=== Basic configuration of pants type disposable diaper 1 ===
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment as viewed from the back side. As shown in FIG. 1, the diaper 1 has a vertical direction, a lateral direction, and a longitudinal direction, and the diaper 1 is formed with a waist opening BH and a pair of leg openings LH. And in the following, one side and the other side of the up-and-down direction in this pants state are also called an "upper side" or "a waist opening side", and "lower side" or a "crotch side", respectively. Moreover, one side and the other side in the front and rear direction may be referred to as “front side” or “abdominal side” and “back side” or “back side”, respectively, and the side contacting the wearer in the front and rear direction may be “skin side” The other side is also called the "non-skin side".
The diaper 1 is a so-called three-piece type pants-type disposable diaper and comprises an absorbent main body 10 disposed between the crotch of the wearer, a pair of waist parts 20 and 30 covering the waist of the wearer, and a tape member 40. Have. The absorbent main body 10 includes a top sheet (not shown), an absorber 11, a back sheet (not shown), and an exterior sheet 12 in order from the skin side in the front-rear direction. The top sheet may be a liquid permeable sheet, and examples thereof include hydrophilic air through non-woven fabric and spun-bonded non-woven fabric. The back sheet 13 may be a liquid impervious sheet, such as polyethylene film or polypropylene film. The top sheet and the back sheet are sized to cover the entire absorbent body 11. The exterior sheet 12 may be a liquid permeable sheet or a liquid impermeable sheet.
The absorbent body 11 has a rectangular shape in a plan view, and includes an absorbent core (not shown) that absorbs a liquid, and a core wrap sheet (not shown) that covers the outer peripheral surface of the absorbent core. The absorbent core is a liquid absorbent material formed into a substantially hourglass shape in which the central portion in the longitudinal direction is necked. Examples of the liquid absorbent material include those in which a high absorbent polymer (so-called SAP) or the like is contained in a liquid absorbent fiber such as pulp fiber. As the core wrap sheet, liquid permeable sheets such as tissue paper and non-woven fabric can be exemplified. The core wrap sheet may be omitted.
The pair of waist parts 20, 30 are an abdominal side waist part 20 covering the belly side of the wearer and a back side waist part 30 covering the dorsal side. Each of the ventral waist portion 20 and the back waist portion 30 includes two flexible sheet members such as non-woven fabric and a plurality of elastic members 22 and 32 such as thread rubber that expand and contract in the left-right direction. The plurality of elastic members 22 and 32 are arranged side by side at intervals in the vertical direction, and are fixed between the two sheets in a state of being extended in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the ventral waist part 20 and the back waist part 30 can extend and contract in the left-right direction, and fit around the wearer's waist.
The tape member 40 is provided on the non-skin side of the back waistline portion 30 and is used when the diaper 1 is discarded. A seal member 50 is adhered to the non-skin side of the tape member 40. Details of the tape member 40 and the seal member 50 will be described later.
The diaper 1 in the pants-type state shown in FIG. 1 is such that the non-skin side of the upper end of the absorbent main body 10 and the skin side of the ventral waist part 20 are joined with an adhesive or the like, and the back upper end of the absorbent main 10 The non-skin side of the part and the skin side of the back waist 30 are joined with an adhesive or the like, and the absorbent main body 10 is folded in half so that the ventral waist 20 and the back waist 30 face each other, It is formed by joining the side of the ventral waist portion 20 and the side of the back waist portion 30.
=== Configuration of the tape member 40 and the seal member 50 ===
FIG. 2A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the seal member 50 is separated from the tape member 40 of FIG. 2A. FIG. 3A is a schematic perspective view of the diaper 1 in the state of FIG. 2B viewed from the back side. FIG. 3B is a schematic perspective view showing the diaper 1 in the state shown in FIG. 3A rolled up and disposed of. In the cross-sectional views of FIG. 2 and the like, the absorbent main body 10 should be indicated by a solid line, but is indicated by a three-dot chain line for convenience. FIG. 3A and FIG. 3B omit and show the elastic member 32 etc. in a simplified manner.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the tape member 40 is a rectangular strip-shaped long strip extending along the vertical direction, and the adhesive 44 is fixed to the non-skin side of the non-skin side sheet member 31 of the back waistline portion 30. It is being fixed so that exfoliation is impossible by (not shown) etc. The tape member 40 is provided with a tape main body 41, a tape gripping portion 42, a fixing portion 44, and a plurality of tape bonding portions 45. The tape gripping portion 42 is provided at one end 40 e of the tape member 40 in the longitudinal direction with the longitudinal direction and the short direction of the rectangular tape member 40 along the vertical direction and the lateral direction of the diaper 1 respectively. The fixing portion 44 is provided at the other end 40f in the longitudinal direction. In addition, the one end side of the tape member 40 is the upper side of the diaper 1, and the other end side of the tape member is the lower side of the diaper 1.
One end 40e of the tape member 40 can be extended to the waist opening BH as shown in FIG. 3A. In order to make the diaper 1 compact when discarding the diaper 1, for example, both ends in the left-right direction of the back waistline portion 30 are folded toward the ventral side, and the diaper 1 is opened from the crotch side to the waistline side By rounding to the state shown in FIG. 3B. At this time, the diaper 1 can be maintained in a compact form by adhering the tape member 40 to the portion 1 p of the diaper which is beyond the waist opening BH by the tape bonding portion 45.
As shown in FIG. 2A and the like, the unused tape member 40 is, for example, in a state of being folded in a Z shape in the longitudinal direction. The tape body 41 is folded in a Z-shape to form the first layer 40x located closest to the non-skin side, the third layer 40z located closest to the skin, and the third layer located between the first and third layers. It has three layers of two layers 40y. In the Z-shaped folded state, between the skin side of the first layer 40x and the non-skin side of the second layer 40y, and between the skin side of the second layer 40y and the non-skin side of the third layer 40z The tape bonding portions 45 having peelable adhesive strength are respectively provided on the That is, the adhesion between the first layer 40x and the second layer 40y and the adhesion between the second layer 40y and the third layer 40z can be re-adhered after peeling by the plurality of tape adhesive portions 45. The unused tape member 40 is temporarily fixed in the Z-shaped folded state by the tape bonding portion 45. The tape bonding portion 45 is provided continuously in substantially the entire area between the first layer 40x and the second layer 40y and substantially in the entire area between the second layer 40y and the third layer 40z. As a result, the temporarily fixed state can be more easily maintained by the tape bonding unit 45, and the risk of inadvertent removal can be reduced. The tape bonding portion 45 is not necessarily between the skin side of the first layer 40x and the non-skin side of the second layer 40y, and between the skin side of the second layer 40y and the non-skin side of the third layer 40z. It is not necessary to provide each over the whole. Each tape bonding portion 45 may have any bonding range as long as it has bonding strength capable of temporarily fixing the unused tape member 40 in the Z-shaped folded state.
Then, when the tape gripping portion 42 is pulled in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 3A, the close contact between the surfaces by the tape bonding portion 45 is released. It can be extended towards BH. The fixing portion 44 of the other end 40f is not limited to fixing with an adhesive, and may be fixed by pressing, crimping or the like, or may be fixed by providing a hook material or the like of a surface fastener.
The tape main body 41 is a member to be a base material of the tape member 40, and can be exemplified by resin materials such as polyethylene and polypropylene. The tape main body 41 in the present embodiment uses a transparent resin material having smooth surfaces on both sides. In the first layer 40x, a region corresponding to the tape gripping portion 42 is colored in blue, and a pattern of a plurality of star patterns is provided in blue below the tape gripping portion 42 (see FIG. 4). The tape body 41 may be, for example, a pulp material such as paper. Moreover, not only the form which has a smooth surface on both surfaces, for example, fiber assembly, such as a nonwoven fabric and a woven fabric, may be sufficient. However, it is possible to release the close contact between the surfaces of the tape members 40 while maintaining the Z-shaped folded state by the adhesion of the tape adhesion portion 45, and to re-adhere the sealing member 50 described later. In order to make it into the tape member 40 which can be made into a state, it is more preferable to set it as the form which had a smooth surface on both surfaces with resin materials, such as polyethylene and a polypropylene.
The tape gripping portion 42 is a portion where a person who performs post-processing of the diaper 1 grips the tape member 40. The tape gripping portion 42 is provided at the end of the tape member 40, and the tape gripping portion 42 is provided with a tape gripping member 43. Specifically, the tape gripping member 43 is non-peelably fixed to the skin side surface of the tape main body 41 by the tape bonding portion 45, and the adhesive is not attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tape gripping portion 42. The tape gripping member 43 is a resin material such as colorless and transparent polyethylene or polypropylene. The tape gripping member 43 is fixed to the tape main body 41 using a tape bonding portion 45 used for temporary fixing for bringing the tape member 40 into a Z-shaped folded state. Although the tape gripping portion 42 in the present embodiment is formed by fixing the tape gripping member 43 made of a colorless and transparent resin material, it is not limited thereto. For example, the tape gripping member 43 made of a colored material may be used, or the portion where the adhesive is not provided at the one end 40 e of the tape main body 41 may be the tape gripping portion 42 or the one end 40 e of the tape main body 41 A portion in which the tape main bodies 41 are attached to each other by folding the back to the skin side may be used as the tape gripping portion 42.
The tape bonding portion 45 may not be entirely made of an adhesive. For example, temporary fixing of the second layer 40y and the third layer 40z is performed by pressing or pressing instead of the adhesive, and temporary fixing of the first layer 40x and the second layer 40y is performed using an adhesive. May be
Although the tape member 40 itself of the diaper 1 is substantially non-stretchable in the longitudinal direction, it is not limited thereto. The tape main body 41 may be formed of an elastic material such as rubber and have stretchability in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the tape member 40 does not necessarily have to be folded in a Z shape, may be a V-shaped in two folds, a W-shaped in four, or may be folded in a number of folds more than a W-shape.
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 4, the sealing member 50 is bonded to the non-skin side of the second layer 40 y of the tape member 40 via the bonding portion 55. FIG. 4 is a front view of the tape member 40 and the seal member 50 as viewed from the back side. The seal member 50 is a so-called seal that can be separated from the second layer 40y of the tape member 40 and that an infant or the like can be re-adhered to a seal mount, a familiar thing such as a toy, or the like. FIG. 5 is a view showing an example of the seal mount 200. As shown in FIG. For example, an infant can stick the seal member 50 on a seal mount as shown in FIG. A plurality of frames 205 for attaching a seal is provided on the seal mount 200 of FIG. 5, and numbers are described in order in each frame. Since the infant can re-adhere the seal member 50 separated from the tape member 40 in the order described in the frame 205, the act of “sticking” can be enjoyed. The seal mount 200 shown in FIG. 5 shows a state in which the seal member 50 shown in FIG.
The seal member 50 includes a rectangular seal main body 51, a seal grip portion 52, a rectangular seal grip member 53, and a seal adhesive portion (adhesive portion) 55. The sealing member 50 is adhered from the non-skin side surface of the tape member 40, and the length in the vertical direction of the sealing member 50 is made shorter than the length in the vertical direction of the tape member 40 in a Z-shape. There is. Compared with the case where the length in the vertical direction of the sealing member 50 is longer than the length in the vertical direction of the tape member 40, the adhesive portion 55 of the sealing member 50 is easily adhered to the tape member 40. The length of the sealing member 50 in the left-right direction is substantially equal to the length of the tape member 40 in the left-right direction.
The seal member 50 adheres to the second layer 40y of the tape member 40, and is provided at substantially the same position as the first layer 40x of the tape member 40 in the front-rear direction. At this time, the lower end of the seal member 50 is located above the upper end of the tape gripping portion 42, and the lower end of the seal member 50 and the upper end of the tape member 40 are not in contact with each other. A portion of the second layer 40y can be viewed between 50 and the first layer 40x.
As in the case of the tape main body 41, the seal main body 51 is colored with a resin material such as polyethylene or polypropylene having smooth surfaces on both sides, as shown in FIG. Below the grasping portion 52, a cat 56 drawn in blue as a predetermined symbol (hereinafter also referred to as a "predetermined symbol") 56, a blue heart 57 at the upper left of the cat 56, and an upper right of the cat 56 The blue character 58 of “seal” is provided in a visible state. A parent or infant who sees the character 58 can easily recognize the presence of the seal member 50. The seal main body 51 is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a pulp material such as paper. Moreover, not only the form which has a smooth surface on both surfaces, for example, fiber assembly, such as a nonwoven fabric and a woven fabric, may be sufficient.
The seal grip portion 52 is a portion that a wearer or the like grips when separating the seal member 50 from the tape member 40. The seal grip 52 is provided at one end of the seal member 50. Note that one end side of the seal member 50 is the upper side of the diaper 1, and the other end side of the seal member 50 is the lower side of the diaper 1. Similar to the tape gripping portion 42, the seal gripping portion 52 is provided at the end of the seal member 50, and the seal gripping portion 52 is provided with the seal gripping member 53. Specifically, the seal gripping member 53 is non-peelably fixed to the skin side surface of the seal main body 51 by the seal bonding portion 55, and the adhesive is not attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tape gripping portion 42. The seal gripping portion 52 is fixed to the seal main body 51 using a seal bonding portion 55 for releasably bonding the seal member 50 to the tape member 40. The seal gripping member 53 in the present embodiment is a colorless and transparent resin material. Although the seal grip portion 52 in the present embodiment is formed by fixing the seal grip member 53 made of a colorless and transparent resin material, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the seal gripping member 53 made of a colored material may be used, or a portion where the adhesive is not provided at one end 50 e of the seal main body 51 may be used as the seal gripping portion 52, or one end 50 e of the seal main body 51 A portion in which the seal main bodies 51 are attached to each other by folding back to the skin side may be used as the seal grip portion 52.
The seal bonding portion 55 is provided over the entire skin-side surface of the seal main body 51, and has peelable bonding strength. By providing the seal bonding portion 55 on the entire skin side surface of the seal main body 51, the bonding of the seal member 50 can be further strengthened, and the risk of being inadvertently peeled can be reduced. The seal member 50 adhered to the tape member 40 shown in FIG. 2A can be separated from the tape member 40 as shown in FIG. 2B.
If this seal member 50 is bonded to the absorbent main body 10 or the waist portions 20, 30 instead of the tape member 40, the rigidity of the seal member 50 may inhibit deformation such as expansion or contraction of the diaper 1 The seal member 50 may touch the skin of the wearer, which may cause the wearer to feel discomfort. In this respect, in the diaper 1, by providing the seal member 50 on the tape member 40 used in the disposal process of the diaper 1 generally used widely, there is a fear that the deformability such as expansion and contraction of the diaper 1 is reduced. It is possible to reduce the discomfort when wearing the baby.
Further, the seal member 50 separated from the tape member 40 can be re-adhered to a desired place of the baby by the adhesive force of the seal bonding portion 55. By this, it is possible to grip the seal member 50 from the diaper 1 and to paste the seal member 50 on familiar things such as the seal mount 200 and a toy to enjoy. In particular, since the infant removes the seal member 50 from the diaper 1 worn by him or the diaper 1 to be worn from now, and applies the seal member 50, the seal member 50 serving as the starting point of the act is provided. A pleasant impression can be easily provided to the diaper 1, and the diaper 1 can be made more easily familiar. As a result, it becomes easy for the infants to have attachment to the diaper 1 and to have a sense of not wanting the diaper 1 to be soiled, and to improve the desire for toilet training.
It is preferable that the non-skin side surface of the sealing member 50 in a state of being bonded to the tape member 40 be entirely exposed to the non-skin side. The seal member 50 of the diaper 1 adheres to the second layer 40y of the tape member 40, and is provided at substantially the same position as the first layer 40x in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the tape member 40 is not overlapped on the non-skin side of the seal member 50, and the entire tape member 40 is exposed on the non-skin side. As a result, infants and the like can easily separate only the seal member 50 from the tape member 40 regardless of the operation of the tape member 40. If the tape member 40 is superimposed on a part of the sealing member 50 from the non-skin side, a part of the sealing member 50 is not exposed to the non-skin side, and the sealing member 50 is separated from the tape member 40 In this case, the tape member 40 may be an obstacle, which may make it difficult to peel off, or may peel off not only the sealing member 50 but also the bonding of the bonding portion 45 of the tape member 40. On the other hand, only the tape member 40 can be easily removed by exposing the entire non-skin side surface of the sealing member 50 to the non-skin side. For example, in the case of toilet training, when it is possible to excrete in the toilet without contaminating the diaper 1 with excrement, the infant can remove the seal member 50 as a reward from the diaper 1, while the tape member Since 40 can be maintained in an unused state, the diaper 1 can be worn continuously.
Further, it is preferable that the tape gripping portion 42 and the seal gripping portion 52 do not at least partially overlap in the vertical direction. As the diaper 1 is shown to FIG. 2A, the tape holding part 42 and the seal | sticker holding part 52 do not overlap in an up-down direction, but are provided in the substantially same position in the front-back direction. Since the tape gripping portion 42 and the seal gripping portion 52 do not overlap in the vertical direction, it is easy for a baby or a guardian to grip the tape gripping portion 42 and the seal gripping portion 52, respectively. By providing the tape gripping portion 42 and the seal gripping portion 52 at the same position in the front-rear direction as in the diaper 1, not only the gripping portions 42 and 52 but also the tape member 40 and the sealing member 50 exist from the appearance. Can be made easy to recognize.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the direction from the other end 40 f of the tape member 40 to the one end 40 e of the tape member 40 and the direction from the other end 50 f of the seal member 50 to the one end 50 e of the seal member 50 be the same. That is, in the first layer 40x of the tape member 40, the tape holding portion 42 is provided on the upper side and the tape bonding portion 45 is provided on the lower side, and the seal holding portion 52 of the sealing member 50 is provided on the upper side. The part 55 is provided on the lower side. As a result, by grasping the tape gripping portion 42 and the seal gripping portion 52, it is possible to start peeling the tape bonding portion 45 and the seal bonding portion 55 from the upper side to the lower side (in the same direction).
In addition, with regard to coloring of the seal main body 51 of the sealing member 50, it is preferable that the seal gripping portion 52 be colored most deeply. At this time, the portion of the cat (predetermined symbol) 56 and the portion of the heart (common symbol) 57 in the seal member 50 have a region of the same density as the darkest colored portion of the seal grip 52. May be By this, it is possible to make it possible for infants and guardians to recognize that the seal grip portion 52 has a special feature in the seal member 50, so the seal grip portion 52 is not adhered to the tape member 40. It can be made easy to recognize that it is a part for grasping seal member 50.
Similarly, with regard to the coloring of the tape main body 41 of the tape member 40, it is preferable that the tape gripping portion 42 be colored most deeply. At this time, the coloring of the pattern of the star pattern in the tape member 40 may have a region of the same density as the seal gripping portion 52. As a result, it is possible to make it easier for infants and guardians to recognize the portion of the tape gripping portion 42 of the tape member 40.

That is, the diaper 1 provided with the seal member 50 of five different predetermined designs 56 is accommodated in one package 100. Therefore, the baby and the wearer can enjoy the seal member 50 of five different predetermined designs 56 for each diaper 1 taken out from one package 100.
In addition, in this embodiment, although it decided to accommodate two diapers 1 which have the same pattern 56 in the package 100, it is not restricted to this. For example, in the package 100, the diapers 1 provided with the seal members 50 all having different predetermined designs 56 may be accommodated one by one. Since the baby and the guardian can view the different designs 56 of the seal member 50 each time the diaper 1 is taken out from one package 100, the risk of the baby and the guardian getting bored can be further reduced.
Moreover, it is preferable to provide the heart (it is also called "common symbol") 57 which is a common symbol in the same position in each area | region for every space | interval P of the continuous sealing member 500, respectively. Therefore, infants and guardians who have seen a plurality of diapers 1 can know that the heart 57 is drawn on the seal member 50, and it is associated with the appearance that the member with the heart 57 is the seal member 50. It will be easier. Furthermore, since the same pattern is provided at the same position in each area for each interval P, when cutting the continuous tape member 400 and the continuous seal member 500 at the cutting point CL, a criterion for specifying the cutting point CL It can be a position. By specifying the cut portion CL by the heart 57, the design 56 and the characters 58 can be easily accommodated in the seal member 50. The common pattern 57 does not have to be in the shape of a heart. An arbitrary shape can be adopted as the common symbol 57, and for example, a rectangular symbol that surrounds a predetermined symbol (cat) 56 may be used.
It is preferable to provide a plurality of different star patterns in a visible state on the continuous first layer 400x of the continuous tape member 400. A plurality of star patterns different in size are provided on the first layer 40x of each tape member 40 obtained by cutting the continuous tape member 400 at each cutting point CL. Unlike the heart 57 provided on the seal member 50, the star pattern provided on each tape member 40 does not necessarily have to be provided with the same symbol at the same position in the plurality of diapers 1; May be different. Since the infants and guardians who have seen the plurality of diapers 1 can conceptually recognize that the star pattern is drawn on the tape member 40, the portion provided with the star pattern is the tape member 40. Certain things can be easily recognized in appearance. The pattern provided on the tape member 40 is not limited to the star pattern, and any shape such as a border pattern may be employed.
=== Other Embodiments ===
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, said embodiment is for making an understanding of this invention easy, and is not for limiting and interpreting this invention. Further, it goes without saying that the present invention can be modified or improved without departing from the gist thereof, and that the present invention includes equivalents thereof. For example, the following modifications are possible.
In the above-described embodiment, one sealing member 50 is adhered to the second layer 40y of the tape member 40 and provided at the same position in the front-rear direction as the first layer 40x, and the other end of the sealing member 50 and the tape member 40 Although it was set as the structure which the upper end did not contact, it is not restricted to this.
FIG. 8A is a view for explaining another embodiment 1 of a portion corresponding to the BB cross-sectional view of the diaper 1. As shown in FIG. 8A, one end of the tape member 40 and the other end of the seal member 50 are continuous, and a slit S may be provided between the tape member 40 and the seal member 50. Specifically, the tape main body 41 and the seal main body 51 are formed of the same material, and one end of the tape main body 41 and the other end of the seal main body 51 are connected, and the boundary between the tape main body 41 and the seal main body 51 , At least one slit S is provided. The slits S may be linear through holes, or may be portions (cuts) in which the thicknesses of the tape main body 41 and the seal main body 51 are reduced. As a result, since the seal member 50 is connected not only to the adhesion by the seal adhesion portion 55 but also to the tape member 40, it is possible to reduce the possibility of the seal member 50 being separated carelessly. When the seal member 50 is separated from the tape member 40, the seal grip portion 52 is grasped and the seal grip portion 52 is pulled, so that the slit S is cut off and the seal member is easily cut from the tape member 40. 50 can be separated.
FIG. 8B is a view for explaining another embodiment 2 of a portion corresponding to the BB cross-sectional view of the diaper 1. As shown in FIG. 8B, the seal member 50 may be adhered to the first layer 40x of the tape member 40 and provided on the non-skin side of the tape member 40. That is, the first layer 40x of the tape member 40 and the seal member 50 do not have to be provided at the same position in the front-rear direction, and the seal member 50 may be provided outside the tape member 40. By doing this, the size of the seal member 50 that can be provided in the tape member 40 can be made larger, so variations in the size, shape, etc. of the seal member 50 can be increased.
FIG. 8C is a view for explaining another embodiment 3 of the portion corresponding to the BB cross-sectional view of the diaper 1. A plurality of seal members 50a, 50b, 50c may be provided, and each seal member 50a, 50b, 50c separated from the diaper 1 may be re-adherable to a seal mount or the like. Each seal member 50a, 50b, 50c includes a seal grip portion 52a, 52b, 52c and a seal adhesion portion 55a, 55b, 55c, respectively, and the seal adhesion portion 55b, 55c is any of the other seal member 50 and the tape member 40. It may be glued to heels. At this time, among the seal members 50a, 50b, and 50c arranged in order from the skin side, the seal member 50a is adhered to the non-skin side surface of the first layer 40x of the tape member 40. The seal member 50b is bonded to the non-skin side surface of the seal member 50a, and the length in the vertical direction is shorter than that of the seal member 50a. The sealing member 50c is bonded to the non-skin side surface of the sealing member 50b, and the length in the vertical direction is shorter than that of the sealing member 50b.
As described above, by providing the plurality of seal members 50a, 50b, and 50c, the baby and the like can enjoy the seal member 50 pasted multiple times for one diaper 1. For example, if toilet training is successful if, for example, the baby can excrete in the toilet without excreting the diaper 1, the seal member 50 is rewarded without discarding the diaper 1 when the toilet training is successful. Since it can be given to infants, it is also possible to perform a plurality of toilet trainings for one diaper 1. In this way, it is possible to further improve the baby's motivation for toilet training.
Further, the seal gripping portions 52a, 52b, 52c do not overlap at least partially in the front-rear direction. Therefore, an infant and a guardian can easily grasp the seal gripping portions 52a, 52b and 52c. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the entire seal gripping portions 52a, 52b, 52c are exposed on the non-skin side surface. Therefore, the infants and the guardian can easily recognize the seal gripping portions 52a, 52b and 52c, and the seal members 50c, 50b and 50a can be easily peeled off in the order.
In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, although the tape main body 41 of the tape member 40 had one continuous shape, it does not necessarily need to be continuous. FIG. 9 is a view for explaining another embodiment 4; As shown in FIG. 9, the first layer 40x, the second layer 40y, and the third layer 40z have the tape bodies 41 separated from each other, and between the first layer 40x and the second layer 40y, and the second layer 40y. And the third layer 40z may be bonded with a non-peelable adhesive or the like. By combining the plurality of tape bodies 41, the tape member 40 can be formed more easily.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 10, information display prompting to search for a reference symbol 60, a correct symbol 61, an incorrect solution symbol 62 and a correct symbol on the absorbent main body 10 or waist part (20, 30) of the diaper 1 63 may be provided, and the seal member 50 may be provided in such a way as to allow visual recognition of a graphic 65 having the same shape or a similar shape as the reference graphic. FIG. 10A is a schematic front view of the diaper 1 of another embodiment 5 as viewed from the ventral side. FIG. 10B is a schematic front view of the diaper 1 of another embodiment 5 as viewed from the back side. FIG. 10C is a view for explaining a tape member 40 and a seal member 50 of another embodiment 5. In the diaper 1, a reference symbol 60 is provided on the front waistline portion 20, and a correct symbol 61 and an incorrect solution symbol 62 are provided on the absorbent main body 10. The correct pattern means a pattern having the same or similar shape as the reference pattern. According to the information display 63 for searching for the correct symbol provided in the diaper 1, the baby can enjoy searching for the correct symbol 61 from the diaper 1 provided with the correct symbol 61 and the incorrect solution symbol 62. At this time, the seal member 50 adhered to the tape member 40 may be provided with a pattern 65 having the same shape or a similar shape as the reference pattern 60. As shown in FIG. 10B and FIG. 10C, since the infant can hold the seal member 50 provided with the design 65 having a design 65 similar in shape to the reference design 60 while searching for the correct design 61, For infants who have difficulty finding the correct symbol 61, the correct symbol 61 can be used as a clue. Further, the symbol 65 of the seal member 50 may be a correct symbol. Since the pattern 65 has the same shape or similar shape as the reference pattern, when the infant searches for the pattern 65 as a "correct pattern", it can be treated as a correct pattern.
In the above-mentioned embodiment, although what was called 3 piece type disposable diaper 1 which has belly side waist part 20, back side waist part 30, and absorptive main part 10 was explained, it is not restricted to this. For example, the tape member 40 and the seal member 50 may be provided in a diaper (so-called two-piece type) in which the exterior sheet 12 connects the belly-side waist portion 20 and the back waist portion 30 and is integrated. In this case, the "absorber" corresponds to the "absorbent body".
In the above-mentioned embodiment, although the substantially rectangular seal member 50 was provided according to the shape of the tape member 40, it is not restricted to this. The sealing member 50 may have a desired outer shape, such as a round shape or a star shape.
Furthermore, the outer shape of the seal member 50 does not necessarily have to fit inside the outer shape of the tape member 40. The length in the vertical or horizontal direction of the sealing member 50 may be longer than the length in the vertical or horizontal direction of the tape member 40.
