Abstract

La présente invention concerne, selon certains modes de réalisation, un système comprenant un capteur doté d'électrodes comprenant une électrode active et une électrode de réception qui est en contact physique avec la peau d'un patient formant un circuit électrique avec des composants électroniques de commande d'un dispositif de commande qui peut mesurer un paramètre électrique à l'aide d'une électrode active et d'une électrode de réception à l'intérieur d'un système électrique de stimulation musculaire en boucle fermée. Une impulsion électrique de détection peut être appliquée au tissu à l'aide du capteur, un paramètre électrique est mesuré à partir du tissu, et une impulsion de stimulation est appliquée au tissu sur la base, au moins en partie, du paramètre électrique mesuré.
