一种审批人的辅助选择方法,包括:
获取待审批任务的审批关键字;
根据预设的审批关键字与审批人标识的对应关系,在预存的审批人标识中获取对应的审批人标识;
根据与获取的审批人标识对应存储的工作状态参数,计算相同级别的审批人标识对应的审批被选率;及
显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息。
一种审批人的辅助选择装置,包括:
第一获取模块,用于获取待审批任务的审批关键字;
审批人标识获取模块,用于根据预设的审批关键字与审批人标识的对应关系,在预存的审批人标识中获取对应的审批人标识;
计算模块,用于根据与获取的审批人标识对应存储的工作状态参数,计算相同级别的审批人标识对应的审批被选率;及
第一显示模块,用于显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
获取待审批任务的审批关键字;
根据预设的审批关键字与审批人标识的对应关系,在预存的审批人标识中获取对应的审批人标识;
根据与获取的审批人标识对应存储的工作状态参数,计算相同级别的审批人标识对应的审批被选率;及
显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息。
一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
获取待审批任务的审批关键字;
根据预设的审批关键字与审批人标识的对应关系,在预存的审批人标识 中获取对应的审批人标识;
根据与获取的审批人标识对应存储的工作状态参数,计算相同级别的审批人标识对应的审批被选率;及
显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息。

为了使本申请的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请提供的审批人的辅助选择方法,可以应用于如图1A所示的应用环境中。终端102与服务器104通过网络进行通信。服务器104通过获取待 审批任务的审批关键字,根据预设的审批关键字与审批人标识的对应关系,在预存的审批人标识中获取对应的审批人标识,根据与获取的审批人标识对应存储的工作状态参数,计算相同级别的审批人标识对应的审批被选率,然后显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息,最后,在接收到用户根据该提示消息选择的审批人标识对应的审批人时,将待审批任务分配给用户选择的审批人标识对应的审批人,审批人可通过该终端102接收分配的待审批任务并对待审批任务进行处理。终端102可以但不限于是各种个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑和便携式可穿戴设备,服务器104可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。
图1B为根据本申请的其中一个实施例的审批人的辅助选择方法的流程图,下面结合图1B来详细描述根据本申请的其中一个实施例的审批人的辅助选择方法,如图1B所示,该审批人的辅助选择方法包括以下步骤S101至S104。
S101、获取待审批任务的审批关键字。
根据本申请的其中一个实施例,该审批任务包括但不限于投保单报价的变更,业务员的业务贡献奖金的变更,已承保的保单中的担保金额的变更等等。其中该审批关键字即表示该审批任务的类型的关键字,该审批关键字包括但不限于报价、承保单报价、奖金等等。
根据本实施例的其中一个使用场景,由于不同的审批任务的类型可能会由于审批任务的不同被分配给不同部门的领导进行审批,获取该审批任务的关键字有利于后续步骤中根据该关键字获取具有审批权限的审批人。
S102、根据预设的审批关键字与审批人标识的对应关系,在预存的审批人标识中获取对应的审批人标识。
根据本实施例的其中一个示例,该审批人标识包括但不限于审批人的身份证号码、审批人的姓名、审批人的工号、审批人的联系电话或邮箱等等。其中,具有审批权限的审批人是指系统中存储的与上述获取的审批关键字具 有映射关系的审批人,例如业务员的业务贡献奖金的变更这种审批任务一般会由上级领导、公司负责人、财务部进行审批,而不会让行政部的领导进行审批。系统会根据预存的审批关键字与审批人标识之间的映射关系,查找到对应的审批人标识,查找到的审批人标识对应的审批人即表示具有审批该待审批文件权限的审批人。
S103、根据与获取的审批人标识对应存储的工作状态参数,计算相同级别的审批人标识对应的审批被选率。
相同级别是指与该审批人的审批人标识对应预设的级别因子,例如级别因子为01,表示该审批人标识对应审批人的级别为部门经理,级别因子为02表示该审批人标识对应审批人的级别的财务主管等等。
根据本实施例的其中一个使用场景,为了协调管理部门的内部事务,一个部门内同一级别的负责人可能设立有多个,例如涉及报价相关的变更,可能有多个部门经理都具有审批该任务的职能,此时则需要分别计算相同级别中每个审批人的审批被选率,以确定一个最优的审批人。
根据本实施例的其中一个示例,为了便于挑选出最优的审批人,该步骤S103还包括:将计算的审批人标识对应的审批人按照审批被选率的高低进行排序。
根据本实施例的另一示例,上述工作状态参数包括所述审批人标识对应审批人的在职状态因子、平均审批速度、级别因子;通过以下公式计算所述审批被选率:

X表示计算的审批被选率,x in表示根据审批人标识对应审批人的在职状态预设的在职状态因子,x time表示审批人标识对应审批人的平均审批速度,x senior表示根据所述审批人标识对应审批人的级别对应预设的级别因子,a表示预设的平均审批速度的权重值,b表示预设的级别因子的权重值。
进一步地,该审批人的平均审批速度x time可以通过以下方式计算得到:
获取系统中预存的该审批人标识对应审批人处理过的每个审批任务的所 花费的时间,将获取的每个审批任务花费的时间求和,然后将求和结果除以总的审批任务的数量即可得到该平均审批速度x time
根据本实施例的另一示例,为了使得计算的审批被选率更加符合待审批人任务的业务紧急情况,上述审批人标识对应审批人的在职状态因子x in可以根据不同的待审批任务以及对应审批人的实际在职状态(该在职状态包括但不限于离职、休假的时间等等)预设不同的值了具体地包括以下三种情况。
1)、当待审批任务为投保单报价的变更时:当审批人标识对应的审批人为在职未休假时,该职状态因子x in取值为1;当审批人标识对应审批人的休假时间不大于七天时,该职状态因子x in的取值为0.5;当审批人标识对应审批人的休假时间大于七天时,该职状态因子x in的取值为0。
2)、当该待审批任务为业务员的业务贡献奖金的变更时:当审批人标识对应的审批人为在职未休假时,该职状态因子x in取值为1;当审批人标识对应审批人的休假时间不大于四天时,该职状态因子x in的取值为0.5;当审批人标识对应审批人的休假时间大于四天时,该职状态因子x in的取值为0。
3)、当待审批任务为已承保的保单中的担保金额的变更时:当审批人标识对应的审批人为在职未休假时,该职状态因子x in取值为1;当审批人标识对应审批人的休假时间不大于两天时,该职状态因子x in的取值为0.5;当审批人标识对应审批人的休假时间大于两天时,该职状态因子x in的取值为0。
S104、显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息。
根据本实施例的其中一个示例,该提示消息可以以弹出窗口的形式显示,也可以直接在当前页面的空白区域进行显示,以提示用户将该待审批任务分配给显示的审批人。
进一步地,为了使得同一审批人标识对应审批人的审批任务不至于过多,该审批人的辅助选择方法还包括以下步骤(1)和步骤(2)。
(1)、查询分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识对应审批人的审批任务中未完成的审批任务的数量。
(2)、当查询的未完成的审批任务的数量未超过预设值时,显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息,否则,显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率次高的审批人标识对应的审批人的提示消息。
审批人的未完成的审批任务的数量的预设值可以根据审批人的审批能力预设,例如对于审批效率比较高的人可以设置较高的预设值,对应的,对于审批效率较低的人可以设置相对低的预设值。例如在查询历史审批记录中发现审批人A的平均月审批任务数量为5,则可以对该审批人的未完成的审批任务的数量的预设值设为5,表示如果审批人A计算的审批被选率最高,但是当分配给审批人A的审批任务中未完成审批工作的任务数量超过5时,将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率次高的审批人标识对应的审批人。
根据本申请的其中一个示例,在该步骤(2)的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
再次查询分配给审批被选率次高的审批人标识对应的审批人的审批任务中未完成的审批任务的数量,当该查询的未完成的审批任务的数量未超过预设的阈值时,显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率次高的审批人标识对应的审批人的提示消息,否则,显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率第三高的审批人标识对应的审批人的提示消息,以此类推,直到查询的审批人标识对应审批人未完成的审批任务的数量未超过预设的阈值。
根据本申请的其中一个实施例,当待审批任务为电子审批任务时,在该步骤S104的步骤之后,该审批人的辅助选择方法还包括:
接收用户根据该提示消息选择的审批人标识对应的审批人,然后将上述待审批任务分配给用户选择的审批人标识对应的审批人。
根据本实施例的其中一个示例,上述公式1中的平均审批速度的权重值a和级别因子的权重值b可以根据审批人的级别预设不同的值,以使得级别高的审批人占用较高的比重,以符合实际的业务情况,使得显示的审批人标识对应的审批人为最优的审批人,具体地,当审批人标识对应审批的级别对应的级别因子为01时,例如表示第一级的审批人(例如部门主管),对应的平均审批速度的权重值a L1取值为0.8,对应的级别因子的权重值b L1取值为0.2; 当审批人标识对应审批的级别对应的级别因子为02时,例如表示第二级的审批人(例如公司经理),对应的平均审批速度的权重值a L2取值为0.6,对应的级别因子的权重值b L2取值为0.4;当审批人标识对应审批的级别对应的级别因子为03时,例如表示第三级的审批人,对应的平均审批速度的权重值a L3取值为0.4,对应的级别因子的权重值b L3取值为0.6。
本实施例通过根据审批人的工作状态参数获取对应审批人的工作状态,依据该工作状态参数计算一审批被选率,并将审批被选率最高的审批人标识对应的审批人显示,使得用户可以依据显示的审批人选择对应的审批人进行审批作业,以达到辅助用户选择审批人的效果,使得用户依据提示消息选择的审批人在当前时期内是最为合适的,从而加快审批流程的流转速度,提高工作效率。
图2为根据本申请的另一实施例的审批人的辅助选择方法的流程图,如图2所示的根据本申请的另一实施例提供的审批人的辅助选择方法,该方法在包括上述步骤S101至S104的基础上还包括:
S201、当该级别包括两个以上时,将显示的每个级别下的审批人标识按照该级别的高低进行排序。
排序的过程可以是按照级别的高低升序排列,也可以是降序排列。
S202、显示排序后的审批人标识及对应的级别。
排序后的显示方式可以按照从低到高的级别显示对应的审批人,也可以按照级别从高到低的顺序显示对应的审批人。
根据本实施例的其中一个使用场景,例如显示的每个级别的审批被选率最高的审批人标识对应的审批人分别为财务主管张三、部门经理李四、公司主管王五,则显示排序后的审批人标识及对应的级别的显示方式可以是“部门经理李四——公司主管王五——财务主管张三”。
本实施例通过将每个级别中的审批被选率最高的审批人按照级别的高低进行排序后再显示,以形成审批链,使得用户可以一目了然的得知该审批流程的流转对象,进一步加快审批过程。
图3为根据本申请的又一实施例的审批人的辅助选择方法的流程图,如图3所示的根据本申请的又一实施例的审批人的辅助选择方法,如图3所示,该审批人的辅助选择方法在包括上述步骤S101至S104基础上,还包括步骤S301和S302。
S301、获取与该审批任务的审批关键字对应存储的审批资料的关键字。
根据本实施例的一个示例,该审批资料的关键字例如该待审批任务的审批资料的文件名称,包括但不限于需要盖章的文件的名称、业务数据表的名称等等。
S302、显示获取的该审批资料的关键字。
根据本实施例的其中一个示例,该审批资料的关键字可以与上述显示的审批人对应显示,当每个审批人所需要审批的资料的不同时,该方法还包括将每个审批人标识对应审批人所需要审批的资料的关键字与该审批人对应显示,其显示方法例如:
(1)、部门经理李四——A 1、A 2、A 3
(2)、公司主管王五——A 2、B 1、B 2
(3)、财务主管张三——A 3、C 1
在该步骤中,由于不同的审批任务所需要审批的资料一般会有差异,例如投保单报价的变更、业务员的业务贡献奖金的变更、已承保的保单中的担保金额的变更,这三种审批任务所需要审批的资料一般不同,根据本申请的其中一个实施例将每个审批关键字对应的待批任务所对应需要审批的资料的关键字显示,如上述使用场景中,部门经理李四审批该审批任务时需要审批的资料有A 1、A 2、A 3,公司主管王五审批该审批任务时需要审批的资料有A 2、B 1、B 2,财务主管张三审批该审批任务时需要审批的资料有A 3、C 1,使得即使用户对该审批任务所需要提供的资料不了解,也可以通过本实施例提供的方法直接提供的对应的资料,给用户带来极大的便利。
应该理解的是,虽然图1B-图3的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本 文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图1B-图3中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。
图4为根据本申请的其中一个实施例的审批人的辅助选择装置的框图,下面结合图4来详细描述根据本申请的其中一个实施例的审批人的辅助选择装置,如图4所示,该审批人的辅助选择装置10包括:
第一获取模块11,用于获取待审批任务的审批关键字;
审批人标识获取模块12,用于根据预设的审批关键字与审批人标识的对应关系,在预存的审批人标识中获取对应的审批人标识;

根据本实施例的其中一个示例,该审批资料的关键字可以与上述显示的审批人对应显示,当每个审批人所需要审批的资料的不同时,该方法还包括将每个审批人标识对应审批人所需要审批的资料的关键字与该审批人对应显示,该第三显示模块的显示方法例如:

由于不同的审批任务所需要审批的资料一般会有差异,例如投保单报价的变更、业务员的业务贡献奖金的变更、已承保的保单中的担保金额的变更,这三种审批任务所需要审批的资料一般不同,根据本申请的其中一个实施例将每个审批关键字对应的待批任务所对应需要审批的资料的关键字显示,使得即使用户对该审批任务所需要提供的资料不了解,也可以通过本实施例提供的方法直接提供的对应的资料,给用户带来极大的便利。
根据本申请的其中一个实施例,当待审批任务为电子审批任务时,该审批人的辅助选择装置还包括:
分配模块,用于接收用户根据该提示消息选择的审批人标识对应的审批人,然后将上述待审批任务分配给用户选择的审批人标识对应的审批人。
关于审批人的辅助选择装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于审批人的辅助选择方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述审批人的辅助选择装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
图5为根据本申请的其中一个实施例的计算机设备的示范性结构框图,如图5所示,该计算机设备可以为PC个人电脑,该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、非易失性存储介质、内存储器、输入装置和显示屏。其中,该计算机设备的非易失性存储介质可存储操作系统和计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被执行时,可使得处理器执行本申请各实施例中的一种审批人的辅助选择方法,该方法的具体实现过程可参考图1B至图3中各实施例的具体内容,在此不再赘述。该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个计算机设备的运行。该内存储器中可储存有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器执行一种审批人的辅助选择方法。计算机设备的输入装置用于各个参数的输入,计算机设备的显示屏用于进行显示。本领域技术人员可以理解,图5中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现本申请任意一个实施例中提供的审批人的辅助选择方法的步骤。
一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,计算机可读指 令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器实现本申请任意一个实施例中提供的审批人的辅助选择方法的步骤。
根据本实施例的其中一个示例,上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述计算机可读指令可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,如本申请实施例中,该计算机可读指令可存储于计算机系统的存储介质中,并被该计算机系统中的至少一个处理器执行,以实现包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。该存储介质包括但不限于磁碟、优盘、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种审批人的辅助选择方法,包括:
    获取待审批任务的审批关键字;
    根据预设的审批关键字与审批人标识的对应关系,在预存的审批人标识中获取对应的审批人标识;
    根据与获取的审批人标识对应存储的工作状态参数,计算相同级别的审批人标识对应的审批被选率;及
    显示将所述待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在显示将所述待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息之后,还包括:
    当所述级别包括两个以上时,将显示的每个级别下的审批人标识按照所述级别的高低进行排序;及
    显示排序后的审批人标识及对应的级别。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示将所述待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息,还包括:
    查询分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识对应审批人的审批任务中未完成的审批任务的数量;
    当查询的未完成的审批任务的数量未超过预设值时,显示将所述待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息,及否则,显示将所述待审批任务分配给审批被选率次高的审批人标识对应的审批人的提示消息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述工作状态参数包括所述审批人标识对应审批人的在职状态因子、平均审批速度、级别因子;通过以下公式计算所述审批被选率:

  6. 一种审批人的辅助选择装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取待审批任务的审批关键字;
    审批人标识获取模块,用于根据预设的审批关键字与审批人标识的对应关系,在预存的审批人标识中获取对应的审批人标识;
    计算模块,用于根据与获取的审批人标识对应存储的工作状态参数,计算相同级别的审批人标识对应的审批被选率;及
    第一显示模块,用于显示将所述待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    排序模块,用于当所述级别包括两个以上时,将显示的每个级别下的审批人标识按照所述级别的高低进行排序;及
    第二显示模块,用于显示排序后的审批人标识及对应的级别。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二获取模块,用于获取与所述审批任务的审批关键字对应存储的审批资料的关键字;及
    第三显示模块,用于显示获取的所述审批资料的关键字。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    查询模块,用于查询分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识对应审批人的审批任务中未完成的审批任务的数量;
    所述第一显示模块还用于当查询的未完成的审批任务的数量未超过预设值时,显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息,及否则,显示将该待审批任务分配给审批被选率次高的审批人标识对应的审 批人的提示消息。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述工作状态参数包括所述审批人标识对应审批人的在职状态因子、平均审批速度、级别因子;通过以下公式计算所述审批被选率:
    X=x in(a*x time+b*x senior);
    X表示计算的审批被选率,x in表示根据审批人标识对应审批人的在职状态预设的在职状态因子,x time表示审批人标识对应审批人的平均审批速度,x senior表示根据所述审批人标识对应审批人的级别对应预设的级别因子,a表示预设的平均审批速度的权重值,b表示预设的级别因子的权重值。
  11. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取待审批任务的审批关键字;
    根据预设的审批关键字与审批人标识的对应关系,在预存的审批人标识中获取对应的审批人标识;
    根据与获取的审批人标识对应存储的工作状态参数,计算相同级别的审批人标识对应的审批被选率;及
    显示将所述待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    当所述级别包括两个以上时,将显示的每个级别下的审批人标识按照所述级别的高低进行排序;及
    显示排序后的审批人标识及对应的级别。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    查询分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识对应审批人的审批任务中未完 成的审批任务的数量;
    当查询的未完成的审批任务的数量未超过预设值时,显示将所述待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息,及否则,显示将所述待审批任务分配给审批被选率次高的审批人标识对应的审批人的提示消息。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述工作状态参数包括所述审批人标识对应审批人的在职状态因子、平均审批速度、级别因子;通过以下公式计算所述审批被选率:
    X=x in(a*x time+b*x senior);
    X表示计算的审批被选率,x in表示根据审批人标识对应审批人的在职状态预设的在职状态因子,x time表示审批人标识对应审批人的平均审批速度,x senior表示根据所述审批人标识对应审批人的级别对应预设的级别因子,a表示预设的平均审批速度的权重值,b表示预设的级别因子的权重值。
  15. 根据权利要求11至14中任意一项所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    获取与所述审批任务的审批关键字对应存储的审批资料的关键字;及
    显示获取的所述审批资料的关键字。
  16. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取待审批任务的审批关键字;
    根据预设的审批关键字与审批人标识的对应关系,在预存的审批人标识中获取对应的审批人标识;
    根据与获取的审批人标识对应存储的工作状态参数,计算相同级别的审批人标识对应的审批被选率;及
    显示将所述待审批任务分配给审批被选率最高的审批人标识的提示消息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指 令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    当所述级别包括两个以上时,将显示的每个级别下的审批人标识按照所述级别的高低进行排序;及
