一种基于区块链技术的担保授信融资方案,在现有的担保授信融资方案的基础上加入区块链技术,将授信额度合同、历史借贷记录、剩余授信额度等全部记录在区块链上,借助区块链技术的分布式加密记录及不可篡改性,实时同步校验参与各方的担保授信额度,提高效率,降低成本。

背景技术
目前的授信融资担保业务,需要资金需求方、授信融资担保方、资金需求方共同签约,确定授信融资担保额度,执行业务过程中,三方需要分别记录历史借贷记录,以及剩余额度,三方核对并不方便,效率低成本高,因此需要用多方认可的技术上不可篡改的新的记录方法来升级替代。
技术问题
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种基于区块链技术的担保授信融资方案,以解决在担保授信融资的信息记录保存和更新工作上存在的完整性和真实性问题。
问题的解决方案
技术解决方案
本发明所采用的技术方案是:担保授信融资的以下具体步骤,
步骤S1,资金需求方提出融资额度申请,写入区块链;
步骤S2,授信融资企业将同意对资金需求方担保的最大额度,写入区块链;
步骤S3,资金供给方最终确定资金需求方的授信融资额度,并发行相应授信融资额度的币(这里称为融资币)支付给资金需求方作为授信融资的最大额度;
步骤S4,资金需求方将融资币发送给资金供给方公钥地址,资金供给方即将数字货币或人民币打入资金需求方相应账户,并在区块链上形成记录,资金需求方融资币用完就无法获得更多融资;
步骤S5,资金需求方归还资金后,资金供给方会将相应的代表本金部分的融资币再打还给资金需求方。
资金供给方或授信融资担保方可以约定在一定条件下,收回或减少资金供给 方的融资币,也可以经由授信融资担保方和资金供给方同意后再增加资金需求方的融资币。
仅企业本身可使用其关联的融资币,不可转让给其他企业融资;
资金供给方会评估授信融资担保方的最大担保额度,确保各家资金需求方获得的融资币的总额不大于授信融资担保方的最大担保额度。
可以约定融资币的有效期,也可以约定一定时间后自动延续有效期,除非其中任一方提出终止授信融资合同。

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是所有记录在区块链上的融资信息,包括总授信融资额度、当前融资信息、历史借贷记录、剩余融资额度都完整的记录在区块链各共识服务器上,作为担保授信企业、资金需求方和资金供给方都可以实时监控相应融资方的融资数据,并且确保这些融资数据的真实性和完整性。

担保授信融资的步骤如下:
步骤S1,资金需求方提出融资额度申请,写入区块链;
步骤S2,授信融资企业将同意对资金需求方担保的最大额度,写入区块链;
步骤S3,资金供给方最终确定资金需求方的授信融资额度,并发行相应授信融资额度的币(这里称为融资币)支付给资金需求方作为授信融资的最大额度 ;

Claims (5)

  1. 基于区块链的担保授信融资方案,其特征在于,担保授信融资的步骤如下:
    步骤S1,资金需求方提出融资额度申请,写入区块链;
    步骤S2,授信融资企业将同意对资金需求方担保的最大额度,写入区块链;
    步骤S3,资金供给方最终确定资金需求方的授信融资额度,并发行相应授信融资额度的币(这里称为融资币)支付给资金需求方作为授信融资的最大额度;
    步骤S4,资金需求方将融资币发送给资金供给方公钥地址,资金供给方即将数字货币或人民币打入资金需求方相应账户,并在区块链上形成记录,资金需求方融资币用完就无法获得更多融资;
    步骤S5,资金需求方归还资金后,资金供给方会将相应的代表本金部分的融资币再打还给资金需求方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的担保授信融资方案,其特征在于,资金供给方或授信融资担保方可以约定在一定条件下,收回或减少资金供给方的融资币,也可以经由授信融资担保方和资金供给方同意后再增加资金需求方的融资币。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的担保授信融资方案,其特征在于,仅企业本身可使用其关联的融资币,不可转让给其他企业融资。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的担保授信融资方案,其特征在于,资金供给方会评估授信融资担保方的最大担保额度,确保各家资金需求方获得的融资币的总额不大于授信融资担保方的最大担保额度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的担保授信融资方案,其特征在于,可以约定融资币的有效期,也可以约定一定时间后自动延续 有效期,除非其中任一方提出终止授信融资合同。
