Description
ADDI TIVE OF THERMAL INSULATION PRODUCT
RELATED TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to an additive of thermal insulation product which increases thermal insulation of the thermal insulation product at least 70% by being added to the thermal insulation product mixtures from which the plasters, blocks and plates used in thermal insulation are manufactured.
KNOWN STATE OF ART
Thermal insulation is the general definition for the applications made for prevention of heat transfer which is cooling and heating in buildings.
Thermal insulation can be performed by sheathing which is done by coating various materials over the interior walls and exterior walls of the buildings and also can be performed by using structures known as sandwich walls.
There are various insulation materials developed for providing thermal insulation in the state of art.
The invention, titled "Isi yalitimi saglayan dogal yiin igeren yapi elemani" (Structural member comprising thermal insulating natural wool) with No: 2016/02800 is an example for this structures. In said invention, a structural member in the form a sandwich panel, two sides of which are concrete layers and comprising a wool layer made from sheep' s wool there between is described .
In the invention, titled "ISI YALITIMLI KONUT KAPLAMAS I
(THERMAL INSULATING HOUSE COATING) with No: 2016/02582 a structure is described which is characterized by a bonding agent, filamentous woven (nonwoven) fabric, aluminum metalized coating, plaster mesh, concrete insert, mineral plaster, ventilation pores, plaster absorbing yarns, biochemical, late ignition liquid chemical, exterior surface and late ignition coating .
The invention titled "Isi, yangm ve ses yalitim ozellikli yalitim malzemesi ve iiretim yontemi" (Heat, fire and sound insulation material and manufacture method thereof) with No: 2016/08027 relates to an insulation material comprising expanded pearlite aggregate, ragged fiber glass and binding material; and manufacture method thereof.
In the invention, titled "Isi yalitim malzemesi iiretiminde yenilik" (An innovation in manufacture of thermal insulating material) with No: 2014/09307, a thermal insulating material is described in the composition of which is used pearlite hydroxy, ethyl cellulose, prover, potassium carbonate, disinfectant, fiber glass, dispergator, clay, anti-foaming, temperature lowering agent, acrylic and borax.
Existing thermal insulation products provide (+) (-) 5°C thermal insulation on average in the fields they are used.
On the other hand, the ingredients of some thermal insulation products used currently comprise taxine and this can harm human health by inhalation and/or contact.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the invention is to increase thermal insulation feature of thermal insulating material at least 70% by being
added into the plasters, blocks and plates used in thermal insulation .
DECRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The additive of the thermal insulation product of the present invention is characterized in that it is made of animal wax in the form of powder, granule or liquid which is added into the mixture of the thermal insulation product consisting of glass beads, fiber glass, vermiculite, pumice, gas concrete, resin, foamed concrete, EPS, stone wool, pearlite, mat or combinations thereof in the range of 1 kg - 40 kg per cubic meter during manufacture . The final form of the insulation products can be in the form of block, plate or plaster manufactured from glass beads, fiber glass, vermiculite, pumice, gas concrete, foamed concrete, EPS, stone wool, pearlite, mat or combinations thereof. The additive of thermal insulation product of the present invention is added into the thermal insulation product in the range of 1 kg - 40 kg per cubic meter during the manufacture of insulation product. The rate of the additive of the thermal insulation product in the insulation product mixture may vary between 1 kg - 40 kg per cubic meter according to the substances used in the thermal insulation mixture. The animal wax which is the additive of the thermal insulation product can be added into the insulation product mixture in the form of powder, granule or liquid.
The additive of the thermal insulation product which is made of
animal wax is added into the mixture of the insulation product consisting of glass beads, fiber glass, vermiculite, pumice, gas concrete, foamed concrete, EPS, stone wool, pearlite, mat or combinations thereof and this mixture is formed into block, plate and plaster for insulation applications.
Thanks to the additive of thermal insulation product of the present invention, the thermal insulation products into which the additive of thermal insulation product is added provide at least 70% more thermal insulation in comparison to the standard mixture thermal insulation products into which the additive of thermal insulation product is not added.
Claims
An additive of thermal insulation product, characterized in that it is made of animal wax in the form of powder, granule or liquid which is added into the mixture of the thermal insulation product consisting of glass beads, fiber glass, vermiculite, pumice, gas concrete, resin, foamed concrete, EPS, stone wool, pearlite, mat or combinations thereof in the range of 1 kg - 40 kg per cubic meter during manufacture.
