图1是一种波纹管的结构图,该波纹管与用在手指、脚趾、腿或胳膊等需要辅助康复运动的机构相配合,波纹管内部中空,通过控制波纹管内的气压,迫使波纹管做拉伸和压缩运动,从而使需要康复运动的关节在波纹管的拉伸和压缩运动的带动下进行被迫运动;波纹管材质是高压聚乙烯(HDPE)或乙烯 (EVA)。
图2是波纹管的剖面图,由图可知,波纹管是由波峰和波谷相间组成的软管,每个波峰的顶角e和波谷的底角f相等,所以相邻的两个波峰同一方向上的边g和h平行,角e和角f等于90度时,波纹管的压缩性能和拉伸性能相等;角e和角f都是锐角时,角e和角f如果由锐角被拉直到平角,其拉伸空间较大,但拉伸阻力也会很大,由于受到波纹管材质和拉伸角度过大的影响,在角e和角f变成平角时波纹管会出现不能回复原状的现象,相反,如果对波纹管进行压缩,因为角e和角f由锐角压缩变成0度角,相对容易,由一个波峰、两个波谷围成的三角形,因为顶角波峰为锐角,这个三角形的顶角刚度较小,两个波谷被压缩时就相对容易,此时压缩性能大于拉伸性能;角e和角f都是钝角时,角e和角f由钝角变成平角相对容易,由一个波峰、两个波谷围成的三角形,因为顶角波峰为钝角,这个三角形的顶角刚度较大,两个波谷被压缩时就不容易被压缩,此时波纹管的拉伸性能大于压缩性能;对于本专利,如果患者骨骼弯曲变形,不能伸直,需要由弯曲变伸直,波纹管工作状态是由弯曲原始状态到压缩状态,要求波纹管压缩性能大于拉伸性能;如果患者肢体处于伸直状态,不能弯曲,那需要波纹管初始状态对应于患者肢体伸直状态,患者肢体弯曲时,波纹管需要被拉伸,这时角e和角f都是钝角,角e和角f由钝角到平角(拉直状态)遇到的阻力较小,比较容易实现;
图2中角e和角f都是锐角,波纹管压缩性能大于拉伸性能,适用于患者肢体处于弯曲状态,需要伸直的情况;波峰和波谷之间的高度差,即峰高i越大,波纹管的压缩性能越好,但在波纹管外径D固定不变时,峰高i越大,内径d越小,会影响波纹管的充气量;波纹管的厚度t数值太大会影响其拉伸和压缩性能,厚度t与波纹管承受的气体压力有关,气体压力越大,厚度t也越大,图2 中用于辅助手指运动的波纹管的厚度为0.5毫米。
为了防止波纹管在压缩时,即波纹管内的气体压力变低时,波纹管两端内陷,在波纹管两端进行强度加强处理,在末端底部中间增加了厚度为l的凸台,最后一节波峰宽度由t增加为k,在端面上增加了倒角m,这使得波纹管末端的强度增加,在波纹管内的气压降低时,波纹管末端不会内陷,影响使用效果;波纹管首端第一节波峰宽度也由t增加为k,端面上增加了圆弧面,这使得波纹管内的气压降低时,波纹管首端不会内陷。
图3是波纹管用手指辅助件上的结构图,图3中3为波纹管,2为手指关节康复运动辅助件,其包括橡胶件21、小支架22、中支架23和大支架24;小支架22、中支架23和大支架24均固定在橡胶件21上,波纹管3用小支架22、中支架23和大支架24加以固定。如果患者手指是弯曲的,在波纹管里充入平压气体时,将图3中的手指辅助件佩戴在患者手指上,此时使波纹管内的气压降低,波纹管进行压缩变成伸直状态,带动着患者手指由弯曲逐渐伸直,重复进行这个动作,患者手指就可以被动进行康复训练。
当然波纹管还可以应用在其他情况下,如辅助患者由僵直状态进行弯曲训练、腰部、腿和胳膊的关节康复训练,这时的波纹管的直径、厚度、长度可能根据应用情况的不同而有所不同。
控制波纹管内气体压力的设备是一切能够完成吸气、压缩和排气的设备,如电动气泵、手动气泵、脚动气泵等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,对本发明而言仅仅是说明性的,而非限制性的。本专业技术人员理解,在本发明权利要求所限定的精神和范围内可对其进行许多改变,修改,甚至等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种波纹管,其特征在于,所述波纹管是由若干波峰和若干波谷相间连接成的内部中空的管,所述波纹管的末端的端面中间设置有凸台,所述凸台的厚度大于所述波纹管的厚度,所述波纹管首端的第一节和末端的最后一节均是波峰,首端的第一节波峰和末端的最后一节波峰的宽度均大于所述波纹管的厚度,防止所述波纹管内的气压降低时,所述波纹管的末端和首端内陷。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的波纹管,其特征在于,所述波纹管的末端的端面上设置有倒角,防止所述波纹管内的气压降低时,所述波纹管的末端和首端内陷。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的波纹管,其特征在于,所述波纹管的首端的端面上设置有圆弧面,防止所述波纹管内的气压降低时,所述波纹管的末端和首端内陷。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一所述的波纹管,其特征在于,所述波纹管波峰的顶角和波谷的底角相等。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的波纹管,其特征在于,所述波纹管波峰的顶角为锐角时,所述波纹管的压缩性能大于拉伸性能。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的波纹管,其特征在于,所述波纹管波峰的顶角为钝角时,所述波纹管的压缩性能小于拉伸性能。
