Description
本发明涉及一种书写工具,尤指一种方便使用,可自动出芯的异轴笔。
如图1所示的“异轴笔”(发明专利号:ZL 98 1 01060.1)是由本案发明人“刘保伸”首创,由于其异轴部B的设计,使笔杆的握持部位和书写端不在同一轴线上,书写时可以在书写端形成一个空间,使用者不用歪着头即可以书写,“异轴笔”被国际媒体及英国著名书写专家及学者和实验证实,“异轴笔”发明构造能有效克服学童握不住笔看不清楚所造成手痛、视力、脊椎等问题,也让一般使用者握笔更为舒适,在历经多年研究及市场经验积累下,又发明「(如图2所示)便于握持的异轴笔,发明专利号:ZL 2014 1 0239723.7」延续及不断创新“异轴笔”功能。新“异轴笔”在设计上让握笔时形成一个挡止作用,书写时手指不会一直往下滑,由于其符合人体工学,可以有效预防孩童书写时身体倾斜及歪着头而导致脊椎侧弯,因此广为市场所欢迎。发明人为改善传统直笔长久无解的握笔问题,已投入20年最黄金的人生岁月,一生致力改变孩子握笔问题而奔走,并花费巨资将“异轴笔”开发成产品也建立YOROPEN成国际品牌。历史以来,我们中华民族有悠久的书写文化,但近代数百年间我们却没有代表我们中华民族对现代书写工具的贡献,因此做为二十年努力的“异轴笔”发明人“刘保伸”,要立志成为全球书写工具大革新并为成就中华民族书写工具的时代改革先锋而努力;经发明人对“异轴笔”不断精进并符合专利保护及促进进步的精神下,特别又感觉“异轴笔”必须在克服书写问题之后,朝更为便利使用做为创作方向进行“异轴笔”再创新,如图2“异轴笔”都是包括笔杆9以及笔盖90。书写时拔开笔盖92置于一旁,却因为体积小极容易丢失,导致只剩笔杆不便收纳及携带,而且有碍多样性和高端书写工具发展。因此发明人一直以来都尝试作更便利的自动出芯的设计,但由于笔芯在异轴部形成弯曲角度,增加了设计的困难性,一直无法成功完成自动出芯设计。
最近发明人在异轴笔的异轴部以及笔芯的结构上作改变,终于突破技术上 的限制,设计出自动出芯的异轴笔,因此又特别提出专利申请,以期在全球发展并造福我们中华民族的每位孩子和全球的书写大众。
发明内容
为了达到异轴笔自动出芯的目的,本发明的技术手段在于:包括一笔端部、一笔杆、一笔芯所构成,该笔杆自其中一端依序设为异轴部、握持部、杆体部,而笔心亦由书写该端依序设为书写端、异轴部、储墨部,其中:
所述笔端部是结合于笔杆的异轴部的一端,该笔端部设有一供笔心的书写端穿置的贯穿槽;另,为保持一笔芯之书写端能顺利滑进笔端部,而特别在笔端部内设一导向斜槽,这才能方便笔芯之异轴部及书写端从笔杆之杆体部装入,其书笔芯的写端藉由导向斜槽顺利穿出笔端部的贯穿槽外使用。
笔端部的轴线X与笔杆的握持部轴线Y呈一夹角;
设一制动总成,其包括一弹性件、一操作部、以及一挡止部,其中,所述挡止部包括分别设置在储墨部、握持部内周壁的二限位凸部,所述弹性件是套设在储墨部外并且限位在二限位凸部之间,操作该操作部即可以使笔芯突出或者缩入。
优选的,笔端部与握持部的二轴线X、Y的夹角为5-25度。
基于相同的自动出芯目的,本发明又提供一种包括一笔端部、一笔杆、一
笔芯所构成,该笔杆自其中一端依序设为异轴部、握持部、杆体部,而笔
心亦由书写该端依序设为书写端、异轴部、储墨部,其中:
笔杆的相对于笔端部的一端设有一凹入的揷槽,设一可拆地结合在揷槽的U盘;
所述笔端部是结合于笔杆的异轴部的一端,该笔端部设有一供笔心的书写端穿置的贯穿槽;
笔端部的轴线X与笔杆的握持部轴线Y呈一夹角;
设一制动总成,其包括一连接环、一螺杆以及一弹性件、二限位凸部,二限位凸部分别设于握持部内周壁、储墨部上,所述弹性件挡止在两限位凸部之间;
所述的连接环是设置在笔杆的杆体部与握持部之间,连接环的其中一端以螺纹与握持部结合,另一端则以可旋转但不能直线位移地与杆体部结合;
所述的螺杆是结合于储墨部自由端,并且该螺杆与杆体部螺接。
此外,本发明另提供一种自动出芯的异轴笔,包括一笔端部、一笔杆、一笔芯所构成,该笔杆自其中一端依序设为异轴部、握持部、杆体部,而笔心亦由书写该端依序设为书写端、异轴部、储墨部,其中:
所述笔端部是结合于笔杆的异轴部的一端,该笔端部设有一供笔心的书写端穿置的贯穿槽;
笔端部的轴线X与笔杆的握持部轴线Y呈一夹角;
设一操作部,其包括一操作管、一连动件、以及一导引套件,该导引套件是结合于杆体部与操作管之间,导引套件与杆体部之间匹配螺接,导引套件与操作管之间则是呈可相互旋转但不能轴向位移地结合,所述操作管与连动件之间相互螺合,该连动件与笔芯之间则以不可轴向位移状相互套接结合,并且连动件外周壁与导引套件之间呈非圆形配合,使两者之间仅能轴向位移但不可相对旋转。
实施上述技术手段以后,本发明通过制动总成的设计,可以操作使笔芯突出或者缩入,从而达到便于携带,防止笔盖丢失的目的。
又,当本发明在笔杆相对于笔端部的一端设有一凹入的揷槽,以供一U盘揷接时,外出既带笔同时又带U盘,便于管理及携带,改善忘了带U盘或者找不到U盘的缺失。

以下配合附图及本发明的优选实施例,进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段。
请参阅至图3-5为本发明的第一实施例,所提供的自动出芯的异轴笔包括一笔端部10、一笔杆20、一笔芯60、一制动总成30。其中,笔芯60包括一书写端601、及一储墨部603,该储墨部603邻书写端601该端设有一异轴部602;
所述笔端部10设有提供笔芯60书写端601穿置的一贯穿槽101,于该贯穿槽101内周壁上设有一弧型导向滑槽102,该导向斜槽102主要是提供笔芯60在装入笔杆20内时,笔芯60书写端601及异轴部602可以被导引经笔杆20异轴部21,并从贯穿槽101中穿出使用,而笔端部10的一端结合于所述的笔杆20;
该笔杆20为中空状,自邻近笔端部10该端起,沿着轴向依序设为一弯曲的异轴部21、一握持部22及一杆体部23,通过该异轴部21将笔端部10与握持部22的二轴线X、Y设置成不在同一直线上,呈一夹角,本实施例当中,笔端部10是利用塑料本身的弹性紧配合卡入或用黏胶、超声波及其方式胶合在异轴部21的一端;
所述制动总成30包括一弹性件31、一操作部32、以及一挡止部33,所述的挡止部33包括一设在笔杆20的中空内部并且在握持部22位置处径向朝中心方向突出的限位凸部302,以及设置在笔芯60的储墨部603径向突出的限位凸部301。所述弹性件31是一压缩弹簧,穿套于笔芯60的储墨部603上并且挡止 于两限位凸部302、301之间。所述的操作部32包括一套置于储墨部603末端的棘齿套管320、一固定管321以及一以紧配合方式套置在棘齿套管320上的操作套管322,所述的固定管321与笔杆20的杆体部23自由端之间以螺纹匹配结合,该固定管321内部可供棘齿套管320及操作套管322穿置,固定管321内周壁与棘齿套管320外表面之间匹配设置棘齿结构,并且固定管321内径小于杆体部23的内径,对棘齿套管320产生限位效果,如图4按压该操作套管322,可以推动笔芯60,从而使弹性件31在两限位凸部302、301之间压缩,放松压制力,配合棘齿结构使笔芯60缩入,以操作笔芯60突出书写/缩入收纳。弹性件31与操作部32的棘齿结构为现有笔具的技术,容不赘述。
在此特别说明,端部10与握持部22的二轴线X、Y的夹角为5-25度,一方面保证了异轴笔的功能,另一方面可以使笔芯60的书写端601可以在笔端部10及异轴部21内部活动;另,为保持一笔芯60之书写端601能顺利滑进笔端部10,而特别在笔端部10设一导向斜槽102,这才能方便笔芯60之异轴部602及书写端601从笔杆20之杆体部23装入,其书写端601藉由导向斜槽
102顺利穿出笔端部10的贯穿槽101外使用。
由图4及图5可知,前述第一实施例当中,操作部32的固定管321与笔杆20的杆体部23呈可拆式的螺纹结合,而笔杆20的异轴部21、握持部22及杆体部23是成型为一体。
图6所示第二实施例,则是将笔杆20的异轴部21A及握持部22A成型为一体,而杆体部23A则与操作部32A的固定管321A成型为一体,杆体部23A与握持部22A之间呈螺纹连接,所述操作部32A的操作套管322A及棘齿套管320是由杆体部23A朝向握持部22A的一端穿置套入。
图7所示为本发明第三实施例,是将异轴部21B及握持部22B设为一体成型,而杆体部23B的两端分别与握持部22B、固定管321B呈可拆的螺纹结合,又本实施例当中体现了将笔芯60B的储墨部603B设为管径较大于异轴部602B该段,使储墨部603B邻近异轴部602B该端直接形成提供挡止弹性件31的限位凸部301B.
如图8所示为第四实施例,是表述在储墨部603C的外周壁上可以进一步套置一导引件80,该导引件80外周缘仅略小于杆体部23C的内周壁,保证笔芯60C在操作过程中可以保持平稳地不弯曲地直线位移。
图9为本发明的第五实施例,前述的制动总成是以按压方式操作笔芯位移,本实施例当中是以旋转方式操作笔芯60D位移,操作部32D是包括一连动件324D、一操作管325D,该操作管325D与杆体部23D之间在环形的周壁上设环形的凹凸配合,使操作管325D与杆体部23之间可以相对旋转,但不产生轴向位移,另于操作管325D内部与连动件324D之间设以螺纹配合,而连动件324D与杆体部23D之间非圆形匹配,使两者之间仅能轴向位移不可相对旋转,因此,当旋转操作管325D时,可以使螺纹结合的连动件324D轴向位移。所述的非圆形配合,如图9-1;9-2;9-3三种状态,是将连动件324D、324E、324F与杆体部23D、23E、23F之间,分别呈1个键与槽配合、2个键与槽配合、或者方形周壁配合,此外,亦可以设计为椭圆形配合、三角形配合等。此外在笔芯60D的储墨部603D与握持部22D的内部周壁之间仍设有一弹性件31D,通过其弹力保持笔芯60D常态朝向连动件324D推抵结合。因此,当旋转操作管325D,即可以操作连动件324D连同笔芯60D直接突出或者缩入,达到自动出芯的目的。此外,本实施例当中,握持部22D及异轴部21D、笔端部10D是一体成型或将握持部22D杆体部23D一体成型或杆体部23D与操作部32D一体成型,另,为保持一笔芯60D之书写端601D能顺利滑进笔端部10,而特别在笔端部10设一导向斜槽102D,这才能方便笔芯60D之异轴部602D及书写端601D从笔杆20D之杆体部23D装入,其书写端601D藉由导向斜槽102D顺利穿出笔端部10D的贯穿槽101D外使用。
前述图9是呈旋转控制方式搭配弹性件的结构设计。图10、11所示本发明第六实施例则是未设置弹性件的旋转操控方式,操作部32E包括操作管325E、连动件324E、以及一导引套件326E,该导引套件326E是结合于杆体部23E与操作管325D之间,导引套件326E与杆体部23E之间是匹配螺接,导引套件326E与操作管325E之间则是呈环形的凹凸配合,使两者之间只能保持相互旋转但不能轴向位移,所述操作管325E与连动件324E周壁之间呈螺纹配合,连动件324E与笔芯60E之间则以不可轴向位移状相互套接结合,并且连动件324E与导引套件326E之间呈非圆形配合,使连动件324E只能轴向位移,其结构设计参考前述图9-1~9-3,也可以是椭圆形或者三角形、多边形配合。当如图10、11所示旋转操作管325E可以使螺接的连动件324E直线位移,从而带动笔芯60E突出或者缩入,达到自动出芯的目的。
图12所示为第七实例,是按压式搭配侧压式的制动总成30F设计,制动总成30F包括弹性件31F、提供弹性件31F限位的挡止部33F,以及一操作部,而操作包括一卡制套管327F、一固定管321F、一操作套管322F、一设置在杆体部23F周壁上的一穿孔329F、一笔夹328F、其中,关于弹性件31F及挡止部33F如前述第一~五实施例,容不赘述。所述固定管321F是与杆体部23螺接,所述笔夹328F是一片具有弹性的片体,其中一端具有一环体,以套置夹设于固定管321F及杆体部23F之间,笔夹328F的另一端则设有一突出的凸部3281,该凸部3281并且揷置于杆体部23F的穿孔329F内。所述卡制套管327F具有一管体,以套接在笔芯60F端部,该卡制套管327F并且套接在操作套管322F上,该卡制套管327F具有一片轴向延伸并且具有复位弹性的片体,于片体上设有突出的钩部3271,该钩部3271可以由杆体部23F内部插卡在穿孔329F内,另于杆体部23F内侧周壁上设有一道与穿孔329F连通并且朝向固定管321F延伸的导引槽3291。如图12所示笔芯60F为突出状时,笔夹328F的凸部3281与卡制套管327F的钩部3271位在穿孔329F内。
当要操作笔芯60缩入时,如图13所示由外部按压笔夹328F,即可以使其凸部3281推抵卡制套管327F的钩部3271,使钩部3271失去挡止之力而落入导引槽3291空间,藉由弹性件31F的弹力推抵,使笔芯60F连同卡制套管327F及操作套管322F位移,钩部3271是沿着导引槽3291位移,至导引槽3291槽底而挡止,使笔芯60F缩入,而此时卡制套管327F。
当要操作笔芯60突出时,如图12所示,由末端轴向按压操作套管322F,使其推顶卡制套管327F连同笔芯60F位移,至卡制套管327F的钩部3271卡入穿孔329F为止。
前述笔端部是利用塑料的特性紧配合结合于异轴部一端。如图14、15所示,为笔端部10G的另一种结合结构。该笔端部10G以松配合方式与异轴部21G结合,再藉由一活扣50结合,该活扣50为片状,其中一侧面的邻近两端处分别设有一定位凸块51与一卡位凸块52,其中该定位凸块51的自由端的外周缘大于其非自由端的外周缘,并且在自由端开设一轴向延伸的剖槽,使其具有可被压缩的弹性。该卡位凸块52的自由端设有一卡扣部521。该定位凸块51卡设在异轴部21G的一卡槽212内,并利用其自由端卡扣于异轴部21G的内侧壁上。而位于活扣50另一端的卡位凸块52卡制在笔头10G的一卡槽113中,并利用 卡扣部521扣设于笔端部10G的内周壁上,于是活扣50紧紧卡设在异轴部21G与笔端部10G上,活扣50设有卡位凸块52的一端可供手指拨开。优选的,进一步于笔端部10G朝向异轴部21G端外周壁设有一径向突出的凸块122,而异轴部21的端口向内凹陷形成有一凹槽211,以与该凸块122匹配,另,为保持一笔芯60G之书写端601G能顺利滑进笔端部10G,而特别在笔端部10G设一导向斜槽102G,这才能方便笔芯60G之异轴部602G及书写端601G从笔杆20G之杆体部23G装入,其书写端601G藉由导向斜槽102G顺利穿出笔端部10G的贯穿槽101G外使用。。
在前述的各实施例的基础上,为了提供便于握持的效果,本发明进一步在异轴部上设置1至3个供手指抵靠的部位。
如图16所示,在异轴部21H上至少设有一可以支持食指的支撑部40、该支撑部40斜向延伸形成在异轴部21H的侧壁上适于食指支撑的位置处,并且与凸起的异轴部21H共同形成一弧面,本优选实施例中包括两支撑部40、40A,该两支撑部40、40A为三角形且互为左右对称,以供使用者握持时提供给左手食指(图17所示)或右手食指(图16)以支撑抵靠,另外也可根据使用者的左、右手握持习惯,仅在对应的位置处设置一个支撑部40供食指抵靠。而支撑部40与异轴部21H的结合方式,在此不作限定,支撑部40可以一体成型为异轴部21H的一部分,由凸起的异轴部21H侧向延伸而成,只要在凸起的异轴部21H的顶缘处可形成一弧面供食指自然抵靠即可。此外,支撑部40也可以是单独制造再以卡扣或者其他结合方式,连结在异轴部21H的一侧。
图18、图19分别表示右手、左手握持的方式,使用时将笔杆20H上端抵靠在虎口处,下端抵靠在中指上,食指的腹部抵靠在对应的支撑部40、40A与凸起的异轴部21H共同形成的弧面上,此时食指对支撑部40、40A施以向下的力用于书写及控制方向,而姆指配合中指将异轴笔扶住,如此便不必像传统笔使用握力将笔握持,本发明仅需食指稍微向下施力,便利即解除用力不当,这能让的手指、肩、颈、臂必免酸痛,也使得握持更为舒适及自然,防滑效果也更好,更让书写视野S清楚,本发明让学童不用弯腰进趋近纸面看书写位置就看清楚书写位置,孩子自己可以轻易找到挺直腰的纾适位置(弯腰是因为孩子握不住笔看不到写字位置的原始肢体本能,传统直笔因为“握不住、看不到“而让孩子肢体本能长期用错了)而避免导致影响视力及避免长期姿势的不正确而造 成脊椎弯曲。
如图20所示本发明第九实施例,本发明亦可以进一步在笔杆20I的异轴部21I相对侧至少设有一提供中指抵靠定位的倾斜的抵靠部43,该抵靠部43设置在笔杆20I上与中指接触的位置处,即笔杆20I上与凸起的异轴部21I相对的一侧的异轴部21I与握持部22I的连接处,图21、23显示该抵靠部43的倾斜方向与右手握持时中指的倾斜方向一致,因此本优选实施例的异轴笔适于右手握持。图22、24所示的抵靠部43A倾斜方向则适于左手握持。在图25所示的实施例中是设有两个左右交叉对称的抵靠部43、43A;或者参阅图26所示,握持部相对的一侧直接形成一片凹入的供中指抵靠的抵靠部43B;又或者如图27所示,在中指抵靠部位直接设置一个一体的心形抵靠部43C。此外,抵靠部的形状亦可以如图28-33所示为蝴蝶形、西红柿形、苹果形、杯子形、带字母的心形、花瓣形或其他的动植物、生活象征物品、任意几何图形、文字或衣物的形状,因此抵靠部的数量与形状可依据需要或喜好设置,只要其形状利于中指抵靠且外形美观即可,其中优选为心形。该抵靠部可一体成型在异轴笔上或选用舒适的软性材料制成,并可分离地镶嵌在异轴笔上,抵靠部与笔杆之间可以匹配地采用凸部及凹部的凹凸配合结合方式。
如图34-37所示,是将抵靠部43C设为可拆地结合在笔杆的握持部与异轴部之间。握持部与异轴部是以螺纹结构螺接,抵靠部43C设有一套环431,以套设于握持部与异轴部之间。图35表示通过旋转套环431,可以调整抵靠部43C的角度、位置。图36、37显示,可以加入巧思创意,将两个不同倾斜方向的抵靠部43D分别设一套环431,两抵靠部43D位置相并时,合为一个爱心。分开时似心碎。
图38所示为本发明第十六实施例,可以将食指的支撑部和中指的抵靠部一体由具有高止滑的软性橡胶化合物构成一个支撑件44,以增加舒适性及止滑性,
图39所示第十七实施例,是设计一个具有高止滑胶套,以套设置在异轴部及握持部上,提供舒适的触感及止滑效果。
为使本发明提供更加多样的用途,如图40-42所示,本发明在前述的各实施例的基础上,进一步在笔端部该端套设一可在触控屏或数位板表面进行触控的触控部100,其可由导电材料制成。优选的,该触控部100是固定在一套座 101上,从而通过该套座101以可拆状结合在笔端部10上,该套座101上设有一朝向笔端部10突出的柱状连接件102,以穿置固定于笔端部10上的一穿孔105。优选的,为了形成更佳的定位效果,在套座101的内周壁上及笔端部10的外周壁上匹配呈凹凸配合。如图40所示,是在套座101的内周壁上设有数个凸点104或者形成一凸环,而笔端部10外周壁上匹配设有凹槽106。其可以操作平板电脑,或者手机屏幕。
又现代人使用U盘的机率极高,却因为U盘体积小不容易找到或者忘了携带而造成困扰。因此,本发明进一步设计一种给合U盘及书写功能的书写工具,如图43-46所示,本发明可以在笔杆20K自由端结合一U盘70,于笔杆20K自由端设一凹入的揷槽71,以及一突出的结合柱72,于结合柱72可以套置一笔夹73,所述揷槽71是由结合柱72端部朝向笔杆20K内部轴向延伸,再将U盘70揷卡于结合柱72上,其可以利用塑料本身的弹性结合固定,也可以进一步在结合柱72的外周壁中段上设置凸部720,而U盘70外壳的内周壁则匹配设有凹槽700,以相应卡扣定位。而所述控制出芯的制动总成30K则包括一连接环34K、一导向环35K,一螺杆36K以及一弹性件31K,其中所述的连接环34K是设置在笔杆20K的杆体部23K与握持部22K之间,连接环34K的其中一端以螺纹与握持部22K结合,另一端则以可旋转但不能直线位移地与杆体部23K结合,所述导向环35K是套设在笔芯储墨部603K与连接环34K之间,并且该导向环35K与连接环34K之间呈非圆形配合,使两者之间只能相对直线位移而不能相互旋转。所述螺杆36K是结合于储墨部603K自由端,该螺杆36K与杆体部23K螺接,而所述弹性件31K挡止在两限位凸部301k、302k之间。当如图45、46所示,旋转杆体部23即可以操作与其螺接的螺杆36K连动储墨部603K,而由于储墨部603K与导向环35K之间为紧配合,因此受到导向环35K只能直线位移的限制,进而使笔芯直线移动出芯或缩入。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以优选实施例披露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,应当可以利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许改变或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (36)
- 一种自动出芯的异轴笔,包括一笔端部、一笔杆、一笔芯所构成,该笔杆自其中一端依序设为异轴部、握持部、杆体部,而笔芯亦由书写该端依序设为书写端、异轴部、储墨部,其特征在于:所述笔端部是结合于笔杆的异轴部的一端,该笔端部设有一供笔芯的书写端穿置的贯穿槽;笔端部的轴线X与笔杆的握持部轴线Y呈一夹角;设一制动总成,其包括一弹性件、一操作部、以及一挡止部,其中,所述挡止部包括分别设置在储墨部、握持部内周壁的二限位凸部,所述弹性件是套设在储墨部外并且限位在二限位凸部之间,操作该操作部即可以使笔芯突出或者缩入。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔端部与握持部的二轴线X、Y的夹角为5-25度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述笔端部内的贯穿槽内形成一利于笔芯放置的导向斜槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述的操作部包括一套置于储墨部末端的棘齿套管、一结合于杆体部自由端的固定管、以及一穿置在固定管内部并且结合在棘齿套管上的操作套管,固定管内周壁与棘齿套管外表面之间匹配设置棘齿结构。
- 根据权利要求2述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:制动总成的操作部是包括一连动件、一操作管,该操作管与杆体部之间以可以相对旋转但不产生轴向位移地结合,另于操作管内部与连动件之间设以螺纹配合,而连动件是套接于笔芯自由端并且连动件的外周壁与杆体部之间呈非圆形匹配,使两者之间仅能轴向位移但不可相对旋转。
- 根据权利要求2所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:操作部包括一卡制套管、一固定管、一设置在杆体部周壁上的穿孔、一笔夹,其中,所述固定管是接合于杆体部自由端,所述笔夹是一片具有弹性的片体,其中一端具有一环体,以套置夹设于固定管及杆体部之间,笔夹的另一端则设有一突出的凸部,该凸部是揷置于杆体部的穿孔,所述卡制套管具有一管体,以套接在笔芯端部,卡制套管受到轴向推力而推动笔芯,该卡制套管具有 一片轴向延伸并且具有复位弹性的片体,于片体上设有突出的钩部,该钩部由杆体部内部插卡在穿孔内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:于杆体部内侧周壁上设有一道与穿孔连通并且朝向固定管延伸的导引槽,所述卡制套管的钩部沿着导引槽位移。
- 根据权利要求7所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:设一操作套管,该操作套管是套接在卡制套管异于笔芯的一端,并且局部轴向突出于固定管。
- 根据权利要求1至8其中任一项所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔杆的异轴部上至少设有一支撑部,该支撑部斜向延伸形成在异轴部的侧壁上适于食指支撑的位置处。
- 根据权利要求9所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述的支撑部设有两个,分别位于异轴部的两侧。
- 根据权利要求1至8其中任一项所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔杆的异轴部相对侧至少设有一提供中指抵靠定位的抵靠部。
- 根据权利要求11所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述的抵靠部设有两个,两抵靠部交叉对称并且与异轴部一体成型。
- 根据权利要求12所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述抵靠部为可拆地结合在笔杆的握持部与异轴部之间,握持部与异轴部是以螺纹结构螺接,抵靠部设有一套环,以套设于握持部与异轴部之间。
- 根据权利要求13所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述抵靠部为两个,并且分别设有一个所述套环,两抵靠部相向倾斜。
- 根据权利要求9所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔杆的异轴部相对侧至少设有一提供中指抵靠定位的抵靠部。
- 根据权利要求15所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述支撑部和抵靠部是一体由具有高止滑的软性橡胶化合物所制成。
- 根据权利要求9所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述支撑部是由高止滑的软性橡胶化合物制成。
- 根据权利要求2所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述笔端部该端套设一可在触控屏或数位板表面进行触控的触控部。
- 根据权利要求18所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:该触控部是固定在一套座上,该套座设有一朝向笔端部突出的柱状连接件,以穿置固定于笔端部上的一穿孔。
- 根据权利要求19所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:套座的内周壁上及笔端部的外周壁上匹配呈凹凸配合。
- 据权利要求9所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述笔端部异轴部之间以一片状的活扣结合,该活扣的一侧设有一定位凸块与一卡位凸块,以分别插卡于异轴部、笔端部的周壁;笔端部朝向异轴部的一端外周壁设有一径向突出的凸块,而异轴部的端口向内凹陷形成有一供凸块插卡的凹槽。
- 一种自动出芯的异轴笔,包括一笔端部、一笔杆、一笔芯所构成,该笔杆自其中一端依序设为异轴部、握持部、杆体部,而笔心亦由书写该端依序设为书写端、异轴部、储墨部,其特征在于:笔杆的相对于笔端部的一端设有一凹入的揷槽,设一可拆地结合在揷槽的U盘;所述笔端部是结合于笔杆的异轴部的一端,该笔端部设有一供笔心的书写端穿置的贯穿槽;笔端部的轴线X与笔杆的握持部轴线Y呈一夹角;设一制动总成,其包括一连接环、一螺杆以及一弹性件、二限位凸部,二限位凸部分别设于握持部内周壁、储墨部上,所述弹性件挡止在两限位凸部之间;所述的连接环是设置在笔杆的杆体部与握持部之间,连接环的其中一端以螺纹与握持部结合,另一端则以可旋转但不能直线位移地与杆体部结合;所述的螺杆是结合于储墨部自由端,并且该螺杆与杆体部螺接。
- 根据权利要求22所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔端部与握持部的二轴线X、Y的夹角为5-25度。
- 根据权利要求22所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述笔端部内的贯穿槽内形成一利于笔芯放置的导向斜槽。
- 根据权利要求23所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:于笔杆自由端设有一突出的结合柱,于结合柱套置一笔夹,所述揷槽是由结合柱端部朝向笔杆内部轴向延伸,所述U盘揷卡于结合柱上。
- 根据权利要求25所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:结合柱的外周壁中段上设有凸部,而U盘则设有与凸部匹配的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求22至26其中任一项所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔杆的异轴部上至少设有一支撑部,该支撑部斜向延伸形成在异轴部的侧壁上适于食指支撑的位置处。
- 根据权利要求27所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述的支撑部设有两个,分别位于异轴部的两侧。
- 根据权利要求23所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述笔端部该端套设一可在触控屏或数位板表面进行触控的触控部。
- 根据权利要求29所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:该触控部是固定在一套座上,该套座设有一朝向笔端部突出的柱状连接件,以穿置固定于笔端部上的一穿孔。
- 根据权利要求30所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:套座的内周壁上及笔端部的外周壁上匹配呈凹凸配合。
- 一种自动出芯的异轴笔,包括一笔端部、一笔杆、一笔芯所构成,该笔杆自其中一端依序设为异轴部、握持部、杆体部,而笔心亦由书写该端依序设为书写端、异轴部、储墨部,其特征在于:所述笔端部是结合于笔杆的异轴部的一端,该笔端部设有一供笔心的书写端穿置的贯穿槽;笔端部的轴线X与笔杆的握持部轴线Y呈一夹角;设一操作部,其包括一操作管、一连动件、以及一导引套件,该导引套件是结合于杆体部与操作管之间,导引套件与杆体部之间匹配螺接,导引套件与操作管之间则是呈可相互旋转但不能轴向位移地结合,所述操作管与连动件之间相互螺合,该连动件与笔芯之间则以不可轴向位移状相互套接结合,并且连动件外周壁与导引套件之间呈非圆形配合,使两者之间仅能轴向位移但不可相对旋转。
- 根据权利要求32所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔端部与握持部的二轴线X、Y的夹角为5-25度。
- 根据权利要求32所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:所述笔端部内的贯穿槽内形成一利于笔芯放置的导向斜槽。
- 根据权利要求32、33或34所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔杆的异轴部上至少设有一支撑部,该支撑部斜向延伸形成在异轴部的侧壁上适于食指支撑的位置处。
- 根据权利要求32所述的自动出芯的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔杆的异轴部相对侧至少设有一提供中指抵靠定位的抵靠部。
