폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름 및 표시 장치에 관한 것이다.
스마트폰이나 태블릿 PC 등 휴대용 전자 기기가 다양화됨에 따라 표시 장치는 박형 및 경량 뿐 아니라 구부리거나(bendable) 접을 수 있는(foldable) 유연성 또한 요구되고 있다.
현재, 휴대용 전자 기기에 장착된 표시 장치는 표시 모듈을 보호하기 위하여 단단한 유리를 사용하고 있다. 그러나 유리는 유연성이 부족하여 폴더블 표시 장치에 적용되기 어렵다. 이에 따라 유리를 대체할 수 있는 플라스틱 필름이 연구되고 있으나, 플라스틱 필름은 내스크래치성 및 내충격성이 약하여 표시 모듈을 효과적으로 보호하기 어렵다.
이에 따라 유연성, 내스크래치성 및 내충격성을 동시에 만족할 수 있는 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름이 필요하다.
일 구현예는 유연성을 가지면서 내스크래치성 및 내충격성을 개선할 수 있는 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름을 제공한다.
다른 구현예는 상기 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름을 포함하는 표시 장치를 제공한다.
일 구현예에 따르면, 고분자 기재, 상기 고분자 기재의 하부에 위치하는 버퍼층, 상기 고분자 기재의 상부에 위치하는 하드코팅층을 포함하는 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름을 제공한다.
상기 고분자 기재의 두께(t(s))는 25㎛≤t(s)≤80㎛이고, 상기 고분자 기재의 모듈러스(M(s))는 3.0GPa≤M(s)≤9.0GPa이고, 상기 고분자 기재의 유리전이온도는 200℃ 이상일 수 있다.
상기 고분자 기재는 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드, 폴리아미드이미드, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈렌, 폴리(메타)아크릴레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 이들의 공중합체 또는 이들의 조합을 포함할 수 있다.

상기 하드코팅층은 뷰렛 변성 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물(a1)과 펜타에리스리톨 트리(메타)아크릴레이트(a2)의 반응생성물인 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 수지(A)를 포함하는 경화성 수지 조성물(H)의 경화물일 수 있다.
상기 경화성 수지 조성물(H)은 실리카미립자를 더 포함할 수 있다.

버퍼층(12)은 25℃에서 약 10MPa 이하의 모듈러스(modulus)(M(b))를 가질 수 있다. 상기 범위의 모듈러스(M(b))를 가짐으로써 외부 충격을 효과적으로 흡수 및/또는 완화 시키는 동시에 유연성을 개선시킬 수 있다. 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 8.0MPa 이하의 모듈러스(M(b))를 가질 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 6.0MPa 이하의 모듈러스(M(b))를 가질 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 5.0MPa 이하의 모듈러스(M(b))를 가질 수 있다.
버퍼층(12)은 저온에서도 낮은 모듈러스(M(b))를 가질 수 있으며, 예컨대 -20℃에서의 모듈러스(M(b)) 또한 약 10MPa 이하일 수 있다. 상기 범위의 모듈러스(M(b))를 가짐으로써 저온에서 깨지거나 손상되는 것을 방지하고 극저온에서도 내충격성 및 유연성을 확보할 수 있다. 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 8.0MPa 이하의 모듈러스(M(b))를 가질 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 6.0MPa 이하의 모듈러스(M(b))를 가질 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 5.0MPa 이하의 모듈러스(M(b))를 가질 수 있다.
버퍼층(12)은 -70℃≤Tg≤-10℃의 유리전이온도(glass transition temperature, Tg)를 가질 수 있다. 상기 범위의 유리전이온도를 가짐으로써 0℃ 이하의 저온 환경에서도 유연성을 확보할 수 있고 이에 따라 극 지방과 같은 추운 지역에서도 성능 저하 없이 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다. 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 -70℃ 내지 -15℃의 유리전이온도를 가질 수 있고, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 -60℃ 내지 -20℃의 유리전이온도를 가질 수 있고, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 -50℃ 내지 -20℃의 유리전이온도를 가질 수 있다.
버퍼층(12)은 상기 범위의 모듈러스(M(b)) 및 유리전이온도를 만족하는 고분자를 포함할 수 있으며, 예컨대 상기 범위의 모듈러스(M(b)) 및 유리전이온도를 만족하는 폴리우레탄 또는 실리콘 수지를 포함할 수 있다.
일 예로, 버퍼층(12)은 상기 범위의 모듈러스(M(b)) 및 유리전이온도를 만족하는 폴리우레탄을 포함할 수 있다.
폴리우레탄은 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물로부터 형성될 수 있으며, 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물은 폴리우레탄의 형태에 따라 광 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물과 열 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 포함한다.
광 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지는 예컨대 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트 수지(E)를 포함할 수 있으며, 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트 수지(E)는 구조 중에 우레탄 결합 모이어티와 (메타)아크릴로일기를 함유하는 것이면 특별히 한정되지 않는다. 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 수지(E)는 예컨대 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(e1), 방향족 골격을 가지지 않는 디이소시아네이트 화합물(e2) 및 모노히드록시 모노(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(e3)의 반응생성물일 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
폴리옥시알킬렌디올(e1)은 옥시에틸렌기, 옥시프로필렌기, 옥시부틸렌기 등의 옥시알킬렌기를 반복 단위로서 복수 개 가지는 디올 화합물일 수 있으며, 옥시알킬렌기는 동일한 종류일 수도 있고 복수 종류일 수도 있다. 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(e1)의 수평균분자량(Mn)은 예컨대 약 400 내지 3000일 수 있다.
방향족 골격을 가지지 않는 디이소시아네이트 화합물(e2)은 예컨대 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(hexamethylene diisocyanate)와 같은 지방족 디이소시아네이트 화합물(aliphatic diisocyanate compounds); 비스(이소시아네이토메틸)사이클로헥산(bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexane), 노보난 디이소시아네이트(norbornane diisocyanate), 이소포렌 디이소시아네이트(isophorone diisocyanate), 디사이클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트(dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate) 등의 알리사이클릭 디이소시아네이트 화합물(alicyclic diisocyanate compounds) 또는 이들의 조합일 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 이 중에서 바람직하게는 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 이소포렌 디이소시아네이트, 디사이클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트일 수 있다.
모노히드록시 모노(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(e3)은 예컨대 히드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트(hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate), 히드록시프로필 (메타)아크릴레이트(hydroxypropyl (meth)acrylate) 또는 이들의 조합을 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 이 중에서 예컨대 히드록시에틸 (메타)아크릴레이트일 수 있다.
우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트 수지(E)는 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(e1), 방향족 골격을 가지지 않는 디이소시아네이트 화합물(e2) 및 모노히드록시 모노(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(e3)로부터 일반적인 우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트 수지와 동일한 방법으로 제조될 수 있으며, 예컨대 디부틸주석 디라우레이트(dibutyltin dilaurate) 등의 우레탄화 촉매(urethanization catalyst)의 존재하에 예컨대 약 50℃ 내지 80℃의 온도에서 반응시켜 얻을 수 있다. 반응 순서로는, 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(e1), 방향족 골격을 가지지 않는 디이소시아네이트 화합물(e2) 및 모노히드록시 모노(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(e3)를 한 번에 반응시킬 수도 있고, 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(e1)과 방향족 골격을 가지지 않는 디이소시아네이트 화합물(e2)을 먼저 반응시켜 이소시아네이트기를 가진 중간체를 얻고 여기에 모노히드록시 모노(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(e3)를 반응시킬 수도 있다.
폴리옥시알킬렌디올(e1), 방향족 골격을 가지지 않는 디이소시아네이트 화합물(e2) 및 모노히드록시 모노(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(e3)은 요구되는 수지 물성에 따라 다양한 비율로 포함될 수 있으나, 예컨대 이소시아네이트 기의 몰수와 히드록시기의 몰수의 비율[(NCO)/(OH)]이 약 0.75 내지 1.40이 되도록 포함될 수 있고, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 0.95 내지 1.05가 되도록 포함될 수 있다.
우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 수지(E)의 수평균분자량(Mn)은 예컨대 약 500 내지 50,000일 수 있다. 상기 범위 내에서 약 500 내지 30,000일 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 약 1,000 내지 25,000일 수 있다.

중합 개시제는 광경화를 할 수 있는 양이면서 결정의 석출이나 필름 물성의 열화가 생기지 않는 범위의 양으로 사용될 수 있으며, 예컨대 광 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 약 0.05 내지 20중량부로 포함될 수 있고, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 0.1 내지 10 중량부로 포함될 수 있다.
광 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물은 선택적으로 각종 첨가제를 더 포함할 수 있다. 첨가제는 예컨대 광증감제, 자외선 흡수제, 산화 방지제, 실리콘계 첨가제, 유기 비즈, 불소계 첨가제, 리올로지 컨트롤제, 탈포제, 이형제, 대전 방지제, 밀착보조제, 분산 보조제, 방습제, 착색제, 유기용제, 무기 필러일 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
자외선 흡수제는 예컨대 2-[4{(2-히드록시-3-도데실옥시프로필)옥시}-2-히드록시페닐]-4,6-비스(2,4-디메틸페닐)-1,3,5-트리아진 및 2-[4{(2-히드록시-3-트리데실옥시프로필)옥시}-2-히드록시페닐]-4,6-비스(2,4-디메틸페닐)-1,3,5-트리아진과 같은 트리아진; 2-(2’-잔텐카르복시-5’-메틸페닐)벤조트리아졸, 2-(2’-o-니트로벤질옥시-5’-메틸페닐)벤조트리아졸과 같은 벤조트리아졸; 2-잔텐카르복시-4-도데실옥시벤조페논, 2-o-니트로벤질옥시-4-도데실옥시벤조페논과 같은 벤조페논; 또는 이들의 조합을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
산화 방지제는 예컨대 Hindered 페놀계 산화방지제, Hindered 아민계 산화방지제, 유기 유황계 산화방지제, 오가노포스페이트계 산화방지제 또는 이들의 조합을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
실리콘계 첨가제는 예컨대 디메틸폴리실록산, 메틸페닐폴리실록산, 고리 형상의 디메틸폴리실록산, 메틸하이드로겐폴리실록산, 폴리에테르 개질된 디메틸폴리실록산 공중합체, 폴리에스테르 개질된 디메틸폴리실록산 공중합체, 플루오로 디메틸폴리실록산 공중합체, 아미노 개질된 디메틸폴리실록산 공중합체 또는 이들의 조합을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
불소계 첨가제는 예컨대 MEGAFACE 시리즈(DIC 사), OPTOOL DAC-HP (DAIKIN 제조) 등을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
대전 방지제는 예컨대 피리디늄, 이미다졸륨, 포스포늄, 암모늄, 비스(트리플루오로메탄설포닐)이미드 또는 비스(트리플루오로설포닐)이미드의 리튬염, 또는 이들의 조합을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
밀착 보조제는 예컨대 이소프로필 포스페이트, 트리이소데실포스파이트, 에틸렌옥사이드 개질된 포스포릭산 디(메타)아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 조합을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
분산 보조제는 예컨대 KAYAMER PM-21 (Nippon Kayaku Co.,Ltd), KAYAMER PM-2 (Nippon Kayaku Co.,Ltd), LIGHT ESTER P-2M (KYOEISHA CHEMICAL Co., Ltd) 또는 이들의 조합을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
각종 첨가제는 광 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물 100중량부에 대하여 예컨대 약 0 내지 40 중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 0.1 내지 35 중량부롤 포함될 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 0.1 내지 30 중량부로 포함될 수 있다.
광 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물은 선택적으로 유기 용매를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 유기 용매는 예컨대 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 메틸이소부틸케톤 등의 케톤 용매; 테트라하이드로퓨란, 디옥소레인 등의 환상 에테르 용매; 메틸 아세테이트, 에틸 아세테이트, 부틸 아세테이트 등의 에스테르 용매; 톨루엔, 크실렌 등의 방향족 용매; 사이클로헥산, 메틸 사이클로헥산 등의 지환족 용매; 카르비톨, 셀로솔브, 메탄올, 이소프로판올, 부탄올, 프로필렌글리콜 모노메틸에테르 등의 알코올 용매; 에틸렌글리콜 모노에틸에테르, 에틸렌글리콜 모노부틸에테르, 프로필렌글리콜 모노메틸에테르, 프로필렌글리콜 모노프로필렌에테르 등의 글리콜 에테르 용매 또는 이들의 조합을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 유기 용매는 전술한 성분들의 점도를 조절하기 위한 목적으로 사용되나, 통상적으로 고형분의 총량에 대하여 약 10 내지 80중량%로 포함될 수 있다.
열 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물(F)은 예컨대 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(f1)과 지환식 디이소시아네이트 모노머(f2)의 반응 생성물인 우레탄프리폴리머(f3), 수평균 분자량 300 내지 4000의 디올 화합물(f4) 및 분자량 500 이하의 3 관능 이상의 폴리올 화합물(f5)의 조성물일 수 있다.
폴리옥시알킬렌디올(f1)은 상기 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(e1)과 같을 수 있다.
지환식 디이소시아네이트 모노머(f2)는 예컨대 비스(이소시아네이토메틸)사이클로헥산(bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexane), 노보난디이소시아네이트(norbornane diisocyanate), 이소포론 디이소시아네이트(isophorone diisocyanate), 디사이클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트(dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate) 등의 알리사이클릭 디이소시아네이트 화합물(alicyclic diisocyanate compounds) 또는 이들의 조합을 포함할 수 있다.
우레탄프리폴리머(f3)는 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(f1)과 지환식 디이소시아네이트 모노머(f2)의 반응 생성물일 수 있다. 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(f1)과 지환식 디이소시아네이트 모노머(f2)의 반응 비율은 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(f1) 중의 수산기에 대하여 지환식 디이소시아네이트 모노머(f2) 중의 이소시아네이트기가 과잉이 되는 조건이면 특별히 한정되지 않으나, 예컨대 우레탄프리폴리머(f3)의 이소시아네이트기 당량이 약 300 내지 1000g/당량이 되는 범위일 수 있다. 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(f1)과 지환식 디이소시아네이트 모노머(f2)의 반응은 약 40 내지 120℃의 온도로 가열하여 실시할 수 있다. 필요에 따라서, 3급 아민이나 유기 금속계 촉매를 사용할 수 있다.
디올 화합물(f4)은 예컨대 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,2,2-트리메틸-1,3-프로판디올, 2,2-디메틸-3-이소프로필-1,3-프로판디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,3-부탄디올, 3-메틸-1,3-부탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 3-메틸-1,5-펜탄디올, 네오펜틸글리콜, 1,6-헥산디올, 1,4-비스(히드록시메틸)사이클로헥산, 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,3-펜탄디올 등의 디올 화합물; 상기 디올 화합물과 에틸렌옥사이드, 프로필렌옥사이드, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 에틸글리시딜에테르, 프로필글리시딜에테르, 부틸글리시딜에테르, 페닐글리시딜에테르, 알릴글리시딜에테르 등의 환상 에테르 결합 함유 화합물의 개환 중합(ring-opening polymerization)에 의해서 얻을 수 있는 폴리에테르 변성 디올; 또는 상기 디올 화합물과 ε-카프로락톤과 같은 락톤 화합물의 중축합반응에 의해 얻을 수 있는 폴리에스텔 변성 디올 등이다. 이 중에서도, 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜, 폴리옥시프로필렌글리콜, 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌글리콜이 바람직하고, 수평균 분자량이 약 300 내지 4000인 것을 들 수 있다.
분자량 500 이하의 3 관능 이상의 폴리올 화합물(f5)은 트리메틸올에탄, 트리메틸올프로판, 글리세린, 헥산트리올, 펜타에리스리톨, 디펜타에리스리톨 등의 폴리올 화합물 등을 들 수 있다.
열경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물(F)은 우레탄프리폴리머(f3), 수평균 분자량 300 내지 4000의 디올 화합물(f4) 및 분자량 500 이하의 3 관능 이상의 폴리올 화합물(f5) 이외에, 폴리올 화합물(f6)을 일부 함유할 수도 있다. 폴리올 화합물(f6)은 수평균 분자량 약 300 미만의 디올 화합물이나 분자량 500 초과의 3 관능 이상의 폴리올 화합물 등일 수 있다.
수평균 분자량 약 300 미만의 디올 화합물은 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,2,2-트리메틸-1,3-프로판디올, 2,2-디메틸-3-이소프로필-1,3-프로판디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,3-부탄디올, 3-메틸-1,3-부탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 3-메틸-1,5-펜탄디올, 네오펜틸글리콜, 1,6-헥산디올, 1,4-비스(히드록시메틸)사이클로 헥산, 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,3-펜탄디올 등의 디올 화합물을 들 수 있다.
분자량 500 초과의 3 관능 이상의 폴리올 화합물은 트리메틸올에탄, 트리메틸올프로판, 글리세린, 헥산트리올, 펜타에리스리톨, 디펜타에리스리톨 등의 폴리올 화합물과 에틸렌옥사이드, 프로필렌옥사이드, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 에틸글리시딜에테르, 프로필글리시딜에테르, 부틸글리시딜에테르, 페닐글리시딜에테르, 알릴글리시딜에테르 등의 환상 에테르 결합 함유 화합물의 개환 중합(ring-opening polymerization)에 의해서 얻을 수 있는 폴리 에테르 변성 폴리올; 상기 폴리올 화합물과 ε-카프로락톤과 같은 락톤 화합물의 중축합반응에 의해서 얻을 수 있는 폴리에스텔 변성 폴리올 등 중 분자량이 500 초과인 것을 들 수 있다.
우레탄프리폴리머(f3), 디올 화합물(f4), 폴리올 화합물(f5) 및 그 외 폴리올화합물(f6)은 각각 1종만을 사용하는 것에 한정되지 않고 2종 이상을 병용하여도 좋다.
열 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물(F)에 있어서 폴리올 성분과 폴리이소시아네이트 성분은 다양한 비율로 포함될 수 있으나, 예컨대 이소시아네이트 기의 몰수와 히드록시기의 몰수의 비율[(NCO)/(OH)]이 약 0.95 내지 1.05가 되도록 포함될 수 있다.
열 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물(F)은 선택적으로 각종 첨가제를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 첨가제는 예컨대 광증감제, 자외선 흡수제, 산화 방지제, 실리콘계 첨가제, 유기 비즈, 불소계 첨가제, 리올로지 컨트롤제, 탈포제, 이형제, 대전 방지제, 밀착보조제, 분산 보조제, 방습제, 착색제, 유기용제, 무기 필러일 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 첨가제는 전술한 바와 같다.
열 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물(F)은 선택적으로 유기 용매를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 유기 용매는 예컨대 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 메틸이소부틸케톤 등의 케톤 용매; 테트라하이드로퓨란, 디옥소레인 등의 환상 에테르 용매; 메틸 아세테이트, 에틸 아세테이트, 부틸 아세테이트 등의 에스테르 용매; 톨루엔, 크실렌 등의 방향족 용매; 사이클로헥산, 메틸 사이클로헥산 등의 지환족 용매; 또는 이들의 조합을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 유기 용매는 전술한 성분들의 점도를 조절하기 위한 목적으로 사용되나, 통상적으로 고형분의 총량에 대하여 약 10 내지 80 중량%로 포함될 수 있다.
버퍼층(12)은 전술한 광 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물 또는 열 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물(F) 또는 실리콘 수지를 경화하여 얻을 수 있다.
버퍼층(12)의 두께(t(b))는 기재(11)의 두께(t(s))보다 두꺼울 수 있으며, 예컨대 약 50㎛ 이상의 두께를 가질 수 있으며, 예컨대 약 80㎛ 초과 250㎛ 이하의 두께를 가질 수 있다.

(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(a2)은 예컨대 다관능 (메타)아크릴레이트 화합물일 수 있으며, 예컨대 펜타에리스리톨 트리(메타)아크릴레이트(pentaerythritol tri(meth)acrylate)일 수 있다.
우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(A)은 뷰렛 변성 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물(a1)과 (메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(a2)을 반응시켜 얻을 수 있으며, 예컨대 디부틸주석 디라우레이트(dibutyltin dilaurate) 등의 우레탄 촉매(urethanization catalyst)의 존재하에 예컨대 약 50℃ 내지 80℃의 온도에서 반응시켜 얻을 수 있다. 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물(a1)과 (메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(a2)은 예컨대 이소시아네이트기의 몰수와 수산기의 몰수의 비율([(NCO)/(OH)]이 약 0.95 내지 1.05의 비율이 되도록 포함될 수 있다.
경화성 수지 조성물(H)은 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가지는 (메타)아크릴 수지(B)를 포함할 수 있다.
(메타)아크릴 수지(B)는 예컨대 글리시딜 (메타)아크릴레이트를 필수 성분으로 하는 (메타)아크릴 수지 중간체(P)에 (메타)아크릴산을 부가하여 얻어진 반응 생성물일 수 있다.
(메타)아크릴 수지 중간체(P)는 글리시딜 (메타)아크릴레이트 외에도 (메타)아크릴레이트 모노머를 공중합시킨 것일 수도 있다. (메타)아크릴레이트 모노머는 예컨대 메틸 (메타)아크릴레이트(methyl (meth)acrylate), 에틸 (메타)아크릴레이트(ethyl (meth)acrylate), 프로필 (메타)아크릴레이트(propyl (meth)acrylate), 부틸(메타)아크릴레이트(butyl (meth)acrylate), 사이클로헥실 (메타)아크릴레이트(cyclohexyl (meth)acrylate), 이소보닐 (메타)아크릴레이트(isobornyl (meth)acrylate), 페닐 (메타)아크릴레이트(phenyl (meth)acrylate), 벤질 (메타)아크릴레이트(benzyl (meth)acrylate), 페녹시에틸 (메타)아크릴레이트(phenoxyethyl (meth)acrylate), 히드록시에틸 (메타)아크릴레이트(hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate), 히드록시프로필 (메타)아크릴레이트(hydroxypropyl (meth)acrylate) 또는 이들의 조합을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. (메타)아크릴 수지 중간체(P)는 일반적인 아크릴 수지와 동일한 방법으로 제조될 수 있으며, 예컨대 중합개시제의 존재하에 약 60℃ 내지 150℃의 온도에서 중합 반응시켜 얻을 수 있다. 중합 반응은 유기 용매에서 반응될 수 있으며, 유기 용매로는 예컨대 메틸에틸케톤(methyl ethyl kethone), 메틸이소부틸케톤(methyl isobutyl ketone) 등의 케톤 용매 또는 프로필렌 글리콜 모노메틸 에테르(propylene glycol monomethyl ether), 프로필렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르(propylene glycol dimethyl ether), 프로필렌 글리콜 모노메틸 에테르(propylene glycol monomethyl ether), 프로필렌 글리콜 모노프로필 에테르(propylene glycol monopropyl ether), 프로필렌 글리콜 모노부틸 에테르(propylene glycol monobutyl ether) 등의 글리콜 에테르 용매를 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
(메타)아크릴 수지 중간체(P)와 (메타)아크릴산의 반응은 일반적인 에스터화 반응(esterification)에 의해 수행될 수 있으며, 예컨대 트리페닐포스핀 등의 에스테르화 촉매의 존재하에 약 60℃ 내지 150℃의 온도에서 반응시켜 얻을 수 있다. (메타)아크릴 수지 중간체(P)와 (메타)아크릴산은 (메타)아크릴 수지 중간체(P) 중의 글리시딜기 1몰에 대하여 (메타)아크릴산이 약 0.95 내지 1.05몰이 되는 비율로 포함될 수 있다.
(메타)아크릴 수지(B)는 약 5,000 내지 50,000의 중량평균분자량을 가질 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 8,000 내지 40,000일 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 10,000 내지 30,000일 수 있다. 중량평균분자량은 시판품의 공표값이거나 겔 투과 크로마토그래프(GPC)를 사용하여 하기 조건하에서 측정된 값일 수 있다.

우레탄 (메타)아크릴레이트 수지(C)는 이소시안우레이트 개질된 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 (c1)과 폴리에스테르 개질된 모노하이드록시 (메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(c2)을 사용하여 전술한 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(A)과 동일한 방법으로 얻을 수 있다.
경화성 수지 조성물(H)은 지방족 폴리올의 폴리(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(poly(meth)acrylate compound of aliphatic polyol) 또는 그것의 폴리옥시알킬렌 변성물(D)을 포함할 수 있다.

일 예로, 경화성 수지 조성물(H)은 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(A) 등의 수지 성분과 실리카 미립자를 포함할 수 있다. 이하, 실리카 미립자를 포함하는 경우의 경화성 수지 조성물을 '경화성 수지 조성물(H1)'이라 한다. 반면, 실리카 미립자를 포함하지 않는 경우의 경화성 수지 조성물을 '경화성 수지 조성물(H2)'이라고 한다.
실리카 미립자는 경화성 수지 조성물(H1) 중에 분산되어 있을 수 있다. 실라카 미립자는 예컨대 약 500nm 이하의 평균입경을 가질 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 5nm 내지 500nm의 평균입경을 가질 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 10nm 내지 250nm의 평균입경을 가질 수 있고, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 100nm 내지 150nm의 평균입경을 가질 수 있다. 여기서 실리카 미립자는 구(sphere)에 한정되지 않고 다양한 형상을 가질 수 있다. 실리카 미립자의 평균 입경은 구와 같은 입자 형태인 경우 입경의 평균값일 수 있고 판상과 같은 구가 아닌 형태인 경우 장경의 평균값일 수 있다. 여기서 실리카 미립자의 평균입경은 ELSZ-2 (OTSUKA ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd)에 의해 측정된 것일 수 있으며, 고형분 1중량%의 메틸이소부틸케톤 용매를 사용한 조성물을 샘플로 하여 측정된 것일 수 있다.
실리카 미립자는 예컨대 습식 실리카 또는 건식 실리카일 수 있다. 습식 실리카는 예컨대 규산나트륨을 무기산과 반응시켜 얻어지는 소위 침강법 실리카 또는 겔법 실리카를 들 수 있다.
실리카 미립자는 예컨대 커플링제에 의해 표면에 반응성 작용기가 도입되어 있을 수 있다. 이와 같이 반응성 작용기가 도입된 실리카 미립자를 사용함으로써 전술한 (메타)아크릴로일기 함유 수지와의 혼화성이 개선될 수 있고 분산 안정성 및 보존 안정성 또한 개선될 수 있다. 커플링제는 예컨대 실란 커플링제일 수 있으며, 예컨대 비닐트리메톡시실란, 비닐트리에톡시실란, 아릴트리에톡시실란, 아릴트리메톡시실란, 디에톡시메틸비닐실란, 비닐 트리스(메톡시에톡시)실란 등의 비닐계 실란 커플링제; 디에톡시(글리시딜옥시프로필)메틸실란, 2-(3,4-에폭시 사이클로헥실)에틸트리메톡시실란, 3-글리시딜프로필트리메톡시실란, 3-글리시딜프로필메틸디에톡시실란 등의 에폭시계 실란 커플링제; p-스티릴트리메톡시실란 등의 스티렌계 실란 커플링제; 3-(메타)아크릴옥시프로필 트리메톡시실란, 3-(메타)아크릴옥시프로필 메틸 디에톡시 실란, 3-(메타)아크릴옥시프로필 트리에톡시실란 등의 (메타)아크릴로일계 실란 커플링제 등을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 이들 중에서 예컨대 3-아크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, 3-(메타)아크릴옥시프로필 트리메톡시실란 또는 이들의 조합을 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
실리카 미립자는 경화성 수지 조성물(H1) 100 중량부에 대하여 약 10 내지 80중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 약 20 내지 70 중량부로 포함될 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 약 35 내지 65 중량부로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위로 포함됨으로써 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름(10)의 내스크래치성, 내충격성 및 유연성의 밸런스를 개선시킬 수 있다.
경화성 수지 조성물(H1, H2)은 예컨대 중합 개시제를 더 포함할 수 있다. 중합 개시제는 전술한 광 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물(E)에서 기재된 중합 개시제에서 선택될 수 있다.
중합 개시제는 광 경화될 수 있는 양이고 기능을 충분히 발휘할 수 있는 양이면서 결정의 석출이나 필름 물성의 열화가 생기지 않는 범위의 양으로 사용될 수 있으며, 예컨대 경화성 수지 조성물 (H1, H2) 100 중량부에 대하여 약 0.05 내지 20중량부로 포함될 수 있고, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 약 0.1 내지 10중량부로 포함될 수 있다.

경화성 수지 조성물 (H1, H2)은 유기 용매를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 유기 용매는 전술한 광 경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물에서 사용한 것과 동일할 수 있다.
경화성 수지 조성물 (H1)은 전술한 실리카 미립자를 (메타)아크릴로일기 함유 수지 및 유기 용매에 분산시켜 얻을 수 있으며, 예컨대 교반 날개를 가진 분산기 또는 롤밀(roll mill), 볼밀(ball mill), 샌드밀(sand mill), 비드밀(beads mill)과 같은 분산기를 사용하여 혼합 분사시켜 얻을 수 있다. 경화성 수지 조성물 (H)은 (메타)아크릴로일기 함유 수지 및 유기 용매 전량에 실리카 미립자 전량을 분산시켜 제조될 수도 있고, (메타)아크릴로일기 함유 수지 및 유기 용매의 일부에 실리카 미립자를 분산시켜 분산 전구체를 제조한 후 남은 (메타)아크릴로일기 함유 수지 및 유기 용매를 배합하여 제조될 수도 있다. 전술한 첨가제는 분산 공정에서 첨가될 수도 있고 (메타)아크릴로일기 함유 수지 및 유기 용매에 실리카 미립자를 먼저 분산한 후 첨가제가 첨가될 수도 있다.
하드코팅층(13)은 경화성 수지 조성물 (H1, H2)을 도포하고 경화하여 형성될 수 있다. 도포는 예컨대 딥 코팅, 스핀 코팅, 스프레이 코팅, 마이어 코팅(meyer coating), 다이코팅(die coating), 바코팅, 잉크젯 인쇄, 오프셋 인쇄, 그라비어(gravure) 인쇄, 스크린 인쇄, 플렉소그래픽(flexographic) 인쇄 등에 의해 수행될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 경화성 수지 조성물 (H1, H2)에 유기 용매가 포함된 경우에는 약 70℃ 내지 150℃에서 유기 용매를 휘발시키는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다. 경화는 예컨대 자외선 또는 전자선으로 수행될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 자외선에 의해 경화하는 경우, 광원으로 크세논 램프, 고압 수은등, 메탈 할라이드 램프, LED 램프를 가지는 자외선 조사 장치가 사용될 수 있고, 필요에 따라 광량, 광원의 배치 등이 조정될 수 있다. 고압 수은등을 사용할 경우, 통상 예컨대 약 80 내지 160W/cm2의 광량의 램프 1등에 대하여 반송 속도 약 5 내지 50m/분의 범위에서 경화시킬 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않는다. 전자선에 의해 경화시킬 경우에는, 통상 약 10 내지 300kV의 범위인 가속 전압을 가지는 전자선가속 장치에서 반송 속도 약 5 내지 50m/분의 범위로 경화시킬 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않는다.
경화 후, 미반응물의 반응을 촉진 및 완결하기 위하여 추가적으로 열처리할 수 있다. 열처리는 예컨대 약 50 내지 250℃에서 수행될 수 있으며, 예컨대 약 70 내지 200℃에서 수행될 수 있으며, 예컨대 약 80 내지 160℃에서 수행될 수 있다.
하드코팅층(13)은 약 50㎛ 이하의 두께를 가질 수 있다. 하드코팅층(13)은 상기 범위 내에서 약 1㎛ 내지 50㎛의 두께를 가질 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 약 약 2㎛ 내지 30㎛의 두께를 가질 수 있고, 상기 범위 내에서 약 3㎛ 내지 20㎛의 두께를 가질 수 있다.
하드코팅층(13)은 예컨대 2H 이상의 연필경도를 가질 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 3H 이상, 예컨대 4H 이상의 연필경도를 가질 수 있다. 여기서 연필경도는 하중 1kg 하에서 ASTM D3363에 따라 측정된 것일 수 있다.

폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름(10)은 구부리거나 접을 때 개선된 유연성을 나타낼 수 있는 동시에 높은 내충격성을 가질 수 있다.
일 예로, 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름(10)의 굴곡성은 곡률반경 약 5mm 이하일 수 있다. 상기 범위 내에서 예컨대 곡률반경 약 3mm 이하일 수 있으며, 상기 범위 내에서 에컨대 곡률반경 약 1mm 이하일 수 있다. 여기서 굴곡성은 맨드렐(Mandrel) 굴곡성 시험을 기준으로 할 수 있으며, JIS K 5600에 준거하여 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름을 내측으로 하여 둥글게 접었을 때 균열이 발생하기 시작하는 곡률반경으로부터 평가될 수 있다.

하드 코팅층(13)은 제1 하드 코팅층(13a)과 제2 하드 코팅층(13b)을 포함한다. 제1 하드 코팅층(13a)과 제2 하드 코팅층(13b)은 동일한 물질을 포함할 수도 있고 다른 물질을 포함할 수도 있다.

이하 실시예를 통하여 상술한 구현예를 보다 상세하게 설명한다. 다만, 하기의 실시예는 단지 설명의 목적을 위한 것이며 권리범위를 제한하는 것은 아니다.
제조예
제조예 1 내지 4: 하드코팅층용 조성물의 제조
합성예 (1): 뷰렛 구조를 가진 우레탄 ( 메타 ) 아크릴레이트 화합물(A-1)의 제조
교반 장치가 구비된 반응 장치에 DURANATE 24A-100 (Asahi Kasei Corporation) 148중량부, 디부틸주석 디라우레이트(dibutyltin dilaurate) 0.2 중량부 및 하이드로퀴논 모노메틸에테르(hydroquinone monomethylether) 0.2중량부를 첨가한다. 이어서 혼합물을 교반하면서 60℃까지 승온한다. 이어서 상기 혼합물에 ARONIX M-305 (TOAGOSEI Co., Ltd) 424중량부를 10회에 걸쳐 10분마다 첨가한다. 이어서 10시간 동안 반응시킨 후 적외선 스펙트럼에서 이소시아네이트기의 흡수 피크(2250cm-1)가 소멸된 것을 확인하고 반응을 종료하고 뷰렛 구조를 가진 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(A-1)을 얻는다. 뷰렛 구조를 가진 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(A-1)의 중량평균분자량(Mw)은 9980이고 아크릴로일기 당량은 130g/당량 이다.
* DURANATE 24A-100 (Asahi Kasei Corporation): 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트의 Biuret adduct, 이소시아네이트기 함유량 23.5중량%.
* ARONIX M-305 (TOAGOSEI Co., Ltd): 펜타에리스리톨 트리아크릴레이트 및 펜타에리스리톨 테트라아크릴레이트를 60:40의 몰비로 포함한 조성물.
합성예 (2): 실리카 미립자가 분산된 ( 메타 ) 아크릴로일기를 가진 ( 메타 )아크릴 수지(B-1)
교반장치, 냉각관, 적하깔대기 및 질소 도입관을 갖춘 반응 장치에 메틸이소부틸케톤 184중량부를 넣고 교반하면서 내부 온도가 110℃가 될 때까지 승온한다. 이어서 여기에 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트(glycidyl methacrylate) 221중량부, 메틸 메타크릴레이트(methyl methacrylate) 52.5중량부, 에틸아크릴레이트(ethyl acrylate) 2.8중량부 및 t-부틸퍼옥시-2-에틸헥사노에이트(t-butyl peroxy-2-ethyl hexanoate)(Perbutyl-O, 일본 유화제 주식회사) 16.6중량부를 포함하는 혼합액을 3시간에 걸쳐 적하깔대기를 통해 적하하고 110℃에서 15시간 동안 보관 유지한다. 이어서 90℃까지 온도를 낮춘 후 여기에 하이드로퀴논 모노메틸에테르 0.1중량부 및 아크릴산 76중량부를 넣고 트리페닐포스핀(triphenyl phosphine) 2.0중량부를 첨가하고 100℃에서 8시간 이상 반응시킨다. 이어서 산도가 4.2mgKOH/g 이하가 된 것을 확인한 후, 메틸이소부틸케톤으로 희석하여 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가진 아크릴 수지(B-1)를 포함하는 용액 910중량부(고형분 50중량%)를 얻는다. (메타)아크릴로일기를 가진 아크릴 수지(B-1)의 중량평균분자량(Mw)은 20,000이고, 아크릴로일기 당량은 250g/당량이고 수산기 값은 224mgKOH/g이다.
이어서 (메타)아크릴로일기를 가진 아크릴 수지(B-1) 24중량부(수지 고형분 12중량부), DPA-600 35중량부, 실리카 미립자(Aerosil R7200, Aerosil Co., Japan) 53중량부 및 메틸이소부틸케톤 188중량부를 배합하여 고형분 50중량%의 슬러리로 준비하고, 습식 볼밀(LMZ150, Ashizawa Finetech Ltd.)을 사용하여 혼합 분산하여 실리카 미립자가 분산된 (메타) 아크릴로일기를 가진 (메타)아크릴 수지(B-1)를 얻는다. 상기 분산체의 실리카 미립자의 평균입자 직경은 약 125nm 이다.

합성예 (3): 우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지(E-1)
반응용기에 방향족 골격을 가지지 않는 폴리올로서 50℃ 용융상태의 PTMG-1000(Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation) 341중량부를 넣어 교반한다. 이어서 IPDI(Evonik Industries) 100중량부를 첨가하고 발열에 주의하면서 70℃로 승온한 후, 온도를 유지하면서 3시간 교반하여 분자 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 가진 우레탄 프리폴리머를 얻는다.
또한, 히드록시기를 가지는 (메타)아크릴레이트 화합물로서 HEA(Osaka Organic Chemical Industry Ltd.) 26.6중량부를 발열에 주의하며 서서히 첨가하고 60℃에서 2시간 교반한다. 이어서 적외선 스펙트럼으로 이소시아네이트기의 흡수 피크(2250cm-1)가 소멸된 것을 확인하고 반응을 종료하고 고형분 70중량%가 되도록 메틸이소부틸케톤을 첨가하여 우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 (E-1)를 얻는다.
합성예 (4) 내지 (6): 우레탄 ( 메타 ) 아크릴레이트 수지(E-2 내지 E-4)
원료 및 함량을 하기 표 2에 기재된 바와 같이 변경한 것을 제외하고는 (1)과 동일한 방법으로 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머를 제조한다.

합성예 (3) 내지 (6)에서 준비된 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 수지(E-1 내지 E-4), LSR-7080 및 유니디크 V-4263을 각각 고형분 100 중량부에 대하여 1 중량부의 광개시제(Irgacure#184, BASF)를 첨가하고, 메틸이소프틸케톤을 사용하여 고형분 70중량%의 광경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 제조한다.

질소 도입관, 온도계 및 교반기를 구비한 반응장치를 미리 50℃로 가온한 후, PTMG-1000(Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation) 용액 140중량부를 넣고 교반한다. 이어서 여기에 H12MDI(Evonik Industries) 100중량부를 첨가하고 발열에 주의하면서 85℃로 승온한다. 이어서 온도를 유지하면서 3시간 교반하여 이소시아네이트기의 당량 중량이 500인 분자 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 가지는 우레탄 프리폴리머(f3-1)를 얻는다.
합성예 (8), (9): 우레탄 프리폴리머(f3-2, f3-3)의 제조
원료 및 함량을 표 4에 기재된 바와 같이 변경한 것을 제외하고 상기 (1)과 동일한 방법으로 분자 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 가지는 우레탄 프리폴리머(f3-2, f3-3)를 얻는다.

(제1 및 제2 하드코팅층의 코팅)
제조예 1 내지 4에서 얻은 하드코팅층용 조성물을 바 코터를 사용하여 도포한다. 이어서 90℃에서 1분간 건조하고 질소 분위기 하에서 고압 수은등을 사용하여 300mJ/㎠ 자외선을 조사하여 경화하여 10㎛ 두께의 하드코팅층을 형성한다.
(버퍼층용 광경화형 폴리우레탄층의 코팅)
제조예 5 내지 9, 비교제조예 1에서 얻은 버퍼층용 광경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 Applicator로 도포하고 100℃에서 10분간 예비 건조하고 질소 분위기 하에서 고압수은등을 사용하여 600mJ/㎠으로 5회 자외선을 조사하고 경화하여 200㎛ 두께의 버퍼층을 형성하여, 적층 필름을 제조한다.

적층 필름의 제조 II
(제1 및 제2 하드코팅층의 코팅)
적층 필름의 제조 I에서 사용한 것과 동일한 방법에 따라 하드코팅층을 형성한다.
(버퍼층용 열경화형 폴리프리우레탄층의 코팅)
제조예 10, 11 및 비교제조예 1에서 얻어진 열경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물에 고형 분할합으로 200ppm의 디부틸틴 디라우레이트(dibutyltin dilaurate)를 첨가하여 열경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 폴리이미드필름(PI)의 타면에 Applicator를 사용하여 코팅하고, 오븐에서 100, 10분간 가열하고 추가적으로 140, 10분간 가열 경화하고 3일간 실온에서 방치하여 버퍼층을 형성하여 적층 필름을 제조한다.

표시 패널(삼성전자, S6 갤럭시 패널)과 실시예 1 내지 8, 실시예 9 내지 16에 따른 적층 필름을 투명점착시트(8147, 3M)(모듈러스: 0.1MPa이하)로 합지하여 표시 장치의 샘플을 준비한다.
비교예 9 내지 12, 13 내지 16
표시 패널(삼성전자, S6 갤럭시 패널)과 비교예 1 내지 4, 비교예 5 내지 8에 따른 적층 필름을 투명점착시트(8147, 3M)(모듈러스: 0.1MPa이하)로 합지하여 표시 장치의 샘플을 준비한다.
평가
내굴곡성 평가는 상온(25℃) 및 저온(-20℃)에서 각각 실시하며, 상온(25℃) 및 저온(-20℃)에서 두 개의 스테인레스 판 사이에 실시예 17 내지 24와 비교예 9 내지 12에 따른 표시 장치 샘플을 곡률 반경(r) 1mm가 되도록 접었다/폈다 하는 동작을 25℃의 경우 20만 회, -20℃의 경우 10만 회 반복 진행한 후 접힌 부분의 외관 검사를 실시한다.
내충격성 평가는 적층 필름의 표면으로부터 소정 높이에서 0.7mm 굵기의 촉을 가진 5.8g의 펜 또는 5.5g의 볼을 떨어뜨려 충격을 주었을 때 표시 패널에 명점이 발생하지 않는 최대 높이로부터 평가한다. 명점은 표시 패널이 손상되어 발생하는 것으로, 명점이 발생하지 않는 높이가 높을수록 내충격성이 강한 것을 의미한다.
내스크래치 평가는 적층 필름의 표면이 #0000 Steel Wool에 의해 손상되는지 여부를 확인하는 평가이다. 직경이 20㎜인 구를 Steel Wool로 덮은 후, 마찰시험기(COAD.108 수직형 마모시험기, 오션과학사)에 장착한다. 그 후 적층 필름 표면에 1.5kg 하중으로 10회 왕복하고 스크래치 발생 유무 및 개수를 확인한다.
평가 I
실시예 17 내지 24와 비교예 9 내지 12에 따른 표시 장치 샘플의 내굴곡성, 내충격성 및 내스크래치성을 평가한다.
그 결과는 표 8과 같다.

평가 I 및 II를 종합하여 고려할 때, 실시예 17 내지 24, 25 내지 32에 따른 표시 장치는 비교예 9 내지 12, 13 내지 16에 따른 표시 장치와 비교하여 내충격성, 내스크래치성 및 내굴곡성을 동시에 만족하는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예들에 대하여 상세하게 설명하였지만 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다음의 청구 범위에서 정의하고 있는 본 발명의 기본 개념을 이용한 당업자의 여러 변형 및 개량 형태 또한 본 발명의 권리범위에 속하는 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 모듈러스(M1)가 3.0GPa≤M(s)≤9.0GPa이고 유리 전이 온도가 200℃ 이상이고 두께(t(s))가 25㎛≤t(s)≤80㎛인 고분자 기재,
    상기 고분자 기재의 하부에 위치하고 25℃에서 모듈러스(M(b))가 10MPa 이하이고 유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 -70℃≤Tg≤-10℃이고 두께(t(b))가 50㎛≤t(b)≤250㎛인 버퍼층, 그리고
    상기 고분자 기재의 상부에 위치하고 모듈러스(M(h))가 5.0 GPa≤M(h)≤9.0 GPa 이고 두께(t(h))가 1㎛≤t(h)≤50㎛인 하드코팅층
    을 포함하고,
    상기 하드코팅층은 뷰렛 변성 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물(a1)과 펜타에리스리톨 트리(메타)아크릴레이트(a2)의 반응생성물인 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 수지(A)를 포함하는 경화성 수지 조성물(H)의 경화물인 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름.
  2. 제1항에서,
    상기 버퍼층은 25℃에서 10MPa 이하의 모듈러스(M(b)) 및 -10℃ 이하의 유리전이온도를 가지는 폴리우레탄 또는 10MPa 이하의 모듈러스(M(b)) 및 -10℃ 이하의 유리전이온도를 가지는 실리콘 수지를 포함하는 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름.
  3. 제2항에서,
    상기 폴리우레탄은 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(e1), 방향족 골격을 가지지 않는 디이소시아네이트(e2) 및 모노히드록시 모노(메타)아크릴레이트(e3)의 반응 생성물(E)인 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름.
  4. 제2항에서,
    상기 폴리우레탄은 폴리옥시알킬렌디올(f1)과 지환식디이소시아네이트 모노머(f2)의 반응생성물인 우레탄프리폴리머(f3), 수평균분자량 300 내지 4000의 디올 화합물(f4) 및 수평균분자량 500 이하의 3관능 이상의 폴리올 화합물(f5)의 조성물로 이루어진 경화물인 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름.
  5. 제1항에서,
    상기 버퍼층은 상기 고분자 기재보다 두꺼운 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름.
  6. 제1항에서,
    상기 고분자 기재는 25㎛ 내지 80㎛의 두께를 가지고,
    상기 버퍼층은 80㎛ 초과 250㎛ 이하의 두께를 가지는
    폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름.
  7. 제1항에서,
    상기 경화성 수지 조성물(H)은 실리카 미립자를 포함하는 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름.
  8. 제7항에서,
    상기 경화성 수지 조성물(H)은 (메타)아크릴로일기 함유 (메타)아크릴 수지(B)를 더 포함하는 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름.
  9. 제7항에서,
    상기 경화성 수지 조성물(H)은 이소시안우레이트 변성된 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물(c1)과 폴리에스테르 변성된 모노히드록시 (메타)아크릴레이트 화합물(c2)의 반응 생성물인 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 수지(C)를 더 포함하는 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름.
  10. 제7항에서,
    상기 경화성 수지 조성물(H)은 지방족 폴리올의 폴리(메타)아크릴레이트 화합물 또는 그것의 폴리옥시알킬렌 변성물(D)을 더 포함하는 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름.
  11. 표시 패널, 그리고
    제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름
    을 포함하는 표시 장치.
  12. 제11항에서,
    상기 표시 패널은 유기 발광 표시 패널 또는 액정 표시 패널인 표시 장치.
  13. 제11항에서,
    상기 표시 패널과 상기 폴더블 표시 장치용 윈도우 필름 사이에 위치하는 터치 패널을 더 포함하는 표시 장치.
