Description

一种球形化妆品容器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及化妆品技术领域，尤其涉及一种球形化妆品容器。
背景技术
现有技术参照201510024781.2所示。这种施用容器主要包括盖、支撑平台和中空的底座三个部分。容器结构具有空腔，热灌装产品被提供并被浇倒入该容器中，固化的产品表面带有与该容器的凹的弧形表面相配的弧形构形。支承平台位于该底座中，并容纳一定分量带有弧形表面的产品，该弧形表面在盖子打开时可外露。因为上述施用容器具有在使用产品之前需要取下盖子，所以使失去盖子的机会增加。如果盖子丢失，容器长时间不使用，因为产品会因与空气接触而变质。所以现有技术有进一步改进的必要。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的缺陷，本实用新型提出了一种球形化妆品容器。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种球形化妆品容器，包括盖体、支撑件和底座，所述底座具有一容纳腔，所述支撑件固定在所述盖体的下方，该支撑件的远离所述盖体的一侧设有化妆品安装区，其特征在于，
该容纳腔的内侧壁具有一第一导向部，所述盖体的外侧壁具有一第二导向部，所述第二导向部可转动地插入所述第一导向部内；
所述盖体的外侧壁具有第一定位柱，所述底座的外侧壁具有第二定位柱，该第二定位柱向靠近所述盖体的方向伸出并限制所述第一定位柱的移动；
所述底座的外端面具有第一切口，所述盖体具有操作部，所述操作部压所 述第一切口上时，至少部分的所述第一定位柱位于所述第二定位柱的上方。
在本实用新型的球形化妆品容器中，所述底座的外端面具有第二切口，所述操作部压所述第二切口上时，至少部分的所述第一定位柱位于所述第二定位柱的上方。
在本实用新型的球形化妆品容器中，所述操作部压所述第一切口上时，所述盖体从所述容纳腔内伸出；所述操作部压所述第二切口上时，所述化妆品安装区从所述纳腔内伸出。
在本实用新型的球形化妆品容器中，所述第一导向部由圆孔和弧形槽组成，所述第二导向部由转轴和定位轴组成，所述转轴插入所述圆孔，所述定位轴插入所述弧形槽。
在本实用新型的球形化妆品容器中，该弧形槽旋转中心与所述圆孔重合，并且该弧形槽的弧度不小于π。
在本实用新型的球形化妆品容器中，该操作部至少部分地从所述底座伸出。
在本实用新型的球形化妆品容器中，所述操作部为一弧形板。

实施本实用新型的球形化妆品容器，具有以下有益效果：盖体旋转将容器带到关闭状态时，球状彩妆物面向中空底座的底端。当盖旋转以使容器处于打开状态时，球状彩妆物背向中空底座。该结构能够让使用者更方便舒适得使用产品，不需要使用者取下盖子，也不需要使用者旋拧或推起产品以将其从容器中暴露出来，可以更好地保护容器中的产品，也不会因丢失盖子而导致产品长时间与空气接触而变质。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图，对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1至5所示的本实用新型的球形化妆品容器，大致由盖体10、支撑件20和底座30组成。底座30为中空的球状结构，其内部为容纳腔31。支撑件20固定在所述盖体10的下方。支撑件20的远离所述盖体10的一侧设有化妆品安装区21，球状彩妆物位于该化妆品安装区21内。该容纳腔31的内侧壁具有第一导向部32，盖体10的外侧壁具有第二导向部12。第二导向部12可转动地插入第一导向部32内。导向部组成形成X方向的旋转轴线，盖体10以及位于盖体10内的支撑件20绕该旋转轴线在容纳腔31的开口处旋转。在部分状态下，盖体朝上、球状彩妆物位于内部。在另一部分状态下，盖体朝下、球状彩妆物位于外侧，便于使用。在图3中，底座30沿着中心纵向轴线Y延伸，盖体10安装在底座30上，支撑件固定到盖下，球状彩妆物固定于支撑构件上。盖体10能够绕垂直于中心纵向轴线Y的轴线X在一个方向上旋转180度以打开容器，并绕轴线X沿相反方向旋转180度以关闭容器。在优选实施例中的球形容器以聚丙烯(PP)为材料，在替代实施例中，容器可以任何其他合适的聚合物材料或任何其他可用的选项为材料。容器关闭状态外形为玫瑰，也可以为其他任何形状。
盖体10的外侧壁具有第一定位柱13，第一定位柱13向靠近底座30内侧壁的方向伸出。底座30的内侧壁具有第二定位柱33，该第二定位柱33向靠近盖 体10的方向伸出。第一定位柱13和第二定位柱33相互抵靠挤压。盖体10转动时，第二定位柱33限制第一定位柱13的移动。由于球形容器采用带有弹性的塑料制成，第二定位柱33构成一锁止结构，保持第一定位柱13高于或者低于第二定位柱33的水平高度。盖体10具有操作部14，该操作部至少部分地从底座30伸出。使用者可通过拨动该操作部转动盖体10。在图1中，操作部14为一弧形板14a，在图6中，操作部14为一圆柱体14b。底座30的外端面具有对立布置的第一切口34和第二切口35。操作部压第一切口34上时，至少部分的第一定位柱13位于第二定位柱33的上方，盖体10从容纳腔31内伸出，此为闭合状态。操作部压第二切口35上时，至少部分的第一定位柱13位于第二定位柱的上方，化妆品安装区从纳腔内伸出，此为闭合状态。切口的形状与操作部14的形状对应，弧形板的对应切口为平直凹陷弧面，圆柱状的操作部对应切口为凹槽状结构。
在本实施例中，第一导向部32由圆孔36和弧形槽37组成，第二导向部12由转轴15和定位轴16组成。转轴15插入圆孔36，形成旋转中心。定位轴16插入弧形槽37，形成导向结构。该弧形槽37旋转中心与圆孔36重合，弧形槽37的弧度等于π。支撑件20由镂空板22和环形板23组成，该环形板23安装在盖体10上，镂空板22与环形板23组成化妆品安装区21。镂空板22的中心具有一安装柱24，球状彩妆物40固定在该安装柱24上。球状彩妆物40例如是蜡状固形物。

  1. 一种球形化妆品容器，包括盖体、支撑件和底座，所述底座具有一容纳腔，所述支撑件固定在所述盖体的下方，该支撑件的远离所述盖体的一侧设有化妆品安装区，其特征在于，
    该容纳腔的内侧壁具有一第一导向部，所述盖体的外侧壁具有一第二导向部，所述第二导向部可转动地插入所述第一导向部内；
    所述盖体的外侧壁具有第一定位柱，所述底座的外侧壁具有第二定位柱，该第二定位柱向靠近所述盖体的方向伸出并限制所述第一定位柱的移动；
    所述底座的外端面具有第一切口，所述盖体具有操作部，所述操作部压所述第一切口上时，至少部分的所述第一定位柱位于所述第二定位柱的上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的球形化妆品容器，其特征在于，所述底座的外端面具有第二切口，所述操作部压所述第二切口上时，至少部分的所述第一定位柱位于所述第二定位柱的上方。
  3. 根据权利要求3所述的球形化妆品容器，其特征在于，所述操作部压在所述第一切口上时，所述盖体从所述容纳腔内伸出；所述操作部压在所述第二切口上时，所述化妆品安装区从所述纳腔内伸出。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的球形化妆品容器，其特征在于，所述第一导向部由圆孔和弧形槽组成，所述第二导向部由转轴和定位轴组成，所述转轴插入所述圆孔，所述定位轴插入所述弧形槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的球形化妆品容器，其特征在于，该弧形槽旋转中心与所述圆孔重合，并且该弧形槽的弧度不小于π。
