应注意到:相似的标号和字母在下面的附图中表示类似项,因此,一旦某一项在一个附图中被定义,则在随后的附图中不需要对其进行进一步讨论。
本发明提供了一种发声装置,参考图1至图3,该发声装置包括振动系统和磁路系统。所述振动系统包括连接固定在一起的振膜13和音圈14。所述磁路系统驱动所述音圈14振动,从而驱动所述振膜13振动。
所述音圈14包括环形的音圈本体140和自所述音圈本体140的同一侧引出的一对引线141。所述音圈本体140包括位于所述引线141引出位置的引出测以及与所述引出侧相对的相对侧。所述引出侧与所述相对侧在所述音圈本体140上相对设置。一对所述引线141自所述引出侧引出。
当所述磁路系统驱动所述音圈14振动时,所述引出侧受到所述引线141较大的牵引力,振幅较小。所述相对侧未受到所述引线141的牵引力,或者受到所述引线141较小的牵引力,振幅较大。
参考图4、图8,在所述振膜13上结合有支片12。所述支片12包括位于最外侧的边缘部122、位于最内侧的中间部120以及连接所述中间部120与所述边缘部122的支撑部121。所述中间部120与所述边缘部122之间具有间隙,所述支撑部121位于所述间隙的位置。
参考图5,所述支撑部121位于所述振膜13的对应于所述相对侧的一 侧。所述支撑部121的位置对应于所述音圈本体140的相对侧。一对所述引线141自所述音圈本体的引出侧引出。所述振膜13和音圈14连接固定在一起。所述支片12与所述振膜13结合在一起。所述支片12能够通过所述支撑部121对音圈本体140的相对侧产生较强的支撑牵引作用。所述支片12对所述音圈本体140引出侧的支撑牵引作用较弱。
如此,所述支片12能够调节所述音圈本体140的引出侧与相对侧的振动平衡,从而改善所述发声装置的偏振,使所述发声装置具备较优的声学性能和可靠性。
所述振膜13与所述支片12结合在一起。优选地,所述振膜13包括中心部130、环绕所述中心部130的折环部131和位于最外围的固定部132。所述固定部132自所述折环部131向外延伸。所述振膜13通过所述固定部132被固定设置。所述支片12的中间部120与所述振膜13的中心部130相结合。所述支片12的边缘部122与所述振膜13的固定部132相结合。所述音圈本体140可以连接固定于所述振膜13的中心部130上。
所述音圈本体140、振膜13的中心部130与支片12的中间部120结合在一起。所述支片12的边缘部122与振膜13的固定部132结合在一起。所述音圈本体140的相对侧通过所述支撑部121与所述支片12的边缘部122连接在一起,所述支片12能够对所述音圈本体140的相对侧产生较强的支撑牵引作用。
所述中间部120的远离所述支撑部121方向的另一侧相对悬空设置,其与所述音圈本体140的引出侧连接在一起,所述支片12对所述音圈本体140引出侧的支撑牵引作用较弱。
如此,所述支片12能够调节所述音圈本体140的引出侧与相对侧的振动平衡。
所述支片12的中间部120的形状可有多种。
一个例子中,参考图2、图4,所述音圈本体140和所述支片12的中间部120的横截面呈圆角矩形。所述圆角矩形包括四个直边和将四个所述直边首尾相连的四个拐角。例如,一对所述引线141可沿着与所述音圈本体140长轴平行的方向延伸。
一对所述引线141可以分别从所述音圈本体140的两个相邻拐角位置引出。所述引出侧为两个相邻拐角所在的一侧。
或者,一对所述引线141也可以分别从所述音圈本体140上一对平行直边的同一侧端部引出。所述引出侧为一对所述平行直边的同一侧端部所在的一侧。
该实施例中,参考图4,所述支撑部121的一端可与所述中间部120上的一个直边相连。所述中间部120上的用于与所述支撑部121相连的直边与所述相对侧位于同一侧。
该实施例中,所述支撑部121的一端可分别与所述中间部120的两个相邻拐角位置相连。所述中间部120上的用于与所述支撑部121相连的两个相邻拐角与所述相对侧位于同一侧。
该实施例中,参考图4,所述支片12的边缘部122的横截面也可呈圆角矩形。所述振膜13的横截面也可呈圆角矩形。
另一个例子中,参考图8,所述音圈本体140和支片12中间部120的横截面呈圆形。一对所述引线141从所述音圈本体140上的引出位置相近。所述边缘部122和振膜13的横截面也呈圆形。
可以理解,所述音圈本体140和支片12中间部120的横截面也可呈方形、椭圆形或者其他形状。
优选地,所述音圈14上的一对引线141悬空设置。例如,一对所述引线141可以自所述音圈本体140的远离所述振膜13方向的一端引出。
参考图1,所述发声装置还可以包括外壳19、安装于所述外壳19上方的前盖10和设置于有外壳19内的磁路系统。所述磁路系统形成有磁间隙,所述音圈14的部分悬设于所述磁间隙内,以被所述磁路系统驱动。所述振膜13的固定部132安装于所述外壳19上,所述前盖10压合所述振膜13,所述振膜13被固定设置于所述外壳19与前盖10之间。
所述磁路系统的具体结构可采用现有技术。例如,所述磁路系统可包括盆架18、层叠设置于所述盆架18上的中心磁铁16和中心华司15、以及位于所述中心磁铁16周侧的边磁铁17。所述中心磁铁16、中心华司15与所述边磁铁17之间形成有磁间隙,所述音圈14的部分位于所述磁间隙内。 例如,在所述边磁铁17上可以设置有边华司。
所述支片12的中间部120与所述振膜13的中心部130结合在一起。所述支片12的边缘部122与所述振膜13的固定部132结合在一起。所述音圈本体140与所述振膜13的中心部130结合在一起。所述振动组件中各部件的具体安装位置可以有多种。
一个例子中,参考图6,所述支片12固定于所述振膜13的一侧表面上。所述音圈本体140固定于所述振膜13的另一侧表面上。在所述支片12的远离所述振膜13方向一侧表面上固定设置有Dome11。所述Dome11通常是指球顶部,其结合于所述支片12的中间位置,能够防止振膜13在高频段产生分割振动。
一种具体装配过程中,首先可将所述磁路系统收纳于所述外壳19内。将所述音圈14固定于所述振膜13的一侧表面上。再将所述振膜13固定于所述外壳19上,而且使得所述音圈14悬设于所述磁间隙内。之后将所述支片12固定于所述振膜13的远离所述音圈14方向一侧表面上。然后,将所述Dome11固定于所述支片12上。最后,将所述上盖与外壳19盖接在一起。
另一个例子中,参考图7,所述振膜13固定于所述支片12的一侧表面上。所述音圈本体140固定于所述支片12的另一侧表面上。在所述振膜13的远离所述支片12方向一侧表面上固定设置有Dome11。
具体装配过程中,首先可将所述磁路系统收纳于所述外壳19内。将所述音圈14固定于所述支片12的一侧表面上。再将所述支片12固定于所述外壳19上。而且使得所述音圈14悬设于所述磁间隙内。之后将所述振膜13固定于所述支片12的远离所述音圈14方向一侧表面上。然后,将所述DOME固定于所述振膜13的中间位置。最后,将所述上盖与外壳19盖接在一起。
需要说明的是,上述两个具体的例子中体现的均为支片12固定在音圈本体140的顶端部分(即靠近振膜13的一端)的情况,事实上,具体实施时,并不限于上述方式,支片12也可以是固定在音圈本体140的底端(即伸入磁路系统的磁间隙中的一端),具体实施方式可以根据实际情况进行 选择。
所述支片12被设置的较薄,以获得较好的振动弹性。所述支片12的材质可以有多种。
一个例子中,所述支片12可由弹性材质制成。例如,所述支片12可以是硅橡胶或者弹性体等。
另一个例子中,所述支片12也可由非弹性材质制成。由非弹性材质制成的支片12被设置的较薄时,也能获得较佳弹性。例如,所述支片12可以是铜箔等。
所述支片12的具体形状可以有多种。优选地,参考图4,所述支片12为片状构件。所述边缘部122与所述中间部120位于同一平面上。所述支撑部121的位置对应于所述音圈本体140的相对侧。并且,所述支撑部121在所述边缘部122、中间部120的所在平面上延伸布置。例如,所述支撑部121可呈S型、折形或者直线形等,所述支撑部121的数量可以为一个或者多个。
一对所述引线141与外部电路电连接在一起,以输入声音电信号。可选地,所述发声装置还可以包括一对设置于所述外壳19上的电连接件。一对所述引线141分别通过所述电连接件与外部电路电连接。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声装置,包括振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜(13)以及与所述振膜(13)连接固定的音圈(14),其特征在于:所述音圈(14)包括环形的音圈本体(140)以及自所述音圈本体(140)的同一侧引出的引线(141);所述音圈本体(140)包括位于所述引线(141)引出位置的引出侧以及与所述引出侧相对的相对侧;
    所述振膜(13)上结合有支片(12),所述支片(12)包括位于最外侧的边缘部(122)、位于最内侧的中间部(120)以及连接所述中间部(120)与所述边缘部(122)的支撑部(121),
    所述支撑部(121)位于所述振膜(13)的对应于所述相对侧的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述振膜(13)包括中心部(130)、环绕所述中心部(130)的折环部(131)和位于最外围的固定部(132);所述支片(12)的中间部(120)与所述振膜(13)的中心部(130)相结合,所述支片(12)的边缘部(122)与所述振膜(13)的固定部(132)相结合。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述音圈本体(140)和中间部(120)的横截面呈圆角矩形,
    一对所述引线(141)分别从所述音圈本体(140)的两个相邻拐角位置引出;
    或者,一对所述引线(141)分别从所述音圈本体(140)上一对平行直边的同一侧端部引出。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述支撑部(121)的一端与所述中间部(120)上的一个直边相连,所述中间部(120)上的用于与所述支撑部(121)相连的直边与所述相对侧位于同一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述支撑部(121)的一端分别与所述中间部(120)的两个相邻拐角位置相连,所述中间部(120)上的用于与所述支撑部(121)相连的两个相邻拐角与 所述相对侧位于同一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述音圈(14)的引线(141)悬空设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述支片(12)固定于所述振膜(13)的一侧表面上,所述音圈本体(140)固定于所述振膜(13)的另一侧表面上;或者,
    所述振膜(13)固定于所述支片(12)的一侧表面上,所述音圈本体(140)固定于所述支片(12)的另一侧表面上。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述支片(12)固定于所述音圈本体(140)的伸入所述磁路系统的磁间隙中的一端。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述支片(12)由弹性材料制成;或者所述支片(12)为铜箔。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述支片(12)为片状构件,所述边缘部(122)与中间部(120)位于同一平面上;所述支撑部(121)的位置对应于所述音圈本体(140)的相对侧,并且在所述边缘部(122)、中间部(120)的所在平面上延伸布置。
