在对投保单是否通过的审核过程中,被保人的收入、年龄、担保金额、健康状况等因素直接影响了该被保人的保单是否能核准通过,目前对于是否需要投保人提供健康报告来核保还是由人工来评判,但是,发明人意识到,随着需要提供被保人的健康报告的影响因素越来越多,导致核保人的工作量也越来越大,且当被保险人数非常多,比如团险,一个保单下可能会包含上百甚至有几千个被保人时,导致核保人的工作量非常大,并且工作效率低。
目前急切的需要一种根据影响因子自动判断是否需要提供被保人的体检证明和健康告知的方法,以提高核保效率。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种提供健康报告的判断方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质。
一种提供健康报告的判断方法,包括:
获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值;
根据该参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值;
根据该核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告;及
将判断的结果与对应的被保人标识同时显示。
一种提供健康报告的判断装置包括:
参数值获取模块,用于获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值;
计算模块,用于根据该参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值;
判断模块,用于根据该核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告;及
显示模块,用于将判断的结果与对应的被保人标识同时显示。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值;
根据该参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值;
根据该核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告;及
将判断的结果与对应的被保人标识同时显示。
一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值;
根据该参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值;
根据该核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应 的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告;及
将判断的结果与对应的被保人标识同时显示。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请提供的提供健康报告的判断方法,可以应用于如图1A所示的应用环境中。终端102与服务器104通过网络进行通信。终端102获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值,根据所述参数值计算与被保人标识对应 的被保人的核保评估值,根据所述核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告,将判断的结果与对应的被保人标识同时显示。在本申请的一些实施例中,终端102还可以将判断的结果保存至本地。在另一些实施例中,为了节省存储空间,终端102也可以将判断的结果发送至服务器104,服务器104将接收到的判断结果与被保人标识进行对应存储。终端102可以但不限于是各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑和便携式可穿戴设备,服务器104可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。
图1B为根据本申请的一个实施例的提供健康报告的判断方法的流程图,下面结合图1B来详细描述根据本申请的一个实施例的提供健康报告的判断方法,如图1B所示,该方法包括以下步骤S101、S102和S103。
S101、获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值。
根据本实施例的一个示例,该被保人标识包括但不限于被保人的姓名、身份证号码、手机号等等。其中,系统中存储有投保人(即购买保险的用户)购买的险种类别的属性集,本步骤可以这样来实现:获取系统中存储的投保人所购买的险种类别的属性集,该属性集例如为保人购买的保险的受益人(即被保人)的包括性别、年龄、从事的行业、月收入;根据被保人的电子保单中通过录单员的填写等方式获取与该被保人标识对应存储的属性,例如为被保人的姓名、电话号码、性别、年龄、从事的行业、身份证号码,则通过求取该属性集与获取的被保人的电子保单中的属性集的交集,可以确定与被保人标识相关联的预设属性为性别、年龄、从事的行业。
根据本实施例的另一示例,该属性的参数值可以为与该属性对应预设的参数值,通过接收用户输入的某个属性的参数值来确定,当获取的属性中包括被保人标识对应的担保额度等数值类的属性时,也可以通过对获取属性进行计算来得到,例如当该属性包括通过数据转移获得的该被保人标识对应的被保人的担保额度时,该获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值的步 骤包括:计算该担保额度与预设的最小额度的差值;将该差值除以预设的最大额度的商作为该担保额度的参数值。其中,上述的通过数据转移的方式可以是网上转账,也可以是转移现金。根据该示例的一个使用场景例如:投保人通过数据转移获得的该被保人标识对应的被保人的担保额度为50000,其中,预设的最小额度为30000,预设的最大额度为40000,则该担保额度这一预设属性的参数值为(50000-30000)/40000=0.5。
将被保人标识与该被保人预设属性进行关联的方式可以是通过在存储器中存储的被保人标识这一数据的指针中下一跳所指的对象进行关联,也可以是通过表格的形式或者矩阵的形式进行对应关联。
S102、根据该参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值。
在该步骤中,核保评估值的意义在于作为评估对应的被保人是否需要提供被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供被保人的体检报告的依据。根据本实施例的一个示例,将所有参数值的乘积结果作为该核保评估值。
S103、根据该核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告。
根据本实施例的一个示例,该被保人的健康告知和体检报告可以根据核保评估值的大小要求被保人同时提供健康告知和体检报告,也可以要求被保人仅提供健康告知或仅提供体检报告,也可以不要求被保人提供健康告知和体检报告。
进一步地,该步骤还包括:当该核保评估值在预设的第一阈值范围内时,判断不需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告,当该核保评估值在预设的第二阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知,当该核保评估值在预设的第三阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告,当该核保评估值在预设的第四阈值范围内时,判断需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告。
根据本实施例的一个使用场景,例如获取的与被保人标识相关联的预设属性包括被保人的月收入为6000、年龄为35、性别为女及担保金额为50000,与月收入这一属性对应预设的参数值ρ in为:当被保人的月薪大于8000时,该ρ in的取值设为0.2,当被保人的月薪在4000至8000之间时,该ρ in的取值设为0.5,当被保人的月星在4000以下时,该ρ in的取值设为0.8,与年龄为35岁的被保人对应预设的参数值为1,与性别为女的属性对应的参数值预设为1,续上述的担保金额为50000时的使用场景计算的参数值为0.5,则该投保人的核保评估值为0.5*1*1*0.5=0.25,其中,上述第一阈值范围例如为0,上述预设的第二阈值范围例如为0~0.5,上述预设的第三阈值范围例如为0.5~1,上述预设的第四阈值范围例如为1,据此,系统通过比较该核保评估值所在的范围可知该核保评估值0.25在预设的第二阈值范围内,则判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知,不需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告。
根据本实施例的另一示例,可以将上述预设属性分为内部因子属性和外部因子属性,其中,内部因子属性为与被保人相关的改变概率小的属性,例如被保人的年龄、性别担保金额等等,外部因子属性为与被保人相关的改变概率大的属性,例如被保人所从事工作的危险度、被保人所属的机构、被保人的收入情况等等,根据本实施例的一个示例,该外部因子的参数值通过其各个外部因子的属性的参数值相乘得到,该内部因子的参数值通过预设的数值或者预设的计算方法来得到,再通过内部因子的参数值与外部因子的参数值的乘积得到该核保评估值。
根据本实施例的一个使用场景例如:外部因子属性P e包括被保人所述机构、被保人从事工作的危险度、被保人的收入,其中,被保人从事工作是否危险通过匹配被保人的职业中的字符与预设的危险行业的关键字可以得到,例如预设的危险行业的关键字包括“矿”,被保人的职业为“开矿工人”,当被保人的职业名称中包含有预设的危险行业的关键字时判断被保人从事危险行业,通过预设的规则获取被保人从事工作的危险度(即参数值),例如,可 以将匹配的危险行业的关键字的长度除以被保人的职业名称的长度获得被保人从事工作的危险度,在本使用场景中,“矿”这一关键字的长度为1,“开矿工人”这一关键字的长度为4,则被保人从事工作的危险度为1/4=0.25。进一步地,被保人所述机构这一属性的参数值预设为1,与被保人的收入6000这一属性对应预设的参数值为0.5,则该外部因子属性P e的参数值为1*0.25*0.5=0.125。
内部因子属性包括被保人所承保的险种、被保人的年龄为35、被保人的性别为女及被保人的担保金额为50000,续上述使用场景中被保人的年龄、被保人的性别及被保人的担保金额对应的参数值分别为1、1和0.25,被保人所承保的险种这一属性对应预设的参数值为0,该内部因子属性的参数值的计算方式该内部因子中指定属性中参数值最小的属性与担保金额的参数值的乘积,其中内部因子中指定属性例如被保人所承保的险种、被保人的年龄为35、被保人的性别,指定属性(被保人所承保的险种、被保人的年龄为35、被保人的性别)中参数值最小的属性0与担保金额的参数值0.25的乘积为0,可以得到核保评估值为0,当上述第一阈值范围例如为0时,判断既不需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知,也不需要提供与被保人标识对应的体检报告。
本实施例通过定义一系列影响核保评估值的因素属性,并通过定义各个因素属性的参数值,计算出该核保评估值,然后通过判断该核保评估值所在的阈值范围自动的判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告,省去了人工判断的工作机制,节省了核保时间,提高了核保效率。
图2为根据本申请的另一实施例的提供健康报告的判断方法的流程图,如图2所示的提供健康报告的判断方法,该提供健康报告的判断方法在包括上述步骤S101、S102和S103的基础上还包括步骤S104:
S104、将是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告的判断结果显示。
根据本实施例第一个示例,可以将判断的结果(即判断的是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知、是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告)与对应的被保人标识同时显示,其中被保人标识包括但不限于被保人的姓名、电话号码、性别、年龄、从事的行业、身份证号码,显示的被保人标识包括上述这些被保人标识中的至少一种。
该步骤S104还包括将是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告的判断结果保存。
根据本实施例的一个示例,该显示结果通过用户终端的屏幕进行显示,该用户终端包括但不限于手机、个人电脑、平板电脑等等,显示的方式可以是将被保人的姓名与判断结果对应显示。
本实施例通过提供一种将判断结果进行保存和显示的方法使得核保人可以直观的看到系统的判断结果。
应该理解的是,虽然图1B及图2的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图1B及图2中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。
图3为根据本申请的一个实施例的提供健康报告的判断装置的框图,下面结合图3来详细描述根据本申请的一个实施例的提供健康报告的判断装置,该提供健康报告的判断装置10包括:参数值获取模块11,用于获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值;计算模块12,用于根据该参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值;判断模块13,用于根据该核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康 告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告;及显示模块14,用于将判断的结果与对应的被保人标识同时显示。
该被保人标识包括但不限于被保人的姓名、身份证号码、手机号等等系统中存储有投保人(即购买保险的用户)购买的险种类别的属性集,上述参数值获取模块11具体获取系统中存储的投保人所购买的险种类别的属性集,该属性集例如为保人购买的保险的受益人(即被保人)的包括性别、年龄、从事的行业、月收入;根据被保人的电子保单中通过录单员的填写等方式获取与该被保人标识对应存储的属性,例如为被保人的姓名、电话号码、性别、年龄、从事的行业、身份证号码,则通过求取该属性集与获取的被保人的电子保单中的属性集的交集,可以确定与被保人标识相关联的预设属性为性别、年龄、从事的行业。
进一步地,该属性的参数值可以为与该属性对应预设的参数值,通过接收用户输入的某个属性的参数值来确定,当获取的属性中包括被保人标识对应的担保额度等数值类的属性时,也可以通过对获取属性进行计算来得到,例如当该属性包括通过数据转移获得的该被保人标识对应的被保人的担保额度时,该参数值获取模块11还包括:第一计算单元,用于计算该担保额度与预设的最小额度的差值;第二计算单元,用于将该差值除以预设的最大额度的商作为该担保额度的参数值。其中,上述的通过数据转移的方式可以是网上转账,也可以是转移现金。根据该示例的一个使用场景例如:投保人通过数据转移获得的该被保人标识对应的被保人的担保额度为50000,其中,预设的最小额度为30000,预设的最大额度为40000,则该担保额度这一预设属性的参数值为(50000-30000)/40000=0.5。
将被保人标识与该被保人预设属性进行关联的方式可以是通过在存储器中存储的被保人标识这一数据的指针中下一跳所指的对象进行关联,也可以是通过表格的形式或者矩阵的形式进行对应关联。
该计算模块还用于将所有参数值的乘积结果作为该核保评估值。
上述参数值获取模块具体用于获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的对 应预设的参数值。
根据本实施例的其中一个示例,该判断模块还具体用于当该核保评估值在预设的第一阈值范围内时,判断不需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告,当该核保评估值在预设的第二阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知,当该核保评估值在预设的第三阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告,当该核保评估值在预设的第四阈值范围内时,判断需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告。
根据本实施例的一个示例,该提供健康报告的判断装置10还包括:
关联模块,用于将被保人标识与该被保人预设属性通过在存储器中存储的被保人标识这一数据的指针中下一跳所指的对象进行关联。
进一步地,该关联模块还用于通过表格的形式或者通过矩阵的形式将被保人标识与预设属性进行关联。
本领域的技术人员应该可以理解,上述提供健康报告的判断装置10中可通过硬件结构来实现,例如,可通过普通计算机设备来实现,其中,参数值获取模块11可对应该计算机设备的鼠标或实体键盘,当该计算机设备的屏幕具有触控功能时,参数值获取模块11还可以是计算机设备屏幕上的虚拟键盘,计算模块12及判断模块13对应该计算机设备的中央处理器CPU,该显示模块对应该计算机设备的显示器或者该计算机设备的屏幕。
进一步地,图4为根据本申请的一个实施例的计算机设备的内部框图,如图4所示的计算机设备,该计算机设备可用作上述终端。该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、非易失性存储介质、内存储器、显示屏和输入装置。其中,该计算机设备的非易失性存储介质可存储操作系统和计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被执行时,可使得处理器执行本申请各实施例的一种提供健康报告的判断方法,该方法的具体实现过程可参考图1B和图2中各实施例的具体内容,在此不再赘述。该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个计算机设备的运行。计算机设备的显示屏用于进行 显示,该计算机设备的输入装置用于接收用户输入的与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值等参数。本领域技术人员可以理解,图4中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。

  1. 一种提供健康报告的判断方法,包括:
    获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值;
    根据所述参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值;
    根据所述核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告;及
    将判断的结果与对应的被保人标识同时显示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属性的参数值为与所述属性对应预设的参数值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属性包括通过数据转移获得的所述被保人标识对应的被保人的担保额度;所述获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值,包括:
    计算所述担保额度与预设的最小额度的差值;及
    将所述差值除以预设的最大额度的商作为所述担保额度的参数值。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值为:
    将所有参数值的乘积结果作为所述核保评估值。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告为:
    当所述核保评估值在预设的第一阈值范围内时,判断不需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告,当所述核保评估值在预设的第二阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知,当所述核保评估值在预设的第三阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告,及当所述核保评估值在预设的第四阈值范围内时,判断需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告。
  6. 一种提供健康报告的判断装置,包括:
    参数值获取模块,用于获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值;
    计算模块,用于根据所述参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值;
    判断模块,用于根据所述核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告;及
    显示模块,用于将判断的结果与对应的被保人标识同时显示。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述计算模块还用于将所有参数值的乘积结果作为所述核保评估值。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块还用于当所述核保评估值在预设的第一阈值范围内时,判断不需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告,当所述核保评估值在预设的第二阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知,当所述核保评估值在预设的第三阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告,及当所述核保评估值在预设的第四阈值范围内时,判断需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述属性包括通过数据转移获得的所述被保人标识对应的被保人的担保额度;所述参数值获取模块包括:
    第一计算单元,用于计算所述担保额度与预设的最小额度的差值;及
    第二计算单元,用于将所述差值除以预设的最大额度的商作为所述担保额度的参数值。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述计算模块还用于将所有参数值的乘积结果作为所述核保评估值。
  11. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行 时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值;
    根据所述参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值;
    根据所述核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告;及
    将判断的结果与对应的被保人标识同时显示。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述属性的参数值为与所述属性对应预设的参数值。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述属性包括通过数据转移获得的所述被保人标识对应的被保人的担保额度;所述获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值,包括:
    计算所述担保额度与预设的最小额度的差值;及
    将所述差值除以预设的最大额度的商作为所述担保额度的参数值。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值为:
    将所有参数值的乘积结果作为所述核保评估值。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告为:
    当所述核保评估值在预设的第一阈值范围内时,判断不需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告,当所述核保评估值在预设的第二阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知,当所述核保评估值在预设的第三阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告,及当所述核保评估值在预设的第四阈值范围内时,判断需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告。
  16. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值;
    根据所述参数值计算与被保人标识对应的被保人的核保评估值;
    根据所述核保评估值所在的阈值范围判断是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及是否需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告;及
    将判断的结果与对应的被保人标识同时显示。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述属性的参数值为与所述属性对应预设的参数值。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述属性包括通过数据转移获得的所述被保人标识对应的被保人的担保额度;所述获取与被保人标识相关联的预设属性的参数值,包括:
    计算所述担保额度与预设的最小额度的差值;及
    将所述差值除以预设的最大额度的商作为所述担保额度的参数值。

    当所述核保评估值在预设的第一阈值范围内时,判断不需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告,当所述核保评估值在预设的第二阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知,当所述核保评估值在预设的第三阈值范围内时,判断仅需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的体检报告,及当所述核保评估值在预设的第四阈值范围内 时,判断需要提供与被保人标识对应的被保人的健康告知及体检报告。
