蒸汽阀盖板组件1的所述蒸汽阀盖1-4和所述蒸汽阀座1-5中的一个与所述盖板1-3模制成一体、或者通过可拆或不可拆的连接方式连接至盖板1-3以组成盖板组件,所述蒸汽阀盖1-4和所述蒸汽阀座1-5中的另一个通过可拆的方式与该盖板组件连接,以形成一体式蒸汽阀盖板组件。
优选地,压边圈1-1是环形构件,在所述压边圈1-1的内侧设置了环形构件的密封环1-2。当加热电锅具时,所述压边圈1-1和所述密封环1-2一起对电锅具的内锅进行密封,由此防止内锅的蒸气泄露,从而使电锅具的内锅保持设定的压力。
可以在蒸汽阀盖板组件1和电锅具的盖体之间设置密封圈4,蒸汽阀盖和/或蒸汽阀座置于密封圈内,使得从蒸汽阀座进入的蒸汽被密封圈4阻挡,而不会进入密封圈外围的盖体与蒸汽阀盖板组件1之间。具体的,密封圈可以设计对盖体和盖板之间进行密封,也可以设计对蒸汽阀盖或蒸汽阀座和盖体之间进行密封。对于由面盖2和内盖3组成的盖体,密封圈4通过面盖2和内盖3相互压紧来被固定,当将一体式蒸汽阀盖板组件1安装在电锅具的上盖中时,首先将蒸汽阀盖1-4插入于面盖2和内盖3之间借助密封圈4所形成的空间内(即密封圈4的内侧),然后将固定扣1-6与活动扣6卡合。
活动扣6与固定扣1-6以卡合的方式连接,由此使一体式蒸汽阀盖板组件1装配并固定在上盖上。
优选地,所述内盖3中还设有弹簧5,活动扣6承受通过弹簧5产生的向内拽拉的拉力,起到使活动扣6和固定扣1-6牢固配合的作 用。用户在欲清洗蒸汽阀盖板组件1时,只需向外轻轻按下活动扣6,就可以拆出所述一体式蒸汽阀盖板组件1。从而,比现有的电锅具相比,拆出蒸汽阀和盖板的步骤变得简便。
优选地,盖板1-3为环形的板状构件。由于盖板1-3和蒸汽阀(由蒸汽阀盖1-4和蒸汽阀座1-5构成)形成一体化,因此当拆出盖板1-3时,蒸汽阀能连同盖板一起拆出,从而可以同时清洗两者。
下面,对盖板1-3、蒸汽阀盖1-4、及蒸汽阀座1-5的更为优选的具体连接方式进行说明。
优选地,所述蒸汽阀盖1-4与盖板1-3可以是模制成一体的,组成盖板组件,所述蒸汽阀座1-5通过卡扣方式与蒸汽阀盖1-4扣合,从而最终形成一体式的蒸汽阀盖板组件1。
或者,所述蒸汽阀盖1-4与盖板1-3通过采用螺钉或铆钉或卡扣方式彼此连接、或通过焊接方式紧固在一起,组成盖板组件,所述蒸汽阀座1-5通过卡扣方式与蒸汽阀盖1-4扣合,从而最终形成一体式的蒸汽阀盖板组件1。
优选地,所述蒸汽阀座1-5与所述盖板1-3是模制成一体的,组成盖板组件,所述蒸汽阀盖1-4通过卡扣方式与蒸汽阀座1-5扣合,从而最终形成一体式的蒸汽阀盖板组件1。
或者,所述蒸汽阀座1-5与所述盖板1-3通过采用螺钉、铆钉或卡扣方式彼此连接、或通过焊接方式紧固在一起,组成盖板组件,所述蒸汽阀盖1-4通过卡扣方式与蒸汽阀座1-5扣合,从而最终形成一体式的蒸汽阀盖板组件1。
优选地,所述蒸汽阀盖1-4通过卡扣方式与蒸汽阀座1-5扣合,所述盖板1-3被夹置在彼此扣合的蒸汽阀盖1-4和蒸汽阀座1-5之间,从而最终形成一体式的蒸汽阀盖板组件1。
优选地,通过成型工艺,将蒸汽阀座1-5和盖板1-3模制形成一体,然后将蒸汽阀盖1-4和盖板1-3模制形成一体,从而最终形成一体式的蒸汽阀盖板组件1。或者,通过成型工艺,将蒸汽阀盖1-4和盖板 1-3模制形成一体,然后将蒸汽阀座1-5和盖板1-3模制形成一体,从而最终形成一体式的蒸汽阀盖板组件1。
优选的,所述蒸汽阀座1-5与蒸汽阀盖1-4通过螺纹连接,并通过卡扣锁定。
具体的,所述蒸汽阀座1-5上设有若干螺旋槽11和扣位12,所述蒸汽阀盖1-4上设有若干螺旋筋位41和扣位槽42,所述螺旋筋位41与所述螺旋槽11相配合,所述扣位槽42与所述扣位12相配合。
如图4所示,蒸汽阀体1上具有螺旋槽11和扣位12,蒸汽阀头4上具有与其对应的螺旋筋位41和扣位槽42。装配时,蒸汽阀头4通过螺旋槽11、螺旋筋位41与蒸汽阀体1配合。当将蒸汽阀头4旋转到设定位置时,所述扣位12和扣位槽42扣合上,防止蒸汽阀头4回旋脱出。
如图5所示,蒸汽阀体1上具有两个蒸汽阀体螺旋槽11和蒸汽阀体扣位12,而蒸汽阀头4上具有与所述螺旋槽11和扣位12相配合的螺旋筋位41和扣位槽42,且所述螺旋配合和扣位12装置的数目相等,即在每个螺旋配合后都具有相应的扣位12装置。优选地,所述蒸汽阀盖板组件1具有两个螺旋配合和扣位12装置。
依照上述实施例,将螺旋槽11、扣位12、螺旋筋位41、扣位槽42的设置位置进行改变,可以得到多个实施方式:
比如,所述蒸汽阀座1-5上设有若干螺旋筋位41和扣位槽42,所述蒸汽阀盖1-4上设有若干螺旋槽11和扣位12,所述螺旋筋位41与所述螺旋槽11相配合,所述扣位槽42与所述扣位12相配合。
比如,所述蒸汽阀座1-5上设有若干螺旋筋位41和扣位12,所述蒸汽阀盖1-4上设有若干螺旋槽11和扣位槽42,所述螺旋筋位41与所述螺旋槽11相配合,所述扣位槽42与所述扣位12相配合。
比如,所述蒸汽阀座1-5上设有若干螺旋槽11和扣位槽42,所述蒸汽阀盖1-4上设有若干螺旋筋位41和扣位12,所述螺旋筋位41与所述螺旋槽11相配合,所述扣位槽42与所述扣位12相配合。
如图6所示,在本实用新型的一个优选实施方案中,所述蒸汽阀座1-5上设有若干凸缘11、所述蒸汽阀盖1-4上设有若干与所述凸缘11相配合的勾形部位41;或所述蒸汽阀座1-5上设有若干勾形部位41、所述蒸汽阀盖1-4上设有若干与所述勾形部位41相配合的凸缘11;所述蒸汽阀座1-5与盖板1-3之间通过密封硅胶2连接。这样既方便使用者同时将蒸汽阀和盖板1-3拆卸进行清洗,又有效避免蒸汽阀与盖板1-3用铆钉铆接过程中人为故障率高、塑料质容易在铆接过程中发生碎裂等问题,因此构结构简单、价格低廉,在装配时效率高、故障率低。
在本实用新型的一个优选实施方案中,所述连接蒸汽阀盖1-4和蒸汽阀座1-5的勾形部位41与凸缘11组成的卡扣可为环形扣位或单边扣位。优选地,所述卡扣为单边扣位,以方便蒸汽阀盖1-4的安装。
优选地,所述蒸汽阀盖1-4和蒸汽阀座1-5组成蒸汽阀组件,所述盖板1-3具有用于供所述蒸汽阀组件穿过的通孔101,所述蒸汽阀组件与所述通孔101之间具有止转结构。
具体地,如图7和8所示,所述止转结构为设置于所述蒸汽阀座1-5与所述通孔101之间的凹凸配合结构,或者,所述止转结构为设置于所述蒸汽阀盖1-4与所述通孔101之间的凹凸配合结构;其易于生产制备,生产成本低且便于装配。当然,止转结构也可为将通孔101与蒸汽阀组件的外形设置为非圆形结构,例如,通孔101可呈“D”字形或矩形,蒸汽阀组件的外形也呈“D”字形或矩形,也可起到止转的效果。
具体应用中,所述凹凸配合结构可包括设置于所述通孔101侧面的缺口102和设置于所述蒸汽阀座1-5侧壁的凸部211,所述凸部211卡嵌于所述缺口102内,止转效果佳。
具体地,凸部211和缺口102可设置有一个或至少两个。凸部211和缺口102可呈三角形、矩形、梯形、半圆形等。
具体地,所述蒸汽阀座1-5与所述蒸汽阀盖1-4之间通过卡扣结构 连接,以更便于装配。
本实施例中,所述卡扣结构包括设置于所述蒸汽阀座1-5侧壁的卡部和一体成型于所述蒸汽阀盖1-4侧壁且卡于所述卡部处的倒扣部221,装配到位后,倒扣部221卡于卡部处。
本发明不限于如上所述的实施方案,对以上所述的构件进行变更、变形等是理所当然的。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电锅具的上盖,其包括蒸汽阀盖板组件(1)、盖体,在盖体的内侧形成有活动扣(6);
    所述蒸汽阀盖板组件(1)包括盖板(1-3)、蒸汽阀盖(1-4)和蒸汽阀座(1-5)、形成在盖板(1-3)的一侧的固定扣(1-6),所述蒸汽阀盖板组件(1)通过该固定扣(1-6)与所述盖体的活动扣(6)卡扣配合被设置在所述盖体内侧,
    所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)和所述蒸汽阀座(1-5)中的一个与所述盖板(1-3)模制成一体、或者通过可拆或不可拆的连接方式连接至所述盖板(1-3)以组成盖板组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)和所述蒸汽阀座(1-5)中的另一个与所述盖板组件通过可拆的方式连接,以形成一体式蒸汽阀盖板组件(1)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,所述蒸汽阀盖板组件(1)还包括设置在盖板(1-3)最外侧的压边圈(1-1)和设置在所述压边圈(1-1)内侧的、与所述盖板(1-3)相接触的密封环(1-2)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述蒸汽阀座(1-5)与蒸汽阀盖(1-4)通过螺纹连接,并通过卡扣锁定。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)与盖板(1-3)是模制成一体的,所述蒸汽阀座(1-5)通过卡扣方式与蒸汽阀盖(1-4)扣合。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)与盖板(1-3)通过采用螺钉或铆钉或卡扣方式彼此连接、或通过焊接方式紧固在一起,所述蒸汽阀座(1-5)通过卡扣方式与蒸汽阀盖(1-4)扣合。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述蒸汽阀座(1-5)与所述盖板(1-3)是模制成一体的,所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)通过卡扣方式与蒸汽阀座(1-5)扣合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述蒸汽阀座(1-5)上设有若干凸缘、所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)上设有若干与所述凸缘相配合的勾形部位;或所述蒸汽阀座(1-5)上设有若干勾形部位、所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)上设有若干与所述勾形部位相配合的凸缘;所述勾形部位与凸缘组成的卡扣可为环形扣位或单边扣位。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述蒸汽阀座(1-5)与所述盖板(1-3)通过采用螺钉、铆钉或卡扣方式彼此连接、或通过焊接方式紧固在一起,所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)通过卡扣方式与蒸汽阀座(1-5)扣合。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)通过卡扣方式与蒸汽阀座(1-5)扣合,所述盖板(1-3)被夹置在彼此扣合的蒸汽阀盖(1-4)和蒸汽阀座(1-5)之间。
  11. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)与所述盖板(1-3)是模制成一体的,所述蒸汽阀座(1-5)与所述盖板(1-3)是模制成一体的。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述盖体和所述蒸汽阀盖板组件(1)之间设有密封圈(4),所述蒸汽阀盖和/或蒸汽阀座置于所述密封圈内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述盖体包括作为所述上盖的最外层的面盖(2)、内盖(3),所述面盖与内盖扣合连接,所述密封圈(4)固定在所述面盖和内盖之间。
  14. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)和蒸汽阀座(1-5)组成蒸汽阀组件,所述盖板(1-3)具有用于供所述蒸汽阀组件穿过的通孔,所述蒸汽阀组件与所述通孔之间具有止转结构。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电锅具的上盖,其特征在于,
    所述止转结构为设置于所述蒸汽阀座(1-5)与所述通孔之间的凹凸配合结构,或者,所述止转结构为设置于所述蒸汽阀盖(1-4)与所述通孔之间的凹凸配合结构。
