以往PU扶手发泡模成型模具是两片式,上模具和下模具,水平开模,这样模具在制造PU扶手时产生的气泡会集中在产品上表面,质量就会达不到设计要求,不能满足客户需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述发明问题,本实用新型提出了一种PU扶手发泡模成型模具,设计简单,使用方便,解决了气泡问题,提高了产品质量,满足了客户要求。
为了达到上述发明目的,本实用新型提出了以下技术方案:
PU扶手发泡模成型模具,它包括底座、下模具、斜模具、上模具,底座上面装有下模具,下模具的型腔是倾斜状,下模具侧上方装有斜模具,下模具和斜模具上端装有上模具。
所述的下模具一侧装有气缸,气缸下端固定在下模具一侧,气缸上端连接在斜模具中间一侧。
所述的斜模具下端设计有销管,下模具一侧上端装有U型状销管,斜模具的销管插在下模具的U型状销管中间且通过转轴插接一起。
所述的上模具一端装有销孔,下模具一侧上端装有销孔,上模具的销孔与下模具的销孔通过转轴连接一起。
所述的上模具的背面设计有加热水管。
所述的下模具型腔背面设计有加热水管。
所述的斜模具型腔背面设计有加热水管。
本实用新型的优点是设计简单,使用方便,模具型腔倾斜设计,气泡全部上升到产品右上角位置,气泡全部集中在一起,对产品影响降低到最低,产品质量大大提高,符合客户要求。

具体实施方式
为了对本实用新型进一步说明,下面结合说明书附图来介绍:
参照附图,PU扶手发泡模成型模具,它包括底座1、下模具2、斜模具3、上模具4,底座1上面装有下模具2,下模具2的型腔是倾斜状,下模具2侧上方装有斜模具3,下模具2和斜模具3上端装有上模具4。
所述的下模具2一侧装有气缸5,气缸5下端固定在下模具2一侧,气缸5上端连接在斜模具3中间一侧。气缸设计用来打开斜模具的。
所述的斜模具3下端设计有销管6,下模具2一侧上端装有U型状销管7,斜模具的销管6插在下模具的U型状销管7中间且通过转轴8插接一起。此设计是为了斜模具在油缸推动下,可以通过转轴翻转打开。
所述的上模具4一端装有销孔9,下模具一侧上端装有销孔10,上模具的销孔9与下模具的销孔10通过转轴8连接一起。这样设计上模具可以通过转轴翻转打开。
所述的上模具4的背面设计有加热水管11。
所述的下模具2型腔背面设计有加热水管12。
所述的斜模具3型腔背面设计有加热水管14。
本实用新型使用时,本装置外侧装有一个上模具开模机架,用来把上模具打开,首先上模具开模机架把上模具打开,通过气缸把斜模具也打开,然后向上模具、下模具、斜模具中喷洒脱模剂,气缸把斜模具也闭合后向型腔内投放发泡剂,再把上模具关闭,加热水管内通入65度热水开始加热,发泡剂开始膨胀发泡,由于气体轻,所以气体都上升到型腔右上角,其他地方就不会分布有气泡,这样产品总体质量就会上升,符合客户要求,等发泡剂发泡结束后,停止加热,打开上模具,气缸把斜模具打开取出产品13进行自然冷却。

Claims (7)

  1. PU扶手发泡模成型模具,其特征是它包括底座、下模具、斜模具、上模具,底座上面装有下模具,下模具的型腔是倾斜状,下模具侧上方装有斜模具,下模具和斜模具上端装有上模具。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的PU扶手发泡模成型模具,其特征是所述的下模具一侧装有气缸,气缸下端固定在下模具一侧,气缸上端连接在斜模具中间一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的PU扶手发泡模成型模具,其特征是所述的斜模具下端设计有销管,下模具一侧上端装有U型状销管,斜模具的销管插在下模具的U型状销管中间且通过转轴插接一起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的PU扶手发泡模成型模具,其特征是所述的上模具一端装有销孔,下模具一侧上端装有销孔,上模具的销孔与下模具的销孔通过转轴连接一起。
