Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings
A pants-type disposable diaper (hereinafter also referred to as "diaper") is explained below as an example of the absorbent article according to the present invention. Although the pants-type disposable diaper of the present embodiment is worn by infants in the following description, the present invention is also applicable to an absorbent article for adults. In addition, the pants-type absorbent article of the present invention is also suitable for pants-type sanitary napkins (shorts-type sanitary napkins) in addition to disposable diapers. Hereinafter, the wearer of the diaper 1 will also be referred to as "wearer" or "infant", and the person who wears the diaper 1 on the wearer will also be referred to as "caregiver".
The basic structure of the pants-type disposable diaper 1 is set to
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a diaper 1 according to the present embodiment as viewed from the back side. As shown in fig. 1, the diaper 1 has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-rear direction, and a waist opening BH and a pair of leg openings LH are formed in the diaper 1. Hereinafter, when the diaper is in a pant-like state, one side and the other side in the up-down direction are also referred to as "upper side" or "waistline opening side" and "lower side" or "crotch side", respectively. In addition, one side and the other side in the front-back direction will also be referred to as "front side" or "ventral side" and "back side" or "dorsal side", respectively, and the side that is in contact with the wearer will also be referred to as "skin side" with respect to the front-back direction, and the side opposite thereto will also be referred to as "non-skin side".
The diaper 1 is a so-called three-piece (pants-type) disposable diaper, and includes a belt member 40, an absorbent main body 10 disposed at the crotch of a wearer, and a pair of waist portions 20 and 30 covering the waist of the wearer. The absorbent main body 10 includes a front sheet (not shown), an absorbent body 11, a back sheet (not shown), and an exterior sheet 12 in this order from the skin side in the front-back direction. The topsheet may be any liquid-permeable sheet, and can be made of hydrophilic air-permeable nonwoven fabric, spunbond nonwoven fabric, or the like. The back sheet 13 can be any liquid-impermeable sheet, and can be made of a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, or the like. The front sheet and the back sheet are large enough to cover the whole absorbent body 11. The outer sheet 12 may be a liquid-permeable sheet or a liquid-impermeable sheet.
The absorbent body 11 is rectangular in plan view, and includes an absorbent core (not shown) that absorbs liquid and a core wrap sheet (not shown) that covers the outer peripheral surface of the absorbent core. The absorbent core is obtained by molding a liquid absorbent material into a substantially hourglass shape having a longitudinally contracted central portion. One example of a liquid-absorbent material is liquid-absorbent fibers, such as pulp fibers, containing superabsorbent polymers (so-called SAP) or the like. The core wrap sheet can be a liquid permeable sheet made of tissue paper, nonwoven fabric, or the like. Note that the chip-wrapping sheet may be omitted.
The pair of waistline portions 20 and 30 are an abdominal-side waistline portion 20 that covers the abdominal side of the wearer and a back-side waistline portion 30 that covers the back side of the wearer, respectively. The abdomen-side waist portion 20 and the back-side waist portion 30 each include two soft sheet members made of a nonwoven fabric sheet or the like, and include elastic members 22 and 32, respectively, the elastic members 22 and 32 being elastic threads or the like and having stretchability in the left-right direction. The elastic members 22 and 32 are arranged side by side in the vertical direction with a gap therebetween, and are fixed between the two sheets in a state of being elongated in the left-right direction. Therefore, the abdominal-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 have stretchability in the right-left direction, and fit to the waistline of the wearer.
The belt member 40 is provided on the non-skin side of the back side waist portion 30, and is used for disposal of the diaper 1. The decal member 50 is adhered to the non-skin side of the tape member 40. The band member 40 and the poster member 50 will be described in detail later.
In order to obtain the diaper 1 in the pants-shaped state shown in fig. 1, the non-skin side surface of the front upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 is bonded to the skin side surface of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 with an adhesive or the like, the non-skin side surface of the rear upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 is bonded to the skin side surface of the back-side waistline portion 30 with an adhesive or the like, the absorbent main body 10 is folded once so that the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 face each other, and then the side portion of the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 is bonded to the side portion of the back-side waistline portion 30.
The structure of the tape member 40 and the poster member 50
Fig. 2A is a sectional view taken along line B-B in fig. 1. Fig. 2B is a sectional view in a state where the poster member 50 in fig. 2A has been separated from the belt member 40. Fig. 3A is a schematic perspective view of the diaper 1 in the state in fig. 2B, as viewed from the back side. Fig. 3B is a schematic perspective view in a state where the diaper 1 in the state in fig. 3A has been rolled up for disposal. In the sectional views of fig. 2A, 2B, etc., although the absorbent main body 10 should be shown by a solid line, it is shown by a three-dot chain line (dashed triple-dotted lines) for convenience. Fig. 3A and 3B are simplified diagrams in which the elastic member 32 and the like are omitted.
As shown in fig. 3A, the belt member 40 is a rectangular strip-like member that is long in the up-down direction, and is non-detachably fixed to the non-skin side face of the non-skin side sheet member 31 of the back-side waistline portion 30 in the fixing portion 44 with an adhesive (not shown) or the like. The tape member 40 is provided with a tape main body 41, a tape grip portion 42, a fixing portion 44, and a plurality of tape adhering portions 45. When the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the rectangular belt member 40 are aligned with the up-down direction and the left-right direction of the diaper 1, respectively, the belt gripping portion 42 is located at one end portion 40e in the longitudinal direction of the belt member 40, and the fixing portion 44 is located at the other end portion 40f in the longitudinal direction. Note that one end side of the belt member 40 is the upper side of the diaper 1, and the other end side of the belt member is the lower side of the diaper 1.
As shown in fig. 3A, one end portion 40e of the belt member 40 can extend toward the waistline opening portion BH. In order to provide the diaper 1 with a compact configuration for disposal of the diaper 1, for example, both side portions in the left-right direction of the back-side waistline portion 30 are folded toward the abdomen side, and the diaper 1 is rolled up from the crotch side toward the waistline opening side, thereby obtaining the state shown in fig. 3B. At this time, the tape bonding portion 45 of the tape member 40 is used to bond the tape member 40 to the portion 1p of the diaper beyond the waistline opening BH, and therefore the diaper 1 can be kept in a compact form.
Note that, as shown in fig. 2A and the like, for example, the unused belt member 40 is in a state of being folded into a zigzag shape in the longitudinal direction. When folded into the zigzag shape, the belt main body 41 includes three layers, i.e., a first layer 40x located at the most non-skin side, a third layer 40Z located at the most skin side, and a second layer 40y located between the first layer and the third layer. When the tape main body 41 is folded into a zigzag shape, the tape-adhering portions 45 having an adhesive strength allowing separation are located between the skin-side surface of the first layer 40x and the non-skin-side surface of the second layer 40y, and between the skin-side surface of the second layer 40y and the non-skin-side surface of the third layer 40Z. In other words, due to the tape bonding portion 45, the first layer 40x and the second layer 40y can be separated and then bonded again (affix), and so can the second layer 40y and the third layer 40 z. The unused tape member 40 is temporarily fixed in a state folded in a zigzag shape by the tape bonding portion 45. The tape bonding portion 45 is provided continuously over substantially the entire region between the first layer 40x and the second layer 40y and substantially the entire region between the second layer 40y and the third layer 40 z. Therefore, the temporarily fixed state is more reliably maintained by the tape bonding portion 45, and the risk of accidental separation can be suppressed. Note that the tape adhesive portion 45 is not necessarily provided over the entire region between the skin-side surface of the first layer 40x and the non-skin-side surface of the second layer 40y and the entire region between the skin-side surface of the second layer 40y and the non-skin-side surface of the third layer 40 z. The tape bonding section 45 can be set to an arbitrary bonding range as long as it has sufficient adhesive strength to temporarily fix the unused tape member 40 in a state folded in a zigzag shape.
As shown by the two-dot chain line in fig. 3A, when the tape grasping portion 42 is pulled in the longitudinal direction (up-down direction), the adhesion of the surface of the tape adhering portion 45 is released, and the tape member 40 can extend upward toward the waistline opening portion BH. Note that the fixing portion 44 of the other end portion 40f is not limited to being fixed with an adhesive, and may be fixed by compression, crimping, or the like, or may be fixed by providing a hook member of a hook-and-loop fastener, or the like.
The belt main body 41 serves as a base member of the belt member 40, and can be made of a resin material such as polyethylene or polypropylene. The belt main body 41 of the present embodiment is made of a transparent resin member having smooth surfaces on both surfaces. The area of the first layer 40x corresponding to the belt grip 42 is dyed blue, and the area below the belt grip 42 is provided with a blue star pattern (see fig. 4). For example, the belt main body 41 may be made of pulp material such as paper or the like. In addition, the belt main body 41 is not limited to having a smooth surface on both sides, and may be a fiber aggregate such as a nonwoven fabric or a woven fabric. It should be noted that it is more preferable that the tape member 40 is made of a resin material such as polyethylene or polypropylene, and has smooth surfaces on both sides so that the tape member 40 can be held in a zigzag folded state by the adhesion of the tape adhesion portion 45 while also allowing the surface of the tape member 40 to be separated so that the poster member 50 described later can be re-adhered.
The belt grip portion 42 is a portion of the belt member 40 which is gripped by the person handling the diaper 1. The belt grip 42 is provided at one end portion of the belt member 40, and the belt grip 42 is provided with a belt grip member 43. Specifically, the tape grip member 43 is inseparably fixed to the skin-side surface of the tape main body 41 by one of the tape adhesion sections 45, and no adhesive is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the tape grip portion 42. The belt gripping member 43 is made of a resin material such as colorless transparent polyethylene or polypropylene. The tape gripping member 43 is fixed to the tape main body 41 by one of the tape adhesion portions 45 for temporarily fixing the tape member 40 in the zigzag folded state. The belt gripping portion 42 of the present embodiment is formed by fixing the belt gripping member 43 made of a colorless and transparent resin material, but is not limited thereto. For example, the belt gripping member 43 may be made of a colored material, the belt gripping portion 42 may be only a portion to which no adhesive is applied at the one end portion 40e of the belt main body 41, or the belt gripping portion 42 may be a portion to which the one end portion 40e of the belt main body 41 is folded back to the skin side and a portion to which the belt main body 41 is stuck together.
It is not necessary that all the tape bonding portions 45 be realized with an adhesive. For example, the following configuration is possible: the second layer 40y and the third layer 40z are temporarily fixed by compression, crimping, or the like instead of the adhesive, and the first layer 40x and the second layer 40y are temporarily fixed with the adhesive.
Note that, although the belt member 40 itself has substantially no stretchability in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1, there is no limitation thereto. The belt main body 41 may be formed using an elastic material such as rubber, and the belt main body 41 has stretchability in the longitudinal direction. Further, the belt member 40 does not necessarily have to be folded in a zigzag shape, and the belt member 40 may be folded once to form a V-shape, folded three times to form a W-shape, or folded more times than in the case of having a W-shape.
As shown in fig. 2A and 4, the decal member 50 is adhered to the non-skin side of the second layer 40y of the tape member 40 via the adhesive portion 55. Fig. 4 is a front view of the belt member 40 and the poster member 50 as viewed from the back side. The poster member 50 is a so-called poster which can be separated from the second layer 40y of the band member 40 and re-attached to a poster sheet or a personal item such as a toy or the like by a baby or the like. Fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of the poster sheet 200. As an example, the baby can stick the poster member 50 to the poster sheet shown in fig. 5. The sticker sheet 200 in fig. 5 has a plurality of areas 205 to which stickers will be attached, and these areas are numbered sequentially. The baby can separate the decal members 50 from the belt members 40 and glue them to the area 205 in turn, thereby being able to enjoy the act of sticking the decal. Note that fig. 5 illustrates a state in which the picture pasting member 50 illustrated in fig. 4 is pasted to the first area 205 of the picture pasting sheet 200.
The sticker member 50 includes a rectangular sticker main body 51, a sticker grasping portion 52, a rectangular sticker grasping member 53, and a sticker bonding portion (bonding portion) 55. The decal member 50 is adhered from the non-skin side of the belt member 40, and the length of the decal member 50 in the up-down direction is smaller than the length of the belt member 40 in the Z-folded state in the up-down direction. According to this configuration, the adhesive portion 55 of the sticker member 50 can be more easily adhered to the tape member 40 than in the case where the length of the sticker member 50 in the up-down direction is longer than the length of the tape member 40 in the up-down direction. Note that the length of the poster member 50 in the left-right direction is substantially equal to the length of the band member 40 in the left-right direction.
The poster member 50 is adhered to the second layer 40y of the tape member 40 and is located at substantially the same position in the front-to-rear direction as the first layer 40x of the tape member 40. At this time, the lower end of the sticker member 50 is located above the upper end of the tape grip 42, the lower end of the sticker member 50 and the upper end of the tape member 40 are not in contact with each other, and a part of the second layer 40y can be seen between the sticker member 50 and the first layer 40x in fig. 4.
The sticker main body 51 is made of a resin material such as polyethylene or polypropylene, and has smooth surfaces on both sides, similarly to the tape main body 41, and as shown in fig. 4, the area corresponding to the sticker grasping portion 52 is dyed blue. In the area below the poster grip 52, the following patterns are included in a visually recognizable manner: a cat 56 drawn in blue (hereinafter, also referred to as "predetermined pattern") as a predetermined pattern; the blue center 57 at the upper left of the cat 56; and a writing "done good" on the upper right of the cat 56! Blue text 58 of the poster ". The presence of the poster member 50 can be easily identified by a caregiver or baby when viewing the text 58. Note that the poster body 51 is not limited to this configuration in any way, and may be, for example, a pulp material such as paper. In addition, the poster body 51 is not limited to having smooth surfaces on both sides, and may be a fiber aggregate such as a nonwoven fabric or a woven fabric.
The sticker grasping portion 52 is a portion that a wearer or the like grasps when separating the sticker member 50 from the belt member 40. The sticker grasping portion 52 is provided at one end portion of the sticker member 50. Note that one end side of the decal member 50 is the upper side of the diaper 1, and the other end side of the decal member 50 is the lower side of the diaper 1. Similar to the tape grip 42, the sticker grip 52 is provided at one end of the sticker member 50, and the sticker grip 52 is provided with a sticker grip member 53. Specifically, the sticker grasping member 53 is inseparably fixed to the skin side of the sticker main body 51 by the sticker adhesive section 55, and the outer peripheral surface of the sticker grasping section 52 is not provided with an adhesive. The sticker grasping portion 52 is fixed to the sticker main body 51 by a sticker adhesive portion 55 for detachably adhering the sticker member 50 to the tape member 40. The sticker gripping member 53 of the present embodiment is made of a colorless transparent resin material. The sticker grasping portion 52 of the present embodiment is formed by fixing a sticker grasping member 53 made of a colorless transparent resin material, but is not limited thereto. For example, the sticker gripping member 53 may be made of a colored material, the sticker gripping portion 52 may be only a portion to which no adhesive is applied at the one end portion 50e of the sticker main body 51, or the sticker gripping portion 52 may be a portion to which the one end portion 50e of the sticker main body 51 is folded back to the skin side and a portion to which the sticker main body 51 is stuck together.
The sticker adhesive part 55 is provided on the entire skin side of the sticker main body 51, and has adhesive strength allowing separation. Due to the decal-adhering portion 55 provided on the entire skin side of the decal main body 51, the decal member 50 adheres more firmly and the risk of accidental separation can be reduced. As shown in fig. 2B, the sticker member 50 shown in fig. 2A adhered to the tape member 40 can be separated from the tape member 40.
If the decal member 50 is bonded to the absorbent main body 10 or the waist portion 20 or 30 instead of the belt member 40, there is a risk of causing problems to the wearer, such as the rigidity of the decal member 50 hindering the diaper 1 from being deformed by extension and contraction, etc., and the decal member 50 coming into contact with the wearer's skin. In view of this, in the diaper 1, the tape member 40 used when the diaper 1 is disposed after being used in a normal manner is provided with the decal member 50, so that it is possible to reduce the risk of suppressing the expansion and contraction deformation and the like of the diaper 1 and suppress the problem when the diaper 1 is worn by a baby.
In addition, after the decal member 50 is separated from the belt member 40, the decal member 50 can be re-stuck at a desired position of the infant by the adhesive force of the decal adhesive part 55. Accordingly, the baby can enjoy the act of removing the poster member 50 from the diaper 1 and sticking the poster member 50 to the poster sheet 200 or personal items such as toys and the like. In particular, the infant performs an action of removing the decal member 50 from the diaper 1 that they have worn or the diaper 1 that they are about to wear, and then adhering the decal member 50 to something else, so the infant more easily has a pleasant impression of the diaper 1 including the decal member 50 at the center of the action, and can impart a more enjoyable feeling to the diaper 1. As a result, the infant easily feels attachment to the diaper 1 without wanting to soil the diaper 1, which easily improves the desire to complete toilet training (toileting).
Note that it is preferable that the non-skin side of the poster member 50 which is adhered to the tape member 40 is entirely exposed to the non-skin side. The poster member 50 of the diaper 1 is adhered to the second layer 40y of the belt member 40 and is located in substantially the same position as the first layer 40x in the front-to-rear direction. For this reason, the non-skin side of the poster member 50 is not covered by the band member 40, and the entire band member 40 is exposed to the non-skin side. Therefore, regardless of the operation of the belt member 40, the baby or the like can easily separate the poster member 50 from the belt member 40 by itself. If a part of the decal member 50 is covered by the tape member 40 on the non-skin side, a part of the decal member 50 will not be exposed to the non-skin side, and when the decal member 50 is separated from the tape member 40, there is a risk that the tape member 40 will become an obstacle and make separation difficult and the adhesive portion 45 of the tape member 40 will be separated together with the decal member 50. Instead, the entire non-skin side of the poster member 50 is exposed to the non-skin side, and the band member 40 can be easily separated on itself. For example, in toilet training, if the infant is able to use the toilet without soiling the diaper 1 with excrement, the infant is able to remove the poster member 50 from the diaper 1 as a reward, but the belt member 40 is able to remain in an unused state, so the diaper 1 can continue to be worn.
In addition, it is preferable that the tape grip portion 42 and the poster grip portion 52 at least partially do not overlap each other in the up-down direction. As shown in fig. 2A, in the diaper 1, the belt grip portion 42 and the sticker grip portion 52 do not overlap each other in the up-down direction, and are disposed at substantially the same position in the front-back direction. Since the tape grip 42 and the poster grip 52 do not overlap in the up-down direction, the infant or the caregiver can more easily grip the tape grip 42 and the poster grip 52. Note that if the belt grasping portions 42 and the poster grasping portions 52 are provided at the same positions in the front-rear direction as in the diaper 1, not only these grasping portions 42 and 52 but also the belt member 40 and the poster member 50 can be recognized from the outside.
Further, it is preferable that the direction from the other end 40f of the belt member 40 to the one end 40e of the belt member 40 coincides with the direction from the other end 50f of the decal member 50 to the one end 50e of the decal member 50. In other words, in the first layer 40x of the tape member 40, the tape grip portion 42 is provided on the upper side, the tape bonding portion 45 is provided on the lower side, and in the sticker member 50, the sticker grip portion 52 is provided on the upper side, and the sticker bonding portion 55 is provided on the lower side. Therefore, it is possible to grasp the tape grip portion 42 and the decal grip portion 52 and start separating the tape adhering portion 45 and the decal adhering portion 55 from the upper side toward the lower side (in the same direction).
Further, it is preferable that the sticker grasping portion 52 of the sticker main body 51 of the sticker member 50 is colored the deepest. At this time, the cat (predetermined pattern) 56 portion and the heart (common pattern) 57 portion of the sticker member 50 may have an area of the same dark color as the darkest coloring of the sticker grasping portion 52. Therefore, the baby or the caregiver can recognize that the sticker grasping portion 52 has a special characteristic in the sticker member 50, and thus can easily recognize that the sticker grasping portion 52 is not adhered to the belt member 40 and is a portion for grasping the sticker member 50.
Similarly, it is preferable that the belt gripping portion 42 of the belt main body 41 of the belt member 40 is colored deepest. At this time, the coloring of the star pattern on the belt member 40 may have an area of the same dark color as that of the sticker grasping portion 52. Therefore, the infant or the caregiver can easily recognize the portion of the belt member 40 corresponding to the belt grip 42.
Packaging 100 comprising a plurality of diapers 1
Fig. 6 is a schematic perspective view of the package 100. As shown in fig. 6, the package 100 includes a plurality of diapers 1 stored in a packaging material 101 for packaging. In the present embodiment, 10 diapers 1 are stored in one package 100.
Each diaper 1 comprises a belt member 40 and a poster member 50 as described above. Fig. 7A is a schematic front view showing the continuous belt member 400 and the continuous poster member 500 in the manufacturing process of the diaper 1. Fig. 7B is a schematic side view of the continuous belt member 400 and the continuous poster member 500 in fig. 7A. The continuous band member 400 includes band members 40 continuous to each other in the left-right direction, and fig. 7A and 7B show members including 10 band members 40 for storage in one package 100. Similarly, the continuous poster member 500 comprises poster members 50 which are continuous with each other in the left-right direction, fig. 7A and 7B show members comprising 10 poster members 50 for storage in one package 100. The continuous belt member 400 has a continuous belt body 410 and a continuous belt gripping member 430, and is folded into a zigzag shape in a manner having a continuous first layer 400x, a continuous second layer 400y, and a continuous third layer 400Z. The continuous poster member 500 comprises a continuous poster body 510 and a continuous poster gripping member 530. As shown in fig. 7A, the continuous poster member 500 is disposed at a substantially upper half of the continuous belt member 400, the continuous first layer 400x of the continuous belt member 400 is disposed at a substantially lower half of the continuous belt member 400, and the continuous second layer 400y can be observed between a lower end of the continuous poster member 500 and an upper end of the continuous first layer 400 x. The tape member 40 and the decal member 50 are formed with a length in the left-right direction corresponding to the interval P by cutting at cutting positions CL corresponding to the left and right ends of the tape member 40 and the decal member 50 of the diaper 1, and the tape member 40 and the decal member 50 are fixed to the diaper 1 in the fixing portion 44, thereby obtaining the diaper 1 in the state shown in fig. 1.
The continuous pasting member 500 is provided with a blue core 57 in a recognizable state and a writing "do good! Blue text 58 of the poster ". In addition, in the continuous poster member 500, the area at the rightmost interval P includes cats 56a as a predetermined pattern, the area at the second interval P from the right includes dogs 56b, and the area at the third interval P from the right includes pandas 56c, all of which are drawn in blue.
The package 100 stores diapers 1, the diapers 1 include the tape member 40 and the poster member 50 which are cut at the cutting position CL and have a space P, five kinds of designs, i.e., cats 56a, dogs 56b, pandas 56c, elephants 56d, and rabbits 56e, are provided on the poster member 50, and the package 100 includes two diapers 1 for each design. In other words, one package 100 includes diapers 1 with the decal member 50 having five different predetermined patterns 56. For this reason, the infant or the wearer can enjoy the decal member 50 having five different predetermined patterns 56 in the diaper 1 taken out of one package 100.
Note that although two diapers having the same pattern 56 are stored for each pattern in the package 100 in the present embodiment, there is no limitation thereto. For example, the diapers 1 stored in the package 100 may have all of the different decal members 50 in the predetermined pattern 56. The baby or carer can see a different pattern 56 on the decal member 50 each time the diaper 1 is removed from the package 100, thereby further reducing the risk of the baby or carer getting bored.
In addition, it is preferable that the centers 57 (the centers 57 are a common pattern; also referred to as "common pattern") are disposed at the same position in all the regions located at the intervals P in the consecutive picture member 500. For this reason, when viewing the diaper 1, the infant or the caregiver can observe that the heart 57 is drawn to the poster member 50, and it is easier to associate the portion having the heart 57 with the poster member 50 in appearance. Further, since the same pattern is provided at the same position in each area at the interval P, the pattern can be used as a reference position for specifying the cutting position CL when the continuous band member 400 and the continuous sticker member 500 are cut at the cutting position CL. By specifying the cutting position CL with the core 57, the pattern 56 and the characters 58 can be fitted within the poster member 50. Note that the common pattern 57 does not necessarily have to be heart-shaped. The common pattern 57 can take any shape, for example, a rectangular pattern surrounding the predetermined pattern (cat) 56 can be used.
Preferably, stars having different sizes are visually disposed on the continuous first layer 400x of the continuous belt member 400. Stars having different sizes are provided in the first layer 40x of the belt member 40 obtained by cutting the continuous belt member 400 at the cutting position CL. Unlike the heart 57 provided at the poster member 50, the stars provided at the belt member 40 do not necessarily have to be the same pattern at the same position in the diaper 1, and the stars may have different sizes and positions. When viewing the diaper 1, the infant or the caregiver can recognize abstractly that the stars are drawn on the belt member 40, and thus can recognize more easily visually that the portion provided with the stars is the belt member 40. The pattern provided to the belt member 40 is not limited to a star, and any shape such as a stripe pattern can be adopted.
In other embodiments, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described
Although the embodiments of the present disclosure are described above, the above embodiments of the present disclosure are only for facilitating understanding of the present disclosure, and are not to be construed as limiting the present disclosure in any way. The present disclosure may be modified or changed variously and equivalents thereof may be included without departing from the gist of the present disclosure. For example, there may be variations as will be explained below.
In the above embodiment, a configuration has been explained in which one poster member 50 is adhered to the second layer 40y of the belt member 40 and is located at the same position as the first layer 40x in the front-rear direction, and in which the other end of the poster member 50 and the upper end of the belt member 40 are not in contact with each other, but is not limited thereto.
Fig. 8A is a diagram of a modification 1 of the portion of the diaper 1 corresponding to a sectional view taken along line B-B. As shown in fig. 8A, the following configuration is possible: one end of the belt member 40 is continuous with the other end of the poster member 50, and a slit S is provided at the boundary between the belt member 40 and the poster member 50. Specifically, the tape main body 41 and the poster main body 51 are formed of the same material, one end of the tape main body 41 is connected to the other end of the poster main body 51, and at least one slit S is provided at the boundary between the tape main body 41 and the poster main body 51. Note that the slit S may be a line-shaped through hole, or may be a reduced thickness portion (notch) of the tape main body 41 and the poster main body 51. Therefore, the decal member 50 is not only adhered by the decal adhering portion 55 but also connected with the belt member 40, and therefore the risk of the decal member 50 being accidentally detached can be reduced. Note that, when the sticker member 50 is to be separated from the belt member 40, by gripping the sticker grasping portion 52 and then pulling the sticker grasping portion 52, the portion at the slit S is torn (tear away), and the sticker member 50 can be easily separated from the belt member 40.
Fig. 8B is a diagram showing a modification 2 of a portion of the diaper 1 corresponding to a sectional view taken along line B-B. As shown in fig. 8B, the following configuration is possible: the decal member 50 is adhered to the first layer 40x of the tape member 40 and is disposed on the non-skin side of the tape member 40. Specifically, the first layer 40x of the belt member 40 and the poster member 50 do not necessarily have to be provided at the same position in the front-rear direction, and the poster member 50 may be provided outside the belt member 40. According to this structure, a large decal member 50 can be disposed on the belt member 40, and thus the variety of sizes and shapes of decal members 50 can be increased.
Fig. 8C is a diagram showing a modification 3 of a portion of the diaper 1 corresponding to a sectional view taken along line B-B. The following configuration may be possible: a plurality of poster members 50a, 50b and 50c are provided, and the poster members 50a, 50b and 50c can be separated from the diaper 1 and then attached to a poster sheet or the like. The decal members 50a, 50b and 50c include decal grasping portions 52a, 52b and 52c and decal bonding portions 55a, 55b and 55c, respectively, and the decal bonding portions 55b and 55c may be bonded to another decal member 50 or the tape member 40. At this time, the decal members 50a, 50b, and 50c are arranged in this order from the skin side, and the decal member 50a is adhered to the non-skin side surface of the first layer 40x of the tape member 40. The decal member 50b is adhered to the non-skin side of the decal member 50a, and the length of the decal member 50b in the up-down direction is shorter than the length of the decal member 50 a. The decal member 50c is adhered to the non-skin side of the decal member 50b, and the length of the decal member 50c in the up-down direction is shorter than the length of the decal member 50 b.
In this way, by including the plurality of sticker members 50a, 50b, and 50c, a baby or the like can enjoy the act of affixing the sticker member 50a plurality of times through one diaper 1. For example, when an infant successfully completes a toilet training activity (such as using the toilet without soiling the diaper 1), there is no need to dispose of the diaper 1 after the poster member 50 is given to the infant as a reward, so one diaper 1 can be used for multiple toilet training activities. In this way, the willingness of the infant to toilet training can be further improved.
In addition, the poster grips 52a, 52b and 52c are at least partially non-overlapping with each other in the front-to-rear direction. Therefore, the baby or the caregiver can more easily grip the poster grips 52a, 52b, and 52 c. Further, in the present embodiment, the non-skin side surfaces of the sticker grasping portions 52a, 52b, and 52c are entirely exposed. Therefore, the baby or the caregiver can easily recognize the sticker grasping portions 52a, 52b, and 52c and easily separate the sticker members 50c, 50b, and 50a in sequence.
Note that, although the shape of the belt main body 41 of the belt member 40 is formed as a single continuous member in the above-described embodiment, it is not necessarily continuous. Fig. 9 is a diagram showing modification 4. As shown in fig. 9, the following configuration is possible: the first layer 40x, the second layer 40y and the third layer 40z are independent tape main bodies 41, and the first layer 40x and the second layer 40y are inseparably bonded together using an adhesive or the like, as are the second layer 40y and the third layer 40 z. Using the combination of the belt main body 41 enables the belt member 40 to be formed more easily.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the following configuration may be possible: the absorbent main body 10 or the waist portion (20 or 30) of the diaper 1 comprises a reference pattern 60, a correct pattern 61, an incorrect pattern 62 and an information mark 63 for prompting the correct pattern to be found, and the poster member 50 is visually provided with a pattern 65 having the same or similar shape as the reference pattern. Fig. 10A is a schematic front view of a diaper 1 according to modification 5 viewed from the front side. Fig. 10B is a schematic front view of the diaper 1 according to the modification 5 viewed from the back side. Fig. 10C is a diagram showing the band member 40 and the poster member 50 according to the modification 5. In the diaper 1, the reference pattern 60 is provided on the abdomen-side waist portion 20, and the correct pattern 61 and the incorrect pattern 62 are provided on the absorbent main body 10. The correct pattern is a pattern having the same or similar shape as the reference pattern. The baby can enjoy the act of searching for the correct pattern 61 on the diaper 1 provided with the correct pattern 61 and the wrong pattern 62, based on the information mark 63 provided on the diaper 1 to prompt the baby to find the correct pattern. At this time, the decal member 50 adhered to the belt member 40 may be provided with a pattern 65 having the same or similar shape as the reference pattern 60. As shown in fig. 10B and 10C, the baby can search for the correct pattern 61 while holding the poster member 50 including the pattern 65 similar to the reference pattern 60, and therefore, even in the case of a baby (such as a young baby) having difficulty in finding the correct pattern 61, the poster member 50 can be used as a clue to find the correct pattern 61. In addition, the pattern 65 on the appliqu e element 50 may be the correct pattern. Because the pattern 65 has the same or similar shape as the reference pattern, if the baby finds the pattern 65 as the "correct pattern", the pattern 65 can be regarded as the correct pattern.
Although the above embodiment describes the so-called three-piece type disposable diaper 1 including the abdomen-side waistline portion 20, the back-side waistline portion 30, and the absorbent main body 10, it is not limited thereto. For example, the belt member 40 and the poster member 50 may be provided to a diaper in which the abdomen-side waistline portion 20 and the back-side waistline portion 30 are integrated in the exterior sheet 12 (so-called two-piece type). In this case, the "absorber" corresponds to the "absorbent main body".
Although the substantially rectangular poster member 50 is provided in accordance with the shape of the belt member 40 in the above embodiment, it is not limited thereto. The poster member 50 can have a desired profile such as circular or star-shaped.
Furthermore, the profile of the poster member 50 does not necessarily have to fit inside the profile of the band member 40. The length of the poster member 50 in the up-down direction or the left-right direction may be longer than the length of the belt member 40 in the up-down direction or the left-right direction.
