一种嵌入式衣物处理设备 技术领域
本发明涉及家电领域，特别是一种嵌入式衣物处理设备。
背景技术
在城市生活中，住宅的空间是有限的，而最大程度的利用房屋空间是人们都想追求的。洗衣机属于大型的家电，很多人都会选择将洗衣机放在洗手间，而洗手池属于日常必须设备，洗手池和洗衣机会占用洗手间较大的空间，如果洗手间面积较小的话，这样的选择无疑会使洗手间显得更加局促，不易于生活。
现有嵌入式洗衣机相关的技术将洗衣机设在柜体内，从而将集体隐藏起来，如此设置，除了节约了空间，也将机体融入了居家空间设计中，相较之下更具现代感及设计感！
申请号为201620865216.9的实用新型专利提供一种抽屉式洗衣机，包括柜体、柜门、设置在所述柜体内部的洗衣机，在所述柜体底面上设置有滑轨，在所述洗衣机上固定有一连接架，所述连接架与滑轨滑动连接，所述连接架与柜门固定连接。该洗衣机设置于柜体内，拉出柜门洗衣机随之滑出，使用方便，占用空间小。然而该洗衣机前壳体还是暴露了，外观上与室内风格不搭配，另外，若该洗机为上下筒的双子洗衣机时，则通过滑轨的结构来实现洗衣机的移动就较为吃力。
申请号为201510554259.5的发明专利公开了一种洗衣机浴室柜，包括柜体、洗脸盆、水龙头和洗衣机，柜体的上台面设置洗脸盆和水龙头，柜体的底板设有排水口，柜体的背板设有进水口，洗衣机通过嵌入式结构设置在柜体内；洗衣机和水龙头均通过进水管与进水口相通，洗衣机和洗脸盆均通过排水管与排水口相通。该发明通过将洗衣机嵌入浴室柜，充分利用了浴室柜的空间，有效节省了占地面积，使卫生间更加干净整洁。然而该洗衣机的外壳暴露，为了具有与室内风格搭配，该洗衣机的前面板需要进行进一步设计。另一方面，当洗衣机为上下筒的双子洗衣机时，则该结构中柜体内的空间不够存放该洗衣机。
可见上述专利的设计思想和设计结构均不符合双子洗衣机，因此，亟待一种适合于双子洗衣机的嵌入式设计技术方案。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种嵌入式衣物处理设备，尤其是适合双子洗衣机或洗干一体机，在衣物处理设备的前面板上设置门板，该门板与柜体优选为同材质，将机体隐藏在柜体内，完全融入在居家空间设计中，使得衣物处理设备更具现 代感及设计感。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案的基本构思是：
一种嵌入式衣物处理设备，包括箱体和在箱体内上下设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒，所述箱体包括前面板，前面板上对应第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒分别设置有第一机门和第二机门，所述的衣物处理设备还包括有门板，所述的门板通过设置在前面板表面的安装结构可开合的安装在前面板上。
在上述方案中，在衣物处理设备的前面板上设置安装结构，门板通过该安装结构安装在前面板上，从而将机体隐藏在柜体内，完全融入在居家空间设计中，使得衣物处理设备更具现代感及设计感。另一方面，本发明中，该门板也不限于可开合的设置在前面板上，也可是门板固定在衣物处理设备上，门板对应第一机门和第二机门开设有避让孔。
优选的，该门板与衣物处理设备要嵌入的柜体的材质相同，从而有利于衣物处理设备融入居家空间设计中。
优选的，所述的安装结构包括多个，各安装结构设置在前面板的一侧靠近边缘的位置，或各安装结构呈两列排布，分设于前面板两侧靠近边缘的位置；
优选的，每列安装结构中相邻两安装结构的距离相等，最顶端的安装结构与前面板的顶端的距离、最底端的安装结构与前面板底端的距离均小于相邻两安装结构的距离。
优选的，所述的安装结构包括用于安装门板的安装结构和用于安装门吸的安装结构，所述前面板一侧边沿设置所述的用于安装门板的安装结构，另一侧边沿设置所述用于安装门吸的安装结构；
在上述方案中，门板的一侧边沿与前面板的一侧边沿连接，门板的另一侧为自由侧，所述前面板上对应所述自由侧的一侧边沿通过安装结构安装门吸，该门吸与门板自由侧配合，防止门板表面撞击到衣物处理设备的面板造成磨损。同时在不使用该衣物处理设备时，该门吸吸附固定门板，隐藏了衣物处理设备。
优选的，所述用于安装门板的安装结构安装连接门板与前面板的铰链结构。即该安装结构为固定铰链的螺孔。
优选的，所述衣物处理设备的前面板包括有平面部分和由平面部分向前面板周侧平滑过渡的曲面部分，所述的各安装结构设置在所述的平面部分上。
在上述方案中，为了提高质感和工艺美感，家电设备的前面板被设计为具有平滑过渡的曲面结构，该安装结构则优选避让所述的曲面结构设计，设置在平面部分上。从而有利于安装门板和门吸。当然的，该安装结构也可以设置在曲面结构上。
优选的，所述的前面板位于第一机门的周侧面上设置有安装结构，用于安装可遮蔽第一机门的第一门板，所述的前面板上位于第二机门的周侧面上也设置有安装结构，用于安装可遮蔽第二机门的第二门板。
在上述方案中，针对第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒分别设置门板更加合理，当需要使用该第一衣物处理筒时，则打开第一门板，进行操作，当需要使用第二衣物处理筒时，则打开第二门板，如此则在外观上，衣物处理设备被最大化的隐藏了，效果更好。
优选的，所述的第一门板和第二门板均为矩形结构，所述第一门板的下端面与第二门板的上端面贴合或具有较小间隙，第一门板和第二门板遮蔽整个前面板。
在上述方案中，虽然该前面板上设置有两个门板，但是该两个门板在均闭合的状态下，两者之间的缝隙被最小化的设计，从而具有一体的效果，该第一门板和第二门板相互配合遮蔽整个前面板。
优选的，所述前面板位于第一机门/第二机门左右两侧的位置均设置有安装结构，其中一侧的安装结构用于安装门板，另一侧的安装结构用于安装门吸或门板，门板可水平开合的设在前面板上。
在上述方案中，第一门板或第二门板被设计为水平方向的开合结构，符合大众的使用习惯，且结构简单，方便设计。
优选的，所述前面板位于第一机门/第二机门上下两侧的位置均设置有安装结构，其中一侧的安装结构用于安装门板，另一侧的安装结构用于安装门吸，门板可上下开合的设在前面板上；
在上述方案中，第一门板或第二门板被设计为垂直方向的开合结构，当上侧的安装结构安装门板，则下侧可以安装门吸，可以不安装门吸，因为当门板的上侧被固定后，则整个门板在重力的作用下下垂，从而具有自动的闭合功能，当然的该结构设计容易造成门板对衣物处理筒造成碰撞伤害，优选在机门的下侧安装门吸，从而有效的避免了门板对前面板的碰撞。
优选的，下侧的安装结构用于安装门板，上侧的安装结构用于安装门吸。
在上述方案中，当下侧的安装结构安装门板，则在衣物洗涤或烘干结束后，门板提供了承接衣物的作用：用户可将部分衣物由衣物处理筒内取出，并放置在该门板上，从而方便了用户的使用。该结构更加实用，值得推广。
进一步的，本发明中所限定的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒可以都是干衣筒，也可以都是洗衣筒，或一个为干衣筒一个为洗衣筒。优选的，第一衣物处理筒为干衣筒，第二衣物处理筒为洗衣筒，将洗衣筒设置在干衣筒的底部有利于衣物处理设备整体的稳定，其中前 面板上位于第二机门的上下两侧均设置有安装结构，下侧的安装结构用于安装门板，上侧的安装结构用于安装门吸，该门板即为所述的第二门板，而第一门板则被设计为水平方向的开合结构，则在衣物洗涤结束后，用户将衣物由第二衣物处理筒取出暂时放在第二门板上，然后打开第一门板和第一机门将衣物放入第一衣物处理筒进行烘干。
优选的，所述的前面板上位于所述前面板位于第一机门/第二机门左右两侧的位置均设置有安装结构，其中一侧的安装结构用于安装左门板，另一侧的安装结构用于安装右门板，该左右两个门板配合遮蔽前面板。该左门板和右门板在关闭状态时，两者自由侧的端面贴合或具有间隙，从而对衣物处理设备具有较好的遮蔽隐藏效果。
优选的，所述的前面板两侧向后弯折，形成包边部，所述的包边部上设置有所述的安装结构。
在上述方案中，可以在包边部上设置安装结构，而不在前面板的前表面设置安装结构，则安装结构不占用前面板表面的位置，衣物处理设备前表面板的前表面平滑无螺孔，外观漂亮。
优选的，所述的前面板至少一侧边沿上设置有凸筋结构，所述凸筋结构内侧面上设置有所述的安装结构；
在上述方案中，在门板为闭合状态时，凸筋结构的外端面与门板的表面在同一平面内，从而外观结构规整漂亮。
优选的，所述的安装结构为螺钉孔；
优选的，每一安装结构至少包括两个螺钉孔。
优选的，所述门板的底侧边沿与前面板的底侧边沿平齐设置，两者的底侧边沿与衣物处理设备的底端间隔设定长度，构成在该衣物处理设备设在柜体内时，两者的底侧边沿不低于柜体的前挡板的上端面。
通过采用以上技术方案，本发明具有以下有益效果：
1、本发明的嵌入式衣物处理设备，尤其适合双子洗衣机或洗干一体机，在衣物处理设备的前面板上设置门板，该门板与柜体优选为同材质，将机体隐藏在柜体内，完全融入在居家空间设计中，使得衣物处理设备更具现代感及设计感。
2、本发明提供了多种在前面板上设置门板的结构，各不同的结构可相互组合，满足不同用户的爱好和需求。
3、本发明中针对第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒分别设计了第一门板和第二门板，从而对衣物处理设备具有更好的隐藏遮蔽效果，且当第二衣物处理筒为洗衣筒，第一衣物处理 筒为干衣筒时，第二门板被设计为垂直方向的开合结构，且第二门板的固定端位于第二机门的下侧，而第一门板被设计为水平方向的开合结构，如此，则方便了用于将洗涤后的衣物由第二衣物处理筒取出，暂放在第二门板上，然后由第二门板方便抓取衣物投入第一衣物处理筒内进行烘干处理。

优选的，参见图1和图4所示，所述的前面板4上位于所述前面板4位于第一机门1/第二机门2左右两侧的位置均设置有安装结构5，其中一侧的安装结构5用于安装左门板61，另一侧的安装结构5用于安装右门板62，该左右两个门板配合遮蔽前面板4。该左门板61和右门板62在关闭状态时，两者自由侧的端面贴合或具有间隙，从而对衣物处理设备具有较好的遮蔽隐藏效果。
优选的，所述的前面板4两侧向后弯折，形成包边部，所述的包边部上设置有所述的安装结构5。
在上述方案中，可以在包边部上设置安装结构5，而不在前面板4的前表面设置安装结构5，则安装结构5不占用前面板4的前表面的位置，衣物处理设备前表面板的前表面平滑无螺孔，外观漂亮。
优选的，所述的前面板4至少一侧边沿上设置有凸筋结构，所述凸筋结构内侧面上设置有所述的安装结构5；
在上述方案中，在门板6为闭合状态时，凸筋结构的外端面与门板6的表面在同一平面 内，从而外观结构规整漂亮。且在凸筋结构的内侧面设置安装结构5(优选为螺孔)有利于通过普通的铰链结构将门板6安装在前面板4上。
优选的，用于安装门板6和用于安装门吸的安装结构5均为螺钉孔；
每一安装结构5至少包括两个螺钉孔，优选为三个。安装结构5的各螺孔设置在同一条直线上。
优选的，所述门板的底侧边沿与前面板4的底侧边沿平齐设置，两者的底侧边沿与衣物处理设备的底端间隔设定长度，构成在该衣物处理设备设在柜体内时，两者的底侧边沿不低于柜体的前挡板的上端面，从而保证了门板可自由开合；其中，用于放置该衣物处理设备的柜体的前挡板高度较小，一般设置为10～25㎝，则设置前面板4和门板的底侧边沿与衣物处理设备的底端也间隔10～25㎝。
优选的，在当衣物处理设备设在柜体内时，衣物处理设备位于前面板的底部的位置与该挡板贴合，而门板与柜体的前表面在同一平面内，从而使得衣物处理设备与柜体具有一体的视觉效果。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入式衣物处理设备，其特征在于，所述的安装结构包括多个，各安装结构设置在前面板的一侧靠近边缘的位置，或各安装结构呈两列排布，分设于前面板两侧靠近边缘的位置；
    优选的，每列安装结构中相邻两安装结构的距离相等，最顶端的安装结构与前面板的顶端的距离、最底端的安装结构与前面板底端的距离均小于相邻两安装结构的距离。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种嵌入式衣物处理设备，其特征在于，所述的安装结构包括用于安装门板的安装结构和用于安装限定门板位置防止门板碰撞前面板的门吸的安装结构，所述前面板一侧边沿设置所述的用于安装门板的安装结构，另一侧边沿设置所述用于安装门吸的安装结构；
    优选的，所述用于安装门板的安装结构安装连接门板与前面板的铰链结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种嵌入式衣物处理设备，其特征在于，所述衣物处理设备的前面板包括有平面部分和由平面部分向前面板周侧平滑过渡的曲面部分，所述的各安装结构设置在所述的平面部分上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入式衣物处理设备，其特征在于，所述的前面板位于第一机门的周侧面上设置有安装结构，用于安装可遮蔽第一机门的第一门板，所述的前面板上位于第二机门的周侧面上也设置有安装结构，用于安装可遮蔽第二机门的第二门板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种嵌入式衣物处理设备，其特征在于，所述的第一门板和第二门板均为矩形结构，所述第一门板的下端面与第二门板的上端面贴合或具有较小间隙，第一门板和第二门板遮蔽整个前面板。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种嵌入式衣物处理设备，其特征在于，所述前面板位于第一机门/第二机门左右两侧的位置均设置有安装结构，其中一侧的安装结构用于安装门板，另一侧的安装结构用于安装门吸或门板，门板可水平开合的设在前面板上。
  8. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种嵌入式衣物处理设备，其特征在于，所述前面板位于第一机门/第二机门上下两侧的位置均设置有安装结构，其中一侧的安装结构用于安装门板，另一侧的安装结构用于安装门吸，门板可上下开合的设在前面板上；
    优选的，下侧的安装结构用于安装门板，上侧的安装结构用于安装门吸。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种嵌入式衣物处理设备，其特征在于，所述的前面板两侧向后弯折，形成包边部，所述的包边部上设置有所述的安装结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种嵌入式衣物处理设备，其特征在于，所述门板的底侧边沿与前面板的底侧边沿平齐设置，两者的底侧边沿与衣物处理设备的底端间隔设定长度，构成在该衣物处理设备设在柜体内时，两者的底侧边沿不低于柜体的前挡板的上端面。
