Description

通过上述设置,卡接支柱可以对卡扣52产生均匀的反作用力,在驱动卡扣52卡接位置向拆装位置滑动时更稳定,避免轴向拉压内盖本体51时难以合理施力而导致掉落和碰撞。
其中,为便于施加轴向拉压力,内盖本体51上可以固定设置有把手54。例如,把手54可以通过铆钉55铆接至内盖本体51上。由此,在使用过程中不会将把手54从内盖本体51拆下,避免装反。所述把手54可以为塑料件,包括塑胶材质和电木材质等。其中,为提高施力效率,把手54与卡扣52可以形成、布置为具有共同的中心轴线。例如,在图示实施方式中,把手54为回转件,卡扣52具有用于贴合卡接支柱43的弧形触碰面52c,该触碰面52c的曲率中心位于把手54的回转轴线上,或者,圆周布置的多个卡扣52环绕的中心轴线与把手54的回转轴线重合。由此,能够以较小的拉力,将内盖组件5从外盖组件4拆下。
卡扣52可以以多种适宜方式滑动安装于内盖本体51上。在图示实施方式中,把手54的朝向内盖本体51的一侧形成有容纳空间,卡扣52和复位弹簧53容纳于该容纳空间中,并在上侧由内盖本体51限位。由此,避免设置卡扣52导致内盖本体51结构复杂,且便于内盖组件5的组装。
在本发明中,卡扣52可以形成为多种适当的结构,只要其能够卡接至
外盖组件4上,均属于本发明的构思范围。在一种优选实施方式中,如图3所示,其导入面52a和导出面52b之间形成有触碰面52c,由此可以通过与卡接支柱43碰撞而产生“咔嗒”声,提示操作者已安装到位。通过设置该触碰面52c,使之与卡接支柱43的外周面匹配,可以避免多次碰撞导致的损坏,可靠性较高。
卡扣52还可以形成有限位面52d,该限位面52d朝向导入面52a和导出面52b所在的一侧,用于通过与如内盖本体51上的对应结构配合而限定其朝向卡接位置的极限滑动位置,避免装配误差导致的不合理脱落。
图示卡扣52在两翼分别形成有限位面52d,两翼之间形成有弹簧套杆52e,复位弹簧53套设于该弹簧套设于该弹簧套杆52e上并朝向卡接位置偏压卡扣,由此,提高其偏压作用力的方向稳定性。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于此。在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,包括各个具体技术特征以任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。但这些简单变型和组合同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容,均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种内盖组件,其特征在于,该内盖组件包括内盖本体(51)和用于卡接至外盖组件上的卡扣(52),该卡扣(52)滑动安装于所述内盖本体(51)上,并连接有用于沿滑动方向将所述卡扣(52)偏压至卡接位置的复位弹簧(53),所述卡扣(52)的两侧对应形成有导入面(52a)和导出面(52b),该导入面(52a)和导出面(52b)沿朝向所述卡接位置的滑动方向彼此靠近地相对于所述卡扣(52)的滑动平面倾斜延伸,以能够通过轴向拉压所述内盖本体(51)而将所述内盖组件卡接至所述外盖组件或从该外盖组件拆下。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内盖组件,其特征在于,所述内盖本体(51)上安装有环绕所述内盖本体(51)上的通孔均匀布置并能够彼此靠近地滑动至所述卡接位置的多个所述卡扣(52)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的内盖组件,其特征在于,多个所述卡扣环绕所述内盖本体(51)的板面中心布置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的内盖组件,其特征在于,所述内盖本体(51)上固定设置有把手(54)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的内盖组件,其特征在于,所述把手(54)为通过铆钉(55)铆接至所述内盖本体(51)上的塑料件,并且/或者,所述把手(54)与所述卡扣(52)形成并布置为具有共同的中心轴线。
- 根据权利要求4所述的内盖组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣(52)通过所述把手(54)安装于所述内盖本体(51)上,且所述把手(54)形成 有容纳所述卡扣(52)和所述复位弹簧(53)的容纳空间。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的内盖组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣(52)形成有位于所述导入面(52a)和导出面(52b)之间以能够在所述卡接位置贴合至所述外盖组件上的触碰面(52c),并且/或者,所述卡扣(52)形成有用于限定极限滑动位置的限位面(52d),该限位面(52d)朝向所述导入面(52a)和导出面(52b)所在的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的内盖组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣(52)形成有弹簧套杆(52e),所述复位弹簧(53)套设于该弹簧套杆(52e)上并朝向所述卡接位置偏压所述卡扣(52)。
- 一种电饭煲,其特征在于,该电饭煲包括外锅(1)、内锅(2)、加热组件(3)、外盖组件(4)以及根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的内盖组件。
- 一种电饭煲,包括外锅(1)、内锅(2)、加热组件(3)、外盖组件(4)以及内盖组件(5),所述外盖组件(4)上设置有具有凸起台阶(44)的卡接支柱(43),其特征在于,所述内盖组件(5)包括内盖本体(51)和用于卡接至所述卡接支柱(43)上的卡扣(52),该卡扣(52)滑动安装于所述内盖本体(51)上,并连接有用于沿滑动方向将所述卡扣(52)偏压至卡接位置的复位弹簧(53),所述凸起台阶(44)和所述卡扣(52)中的至少一者上形成有导入面(52a)和导出面(52b),该导入面(52a)和导出面(52b)设置为相对于所述卡扣(52)的滑动平面倾斜延伸,以能够通过轴向拉压所述内盖本体(51)而使得所述卡扣(52)滑动为与所述卡接支柱(43)卡接或分离。
