优选地,安装轴设有通孔,水路和电路自洗衣机本体内部延出,自下而上或者自上而下贯穿通孔,并连接至洗衣机门体内部设置的管槽,管槽与轴座的上部或下部连通。
优选地,水路的水管和电路的电线外部设有弹性软管,令水管和电线限制于弹性软管内无法活动;

采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、所述滚筒洗衣机的洗衣机门体是一体式并将洗衣机的前面板整体遮蔽,避免洗衣机门体突兀于洗衣机的前面板,更加美观,而且用户打开洗衣机门体时不需要弯腰,更加便利;
2、所述滚筒洗衣机的洗衣机门体内侧具有向滚筒内部衣物喷水的喷水口,和滚筒上设置的出水口一起配合,使衣物的浸润更加全面,提高洗衣效率和衣物洗净比,减少滚筒洗衣机的运行时间,节省电能,并且洗涤后的衣物更加干净,不易残留洗涤剂;
3、所述洗衣机门体上设置的水路和电路是穿过铰链装置延伸至洗衣机门体的,因此,在洗衣机门体旋转时,不会对水路的水管和电路的电线造成干扰,防止洗衣机门体长期开闭对水管和电线造成漏水和漏电,更加安全;充分利用了空间,将水管和电线隐藏起来,使洗衣机更加美观,具有更高品质;
4、所述洗衣机门体的与滚筒的开口部相对应的A区域及与洗衣机本体设置的控制面板相对应的B区域可调节透明度,用户在需要查看滚筒内衣物的状况或洗衣机运行程序进展时,看得更加清楚;
5、水路的水管和电路的电线外部均设有弹性软管,可以更好保护水路和电路,当采用弹簧软管时,可以拉伸或压缩,便于安装固定。

一种滚筒洗衣机,包括洗衣机本体和洗衣机门体3,洗衣机本体设有滚筒,滚筒开口部 设于洗衣机本体前部,洗衣机本体前部设有控制面板2,洗衣机门体3的内表面设有紧固连接一体的玻璃窗6,玻璃窗6与滚筒开口部相对应且密封连接,洗衣机门体3闭合,令洗衣机本体前部整体位于洗衣机门体3的内侧。
洗衣机门体3的第一侧经铰链连接洗衣机本体,与第一侧相对的第二侧设为开闭洗衣机门体3的自由端,所述洗衣机门体3的自由端上设有把手33。
前面板4的右上部设有控制面板2,洗衣机门体3的自由端上与控制面板2相对位置设有把手33,把手33与控制面板2之间具有间隙;
作为优选地,控制面板2与把手33对应位置的按键设置为锁定键,所述锁定键为暂停键或停止键。
洗衣机门体3与玻璃窗6相对应的A区域31及与控制面板2相对应的B区域32可调节透明度。
玻璃窗6至少设有一个向滚筒内部衣物喷水的喷水口34;
优选地,喷水口34设于玻璃窗6的非中心部位;
更优选地,所述喷水口34为多个,且沿圆周方向均匀分布于玻璃窗6的边缘部位;
最优选地,所述喷水口34设有自玻璃窗6的内表面朝滚筒开口部延伸的导水结构。
洗衣机门体3上设有水路和电路,所述水路一端与洗衣机内部的进水口连接,另一端与喷水口34连通;所述电路与洗衣机内部的电路板连接,以向洗衣机门体3上设置的电学元件提供电源。
铰链包括设置于前面板4的铰链座8,铰链座8的上下端分别设有安装轴81,洗衣机门体3上对应设有轴座35,安装轴81与轴座35匹配连接,以将洗衣机门体3安装于洗衣机本体上。
安装轴81设有通孔811,水路和电路自洗衣机本体内部延出,自下而上或者自上而下贯穿通孔811,并连接至洗衣机门体3内部设置的管槽9,管槽9与轴座35的上部或下部连通。
水路的水管10和电路的电线11外部设有弹性软管12,令水管10和电线11限制于弹性软管12内无法活动;
所述弹性软管12的一端固定于洗衣机门体3的内侧面或者内部,另一端固定于前面板4外侧或内侧;
本实施例,所述弹性软管12为采用弹簧并圈绕制而成的弹簧软管。
在其他的实施例中,所述的弹性软管12可以采用塑料橡胶材质制成,或者是其他金属材质的软管。
洗衣机门体3上设有与前面板4上设置的控制面板2互通互动的另一控制面板2;
作为优选地,洗衣机门体3上设置的另一控制面板2为电子触摸屏控制面板;
作为优选地,所述洗衣机门体3上设置有显示洗衣机实时运行状态的显示区域。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:

4、所述洗衣机门体的与滚筒的开口部相对应的A区域及与洗衣机本体设置的控制面板相对应的B区域可调节透明度,用户在需要查看滚筒内衣物的状况或洗衣机运行程序进展时,看得更加清楚;

实施例二
图3-图9展示了本发明所述的一种滚筒洗衣机及其洗衣机门体3的结构。
一种滚筒洗衣机,包括洗衣机本体和洗衣机门体3,洗衣机本体设有滚筒,滚筒开口部设于洗衣机本体的前面板4,洗衣机门体3为一体式且与洗衣机本体的前面板4的尺寸一致,所述洗衣机门体3内侧设有向滚筒内部衣物喷水的喷水口34。
洗衣机门体3与滚筒开口部相对应位置设有玻璃窗6,玻璃窗6能与滚筒开口部密封连接,所述喷水口34设置于玻璃窗6上;
洗衣机门体3与玻璃窗6紧固连接一体,滚筒开口部设置有密封窗垫7,玻璃窗6挤压 密封窗垫7,以密封连接滚筒和洗衣机门体3。
所述滚筒洗衣机包括外筒101和内筒102,电机103经传动轴104连接外筒101和内筒102。
所述喷水口34设为一个或多个,且位于玻璃窗6的非中心部位;
所述喷水口34为多个,且沿圆周方向均匀分布于玻璃窗6的边缘部位;
在本实施例中,所述喷水口34设置为一个,参见图7和图8,该喷水口34位于玻璃窗6上部边缘处。
作为优选地,所述喷水口34设有自玻璃窗6的内表面朝滚筒开口部延伸的导水结构。
所述洗衣机门体3上设有水路和电路,所述水路一端与洗衣机的进水口连接,另一端与喷水口34连通;所述电路与洗衣机内部的电路板连接,以向洗衣机门体3上设置的电学元件提供电源。
如图7-图9,洗衣机门体3的第一侧经铰链连接洗衣机本体,与第一侧相对的第二侧设为开闭洗衣机门体3的自由端;所述铰链包括设置于洗衣机本体的前面板4的铰链座8,铰链座8的上下端分别设有安装轴81,洗衣机门体3上对应设有轴座35,安装轴81与轴座35匹配连接,以将洗衣机门体3安装于洗衣机本体上。
上述的铰链结构简单,不需要较多的单独的辅助固定部件,安装更方便,连接更牢固。
所述安装轴81设有通孔811,水路和电路自洗衣机本体内部延出,自下而上或者自上而下贯穿安装轴81的通孔811,并连接至洗衣机门体3内部设置的管槽9,管槽9与轴座35的上部或下部连通。
水路的水管10和电路的电线11外部均设有弹性软管12,令水管10和电线11限制于弹性软管12内无法活动;
所述弹性软管12的一端固定于洗衣机门体3的内侧面或者内部,另一端固定于洗衣机的前面板4外侧或内侧;
所述弹性软管12为采用弹簧并圈绕制而成的弹簧软管,如图9所示。
洗衣机本体上部设有控制面板2;
作为优选地,所述洗衣机门体3上设置有显示洗衣机实时运行状态的显示区域。
洗衣机门体3的第二侧上部设有把手33,所述把手33设置在远离铰链和门锁的部位,参考图6-8;
作为优选地,所述把手33具有仿人手构造的结构。
所述洗衣机门体3与滚筒的开口部相对应的A区域31及与洗衣机本体设置的控制面板相对应的B区域32可调节透明度。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:

实施例三
本实施例与实施二的区别在于:洗衣机本体和洗衣机门体3上同时设置互通互动的控制面板2,且洗衣机门体3上设置的控制面板2为电子触摸屏控制面板2;
参考图5,B区域32设有为电子触摸屏控制面板2,其与洗衣机门体3是一体的,与B区域32相对应的洗衣机本体的位置上设有另一控制面板2,两个控制面板2是互通互动的,是相互关联的。
所述B区域32设有为电子触摸屏控制面板2,在洗衣机运行时、洗衣机门体3关闭,只需要调控B区域32的电子触摸屏控制面板2,不会影响洗衣机的正常运行,而且也不会影响洗衣机的整体美观。另外,洗衣机门体3为一体式,只存在一个平面,并且将洗衣机的前面板4上设置的按钮和洗涤剂盒1等遮蔽起来,便于用户清洁洗衣机。所述的弹性软管12采用 塑料橡胶制备而成,轻便耐磨。
洗衣机门体3的右上角端部(洗衣机门体3的自由端)设有把手33,所述把手33可以是自洗衣机门体3外表面向内凹的凹陷部。
洗衣机门体3和洗衣机本体之间经过一个铰链结构连接固定,当然也可以设置为2个或更多。
1、所述滚筒洗衣机的洗衣机门体是一体式并将洗衣机的前面板整体遮蔽,避免洗衣机门体突兀于洗衣机的前面板,更加美观,而且用户打开洗衣机门体时不需要弯腰,更加便利;
2、所述滚筒洗衣机的洗衣机门体内侧具有向滚筒内部衣物喷水的喷水口,和滚筒上设置的出水口一起配合,使衣物的浸润更加全面,提高洗衣效率和衣物洗净比,减少滚筒洗衣机的运行时间,节省电能,并且洗涤后的衣物更加干净,不易残留洗涤剂;

- 一种滚筒洗衣机,包括洗衣机本体和洗衣机门体(3),洗衣机本体设有滚筒,滚筒开口部设于洗衣机本体前部,其特征在于,洗衣机本体前部设有控制面板(2),洗衣机门体(3)的内表面设有紧固连接一体的玻璃窗(6),玻璃窗(6)与滚筒开口部相对应且密封连接,洗衣机门体(3)闭合,令洗衣机本体前部整体位于洗衣机门体(3)的内侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机门体(3)的第一侧经铰链连接洗衣机本体,与第一侧相对的第二侧设为开闭洗衣机门体(3)的自由端,所述洗衣机门体(3)的自由端上设有把手(33)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机本体前部的前面板(4)的右上部设有控制面板(2),洗衣机门体(3)的自由端上与控制面板(2)相对位置设有把手(33),把手(33)与控制面板(2)之间具有间隙;优选地,控制面板(2)与把手(33)对应位置的按键设置为锁定键,所述锁定键为暂停键或停止键。
- 根据权利要求3所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机门体(3)与玻璃窗(6)相对应的A区域(31)及与控制面板(2)相对应的B区域(32)可调节透明度。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,玻璃窗(6)至少设有一个向滚筒内部衣物喷水的喷水口(34);优选地,喷水口(34)设于玻璃窗(6)的非中心部位;更优选地,所述喷水口(34)为多个,且沿圆周方向均匀分布于玻璃窗(6)的边缘部位;最优选地,所述喷水口(34)设有自玻璃窗(6)的内表面朝滚筒开口部延伸的导水结构。
- 根据权利要求5所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机门体(3)上设有水路和电路,所述水路一端与洗衣机内部的进水口连接,另一端与喷水口(34)连通;所述电路与洗衣机内部的电路板连接,以向洗衣机门体(3)上设置的电学元件提供电源。
- 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,铰链包括设置于前面板(4)的铰链座(8),铰链座(8)的上下端分别设有安装轴(81),洗衣机门体(3)上对应设有轴座(35),安装轴(81)与轴座(35)匹配连接,以将洗衣机门体(3)安装于洗衣机本体上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,安装轴(81)设有通孔(811),水路和电路自洗衣机本体内部延出,自下而上或者自上而下贯穿通孔(811),并连接至洗衣机门体(3)内部设置的管槽(9),管槽(9)与轴座(35)的上部或下部连通。
- 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,水路的水管(10)和电路的电线(11)外部设有弹性软管(12),令水管(10)和电线(11)限制于弹性软管(12)内无法活动;优选地,所述弹性软管(12)的一端固定于洗衣机门体(3)的内侧面或者内部,另一端固定于前面板(4)外侧或内侧;更优选地,所述弹性软管(12)为采用弹簧并圈绕制而成的弹簧软管。
