一种洗碗机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗碗设备,尤其是一种家用型的洗碗机。
背景技术
现有的洗碗机按洗涤方式一般可分为喷淋式和超声波式两类,喷淋式主要应用于家庭,通过旋转的喷淋臂向餐具喷出高压并溶解有洗涤剂的洗涤水而达到洗涤的目的,这种喷淋方式对开口较大的碗、盘等餐具具有较好的冲洗效果,但对于各种瓶体、杯体等比较长比较深的瓶/杯类用品无法满足洗净的要求,由于瓶体规格不同,旋转的喷淋臂喷出的洗涤水无法覆盖奶瓶内侧的区域,存在洗涤死角,并且现有的洗碗机通过支撑瓶体内侧固定,支撑点的残渣无法清理干净,容易引发卫生问题。
鉴于此提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够进行无死角冲洗的洗碗机。
为了实现该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种洗碗机,包括,壳体以及位于壳体内部的洗涤空间,所述洗涤空间内设置有洗涤水通路及盛放餐具的洗涤筐,所述洗涤筐包括瓶体清洗区,所述清洗区的洗涤筐上设置有一个或多个支撑固定部件,所述洗涤水通路在每个所述支撑固定部件处均设置有喷淋口。
进一步的,所述支撑固定部件包括瓶体支撑结构,所述瓶体支撑结构包括支撑柱以及设置在所述支撑柱顶部的固定部,所述固定部与所述瓶体可实现点接触。
进一步的,所述固定部的顶端为弹性球。
进一步的,每个所述瓶体支撑结构包括两个或两个以上不同高度的支撑柱,所述瓶体固定在所述支撑固定部件后呈倾斜状态。
进一步的,所述支撑固定部件包括一个或多个奶嘴固定结构,所述奶嘴固定结构包括至少一条奶嘴固定筋,所述奶嘴固定筋与所述洗涤筐倾斜固定。
进一步的,所述奶嘴固定筋为三条或更多条,在洗涤筐上围绕同一圆心均衡设置,顶端向圆心处倾斜。
进一步的,所述支撑固定部件包括支撑件,所述支撑件包括支柱以及设置在支柱顶部的多个悬挂臂。
进一步的,所述悬挂臂上设置有防止悬挂物滑落的限位点。

进一步的,所述洗涤水通路包括中间通道和水平贯穿并连通中间通道的第一横向通道和第二横向通道,所述第一横向通道与第二横向通道平行且间隔一定距离设置,所述喷淋柱为多个,并分别设置在第一横向通道和第二横向通道的上表面。
进一步的,所述第二喷淋臂设置在所述中间通道远离所述第一横向通道的一端。
进一步的,所述洗涤水通路还包括可在所述洗涤水通路上部壳体上旋转喷射洗涤水的第一喷淋臂,所述第一喷淋臂设置在所述洗涤水通路上,靠近所述第一横向通道的一侧。
进一步的,所述喷淋柱为由洗涤水通路的上部壳体向上延伸一定高度形成的圆柱形结构,内部设有流道与所述洗涤水通路内部连通,所述喷淋口配置为至少将洗涤水喷射至所述瓶体内部的侧壁上。
进一步的,所述洗涤水通路上还设有一个或多个辅助喷头,所述辅助喷头的高度低于所述喷淋柱,且所辅助喷头与喷淋柱间隔设置。
本发明提供的一种洗碗机,与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1.在每一个支撑固定部件处均设置有喷淋口,并且针对瓶体特别设置有可深入到瓶体内部的喷淋柱,可以有效对瓶类物品进行清洗,避免清洗死角,洗涤更全面;
2.瓶体支撑结构与瓶体内部实现点接触,进一步消除清洗死角;
3.设置奶嘴固定结构,使得奶嘴得到有效清洗,且不会移位;
4.第二喷淋臂、辅助喷头,配合固定设置的喷淋口,对瓶体、奶嘴等待清洗特体的洗涤更彻底,且采用可拆卸式结构,便于维修和更换,在不需要的时候也可以拆除,以增大洗碗机内的容纳空间;
5.设有悬挂件的支撑件,放置其他小部件,提高洗碗机有适用范围。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。
本发明提供了一种洗碗机,包括,壳体以及位于壳体内部的洗涤空间,所述洗涤空间内设置有洗涤水通路2及盛放餐具的洗涤筐1,洗涤筐1包括瓶体清洗区3,瓶体清洗区3的洗涤筐1上设置有一个或多个支撑固定部件,洗涤水通路2在每个支撑固定部件处均设置有喷淋口4。
如图1所示,一种洗碗机,内胆底部设有相应的水路(图中未示出),可向待清洗餐具喷射洗涤水的洗涤水通路2与水路连通,在洗涤水通路2的上部设置有洗涤筐1,筐1为框架式结构,用于放置餐具,可包括主要进行瓶体、杯体类的细长类窗口进行清洗的瓶体清洗区3,或在实际应用中,洗涤筐1只放置瓶体、杯体类的餐具,尤其是婴儿用品:奶瓶、奶嘴、奶瓶盖、咬胶等餐具,在此不做限定。在洗涤筐1上,设置有多个支撑固定部件,用于支撑或固定前述的这些餐具,尤其是婴儿用品,支撑固定部件用于固定餐具,支撑固定部件与餐具之间实现点接触。通过支撑固定部件与餐具之间点接触固定,解决了接触位置清洁效果差的问题,消除洗涤死角。
如图2所示,支撑固定部件包括但不限于瓶体支撑结构6、奶嘴固定结构7、奶嘴固定件安装座9,及放置小餐具的支撑件8。在本实施例中,支撑固定部件包括四个瓶体支撑结构6、四个奶嘴固定结构7,用以同时洗涤四套奶瓶。
如图3所示,每个瓶体支撑结构6包括支撑柱61,且至少两个支撑柱61,在本实施例中,为四个支撑柱61,为节省成本,合理设计空间,四个瓶体支撑结构6中有共用的支撑柱61,可根据奶瓶的大小,确定需要使用几个支撑柱61。
在支撑柱61的顶部有固定件,可与奶瓶的侧壁实现点接触,如在本实施例中,支撑柱61的顶部设置有橡胶固定球62,橡胶固定球62用于与奶瓶外壁接触,并将奶瓶固定。支撑柱61底部与本体1固定。瓶体支撑结构6设置四个支撑柱61支撑在奶瓶外侧,解决了现有技术中在奶瓶内部进行支撑固定而导致瓶本内部有清洗死角的问题。通过橡胶固定球62,瓶体支撑结构6采用软支撑,多种不同规格的奶瓶 均能稳定放置,使本发明的搁架适用于各类奶瓶,且橡胶固定球62与瓶体实现点支撑,进一步避免支撑部件与瓶体进行面支撑而导致的清洗死角问题。
如图3所示,四个支撑柱61之间存在高度差,四个支撑柱61中的两个高于另外两个,由于奶瓶的形状各有不同,四个支撑柱61高度不同,便于配合各种不同规格的奶瓶固定。在洗涤筐1上,设置有倾斜设置的支撑杆,用于支撑倒置状态的奶瓶口部,交使奶瓶固定后呈倾斜放置,并通过四个奶瓶支撑柱的固定,使得奶瓶固定后呈倾斜放置,便于洗涤后控水。
在实际应用中,支撑柱61为可伸缩的或者由弹性材料制成。支撑柱61为可伸缩的,便于对不同类型尺寸奶瓶的固定,支撑柱61采用弹性材料制成可方便固定尺寸较大的奶瓶。
奶嘴固定结构7包括三条奶嘴固定筋7-1,三条奶嘴固定筋7-1呈三角形设置,或在洗涤筐1上围绕同一圆心均衡设置,奶嘴固定筋7-1大体呈倒勾状,奶嘴固定筋7-1的根部与洗涤筐1固定,顶端向圆心处倾斜。实际应用中,奶嘴固定筋7-1可为一条、两条、或更多条,以可有效对奶嘴进行固定限位为基准要求。
三个奶嘴固定筋7-1与洗涤筐1底部的筋条组成放置奶嘴的空间,奶嘴顶部通过三条奶嘴固定筋7-1固定。由于奶嘴为可变性材质制成,三个奶嘴固定筋3-1呈倒勾状,勺状的最前端与奶嘴接触可视为柔性软接触固定,接触的位置为点接触,解决洗涤死角的问题。
洗涤筐1位于奶嘴支撑结构7处的筋条倾斜设置,三条奶嘴固定筋7-1中的一条高度高于另外两条,其中较高的奶嘴固定筋7-1向下延伸,较低的奶嘴固定筋7-1向上延伸,奶嘴固定后呈倾斜放置,便于洗涤以及控水。
为了加强对奶嘴的固定强度,在部分奶嘴固定筋7-1的延伸部分底部向下设置有固定凸起7-2,固定凸起7-2与奶嘴点接触固定。
为防止划伤奶嘴,三条奶嘴固定筋7-1、固定凸起7-2与奶嘴接触的地方采用圆润面。
支撑固定部件包括四个奶嘴固定件安装座9,奶嘴固定件安装座9包括前后对应的两个座体9-1,座体9-1的底部与洗涤筐1固定,座体9-1为柱形,两个座体9-1之间间距较短,方便对奶嘴固定件的固定。
在座体9-1的顶部设置有延伸部9-2,延伸部9-2用于限制奶嘴固定件位移,延 伸部9-2向外延伸穿过奶嘴固定件中间孔,奶嘴固定件在洗涤时可以在洗碗机内晃动,便于清洗与延伸部9-2的接触部位。在本实施例中,延伸部9-2采用圆形,圆形的延伸部9-2与座体9-1连接的部分夹角为80°,可牢牢的锁住奶嘴固定件,该角度可根据喷淋口4的角度而调整,使之具有良好的洗涤效果。
在洗涤筐1一侧设置有用于放置奶瓶盖的区域,在该区域上方设置有上端支架10,上端支架10用于防止奶瓶盖被洗涤水冲击时倾覆。
上端支架10包括格挡10-1和与洗涤筐1连接的连接部10-2,格挡10-1为波浪条纹形,体积小,格挡面大,有效防止奶瓶盖被洗涤水冲击时倾覆。连接部10-2与洗涤筐1之间旋转连接,上端支架10可通过连接部10-2旋转固定在洗涤筐1上,方便奶瓶盖的放置和拾取。
本发明提供的洗碗机,通过支撑固定部件与餐具之间点接触固定,解决了接触位置清洁效果差的问题,消除洗涤死角。通过瓶体支撑结构6、奶嘴支撑结构7、奶嘴固定件安装座8,分别对奶瓶、奶嘴等儿童餐具设置单独的固定支撑结构,结合的喷淋系统,可有效解决不同类型和尺寸的塑料餐具摆放、固定并提高洗涤效果。
洗涤筐1还包括支撑件11,结合图4和图5所示,支撑件11包括与洗涤筐1固定连接的支撑座111、可转动地安装在支撑座111上的立柱112,在立柱112的上端形成有多个向外延伸用于挂载洗涤对象的悬挂臂113。悬挂臂113适用于挂载婴儿牙胶等物品,或在日常生活中,挂载小餐具。
悬挂臂113为由立柱112上延伸出的弯曲的柱状体,悬挂臂113上至少具有第一悬挂点113a和第二悬挂点113b,且在第一悬挂点113a与第二悬挂点113b之间设有限位结构114,以阻止挂载在悬挂臂113上的洗涤对象在第一悬挂点113a和第二悬挂点113b之间移动,第一悬挂点113a与第二悬挂点113b之间间隔一定距离使得洗涤对象之间留有一定间隙,以更加有利于清洗。
优选地,限位结构114为由悬挂臂113上向上延伸出的一柱状凸起,柱状凸起的顶部高于第一悬挂点113a和第二悬挂点113b,柱状凸起也起到了加强悬挂臂113强度的作用。
立柱112的中心轴线竖直设置,悬挂臂113沿着立柱112的径向向外延伸,且悬挂臂113的外径沿着延伸方向逐渐减小。
悬挂臂113的中部弯折形成一下凹口;第一悬挂点113a位于悬挂臂113与立柱 112的连接处,第二悬挂点113b位于下凹口处。悬挂臂113采用平滑的方式弯折,以避免应力集中,当洗涤对象悬挂位置不正确时,在重力作用下,会自动滑落至第一悬挂点113a或第二悬挂点113b。
支撑座111通过连接筋与洗涤筐1连接,在支撑座111的顶端设有安装口,立柱112的下端插入至安装口内,且与安装口为转动配合。当放置在洗涤筐1上的物品较多时,可以通过旋转立柱112,调节悬挂臂113的位置,以充分利用洗碗机内部的洗涤空间。
在本实施例中,悬挂臂113为三个,并以立柱112的轴线为中心,呈120°角水平分布。在实际应用中,可根据需要设置悬挂臂113的数量及设置位置和方向。
如图6至图11所示,在洗涤空间内,在内胆底部设有洗涤水通路2,在洗涤水通路2上形成有水道13,水道12通过管路与自来水管连接,提供洗涤用水。洗涤水通路2包括,与水道13连通的第一喷淋臂21和瓶体清洗水路22,在洗涤空间内部还配置有水泵(图中未示出),用于驱动水道13内的洗涤水向第一喷淋臂21和/或瓶体清洗水路22流动,并以一定的压力将洗涤水从第一喷淋臂21和/或瓶体清洗水路22上设置的喷淋口4中喷出,以清洗洗涤对象,在瓶体清洗水路22的上表面上,开有多个喷淋口4,尤其是在每个支撑固定部件处,均设置有喷淋口4,以对支撑固定部件处放置的餐具进行有效清洗。
洗涤筐1上还设有碗碟放置区,第一喷淋臂21位于碗碟放置区的下方,第一喷淋臂21通过喷射洗涤水对放置在碗碟放置区和悬挂臂113上的洗涤对象进行冲洗。
第一喷淋臂21配置为以旋转的方式向洗涤对象喷射洗涤水,第一喷淋臂21以自由转动的方式安装在洗涤水通路2的上部壳体上,具体地,第一喷淋臂21的中心通过旋转接头212连接在洗涤水通路2上,并与水道13相通,第一喷淋臂21上设有按一定规律倾斜的多个喷淋口4,从喷淋口4喷出的水流产生反作用力驱动第一喷淋臂21转动。
瓶体清洗水路22通过可拆卸式接头223连接在洗涤水通路2上,瓶体清洗水路22包括,相对洗碗机整体固定设置的通道壳体,设置在通道壳体上表面,用于伸入至待清洗瓶体内部的喷淋柱224。喷淋柱224的顶端设有喷淋口4,以向瓶体内部喷水;喷淋柱224的高度优选为5cm~15cm,喷淋柱224的外径小于瓶口内径,在清洗时,喷淋柱224与瓶体之间无接触,以避免由于接触而产生的冲洗死角。
瓶体清洗水路22还包括,可转动地安装在通道壳体上的第二喷淋臂226,第二喷淋臂226设置在远离第一喷淋臂21的一侧,且也配置为以旋转的方式向洗涤对象喷射洗涤水。第二喷淋臂226主要用于向待清洗瓶体或其他待清洗的餐具的外侧喷水,以清洗其外表面。
第二喷淋臂226可拆卸地安装在在通道壳体上,通道壳体上形成有安装口,第二喷淋臂226的底部设有插入至安装口内侧的插口和卡在安装口外侧的卡爪2261,安装口的外侧设有一环形凸缘2211与卡爪2261配合,卡爪2261卡在环形凸缘2211上以将第二喷淋臂226限制在通道壳体上,插口与安装口为转动密封配合,在第二喷淋臂226上也设有按一定规律倾斜的多个喷淋口4,从喷淋口4喷出的水流产生反作用力驱动第二喷淋臂226转动。
为充分利用洗涤空间的空间,通道壳体包括中间通道221和水平贯穿并连通中间通道221的第一横向通道222和第二横向通道223,所述第一横向通道222与第二横向通道223平行且间隔一定距离设置,其中,中间通道221、第一横向通道222和第二横向通道223共同构成“士”字形结构,具体地,第一横向通道222位于中间通道221的中部位置,第二横向通道223位于中间通道221的一个端部,且该端部靠近第一喷淋臂41,第二喷淋臂226位于中间通道221的另一端部。
喷淋柱224为多个,并分别设置在第一横向通道222和第二横向通道223的上表面,相邻喷淋柱224间隔一定距离,以避免瓶体之间相互碰撞。
可拆卸式接头223连接在中间通道221的底部,可拆卸式接头223通过转动卡合的方式与洗涤水通路2上设有的安装口连接,在可拆卸式接头223的两侧还设有便于转动该接头的转动臂228,转动臂228与可拆卸式接头223为一体结构。
喷淋柱224为由通道壳体上表面向上延伸一定高度形成的圆柱形结构,内部设有流道与通道壳体内部连通,喷淋柱224的顶部设置有多个喷淋口4,或在喷淋柱224的顶部及侧壁上均设置有多个喷淋口4,喷淋口4配置为至少将水流喷射至待清洗瓶体7内部的侧壁上,具体地,该喷淋口4为弧形切口,且相对于水平面向上倾斜一定角度设置,喷淋口4的角度需要保证水流冲击到瓶体的侧壁上后回旋清洗,彻底将瓶体内部清洗干净。
待清洗瓶体优选为奶瓶,在实际应用上,可为各类瓶体或杯体,以及各种需要深入内部进行清洗的餐具
通道壳体上还设有多个辅助喷头227,辅助喷头227的高度低于喷淋柱224,且辅助喷头227与喷淋柱224间隔设置,辅助喷头227用于向瓶体外侧和奶嘴喷射洗涤水。
本发明的使用方法为:在使用时,先将奶瓶或其他待清洗瓶体以开口向下的方式插在支撑柱61之间,使瓶口与洗涤筐1上设置的支撑杆接触,同时使喷淋柱224插入至瓶内,将奶嘴卡在奶嘴固定筋7-1下,将婴儿牙胶挂在悬挂臂113上,将碗碟对应放入洗涤筐1的碗碟放置区,然后,关闭洗碗机门,启动洗碗机,第一喷淋臂41喷射洗涤水主要冲洗碗碟和牙胶,瓶体清洗水路22喷射洗涤水主要冲洗奶瓶和奶嘴,在清洗完成后将上述被洗涤对象取出即可。
本发明提供的一种洗碗机,与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1.在每一个支撑固定部件处均设置有喷淋口,并且针对瓶体特别设置有可深入到瓶体内部的喷淋柱,可以有效对瓶类物品进行清洗,避免清洗死角,洗涤更全面;
2.瓶体支撑结构与瓶体内部实现点接触,进一步消除清洗死角;
3.设置奶嘴固定结构,使得奶嘴得到有效清洗,且不会移位;
4.第二喷淋臂、辅助喷头,配合固定设置的喷淋口,对瓶体、奶嘴等待清洗特体的洗涤更彻底,且采用可拆卸式结构,便于维修和更换,在不需要的时候也可以拆除,以增大洗碗机内的容纳空间;
5.设有悬挂件的支撑件,放置其他小部件,提高洗碗机有适用范围。

  1. 一种洗碗机,包括,壳体以及位于壳体内部的洗涤空间,所述洗涤空间内设置有洗涤水通路及盛放餐具的洗涤筐,其特征在于:所述洗涤筐包括瓶体清洗区,所述清洗区的洗涤筐上设置有一个或多个支撑固定部件,所述洗涤水通路在每个所述支撑固定部件处均设置有喷淋口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述支撑固定部件包括瓶体支撑结构,所述瓶体支撑结构包括支撑柱以及设置在所述支撑柱顶部的固定部,所述固定部与所述瓶体可实现点接触。

  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述悬挂臂上设置有防止悬挂物滑落的限位点。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述洗涤水通路在所述瓶体支撑结构处设置有可伸入到瓶体内部的具有一个或多个喷淋口的喷淋柱。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述洗涤水通路还包括可在所述洗涤水通路上部壳体上旋转喷射洗涤水的第一喷淋臂。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述洗涤水通路上设置有可旋转的喷射洗涤水的第二喷淋臂。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述洗涤水通路的上部壳体上形成有安装口,所述第二喷淋臂的底部设有插入至所述安装口内侧的插口和卡在安装口外侧的卡爪,所述安装口的外侧设有一环形凸缘与卡爪配合,卡爪卡在环形凸缘上以将所述第二喷淋臂限制在所述洗涤水通路的上部壳体上,所述插口与所述安装口为转动密封配合。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述洗涤水通路包括中间通道和水平贯穿并连通中间通道的第一横向通道和第二横向通道,所述第一横向通道与第二横向通道平行且间隔一定距离设置,所述喷淋柱为多个,并分别设置在第一横向通道和第二横向通道的上表面。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述第二喷淋臂设置在所述中间通道远离所述第一横向通道的一端。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述洗涤水通路还包括可在所述洗涤水通路上部壳体上旋转喷射洗涤水的第一喷淋臂,所述第一喷淋臂设置在所述洗涤水通路上,靠近所述第一横向通道的一侧。
  16. 如权利要求9所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述喷淋柱为由洗涤水通路的上部壳体向上延伸一定高度形成的圆柱形结构,内部设有流道与所述洗涤水通路内部连通,所述喷淋口配置为至少将洗涤水喷射至所述瓶体内部的侧壁上。
  17. 如权利要求9所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述洗涤水通路上还设有一个或多个辅助喷头,所述辅助喷头的高度低于所述喷淋柱,且所辅助喷头与喷淋柱间隔设置。
