所述水道6通过管路与自来水管连接。在壳体1内部还配置有水泵(图中未示出),所述水泵用于驱动水道6内的洗涤水向第一喷射装置41和/或第二喷射装置42流动,并以一定的压力将洗涤水从第一喷射装置41和/或第二喷射装置42中喷出,以冲洗洗涤对象。
结合图9至图13所示,所述第一喷射装置41配置为以旋转的方式向洗涤对象喷射洗涤水;优选地,第一喷射装置41为第一喷射臂411,所述第一喷射臂411以自由转动的 方式安装在水道壳体5上,具体地,第一喷射臂411的中心通过旋转接头412连接在水道壳体5上,并与水道6相通,第一喷射臂411上设有按一定规律倾斜的多个喷口,从喷口喷出的水流产生反作用力驱动第一喷射臂411转动。
所述第二喷射装置42通过可拆卸式接头423连接在水道壳体5上,第二喷射装置42包括,相对壳体1固定设置的通道壳体,设置在通道壳体上表面,用于伸入至待清洗瓶体7内部的凸起部424,以及可转动地安装在通道壳体上的第二喷射臂426,所述第二喷射臂426设置在远离第一喷射装置41的一侧,且也配置为以旋转的方式向洗涤对象喷射洗涤水。第二喷射臂426主要用于向待清洗瓶体7的外侧喷水,以清洗瓶体的外表面。所述凸起部424的顶端设有喷口,以向瓶体内部喷水;凸起部424的高度优选为5cm~15cm,凸起部424的外径小于瓶口内径,在清洗时,凸起部424与瓶体之间无接触,以避免由于接触而产生的冲洗死角。
优选地,第二喷射臂426可拆卸地安装在在通道壳体上,所述通道壳体上形成有安装口,所述第二喷射臂426的底部设有插入至安装口内侧的插口和卡在安装口外侧的卡爪4261,所述安装口的外侧设有一环形凸缘4211与卡爪4261配合,卡爪4261卡在环形凸缘4211上以将第二喷射臂426限制在通道壳体上,所述插口与安装口为转动密封配合,在第二喷射臂426上也设有按一定规律倾斜的多个喷口,从喷口喷出的水流产生反作用力驱动第二喷射臂426转动。
为充分利用壳体1内的空间,所述通道壳体包括中间通道421和水平贯穿并连通中间通道421的第一横向通道422和第二横向通道423,所述第一横向通道422与第二横向通道423平行且间隔一定距离设置,其中,中间通道421、第一横向通道422和第二横向通道423共同构成“士”字形结构,具体地,第一横向通道422位于中间通道421的中部位置,第二横向通道423位于中间通道421的一个端部,且该端部靠近第一喷射装置41,所述第二喷射臂426位于中间通道421的另一端部。
所述凸起部424为多个,并分别设置在第一横向通道422和第二横向通道423的上表面,相邻凸起部424间隔一定距离,以避免瓶体之间相互碰撞。
优选地,所述可拆卸式接头423连接在中间通道421的底部,可拆卸式接头423通过转动卡合的方式与水道壳体5上设有的安装口连接,在可拆卸式接头423的两侧还设有便于转动该接头的转动臂428,转动臂428与可拆卸式接头423为一体结构。
优选地,所述凸起部424为由通道壳体上表面向上延伸一定高度形成的圆柱形结构,内部设有流道与通道壳体内部连通,所述喷口配置为至少将水流喷射至待清洗瓶体7的侧壁上,具体地,该喷口为弧形切口,且相对于水平面向上倾斜一定角度设置,喷口的角度需要保证水流冲击到瓶体的侧壁上后回旋清洗,彻底将瓶体内部清洗干净。
结合图5至图8所示,具体地,所述搁物架3包括,搁架本体31和设置在搁架本体31上用于固定洗涤对象的支撑结构32,所述支撑结构32包括,用于固定待清洗瓶体7的瓶体固定结构,用于固定奶嘴8的倒钩结构327,以及与搁架本体31固定连接的支撑座321,可转动地安装在支撑座321上的立柱322,在立柱322的上端形成有多个向外延伸用于挂载洗涤对象的悬挂臂323。悬挂臂323适用于挂载婴儿牙胶等物品。
具体地,所述悬挂臂323为由立柱322上延伸出的弯曲的柱状体,所述悬挂臂323上至少具有第一悬挂点323a和第二悬挂点323b,且在第一悬挂点323a与第二悬挂点323b之间设有限位结构324,以阻止挂载在悬挂臂323上的洗涤对象在第一悬挂点323a和第二悬挂点323b之间移动,第一悬挂点323a与第二悬挂点323b之间间隔一定距离使得洗涤对象之间留有一定间隙,以更加有利于清洗。
优选地,所述限位结构324为由悬挂臂323上向上延伸出的一柱状凸起,柱状凸起的顶部高于第一悬挂点323a和第二悬挂点323b,所述柱状凸起也起到了加强悬挂臂323强度的作用。
所述立柱322的中心轴线竖直设置,所述悬挂臂323沿着立柱322的径向向外延伸,且悬挂臂323的外径沿着延伸方向逐渐减小。
所述悬挂臂323的中部弯折形成一下凹口;所述第一悬挂点323a位于悬挂臂323与立柱322的连接处,所述第二悬挂点323b位于下凹口处。所述悬挂臂323采用平滑的方式弯折,以避免应力集中,当洗涤对象悬挂位置不正确时,在重力作用下,会自动滑落至第一悬挂点323a或第二悬挂点323b。
所述支撑座321通过连接筋与搁架本体31连接,在支撑座321的顶端设有安装口,所述立柱322的下端插入至安装口内,且与安装口为转动配合。当放置在搁物架3上的物品较多时,可以通过旋转立柱322,调节悬挂臂323的位置,以充分利用洗碗机壳体1内的空间。
优选地,所述悬挂臂323为三个,并以立柱322的轴线为中心,呈120°角水平分布。
优选地,搁物架3上还设有碗碟放置区,所述第一喷射臂411位于通道壳体的下方一侧,第一喷射臂411通过喷射洗涤水对放置在碗碟放置区和悬挂臂323上的洗涤对象进行冲洗。
所述瓶体固定结构将待清洗瓶体7固定在使凸起部424伸入至瓶体内部的位置。具体地,所述瓶体固定结构包括用于与待清洗瓶体7的瓶口接触以支撑瓶体重量的格栅结构325,与格栅结构325连接,并向上延伸至一定高度的定位柱326,所述定位柱326的上端部形成有用于与待清洗瓶体7外侧面接触的球体;所述定位柱326至少为三根,并围绕瓶体设置,且三根定位柱326配置为以夹紧的方式与瓶体接触,以限制瓶体的运动。
优选地,所述定位柱326为多根,且以不同的高度搭配,以便于对瓶体进行固定。
所述格栅结构325由横向和纵向排布的连接筋构成,格栅结构325上与瓶体接触的一面倾斜设置,以使瓶体倾斜一定角度,便于瓶内的水滴汇集后流出。
所述待清洗瓶体7优选为奶瓶,所述倒钩结构327用于固定与奶瓶配套的奶嘴8,所述倒钩结构327至少为三个,并以按压方式将奶嘴8固定在格栅结构325上。
优选地,所述通道壳体上还设有多个辅助喷头427,所述辅助喷头427的高度低于凸起部424,且辅助喷头427与凸起部424间隔设置,辅助喷头427用于向瓶体外侧和奶嘴8喷射洗涤水。
本发明的使用方法为:在使用时,先将奶瓶或其他待清洗瓶体7以开口向下的方式插在定位柱326之间,使瓶口与格栅结构325接触,同时使凸起部424插入至瓶内,将奶嘴8卡在倒钩结构327下,将婴儿牙胶挂在悬挂臂323上,将碗碟对应放入搁物架3的碗碟放置区,然后,关闭洗碗机门2,启动洗碗机,第一喷射装置41喷射洗涤水主要冲洗碗碟和牙胶,第二喷射装置42喷射洗涤水主要冲洗奶瓶和奶嘴8,在清洗完成后将上述被洗涤对象取出即可。
以上所述为本发明的实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下,还可以做出多种变形和改进,这也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种清洗组件,其特征在于:包括,
    第一喷射装置,配置为以旋转的方式向洗涤对象喷射洗涤水;
    第二喷射装置,包括,固定设置在洗碗机内的通道壳体,设置在通道壳体上表面,用于伸入至待清洗瓶体内部的多个凸起部,以及可转动地安装在通道壳体上的第二喷射臂;
    所述凸起部的顶端设有喷口,以向瓶体内部喷水;
    所述第二喷射臂设置在远离第一喷射装置的一侧,且也配置为以旋转的方式向洗涤对象喷射洗涤水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种清洗组件,其特征在于:所述通道壳体上形成有安装口,所述第二喷射臂的底部设有插入至安装口内侧的插口和卡在安装口外侧的卡爪,所述安装口的外侧设有一环形凸缘与卡爪配合,卡爪卡在环形凸缘上以将第二喷射臂限制在通道壳体上,所述插口与安装口为转动密封配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种清洗组件,其特征在于:所述通道壳体包括中间通道和水平贯穿并连通中间通道的第一横向通道和第二横向通道,所述第一横向通道与第二横向通道平行且间隔一定距离设置,多个凸起部分别设置在第一横向通道和第二横向通道的上表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种清洗组件,其特征在于:所述凸起部为由通道壳体上表面向上延伸一定高度形成的圆柱形结构,内部设有流道与通道壳体内部连通,所述喷口配置为至少将水流喷射至待清洗瓶体的侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种清洗组件,其特征在于:所述通道壳体上还设有多个辅助喷头,所述辅助喷头的高度低于凸起部,且辅助喷头与凸起部间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种清洗组件,其特征在于:所述第一喷射装置为第一喷射臂,且第一喷射臂位于通道壳体的下方一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种清洗组件,其特征在于:还包括,安装在洗碗机内的水道壳体,在水道壳体上形成有水道,并与第一喷射装置和第二喷射装置连通;所述第一喷射装置通过旋转接头连接在水道壳体上,所述第二喷射装置通过可拆卸式接头连接在水道壳体上。
  8. 一种安装有如权利要求1-7任一项所述的清洗组件的洗碗机。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:还包括,壳体,形成有用于容纳洗涤对象的空间,设置在壳体内的搁物架,所述清洗组件位于搁物架的下侧,所述搁物架上设有用于固定待清洗瓶体的瓶体固定结构,以将待清洗瓶体固定在使凸起部伸入至瓶体 内部的位置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗碗机,其特征在于:所述瓶体固定结构包括用于与待清洗瓶体的瓶口接触以支撑瓶体重量的格栅结构,与格栅结构连接,并向上延伸至一定高度的定位柱,所述定位柱的上端部形成有用于与待清洗瓶体外侧面接触的球体;所述定位柱至少为三根,并围绕瓶体设置,且三根定位柱配置为以夹紧的方式与瓶体接触,以限制瓶体的运动。
