一种洗衣机内筒及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机领域,特别是一种洗衣机内筒及具有该内筒的洗衣机。
背景技术
在传统技术中,为了增强洗净效果往往在洗衣机的内筒上添加压型,现在的洗涤内筒为了增加与衣物的接触面积仅在内筒内壁的凹部设置脱水孔,从而隐藏了脱水孔,外观上内筒内部干净漂亮,然而,内筒内壁的凸部上不设置有脱水孔,则内筒外壁上对应该其内壁的凸部为内陷的凹部,该凹部往往成为清洗的死角,容易积累污垢,造成脏污,不利于清洁,影响用户身体健康。
申请号为201110336711.2的发明专利公开了一种洗衣机内筒结构,其包括内筒主体,所述内筒主体上设有内壁面以及自内壁面凹设的若干均匀倾斜排布的凹槽,所述凹槽的底部两端设有若干脱水孔。该专利实施例的洗衣机内筒结构通过在内筒主体的内壁面上增设凹槽,该些凹槽结构在洗衣运动过程中可以对衣物产生揉搓作用,提高洗涤效果,并且将脱水孔布置在凹槽的槽底部两端或在凹槽的长度方向上均布,可以减少洗涤和脱水时脱水孔对衣物造成的损伤,同时凹槽在脱水时借助离心力和重力可以起到导向作用,使衣物中的水分被分离出而从凹槽底部的脱水孔排出;然而该专利中,其自内壁面凹设的若干均匀倾斜排布的凹槽,脱水孔设置在凹槽内,则由内筒外壁上看,其外壁的凸出部上设置有脱水孔,而外壁的凹部上没有透气孔,如此,则凹部上容易积累污垢,且难以清洗,从而污染了衣物,不利于健康。
申请号为201310385780.1的发明专利公开一种洗衣机内筒及洗衣机,所述内筒的筒壁(1)上设有多个压型和多个脱水孔(3),所述的压型由指向内筒内部的凸起(2)构成,所述凸起(2)的底部为平行四边形,所述凸起呈行、列排布;相邻列和相邻行的凸起(2)之间的缝隙构成一供水流通过的直流道,所述的脱水孔(3)设置在直流道上。本发明还提供了一种设有所述内筒的洗衣机。通过提供一种上述造型的内筒,使得内筒内壁上不存在任何易磨损衣物的棱角,降低了洗涤过程中对衣物所造成的磨损。然而该专利中,其压型由指向内筒内部的凸起(2)构成,而脱水孔上设置在各个凸起之间的缝隙,这些缝隙在内筒外部视角上看是内筒外壁的凸部,而压型处在内筒外壁视角上看是内筒外壁的凹部,当压型较小时,则内筒外壁的凹部容易积累污垢,且脱水孔没有设置在内筒外壁的凹部上,所以洗衣机对该凹部的清洗效果差。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机内筒,其结构简单,成本低,能够有效实现固内筒的清洁;内筒外壁的凹部是容易积累污垢的地方,在该处开设通水孔,有利于洗涤水通过该脱水孔进入所述的凹部,对凹部进行冲刷清洗,从而避免了该凹部成为洗衣机内筒清洗的死角。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案的基本构思是:
一种洗衣机内筒,其筒壁上设置有具有凹部和凸部的凹凸压型,所述内筒的筒壁上设置脱水孔,所述脱水孔对应内筒外壁的凹部设置。
在上述方案中,考虑到内筒外壁的凹部是容易积累污垢的地方,在该处开设通水孔,有利于洗涤水通过该脱水孔进入所述的凹部,对凹部进行冲刷清洗,从而避免了该凹部成为洗衣机内筒清洗的死角。
优选的,所述的凹凸压型为若干向内筒内部的凸起构成,各凸起构成了内筒外壁的凹部,脱水孔对应所述内筒外壁的凹部设置;或所述的凹凸压型为若干向内筒外部的凸起构成,所述的各凸起之间的缝隙成了内筒外壁上的凹部,脱水孔对应内筒外壁的凹部设置。
优选的,所述的凹凸压型为若干向内筒内部的凸起构成,所述的各凸起分别构成了内筒外壁的凹部,每一内筒外壁的凹部上至少设置有一个脱水孔;
在上述方案中,每一内筒外壁的凹部上不限于只设置一个脱水孔,也可以设置有多个脱水孔,多个脱水孔均匀分布或按照一定规则分布在内筒外壁的凹部表面。
优选的,至少在内筒外壁上的凹部的最低点上设置有脱水孔。
在上述方案中,所述的凹部上可以只设置一个通水孔,则该脱水孔优选被设置在凹部的最低点上,从而有利于洗涤水由内筒内部进入该凹部的最低点,从而对凹部的清洗面最广清洗效果好,另一方面,该凹部的最低点是最容易积累污垢的地方,是内筒清洗的死角位置,在该处设置脱水孔,直接防止了死角的形成。
当然的,内筒外壁的凹部对应为内筒内壁的凸部,在该处设置脱水孔可能会对衣物具有伤害,因此,本发明中,脱水孔被设置为由内筒内壁向内筒外壁平滑过渡,不设置锋利的边沿,比如由内筒内壁向内筒外壁打孔,将脱水孔的边沿落入内筒外壁一侧。
优选的,所述的内筒外壁的凹部由底面及连接所述底面与内筒外壁的过渡面构成,所述的过渡面上也设置有脱水孔;
在上述方案中,在过渡面上设置脱水孔,在内筒转动中,由脱水孔进入内筒外壁的洗涤水由过渡面开始沿着内筒外壁的圆周方向冲刷至凹部的底面,对凹部的底面进行横向冲刷清 洗,从而有利于清洁凹部底面的污垢。
优选的,所述脱水孔设置在所述过渡面的中部位置上。
在上述方案中,将脱水孔设置在过渡面的中部位置,有利于提高洗涤水向凹部的底面的冲刷速度,提高了清洗效果。
优选的,所述内筒外壁的凹部具有在脱水时迎水的迎水侧和背水的背水侧,其中,至少所述的背水侧上设置有脱水孔;
在上述方案中,在所述的背水侧上设置脱水孔首先避免了在内筒高速旋转中,该脱水孔对衣物造成伤害,另一方面,脱水孔设置在背水侧有利于水流通过脱水孔进入内筒外壁一侧。
优选的,所述的凹凸压型为若干向内筒外部的凸起构成,所述的各凸起之间的缝隙构成了内筒外壁的凹部,所述的脱水孔均匀的设置在所述的各凸起之间的缝隙内。
在上述方案中,当凹凸压型较小,且密集的分布在内筒上时,则相邻的凸起之间的间隙较小,从而在内筒外壁上形成了较小的水流通道,特别容易污垢,且不利于清洗,此时在沿着缝隙上设置脱水孔,引流洗涤水进入该较小的缝隙内,可达到洗净的效果。
优选的,所述的凹凸压型为若干向内筒外部的四边形凸起构成,各凸起呈行、列排布,相邻列和相邻行的凸起之间的缝隙构成了内筒外壁上的若干直线形的凹部通道,所述的脱水孔设置在所述直线形的凹部通道上。
优选的,相邻两列的凸起之间形成的凹部通道与相邻两行的凸起之间形成的凹部通道相互垂直相交,所述的脱水孔设置在各凹部通道垂直相交的位置上。
在上述方案中,将脱水孔设置在各凹部通道垂直相交的位置上有利于进入该凹部通道的洗涤水流向各相交的支路,从而可达到对内筒外壁的各凹部进行全面清洗的效果。
作为进一步的优化,将各凹部通道相交处设置为与四个支路平滑过渡的结构,从而有利于引导水流向各支路流动。
优选的,内筒外壁的凸部上也设置有脱水孔。
上述方案中,在内筒外壁的最高点和内筒外壁的最底点上均设置脱水孔,在内筒外壁上形成了由凸起向凹部流动的第一水流以及在由凹部底面流出在凹部上流动清洗的的第二水流,两种水流叠加,从而达到了更加的清洗效果。
优选的,所述的内筒外壁的凸部与凹部之间平滑过渡,由凸部上的脱水孔脱出的洗涤水,沿周向流向所述的凹部表面,冲刷所述的凹部。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有上述的洗衣机内筒的洗衣机。该洗衣机可以为波轮洗 衣机也可以为滚筒洗衣机。
通过采用以上技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的洗衣机内筒,其结构简单,成本低,能够有效实现固内筒的清洁;内筒外壁的凹部是容易积累污垢的地方,在该处开设通水孔,有利于洗涤水通过该脱水孔进入所述的凹部,对凹部进行冲刷清洗,从而避免了该凹部成为洗衣机内筒清洗的死角。
2、本发明中至少在内筒外壁上的凹部的最低点上设置有脱水孔,从而有利于清洁该处的污垢,脱水孔被设置在凹部的最低点上,有利于洗涤水由内筒内部进入该凹部的最低点,从而对凹部的清洗面最广清洗效果好,另一方面,该凹部的最低点是最容易积累污垢的地方,是内筒清洗的死角位置,在该处设置脱水孔,直接防止了死角的形成。
3、本发明中内筒外壁的凹部对应为内筒内壁的凸部,在该处设置脱水孔可能会对衣物具有伤害,因此,本发明中,脱水孔被设置为由内筒内壁向内筒外壁平滑过渡,不设置锋利的边沿,比如由内筒内壁向内筒外壁打孔,将脱水孔的边沿落入内筒外壁一侧。

4、本发明中凹凸压型为若干向内筒外部的四边形凸起构成,各凸起呈行、列排布,相邻列和相邻行的凸起之间的缝隙构成了内筒外壁上的若干直线形的凹部通道,所述的脱水孔设置在所述直线形的凹部通道上;优选的,相邻两列的凸起之间形成的凹部通道与相邻两行的凸起之间形成的凹部通道相互垂直相交,所述的脱水孔设置在各凹部通道垂直相交的位置上;将脱水孔设置在各凹部通道垂直相交的位置上有利于进入该凹部通道的洗涤水流向各相交的支路,从而可达到对内筒外壁的各凹部进行全面清洗的效果。进一步将各凹部通道相交处设置为与相连通的四个支路平滑过渡的结构,从而有利于引导水流向各支路流动。
5、本发明中,优选的,内筒外壁的凸部上也设置有脱水孔,从而在内筒外壁的最高点和内筒外壁的最底点上均设置脱水孔,在内筒外壁上形成了由凸起向凹部流动的第一水流以及在由凹部底面流出在凹部上流动清洗的的第二水流,两种水流叠加,从而达到了更加的清洗效果。

在上述方案中,当凹凸压型3较小,且密集的分布在内筒上时,则相邻的凸起之间的间隙较小,从而在内筒外壁2上形成了较小的水流通道,特别容易污垢,且不利于清洗,此时在沿着缝隙上设置脱水孔4,引流洗涤水进入该较小的缝隙内,可达到洗净的效果。
实施例二
本实施例在实施例一的基础上进行描述:洗衣机内筒上的压型3为由内筒外部侧向内部侧冲压形成的多个紧密分布的四边形压型3,四边形压型3由平面结构的底面和由该底面平滑过渡到内筒外壁2的过渡面构成,该过渡面为曲面,其中脱水孔4部分设置在四边形压型3的底面,部分设置在所述的过渡面上。
或者,所述的压型3为向内筒内部凸出形成的条形凹槽结构,所述的脱水孔4均布在该凹槽的槽底,或所述的脱水孔4部分设置在所述的凹槽的槽底,部分设置在靠近凹槽槽底的侧壁上。
实施例三
本实施例在实施例一的基础上作了改进,参见图1和图2所示,内筒上的凹凸压型3为若干向内筒外部的四边形凸起构成,各凸起呈行、列排布,相邻列和相邻行的凸起之间的缝隙构成了内筒外壁2上的若干直线形的凹部通道,所述的脱水孔4设置在所述直线形的凹部通道上。
优选的,相邻两列的凸起之间形成的凹部通道与相邻两行的凸起之间形成的凹部通道相互垂直相交,参见图2所示,所述的脱水孔4设置在各凹部通道垂直相交的位置上。
在上述方案中,将脱水孔4设置在各凹部通道垂直相交的位置上有利于进入该凹部通道的洗涤水流向各相交的支路,从而可达到对内筒外壁2的各凹部进行全面清洗的效果。
作为进一步的优化,将各凹部通道相交处设置为与四个支路平滑过渡的结构,从而有利于引导水流向各支路流动。
优选的,参见图3所示,内筒外壁2的凸部(压型3)上也设置有脱水孔4。
上述方案中,在内筒外壁2的最高点和内筒外壁2的最底点上均设置脱水孔4,在内筒外壁2上形成了由凸起向凹部流动的第一水流以及在由凹部底面流出在凹部上流动清洗的的第二水流,两种水流叠加,从而达到了更加的清洗效果。
优选的,所述的内筒外壁2的凸部与凹部之间平滑过渡,由凸部上的脱水孔4脱出的洗涤水,沿周向流向所述的凹部表面,冲刷所述的凹部。
另一方面,参见图1和图4所示,内筒上的凹凸压型3为若干向内筒内部的四边形凸起构成,各凸起呈行、列排布,相邻列和相邻行的凸起之间的缝隙构成了内筒外壁2上的若干直线形的凸条,所述的脱水孔4设置在内筒外壁上的凹部上(即压型3上,参见图4中的脱水孔4)。
需要注意的是,本发明的各附图不限定压型在内筒的外壁形成为凸部或凹部(或凸起、凹槽),以实施例中的具体描述为准。
实施例四
本实施提供一种洗衣机,其具有上述实施例一至实施例三中的内筒。该洗衣机可以为波轮洗衣机也可以为滚筒洗衣机。为了进一步提高对洗衣机内筒的清洗效果,在该洗衣机的外筒内壁上设置有凸起结构,优选的,所述的凸起结构为纵向排布的多列凸筋结构,凸筋结构为条状结构,各凸筋结构沿外筒内壁的圆周方向上分布;
优选的,所述的凸筋结构与内筒轴线平行设置,或所述的凸筋结构斜向设置与内筒的轴线成一定夹角;
优选的,所述的凸筋结构与内筒的轴线之间的夹角为10°-45°。
所述凸筋结构的底端与外筒的内壁/内筒外壁2连接,凸筋结构沿内筒轴向的两个侧面为从外筒的内壁/内筒外壁2向内逐渐倾斜靠拢的两个斜面,凸筋结构正对内筒外壁2/外筒的内壁的内表面沿轴向的不同高度上与外筒的内壁/内筒外壁2的距离相等。
该凸筋结构被设计为利于拨水,且其两侧面为斜面利于将水流拨动到内筒外壁2上,从而对内筒外壁2进行清洗,达到良好的清洗效果。
本发明的洗衣机内筒,其结构简单,成本低,能够有效实现固内筒的清洁;内筒外壁2的凹部是容易积累污垢的地方,在该处开设通水孔,有利于洗涤水通过该脱水孔4进入所述的凹部,对凹部进行冲刷清洗,从而避免了该凹部成为洗衣机内筒清洗的死角。
本发明中至少在内筒外壁2上的凹部的最低点上设置有脱水孔4,从而有利于清洁该处的污垢,脱水孔4被设置在凹部的最低点上,有利于洗涤水由内筒内部进入该凹部的最低点,从而对凹部的清洗面最广清洗效果好,另一方面,该凹部的最低点是最容易积累污垢的地方,是内筒清洗的死角位置,在该处设置脱水孔4,直接防止了死角的形成。
本发明洗衣机的内筒外壁2的凸部上也设置有脱水孔4,从而在内筒外壁2的最高点和内筒外壁2的最底点上均设置脱水孔4,在内筒外壁2上形成了由凸起向凹部流动的第一水流以及在由凹部底面流出在凹部上流动清洗的的第二水流,两种水流叠加,从而达到了更加的清洗效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机内筒,其筒壁上设置有具有凹部和凸部的凹凸压型,其特征在于,所述内筒的筒壁上设置脱水孔,所述脱水孔对应内筒外壁的凹部设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机内筒,其特征在于,所述的凹凸压型为若干向内筒内部的凸起构成,各凸起构成了内筒外壁的凹部,脱水孔对应所述内筒外壁的凹部设置;或所述的凹凸压型为若干向内筒外部的凸起构成,所述的各凸起之间的缝隙成了内筒外壁上的凹部,脱水孔对应内筒外壁的凹部设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机内筒,其特征在于,所述的凹凸压型为若干向内筒内部的凸起构成,所述的各凸起分别构成了内筒外壁的凹部,每一内筒外壁的凹部上至少设置有一个脱水孔;
    优选的,至少在内筒外壁上的凹部的最低点上设置有脱水孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机内筒,其特征在于,所述的内筒外壁的凹部由底面及连接所述底面与内筒外壁的过渡面构成,所述的过渡面上也设置有脱水孔;
    优选的,所述脱水孔设置在所述过渡面的中部位置上。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种洗衣机内筒,其特征在于,所述内筒外壁的凹部具有在脱水时迎水的迎水侧和背水的背水侧,其中,至少所述的背水侧上设置有脱水孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机内筒,其特征在于,所述的凹凸压型为若干向内筒外部的凸起构成,所述的各凸起之间的缝隙构成了内筒外壁的凹部,所述的脱水孔均匀的设置在所述的各凸起之间的缝隙内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机内筒,其特征在于,所述的凹凸压型为若干向内筒外部的四边形凸起构成,各凸起呈行、列排布,相邻列和相邻行的凸起之间的缝隙构成了内筒外壁上的若干直线形的凹部通道,所述的脱水孔设置在所述直线形的凹部通道上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机内筒,其特征在于,相邻两列的凸起之间形成的凹部通道与相邻两行的凸起之间形成的凹部通道相互垂直相交,所述的脱水孔设置在各凹部通道垂直相交的位置上。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗衣机内筒,其特征在于,内筒外壁的凸部上也设置有脱水孔。
  10. 一种具有权利要求1-9任一所述的洗衣机内筒的洗衣机。
