Description

适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种密闭隔音仓。
背景技术
目前的单人用密闭隔音空间(仓),仓壁通常为了减少狭小空间对使用者造成的压抑感,通常会设计大面积的夹胶玻璃、夹层或中空隔音玻璃等透光组件,绝大多数透光玻璃组件都会不同程度地在使用过程中产生回声,使得使用者在这个狭小空间中因为打电话、听音乐等行为产生的回声而影响使用的舒适性,为了消除回声带给使用者的不舒适感,一般会使用隔音棉,隔音毡等纤维状吸声材料来处理内部仓壁以达到消声,吸声效果,增加使用舒适性。但因不同的使用场合,特别是人流比较多的公共场所高频次使用,这个狭小空间的与人接触的仓壁存在着容易污染,不易消毒,易于损坏等情况,为了消除容易污染,不易消毒,易于损坏等情况,一般更多地使用玻璃或其他未做吸声消声处理的硬质材料做表面,这样反而使得回声的情况更严重。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是:提供一种个人用密闭隔音空间,其不仅可消除狭小空间内因为玻璃等透光组件带来的回声,增强使用的舒适性,同时因使用更耐污染的穿孔金属板或穿孔硬质非金属板材,使得狭小空间使用更卫生,更易清洁、消毒,更加适合高强度和高频次的使用。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,包括隔音仓及设置在隔音仓上且可相对其打开、关闭的隔音门,所述隔音仓的仓壁分为透光部分及非透光部分,所述隔音仓的非透光部分由内而外依次为穿孔金属板或穿孔硬质非金属板、吸音材料层、空腔层、隔音材料层、支撑结构层及装饰层。
优选的,所述非透光部分位于隔音仓的顶部和/或侧壁。
优选的,所述透光部分形成于隔音仓正对隔音门的侧壁上。所述透光部 分为夹胶玻璃、夹层或中空隔音玻璃。
为了提高隔音仓使用时的舒适度及便利性,所述隔音仓内两相对的仓壁中一侧内仓壁凸设形成有桌具,另一侧内仓壁凸设形成有坐具,所述桌具的高度高于所述坐具的高度。
优选的,所述隔音门包括透明门板及包覆在透明门板外周的门框,所述门框一侧与隔音仓转动连接,门框另一侧与隔音仓之间设有门锁装置及用于控制门锁装置开启或闭合的门把。其中,所述透明门板优选为隔音玻璃。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型通过穿孔金属板或穿孔硬质非金属板及背后的吸声材料或吸声结构组成的吸声和消声处理系统,可以几乎完全消除狭小空间内因为玻璃等透光组件带来的回声,不但消除使用者在密闭隔音空间内部因为打电话、听音乐等行为产生的回音而增强使用的舒适性,同时更重要的是因使用更耐污染的钢板等穿孔金属板或穿孔硬质非金属板,使得狭小空间使用更卫生,更易清洁,消毒,更加适合高强度和高频次的使用。

具体实施方式
实施例一:如图1至图3所示,一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,包括隔音仓1及设置在隔音仓1上且可相对其打开、关闭的隔音门2,所述隔音仓1的仓壁分为透光部分3及非透光部分4,所述隔音仓1的非透光部分4由内而外依次为穿孔金属板4-1a、吸音材料层4-2、空腔层4-3、隔音材料层4-4、支撑结构层4-5及装饰层4-6。其中,所述穿孔金属板4-1a可选用穿孔钢板。
实施例二:如图1、图2和图4所示,一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,包括隔音仓1及设置在隔音仓1上且可相对其打开、关闭的隔音门2,所述隔音仓1的仓壁分为透光部分3及非透光部分4,所述隔音仓1的非透光部分4由内而外依次为穿孔硬质非金属板4-1b、吸音材料层4-2、空腔层4-3、隔音材料层4-4、支撑结构层4-5及装饰层4-6。
上述两实施例中,穿孔金属板4-1a或穿孔硬质非金属板4-1b的穿孔形状及布置方式可以多种多样,本申请对此不做具体限制。非透光部分4中各层结构的厚度也可根据需要调整变化。
上述两实施例中,所述透光部分3形成于隔音仓1正对隔音门2的侧壁上。所述透光部分3为夹胶玻璃、夹层或中空隔音玻璃。所述非透光部分4位于隔音仓1的顶部和侧壁。
上述两实施例中,所述隔音门2包括透明门板2-1及包覆在透明门板2-1外周的门框2-2,所述门框2-2一侧与隔音仓1转动连接,门框2-2另一侧与隔音仓1之间设有门锁装置及用于控制门锁装置开启或闭合的门把2-3。其中,所述透明门板2-1优选为隔音玻璃。
上述两实施例中,为了提高隔音仓1使用时的舒适度及便利性,所述隔音仓1内两相对的仓壁中一侧内仓壁凸设形成有桌具5,另一侧内仓壁凸设形成有坐具6,所述桌具5的高度高于所述坐具6的高度。隔音仓1内坐具或桌具的设置,可供使用者在其内打电话,听音乐,办公或休息。
为了保证隔音仓内空气流畅,所述隔音仓1内设有空气处理系统7。本隔音空间还可同时配备内部空气处理系统、照明系统、音乐播放系统、墙面显示屏、电源供应系统,同时可以根据需要配备其他方便使用者的电子电器 系统、网络系统等。
本实用新型通过穿孔金属板4-1a或穿孔硬质非金属板4-1b及背后的吸声材料或吸声结构组成得吸声和消声处理系统,可以几乎完全消除狭小空间内因为玻璃等透光组件带来的回声,不但消除使用者在密闭隔音空间内部因为打电话、听音乐等行为产生的回音而增强使用的舒适性,同时更重要的是因使用更耐污染的穿孔金属板4-1a或穿孔硬质非金属板4-1b,使得狭小空间使用更卫生,其内部清洁、消毒工作变得非常方便,更加适合高强度和高频次的使用。

  1. 一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,包括隔音仓(1)及设置在隔音仓(1)上且可相对其打开、关闭的隔音门(2),所述隔音仓(1)的仓壁分为透光部分(3)及非透光部分(4),其特征在于:所述隔音仓(1)的非透光部分(4)由内而外依次为穿孔金属板(4-1a)或穿孔硬质非金属板(4-1b)、吸音材料层(4-2)、空腔层(4-3)、隔音材料层(4-4)、支撑结构层(4-5)及装饰层(4-6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,其特征在于:所述非透光部分(4)位于隔音仓(1)的顶部和/或侧壁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,其特征在于:所述透光部分(3)形成于隔音仓(1)正对隔音门(2)的侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,其特征在于:所述透光部分(3)为夹胶玻璃、夹层或中空隔音玻璃。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项权利要求所述的一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,其特征在于:所述隔音仓(1)内两相对的仓壁中一侧内仓壁凸设形成有桌具(5),另一侧内仓壁凸设形成有坐具(6),所述桌具(5)的高度高于所述坐具(6)的高度。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项权利要求所述的一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,其特征在于:所述隔音门(2)包括透明门板(2-1)及包覆在透明门板(2-1)外周的门框(2-2),所述门框(2-2)一侧与隔音仓(1)转动连接,门框(2-2)另一侧与隔音仓(1)之间设有门锁装置及用于控制门锁装置开启或闭合的门把(2-3)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,其特征在于:所述透明门板(2-1)为隔音玻璃。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项权利要求所述的一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,其特征在于:所述隔音仓(1)内设有空气处理系统(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项权利要求所述的一种适合高强度使用的耐污染个人用密闭隔音仓,其特征在于:所述隔音仓(1)内设置有照 明系统、音乐播放系统、墙面显示屏及电源供应系统。
