Description

便于握持的异轴笔 技术领域
本发明涉及一种异轴笔,特别涉及一种便于握持的异轴笔。
背景技术
异轴笔多是由不在同一轴线上的一笔杆与一书写端组成,笔杆在靠近书写端的位置处设有握持部,使用者以手部支持在握持部上,控制异轴笔进行书写作业,异轴笔的设计虽然符合人体工学,让使用者可以以自然姿势倾斜握持笔杆,且其书写端仍能与书写面保持垂直,使书写工作顺畅,但是使用者进行握持时必须适当调整握持位置,且握持或书写时可能发生偏转,导致握持动作没有一致性,使用者的握持姿势无法得到固定,难以养成良好的书写习惯。发明人经过多年的研究,发现现有异轴笔的握持结构仍存在很大的改进空间。
发明内容
鉴于现有的异轴笔存在不便于调整握持位置,导致握持动作缺乏一致性的问题,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种便于握持的异轴笔,其具有快速引导手指定位,固定握持姿势且同时适用于左手或右手握持的优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术手段为令该便于握持的异轴笔包括:
一笔头,其呈不规则状并且内部为中空;
一笔杆,其为连接在笔头上的中空长筒状,该笔杆包括一异轴部、一握持部及一后部构造,该异轴部的轴线与握持部的轴线不在同一直线上,而于异轴部邻近握持部该端弯折形成一凸起,该异轴部于设有凸起的另一端套设在笔头上,该握持部连接在异轴部上,该后部构造连接在握持部上;
至少一支撑部,其斜向延伸形成在异轴部的侧壁上适于食指支撑的位置处,并且与异轴部的凸起之间形成一弧面。
优选的,本发明进一步包括至少一供中指抵靠定位的抵靠部,该抵靠部设置在笔杆上与异轴部的凸起相对的一侧,并且位于异轴部与握持部的连接处。
优选的,本发明进一步包括至少一设于笔杆侧边的止滑部,该止滑部是自 笔杆的异轴部连接握持部的一端沿着朝向握持部的方向凸出形成,且凸出的高度与宽度沿着朝向握持部的方向均增加。
优选的,本发明进一步包括一套设于笔头的笔帽,该笔帽呈一端开口而另一端为封闭的中空状,笔帽通过开口套设在笔头上,且笔帽底端设置一可在触控屏或数位板表面进行触控的触控部。
优选的,笔杆上进一步设有一可夹设在衣服口袋上的笔夹,该笔夹是套接于握持部与后部构造之间,该后部构造上设有一U盘,握持部上设有供U盘插卡的插槽。
本发明便于握持的异轴笔可以获得的功效增进有:
(1)支撑部、止滑部与抵靠部的设置可分别用来对食指、拇指与中指进行引导定位,保持每一次的握笔姿势均一致,且可防止书写过程中发生笔杆偏转与手指滑落,有利于培养良好的书写习惯;本发明仅需一根食指向下施力,笔杆则会对拇指施以向上的反作用力,与现有直杆笔需三根手指同时施力相比,更为符合人体工学且止滑效果好;互为左右对称的支撑部、止滑部与抵靠部使得本发明可同时适用于左、右手握持习惯的使用者。
(2)触控部的设置使得本发明可提供作为触控笔使用的多功能用途,与一般的触控笔相比,本发明具有方便握持,符合人体工学且可避免挡住视线的优点。
(3)当后部构造与握持部之间设有相应的U盘及插槽时,可以扩大异轴笔的功能,并且,当将U盘揷置于电脑设备使用以后却忘了拔除时,使用者极易发现笔的一端少了U盘,可以即时将U盘拔除带走,而避免遗漏。

具体实施方式
以下配合附图及本发明的优选实施例,进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段。
参阅图1至图5所示,本发明便于握持的异轴笔包括一笔头10、一笔杆20、一活扣30、一笔帽40、一笔芯50及至少一支撑部60。
该笔头10呈不规则状,并具有一书写端11及一连接端12,该连接端12 的横截面大于该书写端11的横截面,该书写端11开设有一贯穿笔头10的开孔111供笔芯50穿置,该连接端12的外壁上凸出设有一周缘121,该书写端11的外壁上凸出设有一凸块112,该凸块112位于该周缘121的下方并在其上凹设有一卡槽113,该卡槽113邻近开孔111该端的周壁上设有一卡制部1131,以供活扣30卡扣定位(其卡扣方式容后再述)。优选的,该卡槽113与开孔111连通,所述卡制部1131设在卡槽113与开孔111相通该端周壁上。
该笔杆20连接在笔头10的连接端12上,且呈一端开口而另一端为封闭的中空长筒状。该笔杆20包括一异轴部21、一握持部22及一后部构造23,该异轴部21的轴线与握持部22的轴线不在同一直线上,异轴部21邻近握持部22该端弯折形成一凸起,该异轴部21于设有凸起的另一端套设在笔头10上。该异轴部21呈不规则状,且其一端中空内部的形状与笔头10连接端12的形状相配合,该异轴部21套设在连接端12并抵靠在周缘121上,另外可在连接端12的外壁与异轴部21的内壁上设置凸凹配合的凸块与凹槽,以加强连接端12与异轴部21的稳固连接,在本实施例中连接端12的外壁上设有一凸块122,以相应卡扣在异轴部21端口的一凹槽中。该异轴部21的一侧向内凹陷形成有一凹槽211,凹槽211上开设有一连通异轴部21中空内部的卡槽212。该握持部22连接在异轴部21的另一端,以供使用者握持,该后部构造23连接在握持部22上。其中异轴部21、握持部22及后部构造23三者的连接可采用一体成型的方式,也可采用螺纹螺合的方式,在本实施例中异轴部21与握持部22是一体成型,异轴部21自握持部22一端侧向延伸形成,握持部22与后部构造23连接的一端设有螺纹,对应地在后部构造23的内壁上设有配合的螺纹,握持部22与后部构造23利用螺纹连接。
该活扣30为片状,在其一侧的邻近两端处分别设有一定位凸块31与一卡位凸块32,其中该定位凸块31的自由端的外周缘大于其非自由端的外周缘,并且在自由端开设一轴向延伸的剖槽,使其具有可被压缩的弹性。该卡位凸块32的自由端设有一卡扣部321。该定位凸块31卡设在异轴部21的卡槽212中,该卡位凸块32卡制在笔头10的卡槽113中,同时该卡扣部321卡制在卡槽113的卡制部1131上,进而使活扣30贴靠在异轴部21的凹槽211中,于是活扣30紧紧卡设在异轴部21与笔头10上,以加强笔头10与笔杆20的稳固连接,活扣30设有卡位凸块32的一端可供手指拨开。
该笔帽40呈一端开口而另一端为封闭的中空状,且其开口端中空内部的形状与笔头10的书写端11的形状相配合,以供笔帽40套设在笔头10的书写端11上,另外可在书写端11的外壁与笔帽40的内壁上设置凸凹配合的凸块与凹槽,以加强笔头10与笔帽40的稳固连接。笔帽40的开口端沿朝向封闭端的方向凹设有一贯通笔帽40中空内部的缺口41,供活扣30的供手指拨开的一端容置。
参阅图4所示,该笔芯50穿置在笔头10与笔杆20的中空内部,并且用于书写的一端穿出笔头10的开孔111,另一端则抵顶在笔杆20的后部构造23的封闭端。
参阅图5至图7所示,需要替换笔芯50时,首先将笔帽40从笔头10上拆下,拨开活扣30,使卡位凸块32的卡扣部321脱离卡制部1131,即可以将笔头10连同笔芯50与笔杆20分离,取出笔芯50替换,而活扣30的定位凸块31则利用其弹性保持卡制在卡槽212当中。更换笔芯之后,将笔杆20的异轴部21套设在笔头10的连接端12上,将活扣30的卡位凸块32重新插卡在卡槽113当中即可定位。因此,其拆换笔芯相当方便快速。
请再参阅图1至图3所示,至少一支撑部60,其斜向延伸形成在异轴部21的侧壁上适于食指支撑的位置处,并且与凸起的异轴部21共同形成一弧面,本优选实施例中包括两支撑部60,该两支撑部60为三角形且互为左右对称,以供使用者握持时提供给左手食指或右手食指以支撑抵靠,另外也可根据使用者的左、右手握持习惯,仅在对应的位置处设置一个支撑部60供食指抵靠。而支撑部60与异轴部21的结合方式,在此不作限定,或者支撑部60一体成型为异轴部21的一部分,由凸起的异轴部21侧向延伸而成,只要在凸起的异轴部21的顶缘处可形成一弧面供食指自然抵靠即可。
参阅图8、10、12所示,是以不同的角度呈现右手握持的使用情形,使用时将笔杆20上端抵靠在虎口处,下端抵靠在中指上,拇指和食指辅助握持以控制笔的方向,食指的腹部抵靠在对应的支撑部60与凸起的异轴部21共同形成的弧面上,此时食指对支撑部60施以向下的力(如图中箭头所示),异轴笔则对拇指施以向上的反作用力,如此便可有效防止拇指下滑,相较于普通的直杆笔需拇指、食指、中指三个手指均向下用力握持笔杆,笔杆本身对手指的反作用力也常常不足以避免手指下滑,本发明仅需食指稍微向下施力,使得握持更 为舒适,防滑效果也更好;另一方面,相较于握持现有的异轴笔时需非常刻意地将食指抵靠在凸起的异轴部21,本发明支撑部60的设计将使食指的抵靠更为自然及舒适。如图9、11、13则是以不同角度呈现左手握持的使用情形,是以左手食指自然地抵靠在支撑部60与凸起的异轴部形成的弧面上,由于优选实施例是设有相对的两支撑部60,因此,左、右手均可适用。
由于本发明的活扣30是设在笔杆20的异轴部21的前侧,且两支撑部60互为左右对称设置,使用左、右手握持笔杆20时均可使食指得到支撑,因此,不论是左手或者右手使用者在握持时,均不会碰触到活扣30,亦可适用不同握持习惯的使用者。
参阅图14所示,本发明便于握持的异轴笔可进一步在笔杆20两侧适于握持的位置处设置有至少一供拇指抵靠的止滑部70,以防止出汗时拇指从笔杆20上滑落,具体来说该止滑部70是自笔杆20的异轴部21连接握持部22的一端沿着朝向握持部22的方向凸出形成,且凸出的高度与宽度沿着朝向握持部的方向均增加,使该止滑部70形成楔形,该止滑部70上斜向设置有多条防滑凸纹71。止滑部70可由橡胶等软性材料制成,并可分离地镶嵌在原位置上,其可以是在止滑部70与笔杆20相向该侧匹配地相互插卡,譬如在止滑部70上设有突部,而笔杆20上匹配设有凹部,或者反向设计。或者可以将止滑部70设为以黏胶胶粘在笔杆20表面。又或者将止滑部70与笔杆设为一体成型,其设在笔杆上的方式并不限制。
参阅图15所示的右手握持情形,以及图16所示的左手握持情形,不论是右手或者左手握持,均是提供食指抵靠在支撑部60与凸起的异轴部之间形成的弧面上,而拇指自然地则握持在与该支撑部60不同侧的止滑部70上,食指对支撑部60施以向下的力(如图中向下箭头所示),异轴笔则通过止滑部70对拇指施以向上的反作用力(如图中向上箭头所示),同时由于止滑部70的设置增加了拇指与异轴笔之间的接触面积,因此只要使拇指轻松抵撑在止滑部70上便可有效防止拇指下滑。另外由图15与图16可知,只要设置位置相错的一支撑部60与一止滑部70即可使用,达到便于握持及防滑的目的。
参阅图17至图19所示,本发明便于握持的异轴笔可进一步设有至少一倾斜的抵靠部80,该抵靠部80设置在笔杆20上与中指接触的位置处,即笔杆20上与凸起的异轴部21相对的一侧的异轴部21与握持部22的连接处,由图18 的局部第三角投影可知,该抵靠部50表面呈凹入状,供中指抵靠定位。在本优选实施例中设有一个抵靠部80,该抵靠部80的倾斜方向与右手握持时中指的倾斜方向一致,因此本优选实施例的异轴笔适于右手握持。在图20所示的实施例中是设有两个左右交叉对称的抵靠部80,该两抵靠部80交叉形成蝴蝶形;或者参阅图21所示,直接设置一个一体的心形抵靠部80,另外该一体的抵靠部80的形状可如图22A-F所示分别为蝴蝶形、西红柿形、苹果形、杯子形、带字母的心形、花瓣形或其它的动植物、生活象征物品、任意几何图形、文字或衣物的形状,因此抵靠部80的数量与形状可依据需要或喜好设置,只要其形状利于中指抵靠且外形美观即可,其中优选为心形。该抵靠部80可一体成型在异轴笔上或选用舒适的软性材料制成,并可分离地镶嵌在异轴笔上,抵靠部80与笔杆之间可以匹配地采用凸部及凹部的凹凸配合结合方式。
参阅图23与图24所示,为使异轴笔方便携带并可以夹在衣服口袋上,本发明可在笔杆20上进一步设有一笔夹90,该笔夹90具有一套环91与一夹设部92,该套环91为圆环形,该夹设部92为长条形,夹设部92通过一横杆93结合在套环91上,该笔夹90通过该套环91套设在握持部22的顶端或后部构造23的底端,优选地,该环套91套设在握持部22顶端的一凹环22上。为了使本发明的笔夹90同时适用于左、右手握持习惯的使用者,该笔夹90的环套91在内壁上凸设有一凸条911,对应地在笔杆20的握持部22顶端外壁上对应于两止滑部70的位置处分别沿轴向凹设有一凹条222,该两凹条222互为左右对称,该凸条911根据不同的握持习惯选择性地卡设在对应的凹条222中:参阅图25与图27所示,使用右手握持时,该凸条911卡设在异轴笔左侧(以使用者的方向看)的凹条222中,并与左侧的止滑部70对应;参阅图26与图28所示,使用左手握持时,可以将笔夹90更换套设位置,使该凸条911卡设在异轴笔右侧的凹条222中,并与右侧的止滑部70对应,如此不论左手还是右手握持,均可使笔夹90位于拇指上方而不会影响握笔,同时笔夹90的方位调整简便而准确。
参阅图29至图33所示,在本发明的优选实施例八中,笔帽40的缺口41不但可以供活扣30的供手指拨开的一端容置,而且缺口41的宽度与笔夹90的横杆93的宽度相匹配,而可夹设在横杆93上,使得本发明的笔帽40不但可以套设在笔头10上,而且在与笔头10分离后可夹设在笔夹90上,而夹设部92的顶端伸入笔帽40的中空内部,可避免笔帽40丢失。
参阅图34至图38所示,为使本发明便于握持的异轴笔提供更加多样的用途,在异轴笔的笔帽40底端凸设一可在触控屏或数位板表面进行触控的触控部100,其可由导电材料制成。在图34至图36所示的实施例中,该触控部100通过一连接件101设置在笔帽40的底端,该连接件101的一端卡制在笔帽40的中空内部的底端,并将笔帽40的中空内部的底端封闭,而连接件101的另一端连接触控部100,因此本发明可提供作为触控笔的功能。
在图37与图38所示的实施例中,该笔帽40包括一内壳42与一外壳43,该内壳42呈一端开口而另一端为封闭的中空状,内壳42通过该开口端套设在笔头10上,内壳42的上端内周壁设有数道凸出的卡扣部421,以卡固于笔头上,内壳42的封闭端延伸形成有一柱状连接件422,并且该连接件422设有一剖槽423及至少两卡制凸块424,该剖槽423径向贯穿连接件422周壁并且轴向延伸,使连接件422周壁具有可被压缩的空间及弹性。而该卡制凸块424凸设在连接件422设有剖槽423该段的外周壁上,卡制凸块424相对于连接件422凸出的高度沿着远离内壳42封闭端的方向逐渐减小,并且卡制凸块424与内壳42的封闭端有一段间距。该外壳43呈两端开口的中空状,其套设在内壳42外,外壳43内壁上的两相对侧分别径向凸出形成有一卡抵块431,使外壳43的中空内部在该卡抵块431处形成一缩口432,并且该缩口432的宽度小于连接件422设有卡制凸块424该处的最大外周围尺寸,另于外壳43顶部设有一凸柱433,而内壳42上设有供该凸柱433穿置的孔。
该触控部100呈一端开口而另一端为封闭的中空状,并且其开口小于连接件422的最大外周围尺寸,触控部100由软性的导电材料制成,并在靠近顶端的外壁上开设有两卡制槽101,该卡制槽101连通触控部100的中空内部,并且可供卡抵块431插卡。组装时,先将触控部100安装于外壳43的卡制块431上,然后将外壳43套设在内壳43上,并且使内壳42的连接件422穿过两卡制块431之间的缩口432,穿置时利用倾斜的卡制凸块424形成导引作用,并使连接件422内缩变形而穿过缩口之后,连接件422利用弹性撑开而使卡制凸块424的顶面则抵顶在两卡抵块431的底面上,进将卡制块431及触控部100的顶部夹制于卡制凸块424与内壳42底部之间。
当本发明作为触控笔进行触控时,可采用一般的异轴笔握持方式,握持正向的笔杆,或者可参阅图39及图40所示,握持倒置的笔杆,将异轴笔的异轴 部21置于下方,将笔杆20上端抵靠在虎口处,此时,食指定位握持在抵靠部80上,中指抵靠在支撑部60及异轴部21上,触控部100的底面可完全接触触控屏,触控部100与触控屏之间进行的是微小的面接触。
本发明便于握持的异轴笔不但可以装设前述实施例中的具有弯折的笔芯50,也可以装设多个可移动的小型铅笔芯将本发明转变为免削铅笔,参阅图41与图42所示,该免削铅笔包括一笔头10A、一笔杆20、一活扣30及多个笔芯50A。该笔杆20的中空内部设有一空心笔筒24,该笔筒24为两端具有开口的直筒并在一端的两相对侧壁上分别设有一凸块241,笔杆20的后部构造23的两端均不封闭,远离握持部22的一端具有一开孔231,笔杆20的其它结构及活扣30的结构与本发明实施例一的结构相同。该笔芯50A容置在笔筒24中,笔芯50A的最大直径稍小于笔筒24的直径,于是多个笔芯50A可刚好呈直线排列地套设在笔筒24的中空通道内,最前端的笔芯50A抵顶在笔筒24的凸块241上,而后部构造23的开孔231的最小直径则略小于笔芯50A的最大直径,使笔芯50可以弹性迫入开孔231,同时笔芯50A也不会从开孔231中掉落。该笔头10A为中空状,其中空内部被一隔板13分隔为一第一通道14与一第二通道15,其中该第一通道14位于笔杆20的异轴部21凸起的一侧并与异轴部21的中空内部连通,该第二通道15位于笔杆20设有笔筒24的一侧,第一通道14具有一卡槽141、一开孔142及一挡块143,该卡槽141是供活扣30的卡位凸块32卡制,该开孔142位于笔头10A的前端,开孔142的直径稍小于笔芯50A的最大直径以使一笔芯50A以弹性紧迫的方式紧卡设在开孔142中,该挡块143垂直形成在隔板13上并朝向第一通道14延伸,当一笔芯50A卡设在开孔142中时,其末端抵顶在挡块143上。第二通道15套设在笔筒24的一端,且第二信道15的中空信道与笔筒24的中空通道连通,第二通道15具有一开孔151及一设置在外壁上的凸块152,该凸块152匹配嵌设在异轴部21端口的一凹槽中,笔头10A通过活扣30与凸块152而结合在笔杆20上。参阅图43所示,当笔头10A上的笔芯50A需要替换时,将该笔芯50A从笔头10A的开孔142中取下,然后通过后部构造23的开孔231插入笔筒24,笔筒24中的多个笔芯50A则会被推动朝着第二通道15开孔151的方向移动,最终有一笔芯50A从开孔151中掉落,将该掉落的笔芯50A插设在开孔142中即可完成换芯动作,整个过程不需要拆开活扣30及笔杆20,简单快速。
为了使该免削铅笔便于握持,可在其上设置支撑部60、止滑部70、抵靠部80及笔夹90,在图44所示的实施例中,是在异轴部21的对称的左右两侧分别设有一支撑部60;在图45所示的实施例中,是在笔杆20的对称的左右两侧分别设有一支撑部60及一止滑部70;在图46所示的实施例中,是在笔杆20的对称的左右两侧分别设有一支撑部60,及在笔杆20上与中指接触的位置处设有一抵靠部80;在图47所示的实施例中,是在笔杆20的对称的左右两侧分别设有一支撑部60及一止滑部70,并在笔杆20上与中指接触的位置处设有一抵靠部80;在图48所示的实施例中,是在笔杆20的对称的左右两侧分别设有一支撑部60,及在笔杆20的握持部22与后部构造23之间设有一笔夹90;在图49所示的实施例中,除了设有支撑部60、止滑部70、抵靠部80及笔夹90,还在笔帽40底端设有一触控部100,其中支撑部60、止滑部70及抵靠部80的数量可依据需要在笔杆20的对称的左右两侧分别一个,或只在相对应的一侧设置一个。
本发明便于握持的异轴笔的支撑部60、止滑部70与抵靠部80可单独设置,或两两组合设置,也可三者同时设置;并且可在异轴笔上同时左右对称地设置两个,也可针对左、右手握持习惯的使用者而仅在相对应的一侧设置一个。
前述实施例当中是将抵靠部80以及握持部22、异轴部21设为一体,其亦设为可分离状,请参阅图50、51,将笔杆20A的握持部22A、异轴部21A由邻近支撑部60呈可拆装的结构设计,所述支撑部60设于该异轴部21A上。该握持部22A及异轴部21A之间设有互相匹配的螺杆210与螺孔(图中未显示),该螺杆210可以是设于握持部22A或者异轴部21A,螺杆210外径小于异轴部21A,所述抵靠部80A是设于一套环81A上,该套环81A可套设在该螺杆210上。使用时可以如图51所示依使用者所需而调整抵靠部80A的位置。此外,如图52所示,可以设有二个对合的抵靠部80B、80C,两抵靠部80B、80C分别设于一套环81B、81C上,二抵靠部80B、80C对合呈心型,分开就如破碎的心,一方面有其创意,另一方面亦可依使用者需要而调整其位置。
如图54所示为本发明另一种帽盖40A的剖面图,是将软胶状的触控部100A以胶黏方式粘在连接件422A以及外壳43A上,而非采用前述的卡扣结构。该软胶状的触控部100A的一端设有一供连接件422A穿置的穿孔,该连接件422A并且深入触控部100A的中空内部,其目的可以避免使用时施力过大而致使软胶状的触控部100A过度变形。
如图55、56所示,所述的后部构造23B可以安装一U盘230B,而握持部22B朝向后部构造23B该端为封闭状并且设有一突出的套接部223B,于该套接部223B中间设有一轴向延伸入握持部22B的插槽224B,而所述的笔夹90A是以其套环91A套接在套接部223B上,于套环91A的内周壁上亦设有径向凹入并且轴向延伸的插槽910A,所述设于后部构造23B上的U盘230B即可相应插卡于笔夹90A以及握持部22B上的插槽910A、223B固定,形成一带有U盘的异轴笔,不仅方便携带,亦不容易丢失。
如图57所示,透过现代新技术三维打印或采用热弯后加工方式,可将笔杆20S笔头10S及异轴部21S以一体成型方式完成,而笔芯50S可则采强迫插入进该等结构。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以优选实施例披露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,应当可以利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许改变或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (39)

  1. 一种便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于包括:
    一笔头,其呈不规则状并且内部为中空;
    一笔杆,其为连接在笔头上的中空长筒状,该笔杆包括一异轴部、一握持部及一后部构造,该异轴部的轴线与握持部的轴线不在同一直线上,而于异轴部邻近握持部该端弯折形成一凸起,该异轴部于设有凸起的另一端套设在笔头上,该握持部连接在异轴部上,该后部构造连接在握持部上;
    至少一支撑部,其斜向延伸形成在异轴部的侧壁上适于食指支撑的位置处。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:进一步包括至少一供中指抵靠定位的抵靠部,该抵靠部设置在笔杆上与异轴部的凸起相对的一侧,并且位于异轴部与握持部的连接处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:包括两个呈不同方向倾斜并且结合为一体的抵靠部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔杆的握持部与异轴部呈可拆装状,所述支撑部设于该异轴部上,该握持部及异轴部之间至少套设一套环,该套环上设有所述的抵靠部。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4项任一项所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:每一抵靠部表面呈凹入状。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:包括两套环以及二抵靠部,两抵靠部可对合成一心型。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3项任一项所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:进一步包括至少一设于笔杆侧边的止滑部,该止滑部是自笔杆的异轴部连接握持部的一端沿着朝向握持部的方向凸出形成,且凸出的高度与宽度沿着朝向握持部的方向均增加。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:该笔头具有一贯穿的开孔、一书写端及一连接端,该连接端的横截面大于该书写端的横截面,连接端的外壁上凸出设有一周缘,该异轴部套设在连接端并抵靠在周缘上,该笔头的外壁上凸出设有一凸块,该凸块上凹设有一连通开孔的卡槽,该异轴部的一侧开设有一连通异轴部中空内部的卡槽;
    设一片状活扣,该活扣在一侧的邻近两端处分别设有一定位凸块与一卡位凸块,以分别卡设在异轴部的卡槽与笔头的卡槽中,并且活扣的其中一端呈可供手指拨开的状态。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:进一步包括一套设于笔头的笔帽,该笔帽呈一端开口,并且通过开口套设在笔头上,笔帽另一端设置一可在触控屏或数位板表面进行触控的触控部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:该笔帽包括一内壳与一外壳,该外壳呈两端开口的中空状,其套设在内壳外;
    该触控部朝向笔帽该端呈开口的中空状,且该端穿入外壳内契接或粘合。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔杆上进一步设有一可夹设在衣服口袋上的笔夹。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:该后部构造上设有一U盘,握持部上设有供U盘插卡的插槽。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:该支撑部与异轴部的凸起之间形成一弧面。
  14. 一种便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于包括:
    一笔头,其呈不规则状并且内部为中空;
    一笔杆,其为连接在笔头上的中空长筒状,该笔杆包括一异轴部、一握持部及一后部构造,该异轴部的轴线与握持部的轴线不在同一直线上,而于异轴部邻近握持部该端弯折形成一凸起,该异轴部于设有凸起的另一端套设在笔头上,该握持部连接在异轴部上,该后部构造连接在握持部上;
    至少一供中指抵靠定位的抵靠部,该抵靠部设置在笔杆上与异轴部的凸起相对的一侧,并且位于异轴部与握持部的连接处。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:包括两个呈不同方向倾斜并且结合为一体的抵靠部。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:笔杆的握持部与异轴部呈可拆装状,该握持部及异轴部之间至少套设一套环,该套环上设有所述的抵靠部。
  17. 根据权利要求14至16项任一项所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:每一抵靠部表面呈凹入状。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:包括两套环以及二抵靠部,两抵靠部可对合成一心型。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:至少包括一支撑部,其斜向延伸形成在异轴部的侧壁上适于食指支撑的位置处。

  23. 根据权利要求14所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:进一步包括一套设于笔头的笔帽,该笔帽呈一端开口,并且通过开口套设在笔头上,笔帽另一端设置一可在触控屏或数位板表面进行触控的触控部。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的便于握持的异轴笔,其特征在于:该笔帽包括一内壳与一外壳,该外壳呈两端开口的中空状,其套设在内壳外;
