以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1-4以及图7和8所示的,本发明提供的一种锁紧酿造装置包括用于安装料杯的座体3、用于能够将料杯内的饮料胶囊刺破并输送液体的导液刺破管4和用于将料杯内的饮料胶囊锁紧的活塞5,座体3内形成有具有开口端6和封闭端7的活塞腔8,活塞5可滑动地密封设置在活塞腔8内,并和封闭端7形成具有开口9的压力介质腔10,开口9用于介质流入压力介质腔10或者从压力介质腔10内流出,导液刺破管4设置在活塞5的朝向开口端6的表面上,并且活塞5上设置有和导液刺破管4相通的进液通道11,其中,活塞5具有使得导液刺破管4远离饮料胶囊的打开位置和锁紧饮料胶囊并使得导液刺破管4刺破饮料胶囊的锁紧位置,其中,活塞5能够在压力介质腔10内的介质压力下从所述打开位置运动到所述锁紧位置。
当然,本发明的锁紧酿造装置中,活塞腔8和活塞5可以为圆形的,也可以为椭圆形的,或者为方形的,进一步地,在活塞腔8和活塞5呈椭圆形或者圆形的结构时,更易于缩小活塞腔8和活塞5的占用空间。当然,相应地,封闭端7也可以为圆形或者椭圆形,或者方形,其中,在封闭端7的端面呈椭圆形或者圆形时中,更易于形成如下所述的开口9和孔口12。
在该技术方案中,由于活塞5可滑动地密封设置在活塞腔8内并能够在压力介质腔10内的介质压力比如液体压力或者气体压力下从打开位置运动到锁紧位置,这样,在打开位置,由于导液刺破管4远离酿造腔1,使用者此时可以将要使用的饮料胶囊放置在酿造腔1中,随后,例如外部的供液系统通过开口9向压力介质腔10供给液体,使得压力介质腔10内的压力增大,并驱使活塞5从打开位置朝向锁紧位置运动,而在锁紧位置,活塞5将会锁紧酿造腔1内放置的饮料胶囊36,同时,导液刺破管4将刺破酿造腔1内放置的饮料胶囊36并供液,以配置饮品。而在饮品配置完成后,外部的供液系统停止供液,比如压力介质腔10内的介质回流并进一步带动活塞5回位运动,或者,活塞5在回位弹性件的作用下回位以驱使压力介质腔10内的介质回流,从而回位到打开位置,以便于使用者取出使用过的饮料胶囊36,如果需要,使用者可以再次放置新的饮料胶囊,以重复上述的操作过程。这样,本发明的锁紧酿造装置,使用者仅需取放饮料胶囊,而并不需要和现有技术一样按压操作锁紧酿造装置以锁紧饮料胶囊,因此,该饮料酿造装置工作性能可靠,使用者并不需要按压操作即能够实现对饮料胶囊便捷可 靠的锁紧。
应当理解,本发明的锁紧酿造装置中,进液通道11可以具有多种布置形式,只要能够实现外部的液体通过进液通道11导入到导液刺破管4内即可,当然,在导液刺破管4刺入饮料胶囊后,液体将导入到饮料胶囊内酿制饮品。
例如,一种结构形式中,活塞5和活塞腔8的腔壁内可以形成能够相通的流道,此时,在活塞5的可滑动范围内,活塞5内的流道始终和活塞腔8的腔壁内的流道接通,或者,在活塞5滑动到锁紧位置时,活塞5内的流道才和活塞腔8的腔壁内的流道接通,这样,外部的液体将通过活塞5和活塞腔8的腔壁内相通的流道流入到导液刺破管4内。
或者,在另一种结构形式中,为了便于制造,降低生产成本,并便于装配,优选地,参考图1和4所示的结构,进液通道11通过位于压力介质腔10内的管件来形成。比如,如图1和4中所示的中空的杆体14,或者,在其他结构形式中,可以采用软管或者波纹管连接,例如,软管或波纹管的一端连接于压力介质腔10的侧壁或者端壁上,而另一端则连接于活塞5上的与导液刺破管4相通的接口上,在此,软管或波纹管位于压力介质腔10内时并不会对活塞的可滑动造成影响。
另外,为了减少软管或波纹管对压力介质腔10的内部空间的占用,并便于扩大活塞5的可滑动行程,优选地,如图1和4所示的结构,开口9形成在封闭端7上,这样,相对于开口7形成在压力介质腔10的侧壁上而言,可以显著提升活塞5的可滑动行程,当然,如果需要,开口7也是可以形成在压力介质腔10的侧壁上的。同理,封闭端7上形成有连接管件的孔口12,这样,软管特别是波纹管可以在压力介质腔10连接于孔口12,从而活塞5处于打开位置时,波纹管将被压缩叠加,而在活塞5朝向锁紧位置运动时,波纹管将被拉伸伸出。
当然,孔口12可以用作进液通道11的进液口,比如,如图1和4所示的结构中,杆体14并未从孔口12中穿出;或者,孔口12用作通道,比如,杆体14从压力介质腔10内穿过孔口12伸出到压力介质腔10的外部,比如,杆体14伸入并可滑动地密封配合在孔口12内,这样,活塞5滑动时,孔口12仅用作杆体14的导向和支撑通道。
封闭端7可以和座体3一体形成,或者,为了便于加工和装配,优选地,为了便于装配,封闭端7和座体3可拆卸地装配,比如,封闭端7可以通过另外一个活塞体来形成,换句话说,封闭端7为和座体3可拆卸地装配的塞体。
另外,本发明的锁紧酿造装置中,活塞5可以仅为一个没有设置杆体的塞体,只要塞体能够在压力介质腔10中稳定可靠地滑动以调整位置即可,此时,可以采用波纹 管,比如,波纹管的一端连接于孔口12,另一端连接于塞体上的接口,而导液刺破管4则和接口相通。
或者,另外一种结构形式中,活塞5可以包括塞体13和作为上述管件的杆体14,如图1和4所示的,杆体14内的轴向中空通道作为进液通道11。此时,杆体14可以从孔口12中穿出,或者如下所示的,当孔口12的轴向长度较长时,杆体14可以可滑动底密封配合在孔口12内。这样,孔口12和杆体14的这种配合关系,可以对塞体13的滑动提供支撑和导向。
进一步地,为了便于杆体14连接,优选地,如图1和4所示的,封闭端7形成有朝向压力介质腔10伸出的凸出部15,凸出部15上形成轴向延伸的开口9和轴向延伸的孔口12,其中,杆体14伸入并可滑动地密封配合在孔口12,如图2和3,以及图7和8所示的。
另外,如上所示的,饮料配置完成后,活塞5需要从锁紧位置运动到打开位置,因此,压力介质腔10内的介质例如液体可以回流,从而倒吸活塞5回位到打开位置;
或者,活塞5可以连接有复位弹性件16,复位弹性件16可以驱使活塞5回位,比如,活塞5和座体3之间设置有用于使活塞5能够回位到打开位置的复位弹性件16,其中,在锁紧位置,复位弹性件16处于储能状态。当压力介质腔10内停止供给流体时,压力介质腔10内的压力将减小,此时,复位弹性件16强释放弹性能,驱使活塞5回位,从而进一步驱使压力介质腔10内的流体回流。
进一步地,如图1-4所示的,为了进一步提升活塞5滑动的可靠性,优选地,封闭端7形成有朝向压力介质腔10伸出的凸出部15,凸出部15和压力介质腔10的侧壁之间形成有导向空间17,活塞5形成有朝向压力介质腔10延伸的导向壁18,比如环形的导向壁18,导向壁18位于导向空间17内,这样,活塞5上下滑动时,导向壁18将在导向空间17内轴向运动,以提升活塞5滑动的稳定性和可靠性。
进一步地,为了避免设置的复位弹性件16占用活塞腔8内的空间,优选地,如图3、8和9所示的,活塞5形成有朝向压力介质腔10延伸的导向壁18,导向壁18的外侧面形成有径向伸出部19,活塞腔8的腔壁的内侧面上形成有轴向凹槽20,径向伸出部19位于轴向凹槽20内并能够沿着轴向凹槽20的轴向运动,并且径向伸出部19和轴向凹槽20之间设置有复位弹性件16,比如弹簧,这样,在锁紧位置,复位弹性件16将被压缩,如图3和8的设置方式中,弹簧连接在径向伸出部19和轴向凹槽20的下侧面之间,或者,弹簧连接在径向伸出部19和轴向凹槽20的上侧面之间时,复位弹性件 16将被拉伸。
另外,为了进一步提升对饮料胶囊的锁紧效果,并便于导液刺破管4能够轻易地刺入到饮料胶囊中,优选地,如图2和3,以及4、7和8所示的,活塞5的朝向开口端6的表面上设置有饮料胶囊密封垫21,饮料胶囊密封垫21包括用于抵接饮料胶囊的封膜的外凸弧形面22和围绕外凸弧形面22布置的用于压紧饮料胶囊周缘的弹性裙边23,其中,导液刺破管4从外凸弧形面22上穿出,优选地,从外凸弧形面22的中心处穿出,或者,可选择地,可以从外凸弧形面22的偏心处穿出。这样,在锁紧位置,弹性裙边23将压紧饮料胶囊的圆周边缘,以实现饮料胶囊更可靠的锁紧,同时,外凸弧形面22将抵接饮料胶囊的封膜上,使得封膜处于绷紧状态,从而更易于饮料胶囊的可靠定位。
另外,本发明的锁紧酿造装置中,为了便于取放饮料胶囊,优选地,锁紧酿造装置和料杯2可拆卸地装配,例如,如图1和4所示的,座体3在活塞腔8的开口端6处形成有用于供料杯2的导向边缘侧向抽出和插装的导向槽24。这样,如图1所示的,使用者可以将饮料胶囊放置在料杯2的酿造腔1内,然后沿着导向槽24侧向插入,即可将料杯2装配到锁紧酿造装置中,如图2和3所示的。
进一步地,为了便于使用更直观地感受到料杯2的装配,并进一步确定料杯2插装到位,优选地,本发明的锁紧酿造装置中,导向槽24的末端设置有能够吸附料杯的导向边缘的磁铁。这样,在料杯2快插装到位时,磁铁将吸附料杯2,从而给使用者料杯2插装到位的更直观感受。
当然,在上述任一的基础上,本发明的锁紧酿造装置可以采用任何适当形式的料杯2,比如,如图1-3中所示的料杯2,在这种形式中,料杯2的酿造腔1中仅用于放置饮料胶囊;
另外,本发明提供一种饮料酿造装置,包括具有酿造腔1的料杯2和上述任一所述的锁紧酿造装置,其中,料杯2安装在开口端上,优选地可拆卸地安装在开口端上,活塞5能够在压力介质腔10内的介质压力下从打开位置运动到锁紧位置,在所述打开位置,导液刺破管4远离酿造腔1,在所述锁紧位置,导液刺破管4伸入到酿造腔1内以能够刺破放置在酿造腔内的饮料胶囊。
当然,酿造腔1是具有饮品出口的,优选地,在酿造腔的高度方向上,饮品出口形成在酿造腔的最低位置处。
这样,如上所述的,本发明的饮料酿造装置,使用者仅需取放饮料胶囊,而并不需要和现有技术一样按压操作锁紧酿造装置以锁紧饮料胶囊,因此,该饮料酿造装置工 作性能可靠,使用者并不需要按压操作即能够实现对饮料胶囊便捷可靠的锁紧。
另外,料杯2可以采用图1-3中所示的结构,或者,也可以采用5-8中所示的料杯2,具体的,如图5和6所示的,沿着料杯2的杯体的从下往上的高度方向,也就是在料杯2的高度方向上,即图5所示的图形界面的高度方向上,从下往上,酿造腔1内设置有针盘25和用于放置饮料胶囊的支撑板26,针盘25相对于杯体固定设置并具有向上延伸的刺针27,也就是,针盘25固定设置,并且刺针27向上延伸,同时,支撑板26设置在针盘25的上方,其中,支撑板26能够沿着杯体的高度方向上下运动以在取放饮料胶囊的初始位置(如图7所示)和刺破饮料胶囊的锁紧位置(如图8所示)之间切换,其中,在锁紧位置,刺针27穿过支撑板26以用于将放置在支撑板26上的饮料胶囊刺破。
这样,饮料胶囊使用完后,支撑板26将从锁紧位置运动到初始位置,也就是,将使用后的饮料胶囊从酿造腔1内推出,而在初始位置,饮料胶囊36的封膜边缘和酿造腔1的封膜支撑面之间具有间隔,这样,使用者则可以方便地拿取饮料胶囊,从而可以避免使用者直接从酿造腔1内费力地拿取与酿造腔1的封膜支撑面紧密贴合的饮料胶囊时,饮料胶囊烫手,残留饮品弄脏使用者手的问题。
进一步地,饮料胶囊自然放置在支撑板26上后,刺针27并不会自然地刺破饮料胶囊,即使刺针27从支撑板26上突出。
为了便于饮料胶囊36的平稳放置,优选地,在初始位置,刺针27位于支撑板26的下方。这样,饮料胶囊36则可以平稳地放置在支撑板26上,并且,由于刺针27并不突出于支撑板26,则不会有刺到使用者的手的风险。
当然,在本发明的饮料酿造装置中,针盘25和料杯2固定连接,而支撑板26则可以和料杯2滑动地连接;或者,为了简化结构,有效地利用固定设置的针盘25,优选地,如图5所示的,支撑板26和针盘25连接,并能够相对于针盘25上下滑动,比如,如图6所示的,针盘25上形成有导向孔31,支撑板26上形成有导向臂32,导向臂32配合在导向孔31内,这样,通过导向孔31和导向臂32的这种滑动配合,可以实现支撑板26相对于针盘25上下滑动。
另外,为了防止支撑板26脱出,支撑板26可以和料杯2之间形成有限位结构,比如,酿造腔1的侧壁上伸出有限位凸台,支撑板26在初始位置时则抵接于限位凸台;
或者,针盘25上形成有导向孔31,支撑板26上形成有导向臂32,导向臂32的前端形成有限位弯钩33,其中,导向臂32配合在导向孔31内,并在初始位置,限位弯 钩33抵接于针盘25的下表面,从而对支撑板26在初始位置时进行限位,特别是采用如下所述的支撑板26和针盘25之间设置有弹性件时,此时,弹性件可以便于支撑板26从锁紧位置回位到初始位置,以将使用后的饮料胶囊顶出酿造腔1。
如上所示的,酿造完成后,支撑板26的回位可以通过多种形式来实现,比如,支撑板26地底面和酿造腔1之间设置有弹性件,或者,如图5所示的,为了能够充分利用固定设置的针盘25,以简化结构,优选地,支撑板26和针盘25之间设置有弹性件,其中,在锁紧位置,弹性件处于储能状态。这样,酿造完成并且上述的锁紧酿造装置从锁紧位置运动到打开位置后,弹性件将释放弹性力将支撑板26从锁紧位置推回到初始位置,以将使用后的饮料胶囊从酿造腔1中推出。
当然,弹性件可以具有多种结构形式,比如如图5所示的,刺针27位于针盘25的中部,弹性件28为套装在刺针27上的弹簧。这样,如图8所示,在支撑板26处于锁紧位置时,弹簧处于压缩的储能状态。
进一步地,为了便于弹簧的稳定可靠装配,如图5和8所示的,针盘25包括向下延伸的筒部29,刺针27在筒部29的外部穿过筒部29的底壁上的安装孔,延伸穿过筒部29后突出于针盘25的上表面,其中,刺针27和筒部29之间形成环形空间30,弹簧位于环形空间30内。这样,通过环形空间30的限位,弹簧能够可靠地套装并定位在刺针27上。
另外,在刺针27刺入饮料胶囊36后,配置的饮品会顺着刺针27流出,因此,为了更便于饮品流出,优选地,如图6所示的,刺针27的外表面上形成有轴向延伸的引流槽34。这样配置的饮品会快速地顺着引流槽34流出。
另外,在饮品流出时,部分饮品会流到支撑盘26和针盘25上,这样,如图6所示的,针盘25的上表面和/或支撑板26的上表面上形成有径向延伸的导流槽35。这样,配置的饮品会快速地顺着导流槽35流动,当然,针盘25的上表面和/或支撑板26的上表面可以从中部向四周倾斜向下延伸,以提升饮品的流动速度。
本发明还提供一种饮品机,参考图10和11所示的,该饮品机包括供液系统和上述任一所述的饮料酿造装置,其中,在使用时,饮料胶囊36可以容纳于酿造腔1中,供液系统与开口9和进液通道11连通,供液系统先通过开口9向压力介质腔10供液,使得活塞5从打开位置运动到锁紧位置,在锁紧位置,活塞5锁紧饮料胶囊,导液刺破管4刺入到酿造腔内放置的饮料胶囊36内,并且供液系统向进液通道11供液。
这样,在打开位置,由于导液刺破管4远离酿造腔1,使用者此时可以将要使用的 饮料胶囊放置在酿造腔1中,随后,例如外部的供液系统通过开口9向压力介质腔10供给液体,使得压力介质腔10内的压力增大,并驱使活塞5从打开位置朝向锁紧位置运动,而在锁紧位置,活塞5将会锁紧酿造腔1内放置的饮料胶囊36,同时,导液刺破管4将刺破酿造腔1内放置的饮料胶囊36并供液,以配置饮品。而在饮品配置完成后,外部的供液系统停止供液,比如压力介质腔10内的介质回流并进一步带动活塞5回位运动,或者,活塞5在回位弹性件的作用下回位以驱使压力介质腔10内的介质回流,从而回位到打开位置,以便于使用者取出使用过的饮料胶囊36,如果需要,使用者可以再次放置新的饮料胶囊,以重复上述的操作过程。这样,本发明的饮品机,使用者仅需取放饮料胶囊,而并不需要和现有技术一样按压操作锁紧酿造装置以锁紧饮料胶囊,因此,该饮料酿造装置工作性能可靠,使用者并不需要按压操作即能够实现对饮料胶囊便捷可靠的锁紧。
当然,供液系统可以具有多种结构形式,例如,一种结构形式中,供液系统包括独立的与进液通道11连通的管路和与开口9连接的管路,并采用各自不同的水泵来供水;
或者,供液系统可以采用相通的水泵,并且能够自动实现先向压力介质腔10供液,并在一定程度后自动开始向进液通道11供给配置饮品所需的热水,因此,如图10和11所示的,供液系统包括控制阀,开口9和进液通道11都与该同一个控制阀连通,并且供液系统的与进液通道11连通的管路上设置有背压阀37,其中,在通过该控制阀和开口9向压力介质腔10供液时,液体将通过控制阀和背压阀37连通,而此时背压阀37关闭,在锁紧位置并且背压阀37承受的压力达到开启值时,背压阀37开启以向进液通道11供液。
这样,供液系统向压力介质腔10供液时,通过该控制阀,另一路液体也会直接流向背压阀37或者比如通过加热单元(布置在控制阀和背压阀37之间)加热后流向背压阀37,此时,背压阀37关闭而承受一定的压力,随着活塞5运动到锁紧位置,背压阀37承受的压力也将达到自身的开启值,此时,背压阀37开启,这样,比如经过加热单元加热后热水将通过进液通道11和导液刺破管4进入到饮料胶囊36内配置饮品。
当然,在饮品配置完成并且压力介质腔10内的液体回流时,背压阀37可以关闭的。
另外,为了便于压力介质腔10内的液体回流,优选地,如图10和11所示的,压力介质腔10内的液体和配置饮品的液体共用一台水泵,此时,为了便于压力介质腔10 内的液体回流,优选地,供液系统包括水泵38和水箱40,控制阀为四通阀,并且四通阀设置在水泵38的出口端处,其中,四通阀39的三个出口分别和开口9、进液通道11和供液系统的水箱40连通比如通过管路连接,四通阀39和水箱40之间设置有电磁阀41,比如在两者之间的管路上连接有电磁阀41,其中,在水泵38运行供液时,电磁阀41关闭;在水泵38停止运行时,电磁阀41开启,压力介质腔10内的液体通过电磁阀41回流至水箱40。
这样,在放置好饮料胶囊后,水泵38运行抽水,通过四通阀39形成三条管路,第一路流向电磁阀41,此时电磁阀41闭合,第二路供水通过加热单元流向背压阀37,背压阀37关闭,第三路供水流向开口9并进入到压力介质腔10内,推动活塞5从打开位置向下移动到锁紧位置以锁紧饮料胶囊,在锁紧位置,导液刺破管刺入到饮料胶囊内,此时,第二路供水的管路内的压力逐渐上升到背压阀的开启压力,比如3-5BAR时,背压阀打开,第二路供水通过导液刺破管4注入饮料胶囊内,开始酿造饮品,饮品酿造完成后,水泵停止工作,此时电磁阀41打开,第一路的管路水泄压回流到水箱40内,优选地在复位弹性件16比如弹簧的回弹力作用下,活塞复位到打开位置,完成一个工作周期;如果需要,使用者可以取出使用后的饮料胶囊,比如优选地通过支撑板将使用后的饮料胶囊壳顶出酿造腔1,并放入新的饮料胶囊,并重复上述过程以酿造饮品。
当然,供液系统还包括相应的热敏电阻器,比如NTC,以感应相应的水的问题,比如,水箱与加热单元管路之间设置有NTC,用来感应入水温度;而加热单元出水口设置有NTC,用来感应出水温度。

Claims (16)

  1. 锁紧酿造装置,用于饮料机,其特征在于,所述锁紧酿造装置包括用于安装料杯的座体(3)、用于能够将料杯内的饮料胶囊刺破并输送液体的导液刺破管(4)和用于将料杯内的饮料胶囊锁紧的活塞(5),所述座体(3)内形成有具有开口端(6)和封闭端(7)的活塞腔(8),所述活塞(5)可滑动地密封设置在所述活塞腔(8)内,并和所述封闭端(7)形成具有开口(9)的压力介质腔(10),所述导液刺破管(4)设置在所述活塞(5)的朝向所述开口端(6)的表面上,并且所述活塞(5)上设置有和所述导液刺破管(4)相通的进液通道(11);
    其中,所述活塞(5)具有使得所述导液刺破管(4)远离所述饮料胶囊的打开位置和锁紧饮料胶囊并使得所述导液刺破管(4)刺破所述饮料胶囊的锁紧位置,所述活塞(5)能够在所述压力介质腔(10)内的介质压力下从所述打开位置运动到所述锁紧位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锁紧酿造装置,其特征在于,所述进液通道(11)通过位于所述压力介质腔(10)内的管件来形成;所述封闭端(7)上形成有所述开口(9)和连接所述管件的孔口(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的锁紧酿造装置,其特征在于,所述活塞(5)包括塞体(13)和作为所述管件的杆体(14),其中,所述杆体(14)内的轴向中空通道作为所述进液通道(11),所述杆体(14)伸入并可滑动地密封配合于所述孔口(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的锁紧酿造装置,其特征在于,所述封闭端(7)形成有朝向所述压力介质腔(10)伸出的凸出部(15),所述凸出部(15)上形成轴向延伸的所述开口(9)和轴向延伸的所述孔口(12)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的锁紧酿造装置,其特征在于,所述活塞(5)和所述座体(3)之间设置有用于使所述活塞(5)能够回位到所述打开位置的复位弹性件(16),其中,在所述锁紧位置,所述复位弹性件(16)处于储能状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的锁紧酿造装置,其特征在于,所述封闭端(7)形成有朝 向所述压力介质腔(10)伸出的凸出部(15),所述凸出部(15)和所述压力介质腔(10)的侧壁之间形成有导向空间(17),所述活塞(5)形成有朝向所述压力介质腔(10)延伸的导向壁(18),所述导向壁(18)位于所述导向空间(17)内。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的锁紧酿造装置,其特征在于,所述活塞(5)形成有朝向所述压力介质腔(10)延伸的导向壁(18),所述导向壁(18)的外侧面形成有径向伸出部(19),所述活塞腔(8)的腔壁的内侧面上形成有轴向凹槽(20),所述径向伸出部(19)位于所述轴向凹槽(20)内并能够沿着所述轴向凹槽(20)的轴向运动,并且所述径向伸出部(19)和所述轴向凹槽(20)之间设置有所述复位弹性件(16)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的锁紧酿造装置,其特征在于,所述活塞(5)的朝向所述开口端(6)的表面上设置有饮料胶囊密封垫(21),所述饮料胶囊密封垫(21)包括用于抵接饮料胶囊的封膜的外凸弧形面(22)和围绕所述外凸弧形面(22)布置的用于压紧饮料胶囊周缘的弹性裙边(23),
    其中,所述导液刺破管(4)从所述外凸弧形面(22)上穿出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的锁紧酿造装置,其特征在于,所述导液刺破管(4)从所述外凸弧形面(22)的中心处穿出。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的锁紧酿造装置,其特征在于,所述座体(3)在所述活塞腔(8)的所述开口端(6)处形成有用于供所述料杯的导向边缘侧向抽出和插装的导向槽(24)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的锁紧酿造装置,其特征在于,所述封闭端(7)为和所述座体(3)可拆卸地装配的塞体。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的锁紧酿造装置,其特征在于,所述导向槽(24)的末端设置有能够吸附料杯的导向边缘的磁铁。
  13. 一种饮料酿造装置,其特征在于,包括具有酿造腔(1)的料杯(2)和根据权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的锁紧酿造装置,其中,所述料杯(2)安装在所述开口端上,所述活塞(5)能够在所述压力介质腔(10)内的介质压力下从打开位置运动到锁 紧位置,在所述打开位置,所述导液刺破管(4)远离所述酿造腔(1),在所述锁紧位置,所述导液刺破管(4)伸入到所述酿造腔(1)内以能够刺破放置在酿造腔内的饮料胶囊。
  14. 一种饮品机,其特征在于,包括供液系统和根据权利要求13所述的饮料酿造装置,其中,
    所述供液系统与所述开口(9)和所述进液通道(11)连通,
    所述供液系统先通过所述开口(9)向所述压力介质腔(10)供液,使得所述活塞(5)从所述打开位置运动到所述锁紧位置,在所述锁紧位置,所述导液刺破管(4)刺入到酿造腔内放置的饮料胶囊(36)内,并且所述供液系统向所述进液通道(11)供液。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述供液系统包括控制阀,所述开口(9)和所述进液通道(11)都与所述控制阀连通,并且所述控制阀与所述进液通道(11)连通的管路上设置有背压阀(37),其中,
    在通过所述控制阀和所述开口(9)向所述压力介质腔(10)供液时,所述背压阀(37)关闭,在所述锁紧位置并且所述背压阀(37)承受的压力达到开启值时,所述背压阀(37)开启以向所述进液通道(11)供液。
  16. 根据权利要求或15所述的饮品机,其特征在于,所述供液系统包括水泵(38)和水箱(40),其中,所述控制阀为四通阀(39),所述四通阀(39)设置在所述水泵(38)出口端处,并且所述四通阀(39)的三个出口分别和所述开口(9)、所述进液通道(11)和所述水箱(40)连通,所述四通阀(39)和所述水箱(40)之间设置有电磁阀(41),其中,
    在所述水泵(38)运行供液时,所述电磁阀(41)关闭;
    在所述水泵(38)停止运行时,所述电磁阀(41)开启,所述压力介质腔(10)内的液体通过所述电磁阀(41)回流至所述水箱(40)。
