为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
图1为一个实施例中案件处理系统的系统架构图。如图1所示,该系统架构图包括数据服务器102、统计服务器104和报表服务器106。统计服务器104用于定时向数据服务器102发送案件数据获取请求。数据服务器102接收到统计服务器104定时发送的案件数据获取请求后,根据案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将获取的案件数据发送至统计服务器104。统计服务器104接收到数据服务器102发送的案件数据后,将案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器106。报表服务器106接收统计服务器104发送的统计结果,并根据统计结果生成数据报表。可以理解的是,本申请提供的实施例中,数据服务器102、统计服务器104和报表服务器106是指用于响应服务请求,同时提供计算服务的设备,例如可以是一台或者多台计算机。在本申请提供的其他实施例中,用户通过用户终端输入案件处理指令,通过用户终端发送案件处理请求至统计服务器。统计服务器在接收到用户终端发送的案件处理请求之后,会新建获取案件数据的任务,并通过设置定时器定时触发获取案件数据的任务。当定时器到达指定时间时,则开启获取案件数据的任务,并向数据服务器发起案件数据获取请求。
图2为一个实施例中服务器的内部结构示意图。如图2所示,该服务器包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器和网络接口。该计算机设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器,该服务器的非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和计算机可读指令,数据库中存储有案件数据,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现适用于服务器的一种案件处理方法。该服务器的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个服务器的运行。该服务器的内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的实现案件处理方法的案件处理装置的运行提供环境。该服务器的网络接口用于据以与外部的终端通过网络连接通信,比如接收终端发送的案件处理请求以及向终端返回案件处理结果等。服务器可 以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。本领域技术人员可以理解,图2中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的服务器的限定,具体的服务器可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。可以理解的是,图2中所示的服务器,适用于图1中所示的数据服务器102、统计服务器104和报表服务器106中的任意一个服务器。
图3为一个实施例中案件处理系统的时序图。如图3所示,一种案件处理系统包括数据服务器302、统计服务器304和报表服务器306。
数据服务器302,用于接收统计服务器304定时发送的案件数据获取请求,根据案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将案件数据发送至统计服务器304。
在本申请提供的实施例中,案件数据是指业务管理系统中记录的从发生事件到结束过程中所产生的相关数据。例如,对于保险产品来说,在客户购买保险产品后,业务管理系统会记录客户的个人信息和购买的保险产品的相关信息。而在客户发生意外事件需要索赔的时候,又会在业务管理系统中记录该索赔事件从启动到结束过程中所产生的相关数据,该相关数据就可以为案件数据。案件数据还可以是保险产品中从客户投保到退保过程中所产生的相关数据。一般地,案件数据中可以包括案件编号、案件发生时间、案件状态等信息。
具体地,案件可以分为已结案件和未结案件。已结案件是指已经发生同时也已经结束的事件,未结案件是指已经发生但还没有结束的事件。例如对于需要索赔的事件已经进行了索赔,那么该案件已经结束了就为已结案件,若还没有决定是否索赔的案件就为未结案件。
在其中一个实施例中,案件数据可以包括第一数据和第二数据,则第一数据可以是指结案数据,即已结案件所产生的相关数据,第二数据可以是指未结数据,即未结案件所产生的相关数据。
进一步地,案件数据获取请求是指用于获取案件数据的请求,案件数据 获取请求中可以但不限于包括请求发送时间、案件数据标识、请求发送标识、请求接收标识、案件数据存储地址、获取的数据量等内容。统计服务器通过设置定时器定时触发获取案件数据的任务,当定时器到达指定时间时,则开启获取案件数据的任务,并向数据服务器发起案件数据获取请求。例如,统计服务器每个月1号触发获取案件数据的任务,并向数据服务器发起案件数据获取请求。
在业务运作的过程中,数据服务器会将业务运作过程中产生的案件数据进行存储。具体地,数据服务器可以以表格文件的形式将案件数据进行存储。表格文件是指以表格形式存储数据的文件,例如表格文件可以是excel文件、数据库文件等形式的文件。当数据服务器接收到案件数据获取请求时,数据服务器根据案件数据获取请求中的案件数据存储地址获取案件数据文件,根据案件数据标识和获取的数据量获取对应的案件数据,并将获取的案件数据发送至统计服务器。
在其中一个实施例中,数据服务器还包括第一数据服务器和第二数据服务器,在业务运作过程中,第一数据服务器用于将第一数据进行存储,第二数据服务器用于将第二数据进行存储。因此,统计服务器发送的案件数据获取请求可以包括第一数据获取请求和第二数据获取请求,第一数据获取请求用于获取第一数据,第二数据获取请求用于获取第二数据。
具体地,第一服务器用于接收统计服务器定时发送的第一数据获取请求,根据第一数据获取请求获取第一数据,并将第一数据发送至统计服务器;第二服务器用于接收统计服务器定时发送的第二数据获取请求,根据第二数据获取请求获取第二数据,并将第二数据发送至统计服务器。
统计服务器304,用于定时向数据服务器发送案件数据获取请求,并接收数据服务器发送的案件数据,将案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
在本申请提供的实施例中,案件数据中记录着案件发生的时间、结束时间、案件状态、案件金额等相关信息。将案件数据按照预设维度进行统计, 是指根据案件数据中一项或多项维度设置统计条件,统计案件数据中符合该统计条件的数据量。例如,按照案件发生的时间进行统计,统计2017年2月发生的案件数据的数据量。
在其中一个实施例中,统计服务器还用于定时向第一数据服务器发送第一数据获取请求,定时向第二数据服务器发送第二数据获取请求,并接收第一数据服务器发送的第一数据以及第二数据服务器发送的第二数据,将第一数据和第二数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
报表服务器306,用于接收统计服务器发送的统计结果,并根据统计结果生成数据报表,数据报表用于根据预设维度展示案件的统计结果。
在本申请提供的实施例中,报表服务器用于根据统计服务器发送的统计结果生成数据报表。生成的数据报表按照一定规律将统计结果进行展示,这样可以清楚地展示所有案件的状态,便于对所有案件的跟踪和处理。
图4为一个实施例中生成的数据报表的示意图,如图4所示,生成的数据报表包括报案追踪表、赔款追踪表和状态变动表。报案追踪表是指对所有已经发生的案件的相关状态和信息进行展示的表格,赔款追踪表是指对于已经发生且需要赔款的案件的相关状态和信息进行展示的表格,状态变动表是指对于案件状态发生变化的案件的相关状态和信息进行展示的表格,案件状态是指案件处于结案或者未结案的状态。
上述案件处理系统,通过数据服务器存储和获取案件数据,并通过统计服务器对案件数据进行统计,在报表服务器上生成数据报表。通过不同的服务器去获取和处理数据,在面对庞大的数据量时,可以提高数据的处理效率。同时展示案件的统计结果可以对案件进行跟踪处理,提高了业务处理效率。
图5为另一个实施例中案件处理系统的时序图。如图5所示,一种案件处理系统包括数据服务器502、分类服务器504、统计服务器506和报表服务器508。
数据服务器502,用于接收统计服务器506定时发送的案件数据获取请求,根据所述案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将所述案件数据发送至分 类服务器504。
分类服务器504,用于接收数据服务器502发送的案件数据,统计案件数据的数据量,并根据数据量将案件数据平均分成预设份数,并将分成预设份数的案件数据发送给统计服务器506。
在本申请提供的实施例中,数据量是指数据服务器发送的案件数据的数据量,将案件数据平均分成预设份数,使得每一份案件数据的数据量是相等的。再将分成预设份数之后的案件数据发送至统计服务器。例如,将100条案件数据平均分成10份,那么每一份数据就是10条。
具体地,所有案件数据都有对应的连续的编号,分类服务器会统计案件数据的数据量,并根据该数据量确定每一份数据的数据量。再根据案件数据的编号和每一份数据的数量确定每一份数据对应的编号,那么直接通过读取每一个数据对应的编号就可以获取对应的每一份案件数据。例如,案件数据总共有10条,案件数据对应的编号为1至10,若预设份数为5份,则每一份案件数据就为2条。那么分类的结果如下:编号为1和2、3和4、5和6、7和8、9和10的案件数据分别为同一份案件数据。
统计服务器506,用于定时向数据服务器502发送案件数据获取请求,接收分类服务器504发送的分成预设份数的案件数据,将分成预设份数的案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器508。
在本申请提供的实施例中,统计服务器还用于将分成预设份数的案件数据分配给预设数量的进程,将分成预设份数的案件数据分别在预设数量的进程中按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。进程是指系统进行资源分配和调度的基本单位,系统中需要通过这个基本单位来执行程序来完成一定的独立功能。一般地,多条进程可以一起并发执行。
具体地,可以通过Oracle Job进行任务划分,并设定任务执行的开始时间、需要进行统计的案件数据,在该执行的开始时间达到时,自动对需要进行统计的案件数据进行任务统计。数据库是一种按照数据结构来组织、存储和管理数据的仓库,Oracle是一种数据库管理系统,Oracle Job是Oracle数据 库提供的一种可以定期执行某个存储过程的功能。
报表服务器508,用于接收统计服务器508发送的统计结果,并根据统计结果生成数据报表,所述数据报表用于根据预设维度展示案件的统计结果。
在本申请提供的实施例中,生成的数据报表按照一定规律将统计结果进行展示,数据报表可以以一种以特定形式进行存储。例如数据报表可以是表格、饼状图、柱状图、曲线图等形式存储的文件,通过表格、饼状图、柱状图、曲线图等形式反应了案件变化情况和规律。
在本申请提供的实施例中,报表服务器主要用于存储数据报表,该数据报表保存存储在报表服务器中的预设报表存储地址中,通过该预设报表存储地址就可以获取该数据报表。用户可以通过用户终端输入数据报表查询指令,用户终端接收到数据报表查询指令后向报表服务器发送数据报表查询请求。报表服务器根据该数据报表查询请求查询并返回对应的数据报表至用户终端,用户终端再将该数据报表进行显示。
具体地,数据报表查询指令可以是触控操作、物理按键的按压操作、语音控制操作或对用户终端的晃动操作等触发操作。触控操作有触摸点击操作、触摸长按操作、触摸滑动操作、多点触控操作等,触摸长按操作是超过预设时长的触摸按压操作。用户终端可以以网页附件的形式将数据报表进行显示,用户直接在用户终端的网页上点击报表下载按钮,就可以获取该数据报表。
上述案件处理系统,通过数据服务器存储和获取案件数据,并通过统计服务器对案件数据进行统计,在报表服务器上生成数据报表。通过不同的服务器去获取和处理数据,在面对庞大的数据量时,可以提高数据的处理效率。同时,将案件数据进行分类,同时在多个进行中进行处理,进一步提高了数据的处理效率。展示案件的统计结果可以对案件进行跟踪处理,这样大大地提高了业务处理效率。
图6为一个实施例中案件处理方法的流程图。如图6所示,该案件处理方法包括步骤S602至步骤S608。
步骤S602,通过统计服务器定时向数据服务器发送案件数据获取请求。
在其中一个实施例中,案件数据可以包括第一数据和第二数据,数据服务器还包括第一数据服务器和第二数据服务器。在业务运作过程中,第一数据服务器用于将第一数据进行存储,第二数据服务器用于将第二数据进行存储。因此,统计服务器发送的案件数据获取请求可以包括第一数据获取请求和第二数据获取请求,第一数据获取请求用于获取第一数据,第二数据获取请求用于获取第二数据。
具体地,通过统计服务器定时向第一数据服务器发送案件第一数据获取请求,并通过统计服务器定时向第二数据服务器发送案件第二数据获取请求。
步骤S604,通过数据服务器接收统计服务器定时发送的案件数据获取请求,根据案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将案件数据发送至统计服务器。
在本申请提供的实施例中,通过数据服务器接收统计服务器定时发送的案件数据获取请求,根据案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将案件数据发送至统计服务器包括:通过第一数据服务器接收统计服务器定时发送的第一数据获取请求,根据第一数据获取请求获取第一数据,并将第一数据发送至统计服务器;以及通过第二数据服务器接收统计服务器定时发送的案件第二数据获取请求,根据第二数据获取请求获取第二数据,并将第二数据发送至统计服务器。
步骤S606,通过统计服务器接收数据服务器发送的案件数据,将案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
在其中一个实施例中,该案件处理方法还包括:通过分类服务器接收所述数据服务器发送的案件数据,统计所述案件数据的数据量,并根据所述数据量将所述案件数据平均分成预设份数,并将分成预设份数的案件数据发送给所述统计服务器。
进一步地,通过所述统计服务器接收分类服务器发送的分成预设份数的案件数据,将所述分成预设份数的案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
具体地,将所述分成预设份数的案件数据分配给预设数量的进程,将所 述分成预设份数的案件数据分别在所述预设数量的进程中按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
步骤S608,通过报表服务器接收统计服务器发送的统计结果,并根据统计结果生成数据报表,数据报表用于根据预设维度展示案件的统计结果。
在本申请提供的实施例中,报表服务器主要用于存储数据报表,该数据报表保存存储在报表服务器中的预设报表存储地址中,通过该预设报表存储地址就可以获取该数据报表。
本申请实施例提供的案件处理方法,通过数据服务器存储和获取案件数据,并通过统计服务器对案件数据进行统计,在报表服务器上生成数据报表。通过不同的服务器去获取和处理数据,在面对庞大的数据量时,可以提高数据的处理效率。同时展示案件的统计结果可以对案件进行跟踪处理,提高了业务处理效率。
应该理解的是,虽然图6的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图6中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。

  1. 一种案件处理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    数据服务器,用于接收统计服务器定时发送的案件数据获取请求,根据所述案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将所述案件数据发送至统计服务器;
    统计服务器,用于定时向数据服务器发送案件数据获取请求,并接收所述数据服务器发送的案件数据,将所述案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器;及
    报表服务器,用于接收所述统计服务器发送的统计结果,并根据所述统计结果生成数据报表,所述数据报表用于根据预设维度展示案件的统计结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的案件处理系统,其特征在于,所述数据服务器包括第一数据服务器和第二数据服务器,所述第一服务器用于接收统计服务器定时发送的第一数据获取请求,根据所述第一数据获取请求获取第一数据,并将所述第一数据发送至所述统计服务器;及所述第二服务器用于接收统计服务器定时发送的第二数据获取请求,根据所述第二数据获取请求获取第二数据,并将所述第二数据发送至所述统计服务器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的案件处理系统,其特征在于,所述案件处理系统还包括:
    分类服务器,用于接收所述数据服务器发送的案件数据,统计所述案件数据的数据量,并根据所述数据量将所述案件数据平均分成预设份数,并将分成预设份数的案件数据发送给所述统计服务器。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的案件处理系统,其特征在于,所述统计服务器用于定时向数据服务器发送案件数据获取请求,接收分类服务器发送的分成预设份数的案件数据,将所述分成预设份数的案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的案件处理系统,其特征在于,所述统计服务器还用于将所述分成预设份数的案件数据分配给预设数量的进程,将所述分成预设份数的案件数据分别在所述预设数量的进程中按照预设维度进行统计, 并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
  6. 一种案件处理方法,包括:
    通过统计服务器定时向数据服务器发送案件数据获取请求;
    通过所述数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的案件数据获取请求,根据所述案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将所述案件数据发送至所述统计服务器;
    通过所述统计服务器接收所述数据服务器发送的案件数据,将所述案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器;以及
    通过所述报表服务器接收所述统计服务器发送的统计结果,并根据所述统计结果生成数据报表,所述数据报表用于根据预设维度展示案件的统计结果。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的案件处理方法,其特征在于,所述通过统计服务器定时向数据服务器发送案件数据获取请求包括:
    通过统计服务器定时向第一数据服务器发送案件第一数据获取请求,并通过统计服务器定时向第二数据服务器发送案件第二数据获取请求;
    所述通过所述数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的案件数据获取请求,根据所述案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将所述案件数据发送至所述统计服务器包括:
    通过所述第一数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的第一数据获取请求,根据所述第一数据获取请求获取第一数据,并将所述第一数据发送至所述统计服务器;以及
    通过所述第二数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的案件第二数据获取请求,根据所述第二数据获取请求获取第二数据,并将所述第二数据发送至所述统计服务器。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的案件处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    通过分类服务器接收所述数据服务器发送的案件数据,统计所述案件数据的数据量,并根据所述数据量将所述案件数据平均分成预设份数,并将分 成预设份数的案件数据发送给所述统计服务器。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的案件处理方法,其特征在于,所述通过所述统计服务器接收所述数据服务器发送的案件数据,将所述案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器包括:
    通过所述统计服务器接收分类服务器发送的分成预设份数的案件数据,将所述分成预设份数的案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的案件处理方法,其特征在于,所述将所述分成预设份数的案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器包括:
    将所述分成预设份数的案件数据分配给预设数量的进程,将所述分成预设份数的案件数据分别在所述预设数量的进程中按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
  11. 一种服务器,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    通过统计服务器定时向数据服务器发送案件数据获取请求;
    通过所述数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的案件数据获取请求,根据所述案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将所述案件数据发送至所述统计服务器;
    通过所述统计服务器接收所述数据服务器发送的案件数据,将所述案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器;以及
    通过所述报表服务器接收所述统计服务器发送的统计结果,并根据所述统计结果生成数据报表,所述数据报表用于根据预设维度展示案件的统计结果。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    通过统计服务器定时向第一数据服务器发送案件第一数据获取请求,并通过统计服务器定时向第二数据服务器发送案件第二数据获取请求;
    所述通过所述数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的案件数据获取请求,根据所述案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将所述案件数据发送至所述统计服务器包括:
    通过所述第一数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的第一数据获取请求,根据所述第一数据获取请求获取第一数据,并将所述第一数据发送至所述统计服务器;以及
    通过所述第二数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的案件第二数据获取请求,根据所述第二数据获取请求获取第二数据,并将所述第二数据发送至所述统计服务器。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    通过分类服务器接收所述数据服务器发送的案件数据,统计所述案件数据的数据量,并根据所述数据量将所述案件数据平均分成预设份数,并将分成预设份数的案件数据发送给所述统计服务器。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    通过所述统计服务器接收分类服务器发送的分成预设份数的案件数据,将所述分成预设份数的案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    将所述分成预设份数的案件数据分配给预设数量的进程,将所述分成预设份数的案件数据分别在所述预设数量的进程中按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
  16. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质, 所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    通过统计服务器定时向数据服务器发送案件数据获取请求;
    通过所述数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的案件数据获取请求,根据所述案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将所述案件数据发送至所述统计服务器;
    通过所述统计服务器接收所述数据服务器发送的案件数据,将所述案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器;以及
    通过所述报表服务器接收所述统计服务器发送的统计结果,并根据所述统计结果生成数据报表,所述数据报表用于根据预设维度展示案件的统计结果。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    通过统计服务器定时向第一数据服务器发送案件第一数据获取请求,并通过统计服务器定时向第二数据服务器发送案件第二数据获取请求;
    所述通过所述数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的案件数据获取请求,根据所述案件数据获取请求获取案件数据,并将所述案件数据发送至所述统计服务器包括:
    通过所述第一数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的第一数据获取请求,根据所述第一数据获取请求获取第一数据,并将所述第一数据发送至所述统计服务器;以及
    通过所述第二数据服务器接收所述统计服务器定时发送的案件第二数据获取请求,根据所述第二数据获取请求获取第二数据,并将所述第二数据发送至所述统计服务器。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    通过分类服务器接收所述数据服务器发送的案件数据,统计所述案件数 据的数据量,并根据所述数据量将所述案件数据平均分成预设份数,并将分成预设份数的案件数据发送给所述统计服务器。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    通过所述统计服务器接收分类服务器发送的分成预设份数的案件数据,将所述分成预设份数的案件数据按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    将所述分成预设份数的案件数据分配给预设数量的进程,将所述分成预设份数的案件数据分别在所述预设数量的进程中按照预设维度进行统计,并将统计结果发送给报表服务器。
