Claims (12)

1. Neinvazivni, bežični, prijenosni uređaj za postavljanje na prst, u svrhu smanjenja rizika od sindroma iznenadne smrti djece i rizika od apneje, usporenog srčanog ritma i srčanog zastoja kod svih dobnih skupina, koji obuhvaća sljedeće: a) blok segment pulsnog oksimetra (5) koji sadrži senzor (1), koji emitira mjerni signal zasićenosti krvi kisikom i mjerni signal brzine srčanog ritma, te jedan par metalnih elektroda (6), pri čemu senzor (1) posjeduje senzor zasićenosti krvi kisikom i mjerač brzine srčanog ritma; b) napajanje energijom (9); c) uređaj (11) za uspostavljanje graničnih vrijednosti za zasićenost krvi kisikom i za brzinu srčanog ritma; d) upravljački sklop i sklop za generiranje alarma (7), pri čemu je spomenuti upravljački sklop i sklop za generiranje alarma (7) koncipiran tako, da zaprima navedeni mjerni signal zasićenosti krvi kisikom i da ga uspoređuje s graničnom vrijednosti zasićenosti krvi kisikom koja je prethodno definirana od strane korisnika, i da generira stimulacijski signal u slučaju kada navedeni signal zasićenosti krvi kisikom pada ispod spomenute granične vrijednosti zasićenosti krvi kisikom, dok je spomenuti upravljački sklop i sklop za generiranje alarma (7) koncipiran također za primanje navedenog mjernog signala brzine srčanog ritma i za njegovo uspoređivanje s graničnom vrijednosti brzine srčanog ritma koja je prethodno definirana od strane korisnika, i da generira navedeni stimulacijski signal u slučaju kada navedeni signal brzine srčanog ritma pada ispod spomenute granične vrijednosti brzine srčanog ritma; e) električni stimulacijski generator (10) koji je koncipiran za primanje navedenog stimulacijskog signala iz spomenutog upravljačkog sklopa i sklopa za generiranje alarma (7) te, nakon zaprimanja stimulacijskog signala, za generiranje električnog signala povezanog sa spomenutim parom elektroda (6), u svrhu primjene stimulansa na korisniku; naznačen time, da se uređaj pridržava unutar kapice koja je, s druge strane priključena na korisničku rukavicu, a blok segment pulsnog oksimetra (5) nadalje obuhvaća mjerni sklop pulsnog oksimetra i pogonski sklop za prikazivanje (2) te prikaz mjernog rezultata (3), gdje navedena kapica posjeduje prozirno područje koje je načinjeno od plastičnog materijala, u svrhu omogućavanja vidljivosti prikaza na uređaju i za omogućavanje primjene električnog stimulansa na prst korisnika.
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća najmanje jedan od sljedećih: prikaz alarma (8); izlazni priključak alarma (12) za udaljeno nadziranje; priključak Bluetooth® ili WIFI tehnologije za komunikaciju s nekim drugim sličnim uređajem ili za komunikaciju s nadzornim uređajem ili sa središnjom komunikacijskom stanicom; i alarmni signalni element (8).
3. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedeni prilagodni uređaj (11) obuhvaća taster na pritisak koji se može programirati (11) kako bi se postavile granične vrijednosti zasićenosti kisikom/brzine srčanog ritma i parametri pražnjenja napona/struje.
4. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da odjeljak za napajanje (9) sadrži baterijski nosač za smještaj najmanje dvije alkalne baterije ili baterije za punjenje, ili navedeni odjeljak za napajanje (9) također sadrži priključak (13) za primanje vanjske energije iz sporednog napajanja energijom.
5. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da spomenuti odjeljak za napajanje (9) opskrbljuje električnom energijom regulirani sklop napajanja, pri čemu spomenuto regulirano napajanje jest konvencionalno regulirano napajanje ili spomenuto regulirano napajanje jest prespojno napajanje.
6. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da su spomenuti upravljački sklop i sklop za generiranje alarma (7) i spomenuti električni generatorski sklop stimulacijskog signala (10) ujedinjeni u jedinstvenom strujnom krugu.
7. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da spomenute metalne elektrode (6) imaju veličinu otprilike 0,6 cm x 0,6 cm ± 20%.
8. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je upravljački sklop i sklop za generiranje alarma (7) konfiguriran tako da, nakon mjerenja i uspoređivanja zasićenosti kisikom i brzine srčanog ritma, primjenjuje vrijeme čekanja koje se može programirati, prije ponavljanja mjerenja i uspoređivanja.
9. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da navedeno vrijeme čekanja iznosi 10 sekundi.
10. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da spomenuti električni stimulacijski signal je DC naponski impuls ili DC strujni impuls.
11. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da spomenuti električni stimulacijski signal obuhvaća jedno od sljedećih: impulsi s amplitudama unutar raspona od 25 – 50V DC, sa širinom impulsa od t = 0,1 sek; impulsi unutar raspona od 25 – 80V DC, sa širinom impulsa od t = 0,05 sek; i impulsi s amplitudama unutar raspona od 3 – 7 mA.
12. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da obuhvaća najmanje jednu od sljedećih karakteristika: sljedeći parametri se mogu mijenjati od strane korisnika: jačina stimulacije, odgoda stimulacije, trajanje pražnjenja, vremenski interval između uzastopnih pražnjenja stimulansa, maksimalni napon pražnjenja; i odgoda stimulacijskog signala koja se može programirati, iznosi u rasponu od 0 – 60 sekundi.
