜205,用于检测客户是否佩戴了所述智能购物眼镜205,若是,则根据所述习惯信息,在智能购物眼镜205中展示与所述习惯信息匹配的商品的位置信息和指引路线;例如,通过检测所述智能购物眼镜205镜腿、鼻托上的压力传感器或电容传感器的测量值是否达到预设值来判断客户是否佩戴了所述智能购物眼镜205,或者通过判断智能购物眼镜205鼻托上的距离传感器的测量值是否达到预设值来判断客户是否佩戴了所述智能购物眼镜205, 若检测判断客户佩戴了所述智能购物眼镜205,则根据所述习惯信息,在智能购物眼镜205中展示与所述习惯信息匹配的商品的位置信息和对应的指引路线。
所述智能购物眼镜205,还用于:获取客户的视觉焦点,获取与所述视觉焦点相匹配的商品的商品信息,所述商品信息包括商品成分信息、商品价格信息、商品产地信息,在所述智能购物眼镜205中显示所述商品信息;获取客户输入的购物指令,给所述购物指令对应的商品添加待支付标签,在智能购物眼镜205中显示含有待支付标签的商品的待支付商品清单和待支付商品总价;可选的,所述智能购物眼镜205,具体用于:通过智能购物眼镜205上的摄像头获取客户输入的预设购物动作;或者,通过智能购物眼镜205获取客户的视觉焦点停留在第一商品的时间,若所述时间超过预设值,则判断为客户输入了针对所述第一商品的购物指令。例如通过设置在智能购物眼镜205上的摄像头获取拍摄客户瞳孔的朝向作为客户的视觉焦点;或者将智能购物眼镜205镜片的中心点定义为客户的视觉焦点。例如,在智能购物眼镜205中显示与所述视觉焦点对应的提示点图像,通过智能购物眼镜205上设置的摄像头拍摄智能购物眼镜205朝向所对应的商品图像,当所述提示点图像与所述商品图像重合时,识别所述商品图像所对应的商品并获取所述商品图像对应的商品的商品信息;或者通过重力传感器或姿势传感器获取智能购物眼镜205的当前的姿势,根据所述姿势获取智能购物眼镜205的镜片的朝向作为所述视觉焦点,通过智能购物眼镜205上设置的摄像头拍摄智能购物眼镜205的镜片朝向所对应的商品图像,识别所述商品图像所对应的商品并获取所述商品图像对应的商品的商品信 息。所述商品信息包括商品成分信息、商品价格信息、商品产地信息,在所述智能购物眼镜205中显示所述商品信息,此时,客户通过智能购物眼睛看到的是所述智能购物眼镜205拍摄到的商品图像和对应的商品信息;或者,所述智能购物眼睛的镜片是透明的,但是具有信息显示功能,客户通过智能购物眼睛看到的是商品的真实样貌和显示的商品信息。例如智能购物眼镜205通过客户视觉焦点检测到客户当前盯着一瓶啤酒,智能购物眼镜205显示这瓶啤酒的商品信息,客户输入预设的语音购物指令例如客户说“放入购物车”,则针对这瓶啤酒添加虚拟的待支付标签,并将带有待支付标签的啤酒信息放入待支付商品清单,计算目前待支付商品清单中商品的总价,在智能购物眼镜205中显示待支付商品清单和待支付商品总价;可选的,所述获取客户输入的购物指令,具体包括:通过智能购物眼镜205上的摄像头获取客户输入的预设购物动作;或者,通过智能购物眼镜205获取客户的视觉焦点停留在第一商品的时间,若所述时间超过预设值,则判断为客户输入了针对所述第一商品的购物指令。例如,客户预设的购物动作为竖起大拇指,则当智能购物眼镜205检测到客户视觉焦点对应的商品是一盒巧克力时,智能购物眼镜205的摄像头检测到客户竖起了大拇指,则针对这盒巧克力添加虚拟的待支付标签,并将带有待支付标签的巧克力信息放入待支付商品清单,计算目前待支付商品清单中商品的总价,在智能购物眼镜205中显示待支付商品清单和待支付商品总价;例如,客户预设的购物动作为在预设时间内连续点头两下例如在2秒内连续点头两下,则当智能购物眼镜205检测到客户视觉焦点对应的商品是一罐牛奶时,智能购物眼镜205的重力传感器或加速度传感器检测到客户在2秒内连续点头两下,则针对这罐牛奶添加虚拟的待支付标签,并将带有待支付标签的牛奶信息放入待支付 商品清单,计算目前待支付商品清单中商品的总价,在智能购物眼镜205显示区的右下角显示待支付商品清单和待支付商品总价;再例如,所述购物动作还可以是在预设时间内连续眨眼3下,则当智能购物眼镜205检测到客户视觉焦点对应的商品是一个打火机时,智能购物眼镜205的摄像头检测到客户眼睛在2秒内眨了3下,则针对这个打火机添加虚拟的待支付标签,并将带有待支付标签的打火机信息放入待支付商品清单,计算目前待支付商品清单中商品的总价,在智能购物眼镜205显示区的右下角以透明方式显示待支付商品清单和待支付商品总价,所述透明方式意味着客户可以在透过所述智能购物眼镜205的镜片看到所述打火机的直接真实场景的同时还能看到所述镜片显示的待支付商品清单和待支付商品总价信息;再例如,再例如,所述购物动作还可以是用户视觉焦点停留在某个商品的时间超过预设时间值,例如则当智能购物眼镜205检测到客户视觉焦点对应的商品是一盒鸡蛋时,智能购物眼镜205的检测到客户视觉焦点停留在这盒鸡蛋上的时间超过预设值,例如2秒,则针对这盒鸡蛋添加虚拟的待支付标签,并将带有待支付标签的这盒鸡蛋信息放入待支付商品清单,计算目前待支付商品清单中商品的总价,在智能购物眼镜205显示区的右下角以透明方式显示待支付商品清单和待支付商品总价。
位置检测模块206,用于检测客户是否到达预设的自动支付区域;
支付模块207,用于当所述位置检测模块206检测到客户到达预设的自动支付区域时,根据所述支付账号信息和所述待支付商品清单、待支付商品总价进行自动支付操作;检测支付是否完成,若是,则将所述待支付商品清单中的商品的待支付标签替换为已支付标签,并生成已支付商品清单;可选的,还包 括上传模块,用于:在所述支付模块207生成已支付商品清单后,将客户的身份信息、已支付商品清单、已支付商品清单生成时间上传至预设的服务器,以便于后续用于客户习惯信息的分析。例如,例可以通过设置在自动支付区门口的红外传感器检测是否有客户进入自动支付区;或者通过检测自动支付区大门是否被打开,若是,则判断有客户进入;或者,当自动支付区大门为旋转门时,若检测到旋转门处于旋转状态,则判断有客户进入购物区;或者,通过设置在自动支付区门口的摄像头进行图像识别判断是否有客户进入购物区;或者,通过设置在自动支付区地面处的压力传感器或震动传感器来检测判断是否有客户进入自动支付区,若所述压力传感器检测到的压力达到预设值或者所述震动传感器检测到的振动值超过预设振动值则判断有客户进入自动支付区。若检测到客户进入自动支付区,则根据所述支付账号信息和所述待支付商品清单、待支付商品总价进行自动支付操作;检测支付是否完成,例如检测是否从所述支付账号扣款成功,若是,则将所述待支付商品清单中的商品的待支付标签替换为已支付标签,并生成已支付商品清单;
配送模块208,用于获取客户针对所述已支付商品清单所输入的配送方式,进行对应的商品的配送。可选的,所述配送模块208具体用于:获取客户针对所述已支付商品清单所输入的配送方式,判断所述配送方式是客户自提方式还是送货上门方式,若是客户自提方式,则将所述已支付商品清单对应的商品自动打包传送至客户身边,若是送货上门方式,根据所述身份信息获取客户对应的客房,将已支付商品清单对应的商品自动打包送至所述客房。例如,所述智能购物眼镜205向客户显示所述已支付商品清单,并显示客户自提和送货 上门两种方式供客户选择,客户若选择客户自提方式,则所述已支付商品清单对应的商品会被自动打包好通过预设的传送通道、机器人、无人机中的一种送至客户身边;客户若选择送货上门方式,则所述已支付商品清单对应的商品会被自动打包好通过预设的传送通道、机器人、无人机中的一种送至客户的在酒店的客房;可选的,客户可以针对已支付商品清单中的不同商品选择不同的配送方式;所述获取客户针对所述已支付商品清单所输入的配送方式,可以通过获取客户发出的预设语音指令、预设手势指令、预设躯体动作指令中的一种或多种来获取客户针对所述已支付商品清单所输入的配送方式,或者,通过设置在自动支付区的显示屏和触摸板获取客户针对所述已支付商品清单所输入的配送方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种酒店购物方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测是否有客户进入购物区,若是,则对所述客户进行身份识别,获取客户的身份信息,所述身份信息包括客户的身份识别码、客房房间号信息、客户预设的支付账号信息、客户的生理参数信息;
    获取与所述身份信息对应的习惯信息,所述习惯信息包括所述客户历史购物清单信息、客户历史购买产品的购买次数信息、与当前时间段对应的客户历史购买产品信息中的一种或多种信息;
    向客户发放与所述生理参数信息匹配的智能购物眼镜,检测客户是否佩戴了所述智能购物眼镜,若是,则根据所述习惯信息,在智能购物眼镜中展示与所述习惯信息匹配的商品的位置信息和指引路线;
    获取客户的视觉焦点,获取与所述视觉焦点相匹配的商品的商品信息,在所述智能购物眼镜中显示所述商品信息;
    获取客户输入的购物指令,给所述购物指令对应的商品添加待支付标签,在智能购物眼镜中显示含有待支付标签的商品的待支付商品清单和待支付商品总价;
    检测客户是否到达预设的自动支付区域,若是,则根据所述支付账号信息和所述待支付商品清单、待支付商品总价进行自动支付操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的酒店购物方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括,检测支付是否完成,若是,则将所述待支付商品清单中的商品的待支付标签替换为已支付标签,并生成已支付商品清单。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的酒店购物方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括,获取客户针对所述已支付商品清单所输入的配送方式,进行对应的商品的配送。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的酒店购物方法,其特征在于,所述获取客户的生理参数信息,具体包括:获取客户头部的宽度信息、客户眼睛的近视度数信息、客户眼睛的瞳距信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的酒店购物方法,其特征在于,所述向客户发放与所述生理参数信息匹配的智能购物眼镜,具体包括:向客户发放与所述宽度信息、近视度数信息、瞳距信息相匹配的智能购物眼镜。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的酒店购物方法,其特征在于,所述获取客户输入的购物指令,具体包括:通过智能购物眼镜上的摄像头获取客户输入的预设购物动作。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的酒店购物方法,其特征在于,所述获取客户输入的购物指令,具体包括:通过智能购物眼镜获取客户的视觉焦点停留在第一商品的时间,若所述时间超过预设值,则判断为客户输入了针对所述第一商品的购物指令。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的酒店购物方法,其特征在于,所述获取客户针对所述已支付商品清单所输入的配送方式进行对应的商品的配送,具体包括:获取客户针对所述已支付商品清单所输入的配送方式,判断所述配送方式是客户自提方式还是送货上门方式,若是客户自提方式,则将所述已支付商品清单对应的商品自动打包传送至客户身边,若是送货上门方式,根据所述身份信息获取客户对应的客房,将已支付商品清单对应的商品自动打包送至所述客房。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种酒店购物方法,其特征在于,所述生成已支付商品清单后,将客户的身份信息、已支付商品清单、已支付商品清单生成时间上传至预设的服务器。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7、9任一项所述的一种酒店购物方法,其特征在于,所述商品信息包括商品成分信息、商品价格信息、商品产地信息。
