Abstract

Apresenta uma invenção referente a uma composição para obtenção de um material específico para a fabricação de sacos de lixo, do tipo que é fabricado em filme plástico flexível. Sendo que, a referida composição se destaca do estado da técnica por apresentar além do polietileno granulado, também a adição de uma substância com efeito repelente de insetos, preferencialmente o extrato de citronela (2%), que é uma planta com conhecida ação inseticida e antimicrobiana.

Description

COMPOSIÇÃO PARA MATERIAL DE SACO DE LIXO
[001] Campo da invenção
[002] A presente invenção se refere a uma composição para obtenção de um material específico para a fabricação de sacos de lixo, do tipo que é fabricado em filme plástico flexível. Sendo que, a presente composição tem como objetivo aumentar o grau de higiene para a aplicação proposta, afastando a aproximação e invasão de insetos, tais como moscas, formigas, baratas, mosquitos, incluindo o mosquito da dengue entre outros.
[003] Estado da técnica
[004] Sabe-se que a atual civilização produz a partir do consumo de produtos uma quantidade considerável de lixo, o qual se trata principalmente de embalagens de produtos já consumidos e restos ou cascas de alimentos, sejam crus ou cozidos, entre outros. Um costume que foi adotado há tempos é o de acumular o lixo no interior das residências, até que seja acumulada uma quantidade significativa para que seja depositada na frente da residência, normalmente em cestos, onde um serviço especializado de coleta de lixo o recolhe periodicamente. Para viabilizar o acumulo do lixo no interior das residências foi há muito tempo adotado como alternativa mais prática e económica o Saco de lixo, o qual se trata de um contentor na forma saco, constituído de filme delgado e flexível de material plástico, principalmente o Polietineno entre outras alternativas compatíveis, os quais apresentam um bom grau de impermeabilidade e a possibilidade de amarrar facilmente a sua boca, dificultando o derrame do lixo e a invasão por insetos. No entanto, os sacos de lixo atualmente conhecidos apresentam inconvenientes consideráveis, e mesmo sendo impermeáveis e podendo ser fechados, o cheiro de restos de alimento podem ser percebidos por insetos, principalmente se o saco tiver algum furo, o que faz com que o acumulo de lixo nesses sacos se torne um transtorno, já que o local de sua permanência é invadido pelos insetos, tais como moscas, formigas, baratas, mosquitos, incluindo o mosquito da dengue, entre outros, os quais podem causar, além do transtorno, também doenças.
[005] Objetivos da Invenção
[006] Com o objetivo de solucionar tais inconvenientes foi que se desenvolveu a presente invenção, na qual é apresentada uma composição de material desenvolvida com o objetivo específico de compor o material de sacos de lixo. Sendo que, a referida composição se destaca do estado da técnica por apresentar a adição de uma substância com efeito repelente de insetos, mais particularmente o extrato de citronela, que é uma planta, a qual conhecidamente se trata de uma fonte natural de substâncias inseticidas e antimicrobianas, as quais são produzidas pelo vegetal devido a uma evolução em resposta a ataques patogênicos promovidos pelo contato com insetos, de modo que assim, inúmeras substâncias se acumulam no vegetal para sua defesa contra microrganismos. Mas o repelente de insetos empregado na composição proposta também pode se tratar de outra substância que cumpra o mesmo objetivo. Além de que, o uso do extrato da citronela na presente composição também contribui para a redução de odores provenientes de matéria orgânica que esteja em decomposição no interior do saco de lixo.
[007] Descrição detalhada da invenção
[008] A presente invenção: COMPOSIÇÃO PARA MATERIAL
DE SACO DE LIXO tem sua forma de realização preferencial a partir do emprego de 2% (dois por cento) de extrato da planta citronela - podendo-se empregar outras substâncias com efeito repelente de insetos - e 98% (noventa e oito por cento) de material plástico, tal como polietileno de baixa ou alta densidade, entre outros materiais plásticos com características mecânicas e químicas compatíveis. Sendo que o material plástico pode comportar na sua porcentagem também uma substância pigmentadora ou qualquer outro aditivo com finalidade diversa. [009] Na presente COMPOSIÇÃO PARA MATERIAL DE SACO DE LIXO o material plástico se apresenta inicialmente na forma de grânulos, os quais recebem a adição do extrato de citronela na forma líquida - mas podendo ser também sólido/granulada - sendo esta mistura homogeneizada em equipamento apropriado, e em seguida submetido a uma máquina extrusora, a qual dá forma ao filme tubular, e que na sequência é cortado e soldado, dando forma aos sacos de lixo.
[010] Logicamente, a presente COMPOSIÇÃO PARA MATERIAL DE SACO DE LIXO pode apresentar variações quantitativas dos seus componentes, de acordo com necessidades específicas ou de acordo com a qualidade dos referidos componentes, sobretudo o extrato de citronela, ou outra substância repelente de insetos que seja empregada em substituição ao mesmo, desde que sejam observadas as características inventivas básicas e que são essenciais à realização da presente invenção.

Claims

REIVINDICAÇÕES
1) COMPOSIÇÃO PARA MATERIAL DE SACO DE LIXO, caracterizada por ser composta de 2% (dois por cento) de extrato da planta citronela e 98% (noventa e oito por cento) de material plástico, tal como polietileno de baixa ou alta densidade, entre outros materiais plásticos com características mecânicas e químicas compatíveis.
2) COMPOSIÇÃO PARA MATERIAL DE SACO DE LIXO, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato da substância repelente de insetos ser de natureza diversa.
3) COMPOSIÇÃO PARA MATERIAL DE SACO DE LIXO, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato do material plástico comportar na sua porcentagem uma substância pigmentadora ou qualquer outro aditivo com finalidade diversa.
4) COMPOSIÇÃO PARA MATERIAL DE SACO DE LIXO, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato do extrato de citronela se apresentar na forma líquida.
5) COMPOSIÇÃO PARA MATERIAL DE SACO DE LIXO, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato do extrato de citronela se apresentar na forma sólida granulada.
