一种滚筒洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于家用电器领域,具体地说,涉及一种滚筒洗衣机。
背景技术
滚筒洗衣机发源于欧洲,洗衣方法是模仿棒锤击打衣物原理设计,衣服被提到滚筒的高处,在重力作用下降到水面和水面拍打,以此洗净衣物。滚筒洗衣机是由不锈钢内桶,机械程序控制器,经过磷化、电泳、喷涂三重保护的外壳,和若干笨重的水泥块用于平衡滚筒旋转时产生的巨大离心力做重复运动,加上洗衣粉和水的共同作用使衣物洗涤干净。目前,市场上的大部分滚筒洗衣机都使用单独设计的料盒投放洗衣粉,这样的设计不但使滚筒洗衣机的结构复杂化,部品数量过多,导致生产周期延长,不利于以后滚筒洗衣机的维护;而且,消费者在给料盒投放洗衣粉的时候无法很直观地看到投放量的多少,洗衣粉的投放量不是过多就是过少,洗涤效果得不到保障;此外,单独设计的洗衣粉料盒,会对被洗涤的物品造成损伤,洗涤结束之后还会有许多洗涤泡沫残留在滚筒洗衣机的门玻璃上,给人不洁净的感觉。
申请号为CN201510123069.8的中国专利公开了一种滚筒洗衣机,其门玻璃通过门封固定于滚筒洗衣机的前门中,所述门玻璃上设置有一用于储存清洗剂且顶部具有开口的腔体,该腔体底部至少开设有一个用于向滚筒洗衣机的洗涤桶排放清洗剂的排放口,该腔体内部于该排放口处设置有用于投放清洗剂的排放组件,一进水管的进水端与滚筒洗衣机的进水组件连通,出水端与所述腔体连通且出水端的导水口与排放组件错位相对;同时,还涉及该滚筒洗衣机的洗涤方法。
随着技术的进步,现有洗衣机陆续出现自动投放洗涤剂功能,在洗涤剂分配器盒中一次倒入可供多次洗涤的洗涤剂和柔顺剂,分次洗涤过程中,可以根据需要自动添加洗涤剂和柔顺剂,使用投放泵把洗涤剂存储容器内的洗涤剂投放到洗涤桶中参与洗涤。然而,买来的洗涤剂往往需要添加到分配器中,由于瓶罐大小不一,消费者使用较为麻烦,而且,在洗涤过程中无法及时观察到洗涤剂的余量;同时,滚筒洗衣机添加剂腔室占据洗衣机的上部,一则与操作面板不协调、不美观,且消费者使用不便,其占据有洗衣机很大空间。
因此,为了解决上述问题,有必要对现有技术的不足和缺陷进行改进,提供一种充分利用了现有洗衣机密封玻璃门窗的空置结构空间,设置洗涤剂投放盒、柔顺剂投放盒等,实现 洗衣机上部取消添加剂腔室,实现操作面板一体化,不再与添加剂腔室并设置;进而极大的提高了洗衣机的美观度,又使得洗涤剂的更换方便快捷、操作简单,恰好利用以前闲置的空间;洗涤结束之后,玻璃门同样保持干净,极大的提高了消费者体验。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可以克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的滚筒洗衣机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种滚筒洗衣机,包括机体,所述机体内部形成容纳腔;门体,所述门体活动的设置于所述机体上,用以打开和关闭所述容纳腔;玻璃窗,所述玻璃窗设置于所述门体上,用以观察容滚筒洗衣机内筒,所述玻璃窗向容纳腔一侧凹陷形成内凹空间,所述内凹空间向外设有开口,其特征在于:所述玻璃窗的内凹空间内设置有至少一个添加剂腔室,自外部开口向添加剂腔室内投放添加剂,所述添加剂腔室为密封的腔体结构。
其中,添加剂腔室底部设置有至少一个用于排放添加剂腔室内部添加剂的出水口;对应出水口在添加剂腔室底部还设有密封胶垫,添加剂腔室底部设置密封胶垫使得添加剂腔室的密封效果得到了提升,在安装到洗衣机本体上后,保证了整体的密封性。
此外,内凹空间靠近滚筒洗衣机底部一侧设有用于安装添加剂腔室的储盒座,所述储盒座对添加剂腔室起到了支撑的作用,使得添加剂腔室更加稳固,这样设置使得滚筒洗衣机整体结构更加紧凑,滚筒洗衣机内部电气走线和水路布管更加合理、美观;同时,通过向下流向的设置使得添加剂腔室内洗涤剂的利用率更高,降低了消费者的使用成本。
进一步地,储盒座对应添加剂腔室的出水口设置有用于导出添加剂的单向阀,所述单向阀连接出液管,出液管将添加剂腔室内的添加剂导入到机体的外筒中。
更进一步地,单向阀顶部为易于或顶开刺破密封胶垫的形状,优选地,单向阀顶部形状为尖锥形,使得添加剂腔室安装到储盒座时更方便的对接。
同时,密封胶垫对应出水口处设有易于单向阀插入的穿透口,在添加剂腔室出口脱离单向阀时,穿透口自行密封,这样设置使得添加剂腔室从玻璃框的内凹空间取出时,添加剂腔室内的添加剂不会从穿透口处流出。
并且,所述洗涤剂添加剂腔室与玻璃窗具有间隙,进一步地,间隙中填充了隔热物质, 如发泡料,真空隔层等。
另外,添加剂腔室顶部设置有便于灌注液体的灌注口,所述灌注口设置有防止液体流出的密封盖,灌注口的设置使得消费者在向添加剂腔室内添加洗涤剂时更加方便和快捷,提高了洗涤效率的同时,增强了消费者的体验,而密封盖的设置用以打开和关闭所述添加剂腔室的灌注口,在消费者移动或者安装添加剂腔室,以及在滚筒洗衣机工作的过程中,密封盖保证添加剂腔室内的洗涤剂不会随着添加剂腔室的晃动或者振动流到其外部。

在一个实施例中,储液盒还包括设置于储液盒底部的投放泵,所述投放泵一端连通出液管,另一端连通混合腔,混合腔通过投放管连通洗衣机外筒,通过投放泵将添加剂腔室内的洗涤剂先投放到混合腔进行混合,再投放到洗衣机外筒中,使得洗涤剂的混合程度得到保证,洗涤效果得到了进一步的提升,同时投放量也得到严格的控制,也提升了洗涤的效率,降低了洗涤成本,也使得洗涤衣物的寿命得到延长,消费者的体验得到提升。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、操作面板为一体化设置,不再与添加剂腔室并排设置,更加美观。
2、充分利用了现有玻璃门窗的空置结构空间,有效实现添加剂腔室的设置,有效提高消费者满意度。
3、添加剂腔室的拆卸或者使用更加方便,添加洗涤剂、拆卸或者清洗添加剂腔室变得更加便捷,从滚筒洗衣机外部便可实现。
4、添加剂腔室设置在玻璃窗的内凹空间,使得滚筒洗衣机整体结构更加紧凑,内部电气走线和水路布局更加合理,降低了成本的同时增强了消费者的体验。

此外,本发明的滚筒洗衣机还包括背板27、侧面板20、前面板22、上台面板18和设置于洗衣机门体3上的门把手23,洗衣机底部设有底脚21支撑洗衣机;洗衣机的前面板22上部设置了控制面板19,控制面板19上具有电源键31(附图中未标出),旋钮32(附图中未标出),显示屏33(附图中未标出),洗衣机的前面板22上还设置了门。打开门消费者可以取放衣物内部同轴设置了洗涤外筒30、内筒5、电机29,内筒5与电机29通过传动轴28连接,进而实现电机29驱动内筒5的旋转。前面板22与外筒30通过密封窗垫24连接,门和玻璃窗4紧固连接一体,玻璃窗4挤压密封窗垫24实现密封,所述洗涤剂添加剂腔室与玻璃窗具有间隙,进一步地,间隙中填充了隔热物质,如发泡料,真空隔层等。
如图1至图7所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机,添加剂腔室7底部设置有至少一个用于排放添加剂腔室7内部添加剂的出水口12;对应出水口12在添加剂腔室7底部还设有密封胶垫 34,添加剂腔室7底部设置密封胶垫34使得添加剂腔室7的密封效果得到了提升,在安装到洗衣机本体上后,保证了整体的密封性。
进一步地,出水口12通过密封单元36与出液管14连通,出水口12与出液管14的设置使得添加剂腔室7内可以通过添加水来稀释之前加入的添加剂,保证了添加剂可以顺利进入到洗衣机外筒30中,密封单元36的设置使得向添加剂腔室7内加水或者将添加剂腔室7拆卸下来时,整体的密封效果得到保证。
其中,内凹空间6靠近洗衣机底部一侧设有用于安装添加剂腔室7的储盒座8,所述储盒座8对添加剂腔室7起到了支撑的作用,使得添加剂腔室7更加稳固,这样设置使得滚筒洗衣机整体结构更加紧凑,滚筒洗衣机内部电气走线和水路布管更加合理、美观;同时,通过向下流向的设置使得添加剂腔室7内洗涤剂的利用率更高,降低了消费者的使用成本;进一步地,添加剂腔室7顶部设置有便于灌注洗涤剂的灌注口9,所述灌注口9设置有防止洗涤剂流出的密封盖10,灌注口9的设置使得消费者在向添加剂腔室7内添加洗涤剂时更加方便和快捷,提高了洗涤效率的同时,增强了消费者的体验,而密封盖10的设置用以打开和关闭所述添加剂腔室7的灌注口9,在消费者移动或者安装添加剂腔室7,以及在滚筒洗衣机工作的过程中,密封盖10保证添加剂腔室7内的洗涤剂不会随着添加剂腔室7的晃动或者振动流到其外部;更进一步地,添加剂腔室7顶部还设置有便于安装和移动添加剂腔室7的把手,这样设置使得添加剂腔室7在安装和移动的过程中更加平稳,消费者拿持添加剂腔室7更加方便,整体的设计变得更加人性化。
进一步地,储盒座8对应添加剂腔室7的出水口12设置有用于导出添加剂的单向阀13,所述单向阀13连接出液管14,出液管14将添加剂腔室7内的添加剂导入到机体1的外筒30中。
进一步地,出液管14包括固定设置于添加剂腔室7底部与出水口12连通的第一出液管141和设置于机体1内部的第二出液管142;所述第一出液管141和第二出液管142通过设置于玻璃框底部的定位孔连通,将出液管14配置成两段方便了门体3的开启与关闭,避免了管路布局的繁琐,保证功能实现的前提下使得整体结构更加紧凑,而定位孔的设置添加剂腔室7的定位得到了进一步的保证。
更进一步地,密封单元36包括设置于玻璃窗4的第一密封单元361和设置于第二出液管142贴紧第一密封单元361的第二密封单元362,两部分密封单元36使得门体3与机体1在向添加剂腔室7内加水时可以得到有效地密封。
此外,单向阀13顶部为易于或顶开刺破密封胶垫34的形状,优选地,单向阀13顶部形状为尖锥形,使得添加剂腔室7安装到储盒座8时更方便的对接。
同时,密封胶垫34对应出水口12处设有易于单向阀13插入的穿透口35,在添加剂腔室7出口脱离单向阀13时,穿透口35自行密封,这样设置使得添加剂腔室7从玻璃框的内凹空间6取出时,添加剂腔室7内的添加剂不会从穿透口35处流出。

本发明的滚筒洗衣机充分的充分利用了现有洗衣机密封玻璃门窗的空置结构空间,设置 洗涤剂投放盒、柔顺剂投放盒等,实现洗衣机上部取消添加剂腔室7实现操作面板一体化,不再与添加剂腔室7并设置;进而极大的提高了洗衣机的美观度,又使得洗涤剂的更换方便快捷、操作简单,恰好利用以前闲置的空间,在进行洗涤剂添加或者添加剂腔室7更换的过程中,不需要将门体3打开,在洗衣机门体3处于关闭的状态下,在外部便可完成此操作;洗涤结束之后,玻璃门同样保持干净,极大的提高了消费者的体验。
实施例一
如图1至图7所示,本实施例所述滚筒洗衣机,包括机体1,所述机体1内部形成容纳腔2;门体3,所述门体3活动的设置于所述机体1上,用以打开和关闭所述容纳腔2;玻璃窗4,所述玻璃窗4设置于所述门体3上,用以观察容滚筒洗衣机内筒5,所述玻璃窗4向容纳腔2一侧凹陷形成内凹空间6,所述内凹空间6向外设有开口,其特征在于:所述玻璃窗4的内凹空间6内设置有至少一个添加剂腔室7,自外部开口向添加剂腔室7内投放添加剂,所述添加剂腔室7为密封的腔体结构,其中,添加剂腔室7底部设置有至少一个用于排放添加剂腔室7内部添加剂的出水口12;此外,内凹空间6靠近滚筒洗衣机底部一侧设有用于安装添加剂腔室7的储盒座8,所述储盒座8对添加剂腔室7起到了支撑的作用,使得添加剂腔室7更加稳固。
其中,内凹空间6靠近洗衣机底部一侧设有用于安装添加剂腔室7的储盒座8,所述储盒座8对添加剂腔室7起到了支撑的作用,使得添加剂腔室7更加稳固,这样设置使得滚筒洗衣机整体结构更加紧凑,滚筒洗衣机内部电气走线和水路布管更加合理、美观;同时,通过向下流向的设置使得添加剂腔室7内洗涤剂的利用率更高,降低了消费者的使用成本;进一步地,添加剂腔室7顶部设置有便于灌注洗涤剂的灌注口9,所述灌注口9设置有防止洗涤剂流出的密封盖10,灌注口9的设置使得消费者在向添加剂腔室7内添加洗涤剂时更加方便和快捷,提高了洗涤效率的同时,增强了消费者的体验,而密封盖10的设置用以打开和关闭所述添加剂腔室7的灌注口9,在消费者移动或者安装添加剂腔室7,以及在滚筒洗衣机工作的过程中,密封盖10保证添加剂腔室7内的洗涤剂不会随着添加剂腔室7的晃动或者振动流到其外部;更进一步地,添加剂腔室7顶部还设置有便于安装和移动添加剂腔室7的把手,这样设置使得添加剂腔室7在安装和移动的过程中更加平稳,消费者拿持添加剂腔室7更加方便,整体的设计变得更加人性化。
本实施例所述滚筒洗衣机的添加剂腔室7底部设置有一个用于排放添加剂腔室7内部添加剂的出水口12;对应出水口12在添加剂腔室7底部还设有密封胶垫34,添加剂腔室7底 部设置密封胶垫34使得添加剂腔室7的密封效果得到了提升,在安装到洗衣机本体上后,保证了整体的密封性。
进一步地,出水口12通过密封单元36与出液管14连通,出水口12与出液管14的设置使得添加剂腔室7内可以通过添加水来稀释之前加入的添加剂,保证了添加剂可以顺利进入到洗衣机外筒30中,密封单元36的设置使得向添加剂腔室7内加水或者将添加剂腔室7拆卸下来时,整体的密封效果得到保证。
此外,储盒座8对应添加剂腔室7的出水口12设置有用于导出添加剂的单向阀13,所述单向阀13连接出液管14,出液管14将添加剂腔室7内的添加剂导入到机体1的外筒30中。
进一步地,单向阀13顶部为尖锥形,使得添加剂腔室7安装到储盒座8时更方便的对接。
进一步地,出液管14包括固定设置于添加剂腔室7底部与出水口12连通的第一出液管141和设置于机体1内部的第二出液管142;所述第一出液管141和第二出液管142通过设置于玻璃框底部的定位孔连通,将出液管14配置成两段方便了门体3的开启与关闭,避免了管路布局的繁琐,保证功能实现的前提下使得整体结构更加紧凑,而定位孔的设置添加剂腔室7的定位得到了进一步的保证。
进一步地,密封单元36包括设置于玻璃窗4的第一密封单元361和设置于第二出液管142贴紧第一密封单元361的第二密封单元362,两部分密封单元36的设置使得门体3与机体1在向添加剂腔室7内加水时可以得到有效地密封。
同时,密封胶垫34对应出水口12处设有易于单向阀13插入的穿透口35,在添加剂腔室7出口脱离单向阀13时,穿透口35自行密封,这样设置使得添加剂腔室7从玻璃框的内凹空间6取出时,添加剂腔室7内的添加剂不会从穿透口35处流出。
另外,添加剂腔室7顶部设置有便于灌注液体的灌注口9,所述灌注口9设置有防止液体流出的密封盖10,灌注口9的设置使得消费者在向添加剂腔室7内添加洗涤剂时更加方便和快捷,提高了洗涤效率的同时,增强了消费者的体验,而密封盖10的设置用以打开和关闭所述添加剂腔室7的灌注口9,在消费者移动或者安装添加剂腔室7,以及在滚筒洗衣机工作的过程中,密封盖10保证添加剂腔室7内的洗涤剂不会随着添加剂腔室7的晃动或者振动流到其外部。
本实施例所述的添加剂腔室7为分别用于盛放洗涤剂和柔顺剂的洗涤剂储盒701及柔顺 剂储盒702,当消费者准备使用洗衣机洗涤衣物时,先将事先准备好的洗涤剂和柔顺剂通过灌注口9分别放入洗涤剂储盒701和柔顺剂储盒702,关上密封盖10;然后开动设置于控制面板19上的电源键31(附图中未标出)以及控制旋钮32(附图中未标出),启动洗衣机的洗涤程序,值得注意的是,此过程中洗衣机的门体3可以处于开启状态,也可以处于关闭状态,本发明的添加剂腔室7的中的洗涤剂的添加过程可以从外部实现。
当需要更换添加剂腔室7或者消费者觉得添加洗涤剂不方便时,可以通过设置于添加剂腔室7顶部的盒把手11将添加剂腔室7从门体3内凹空间6内将添加剂腔室7取出。
实施例二
如图1至图7所示,本实施例为上述实施例一的进一步限定,本实施例所述的添加剂腔室7和储盒座8为透明材质,消费者可以在外部可以观察到添加剂腔室7内的液体储量情况,每次使用前来决定是否继续添加相关洗涤剂,同时也可以在使用过程中对洗涤剂进行添加。
实施例三
如图1至图7所示,本实施例与上述实施例二的区别,本实施例所述的添加剂腔室7和储盒座8其中之一为透明材质,消费者可以在外部可以观察到添加剂腔室7内的液体储量情况,每次使用前来决定是否继续添加相关洗涤剂,同时也可以在使用过程中对洗涤剂进行添加。
实施例四
如图1至图7所示,本实施例为上述实施例一至实施例三任一所述实施例的进一步限定,本实施例所述的洗涤剂储盒701和柔顺剂储盒702为一体成型结构,一个添加剂腔室7分成两个腔室,分别是洗涤剂储盒701和柔顺剂储盒702。
实施例五
如图1至图7所示,本实施例为上述实施例一至实施例三任一所述实施例的进一步限定,本实施例所述的洗涤剂储盒701和柔顺剂储盒702为可拆卸的两个部分,洗涤剂储盒701和柔顺剂储盒702通过卡扣连接成一个整体的添加剂腔室7。
实施例六
如图1至图7所示,本实施例为上述实施例一至实施例五任一所述实施例的进一步限定,本实施例所述的添加剂腔室7高度小于玻璃窗4的半径,这样设置使得添加剂腔室7可以从玻璃窗4的内凹空间6中取出,保证了添加剂腔室7安装的方便性,便于消费者的使用,提 高了消费者体验度。
实施例七
如图1至图7所示,本实施例与上述实施例六的区别在于,本实施例所述添加剂腔室7的高度等于玻璃窗4的半径。
实施例八
如图1至图7所示,本实施例与上述实施例一至实施例七任一所述实施例的的进一步限定,储盒座8还包括设置于储液盒底部的投放泵15,所述投放泵15一端连通出液管14,另一端通过投放管16连通洗衣机外筒30,通过投放泵15将添加剂腔室7内的洗涤剂直接投放到洗衣机外筒30中,使得投放量得到严格的控制,提升了洗涤效率的同时,降低了洗涤成本,也使得洗涤衣物的寿命得到延长,消费者的体验得到提升。
实施例九
如图1至图7所示,本实施例与上述实施例一至实施例七任一所述实施例的的进一步限定,储液盒还包括设置于储液盒底部的投放泵15,所述投放泵15一端连通出液管14,另一端连通混合腔17,混合腔17通过投放管16连通洗衣机外筒30,通过投放泵15将添加剂腔室7内的洗涤剂先投放到混合腔17进行混合,再投放到洗衣机外筒30中,使得洗涤剂的混合程度得到保证,洗涤效果得到了进一步的提升,同时投放量也得到严格的控制,也提升了洗涤的效率,降低了洗涤成本,也使得洗涤衣物的寿命得到延长,消费者的体验得到提升。
实施例十
如图1至图7所示,本实施例与上述实施例一至实施例九任一所述实施例的的进一步限定,本实施例所述的滚筒洗衣机还包括远程控制终端,可以在不接触洗衣机的情况下实现对洗衣机的操作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机,包括机体(1),所述机体(1)内部形成容纳腔(2);门体(3),所述门体(3)活动的设置于所述机体(1)上,用以打开和关闭所述容纳腔(2);玻璃窗(4),所述玻璃窗(4)设置于所述门体(3)上,用以观察容滚筒洗衣机内筒(5),所述玻璃窗(4)向容纳腔(2)一侧凹陷形成内凹空间(6),所述内凹空间(6)向外设有开口,其特征在于:所述玻璃窗(4)的内凹空间(6)内设置有至少一个添加剂腔室(7),自外部开口向添加剂腔室(7)内投放添加剂,所述添加剂腔室(7)为密封的腔体结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述添加剂腔室(7)底部设置有至少一个用于排放添加剂腔室(7)内部添加剂的出水口(12);对应出水口(12)在添加剂腔室(7)底部还设有密封胶垫(34)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述内凹空间(6)靠近滚筒洗衣机底部一侧设有用于安装添加剂腔室(7)的储盒座(8)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述储盒座(8)对应添加剂腔室(7)的出水口(12)设置有用于导出添加剂的单向阀(13),所述单向阀(13)连接出液管(14),出液管(14)将添加剂腔室(7)内的添加剂导入到机体(1)的外筒(30)中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述单向阀(13)顶部为易于刺破或者顶开密封胶垫(34)的形状,优选地,单向阀(13)顶部形状为尖锥形。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗涤剂添加剂腔室(7)与玻璃窗具有间隙,进一步地,间隙中填充了隔热物质。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述添加剂腔室(7)顶部设置有便于灌注液体的灌注口(9),所述灌注口(9)设置有防止液体流出的密封盖(10)。
  8. 根据权要求1-7任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述添加剂腔室(7),和\或,储盒座(8)为透明材质,在外部可以观察到添加剂腔室(7),和\或,储盒座(8)内的液体。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述储盒座(8)还包括设置于储液盒底部的投放泵(15),所述投放泵(15)一端连通出液管(14),另一端通过投放管(16)连通滚筒洗衣机外筒。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述储液盒还包括 设置于储液盒底部的投放泵(15),所述投放泵(15)一端连通出液管(14),另一端连通混合腔(17),混合腔(17)通过投放管(16)连通滚筒洗衣机外筒。
