[0114] 在一具体实施例中, 本体 40的两端设置有魔术贴 20, 中间设置有处理器 30和摄 像头 50, 处理器 30和摄像头 50电连接。 处理器 30旁边还连接有一个惯性传感器 以及一个红外温度传感器 90以及 4G模块, 心率传感器包括一层 PVDF膜 41, 膜的 一端通过电极 42片和处理器 30连接。 本体 40的边缘处有一个 SD卡槽 70, 和处理 器 30连接。 用户先根据宠物的性别、 年齢、 体重、 体检测报告等, 确认了标准 心率值为 80, 同吋设置心率阈值为 88。 然后将 SD卡槽 70里安装一个 SD卡。 当宠 物看到喜爱的事物, 则呈现兴奋的状态; 则 PVDF膜 41感受到宠物的心率, 发送 心率信号给电极 42, 电极 42将其转换成电信号发送给处理器 30, 处理器 30收到 该信号后, 判定宠物是看到了喜爱的事物, 然后控制惯性传感器和红外温度传 感器 90工作, 接收惯性传感器的值和红外温度传感器 90的值, 若惯性传感器两 次采集的值的差距略大, 说明宠物没有静止的看见某事物而兴奋, 可能是其他 原因导致兴奋, 因而不需要拍照来记录; 若惯性传感器两次采集的值不大, 基 本接近零, 说明宠物此刻是静止的或运动幅度很小, 同吋接收到红外传感器的 值比之前所采集的信号值大, 说明宠物是在注视眼前的事物, 则处理器 30控制 摄像头 50进行拍照, 记录下宠物喜欢的事物, 然后将照片存储到 SD卡槽 70里的 S D卡里。 同吋, 当心率值越高, 则说明宠物的兴奋度越高, 表示宠物对事物的喜 爱程度非常高, 因此提高拍照频率, 用户在査看相片吋则会意识到哪些是宠物 非常感兴趣的, 当心率值是 89-100吋, 则半分钟拍一次照片, 当心率值是 101-11 0吋, 则十秒钟拍一次照片, 当心率值是 111-120吋, 则进行实吋拍照, 即录像。 将拍照存储在 SD卡内, 用户回家后可以取出存储卡连接其他终端读取照片或视 频, 了解宠物感兴趣的事物。 另一实施例中, 设置当心率值超过 120吋, 拍录视 频同吋通过 4G模块将视频发送给宠物主人的移动终端, 或者发起和宠物主人的 视频请求, 使宠物主人及吋了解宠物心率超高的原因, 以便做出措施。

Claims

权利要求书
一种获取宠物喜好的方法, 其特征在于, 包括步骤:
获取宠物的心率值;
判断所述心率值是否大于预设的心率阈值, 所述心率阈值为根据宠物 的标准心率值进行设置;
若所述心率值大于所述心率阈值, 则控制相机进行拍照。
如权利要求 1所述的获取宠物喜好的方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制相 机进行拍照之前还包括步骤:
接收运动传感器的值;
根据运动传感器的值判断宠物的头部是否静止;
若判定宠物的头部静止, 则向相机发送拍照指令。
如权利要求 2所述的获取宠物喜好的方法, 其特征在于, 所述运动传 感器为加速度传感器, 所述根据运动传感器的值判断宠物的头部是否 静止的步骤包括:
读取加速度传感器在 XYZ方向上获取的加速度分量 ax、 ay及 az; 合成所述加速度分量 ax、 ay及 az, 得到的矢量值作为第一合加速度值 al ;
间隔第一指定吋间后读取加速度传感器上 XYZ方向上的第二合加速度 值 a2;
比较 al和 a2, 若两者差距在指定范围内, 则判定宠物的头部静止。 如权利要求 1所述的获取宠物喜好的方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制相 机进行拍照的步骤之后还包括:
将拍照的照片存储到存储空间; 或,
将拍照的照片发送至指定终端。
如权利要求 1所述的获取宠物喜好的方法, 其特征在于, 所述标准心 率值获取的方法包括:
记录宠物预设吋间段内的心率, 平均计算得出标准心率值。
如权利要求 1所述的获取宠物喜好的方法, 其特征在于, 所述标准心 率值获取的方法包括:
接收宠物的生理特征值, 并依据内置公式计算得出标准心率值。
如权利要求 1所述的获取宠物喜好的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取宠 物的心率值的步骤包括:
读取宠物当前的心率作为所述心率值。
如权利要求 1所述的获取宠物喜好的方法, 其特征在于, 设置所述心 率阈值的方法包括步骤:
设置标准心率值的 110%为所述心率阈值。
一种获取宠物喜好的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取模块, 用于获取宠物的心率值;
判断模块, 用于判断所述心率值是否大于预设的心率阈值, 所述心率 阈值为根据宠物的标准心率值进行设置;
拍照模块, 用于若所述心率值大于所述心率阈值, 则控制相机进行拍 眧、、。 u
如权利要求 9所述的获取宠物喜好的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取宠 物喜好的装置还包括:
运动传感器模块, 用于接收运动传感器的值;
头部状态判断模块, 用于根据运动传感器的值判断宠物的头部是否静 止;
副拍照模块, 用于若判定宠物的头部静止, 则向相机发送拍照指令。 如权利要求 10所述的获取宠物喜好的装置, 其特征在于, 所述运动传 感器为加速度传感器, 所述头部状态判断模块包括:
第一读取单元, 用于读取加速度传感器上 XYZ方向上的加速度分量 ax 、 ay以及 az;
合成单元: 用于合成加速度分量 ax、 ay以及 az, 得到的矢量值作为第 一合加速度值 al;
第二读取单元, 用于间隔第一指定吋间后读取加速度传感器上 XYZ方 向上的第二合加速度值 a2; 比较单元, 用于比较 al和 a2, 若两者差距在指定范围内, 则判定宠物 的头部静止。
如权利要求 9所述的获取宠物喜好的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 存储模块, 用于将拍照的照片存储到存储空间; 或
发送模块, 用于将拍照的照片发送至指定终端。
如权利要求 9所述的获取宠物喜好的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 读取模块, 用于记录宠物预设吋间段内的心率, 平均计算得出标准心 率值。
如权利要求 9所述的获取宠物喜好的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 接收模块, 用于接收宠物的生理特征值, 并依据内置公式计算得出标 准心率值。

获取子模块, 用于读取宠物当前的心率, 作为所述心率值。

一种宠物穿戴设备, 其特征在于, 包括本体、 处理器、 心率传感器、 摄像头; 所述处理器、 心率传感器以及所述摄像头均设置于所述本体 上; 所述处理器接收所述心率传感器检测的心率值, 并判断所述心率 值是否大于预设的心率阈值, 若所述心率值大于所述心率阈值, 则控 制所述摄像头拍照; 所述心率阈值为根据宠物的标准心率值进行设置 如权利要求 17所述的获取宠物穿戴设备, 其特征在于, 还包括运动传 感器, 所述运动传感器设置于所述本体上; 所述处理器控制所述运动 传感器工作;
在所述控制所述摄像头拍照之前, 还包括: 处理器接收所述运动传感 器的信息, 根据运动传感器的值判断宠物的头部是否静止; 若判定宠 物的头部静止, 则向相机发送拍照的指令。
[权利要求 19] 如权利要求 17所述的获取宠物穿戴设备, 其特征在于, 还包括用于插 入 SD卡的 SD卡槽, 所述 SD卡槽电连接所述处理器。
