Abstract

一种可兼容一次性光纤针(8)的可剪断激光手柄结构,包括激光手柄(7)、螺杆套(5)、壳体(4)和笔尖(2),其中螺杆套(5)固定套装于激光手柄(7)上,壳体(4)可移动地套装于螺杆套(5)上,笔尖(2)可拆卸地安装于壳体(4)的前端;采用可剪断光纤针(3)时,可剪断光纤针(3)经由笔尖(2)伸出,且可剪断光纤针(3)的伸出部分长度通过移动前壳体(41)调整,采用一次性光纤针(8)时,笔尖(2)卸下,一次性光纤针(8)直接套装于激光手柄(7)头端。该可兼容一次性光纤针(8)的可剪断激光手柄结构能够适用一次性光纤针(8)和可剪断光纤针(3),更换简单方便,并且光纤不易折断。

Description

可兼容一次性光纤针的可剪断激光手柄结构 技术领域
本发明涉及激光医疗器械领域,具体地说是一种可兼容一次性光纤针的可剪断激光手柄结构。
背景技术
在激光医疗器械领域,现有技术中主要有两种光纤针治疗方式,一种是采用一次性光纤针进行治疗,每次用完扔掉即可,这种方式既节省时间,又容易操作,但成本比较贵,比较浪费,另一种是采用可剪断光纤针进行治疗,这种方式的光纤大都采用裸光纤,一整根光纤可以剪断很多次,极大的节省了成本,其运动方式是裸光纤穿过激光手柄内芯并相对激光手柄移动伸出一段距离,然后再通过机械结构抱死,伸出的裸光纤随用随剪,当露出的裸光纤不够用时,再放开裸光纤相对激光手柄移动重新伸出一段距离,再随用随剪,该方式优点是结构简单,容易操作,成本低,缺点是裸光纤没有保护,伸出过程中容易被折断或拉断,另外还有一些可剪断光纤针采用的是类似壁纸刀式结构,通过向前推动滑动的方式使光纤伸出并随用随剪,这种光纤不是裸光纤,有保护层,光纤不易折断,但是该结构体积较大(笔长且粗),长时间手持比较累,而且光纤针可剪断的距离相对前一种也较短,另外上述两种结构都不可兼容一次性光纤针使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可兼容一次性光纤针的可剪断激光手柄结构,能够适用一次性光纤针和可剪断光纤针,更换简单方便,并且光纤不易折断。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种可兼容一次性光纤针的可剪断激光手柄结构,包括激光手柄、螺杆套、壳体和笔尖,其中所述螺杆套固定套装于所述激光手柄上,所述壳体可移动地套装于所述螺杆套上,所述笔尖可拆卸地安装于所述壳体的前端;
采用可剪断光纤针时,所述可剪断光纤针经由所述笔尖伸出,且所述可剪断光纤针的伸出部分长度通过移动所述壳体调整;采用一次性光纤针时,所述笔尖卸下,所述一次性光纤针直接套装于所述激光手柄头端。
所述激光手柄包括手柄主体和柄座,所述螺杆套固定套装于所述激光手柄的手柄主体上。
所述螺杆套包括前端的螺杆部和后端的光杆部,所述壳体包括固连在一起的前壳体和后壳体,其中前壳体与所述螺杆套前端的螺杆部螺纹配合,后壳体套设于所述光杆部上。
所述笔尖上设有光纤针套管。
本发明的优点与积极效果为:
1、本发明可适用一次性光纤针和可剪断光纤针,且更换简单方便。
2、本发明由于手柄座尾部连接的光纤外部可以采用PVC铠装管保护,所以可以避免裸光纤容易折断的缺点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述。
如图1~2所示,本发明包括激光手柄7、螺杆套5、壳体4和笔尖2,其中所述激光手柄7包括手柄主体72和柄座71,所述螺杆套5固定套装于所述手柄主体72上,所述壳体4套装于所述螺杆套5上,且旋拧所述壳体4,所述壳体4便可沿着所述螺杆套5移动,所述笔尖2可拆卸地安装于所述壳体4的前端,在所述笔尖2上设有光纤针套管1。本实施例中,所述笔尖2后端与所述壳体4的前端为螺纹连接,旋拧所述笔尖2即可将笔尖2卸下。
如图1所示,所述螺杆套5包括前端的螺杆部51和后端与所述柄座71相抵的光杆部52,所述壳体4包括螺纹固连在一起的前壳体41和后壳体42,其中前壳体41与所述螺杆套5前端的螺杆部51螺纹配合,后壳体42套设于所述光杆部52上,旋拧所述前壳体41,即使所述前壳体41和后壳体42一起移动,且所述后壳体42保证不会露出内部的螺杆套5。
本发明的工作原理为:
如图1所示,当采用可剪断光纤针3时,先卸下笔尖2,并旋拧所述壳体4向后移动,露出激光手柄7的手柄主体72头端,然后将可剪断光纤针套6与手柄主体72头端连接,而可剪断光纤针3由笔尖2上的光纤针套管1穿出,然后将笔尖2重新安装在壳体4上,再旋拧所述壳体4向前移动到合适位置,使可剪断光纤针3露出一定长度并开始随用随剪,当可剪断光纤针3露出长度不够用时,旋拧所述壳体4向后移动,重新露出一段可剪断光纤针3,继续随用随剪,整个过程中,只有壳体4移动,可剪断光纤针3不发生移动。
如图2所示,当采用一次性光纤针8时,卸下笔尖2,旋拧所述壳体4向后移动至合适位置,露出激光手柄7的手柄主体72头端,并将一次性光纤针8的针套81直接安装在所述手柄主体72头端,即可开始工作,使用完后拆下所 述一次性光纤针8即可。
所述可剪断光纤针3和一次性光纤针8的结构均为本领域公知技术,另外所述手柄主体72头端和可剪断光纤针3或者一次性光纤针8之间可通过卡扣、螺纹连接、自锁接口等多种形式快速连接和更换,此为本领域公知技术。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种可兼容一次性光纤针的可剪断激光手柄结构,其特征在于:包括激光手柄(7)、螺杆套(5)、壳体(4)和笔尖(2),其中所述螺杆套(5)固定套装于所述激光手柄(7)上,所述壳体(4)可移动地套装于所述螺杆套(5)上,所述笔尖(2)可拆卸地安装于所述壳体(4)的前端;
    采用可剪断光纤针(3)时,所述可剪断光纤针(3)经由所述笔尖(2)伸出,且所述可剪断光纤针(3)的伸出部分长度通过移动所述壳体(4)调整;采用一次性光纤针(8)时,所述笔尖(2)卸下,所述一次性光纤针(8)直接套装于所述激光手柄(7)头端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可兼容一次性光纤针的可剪断激光手柄结构,其特征在于:所述激光手柄(7)包括手柄主体(72)和柄座(71),所述螺杆套(5)固定套装于所述激光手柄(7)的手柄主体(72)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可兼容一次性光纤针的可剪断激光手柄结构,其特征在于:所述螺杆套(5)包括前端的螺杆部(51)和后端的光杆部(52),所述壳体(4)包括固连在一起的前壳体(41)和后壳体(42),其中前壳体(41)与所述螺杆套(5)前端的螺杆部(51)螺纹配合,后壳体(42)套设于所述光杆部(52)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可兼容一次性光纤针的可剪断激光手柄结构,其特征在于:所述笔尖(2)上设有光纤针套管(1)。
