背景技术
咖啡作为世界三大饮品之一,具有消除疲劳、美容皮肤、利尿除湿和减肥等功效,现如今咖啡越来越受到人们的喜爱。咖啡粉与水的比例和咖啡的萃出率均会影响咖啡的口感,咖啡的萃出率受到冲泡时间的影响,因此在滴滤咖啡的制作过程中,操作者需要实时称量注水的总重量,以此为依据调整自己的注水速率。现在人们通常在分享壶底部放置一台普通的电子秤,用来称量已滤出咖啡液的重量,以此来作为注水总重量。当前电子秤称量注水总重量的方法存在以下问题:
在制作滴滤咖啡时,水注入与滤出的过程有时间差和流量差,实时称量的已滤出咖啡液的重量要小于实时的注水总重量,误差较大;咖啡粉、咖啡滤纸自身也有吸水特性,注水总重量与已滤出咖啡液重量这两个数据并不相等。因此,用现有的电子秤称量的已滤出咖啡液的重量代替注水总重量,以此为依据计算咖啡浓度、调节注水速率时会存在很大的误差,影响咖啡的口感。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种咖啡专用电子秤,它能够准确的称量出实时的注水总重量,减少咖啡浓度计算和注水速率调节过程中的误差,保证咖啡的口感。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种咖啡专用电子秤,包括电子秤,所述电子秤包括底座,所述底座内部 设置主控芯片,所述主控芯片上设置导线,所述底座上设有第一称量装置和第二称量装置,所述第二称量装置上设置手冲架,所述手冲架上设置过滤装置,所述第一称量装置和第二称量装置分别与主控芯片导线连接,所述底座外壁上设置操作面板,所述操作面板与主控芯片导线连接。
所述第一称量装置包括第一压力传感器,所述第一压力传感器顶部设置秤盘,所述第二称量装置包括第二压力传感器,所述第二压力传感器顶部设置托板,所述托板与手冲架插接。
所述底座底部中心位置设置凸台,所述第一压力传感器与凸台顶部固定连接,所述第二压力传感器与底座底部固定连接。
所述第一压力传感器与托板顶部固定连接,所述第二压力传感器与底座底部中心位置固定连接。

制作αml咖啡液包括以下步骤:
S1:将过滤装置装填咖啡粉,并将容器放置于电子秤上,对第一显示屏和第二显示屏清零;
S2:将80~100℃的水倒入过滤装置,通过第一显示屏获得实时滤得咖啡液量,通过第二显示屏获得实时注水总量;
S3:当第二显示屏的数值到达αml~(α+5)ml时,减缓倒水速度或静置 10~30S继续倒水,当第一显示屏的数值到达αml,即得咖啡液。
对比现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型设置两组称量装置,将手冲架设置在第二称量装置上,以此使过滤装置中存留的咖啡液被称量在内,过滤装置中存留的咖啡液重量与第一称量装置得到的已滤出咖啡液重量相加,实时得到准确的注水的总重量,减小咖啡浓度计算和注水速率调节过程中的误差。
2、本实用新型第一称量装置包括第一压力传感器,第一压力传感器顶部设置秤盘,分享壶放置在秤盘上实时称重,从而实时得到已滤出咖啡液的重量,第二称量装置包括第二压力传感器,第二压力传感器顶部设置托板,托板作为连接与支撑机构与手冲架插接,从而使第二称量装置能够将过滤装置中的存留咖啡液的重量计算在内,从而实时得到准确的注水总重量和已滤出咖啡液的重量两个数据,以此作为参考计算咖啡浓度、调整注水速率,起到减少计算误差,保证咖啡口感的效果。
3、本实用新型底座底部中心位置设置凸台,第一压力传感器固定在凸台顶部,以此称量分享壶中已滤出咖啡液的重量,第二压力传感器固定在底座底部,用来称量过滤装置中存留水分的重量,通过主控芯片对两个数据的处理,使两个数据相加得到注水总重量,以此实时获得精确的注水总重量,同时获得已滤出咖啡液的重量,以此作为参考计算咖啡浓度、调整注水速率,起到减少计算误差,保证咖啡口感的效果。
4、本实用新型第二压力传感器固定在底座底部中心位置,托板位于第二压力传感器上方,第一压力传感器固定在托板顶部,第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器采用串联结构,第一压力传感器测得分享壶中已滤出咖啡液的重量,第二压力传感器测得分享壶中已滤出咖啡液的重量和过滤装置中存留的水的重 量,即注水总重量,以此获得精确的注水总重量,同时获得已滤出咖啡液的重量,以此作为参考计算咖啡浓度、调整注水速率,起到减少计算误差,保证咖啡口感的效果。
5、本实用新型手冲架底部设置插入端,托板侧面设置插孔,插孔与插入端相配合。通过插入端与插孔的配合,将手冲架固定在托板上,底座侧面设置第一开口,秤盘侧面设置第二开口,第一开口和第二开口作为插入端与插孔配合的通道。采用插接的方式,使手冲架能够更稳固的与托板连接,防止因为手冲架固定不牢而晃动,从而影响称量结果,在保证了易于操作的前提下,能够得到精确的注水总重量,使咖啡浓度的计算误差更小,更准确的调整注水速率。
6、本实用新型操作面板上设置第一显示屏和第二显示屏,分别对注水总重量和已滤出咖啡液的重量进行显示,使注水总重量和已滤出咖啡液的重量两个数据简洁明了的展现出来。
7、本实用新型插孔内设置微动开关,微动开关与第二称量装置和主控芯片导线连接,当手冲架插入端与插孔配合稳固后,触发微动开关,使第二称量装置与主控芯片线路接通,进行称量过滤装置中存留水的重量,若手冲架插入端并未完全插入插孔,即手冲架插入端与插孔配合不稳定,则不会触发微动开关。

为将注水总重量和已滤出咖啡液的重量两个数据简洁明了的展现出来,所述操作面板8上设置第一显示屏18和第二显示屏19,所述第一显示屏18显示已滤出咖啡液的重量,所述第二显示屏19显示注水总重量,使注水总重量和已滤出咖啡液的重量两个数据的显示简洁明了。
更进一步的,所述插孔15内设置微动开关,所述微动开关与第二称量装置5和主控芯片3导线连接,当手冲架插入端14插入插孔15后接触微动开关,从而触发微动开关,使第二称量装置5与主控芯片3之间线路接通,进行称量过滤装置中存留水的重量,说明手冲架6牢固的固定在托板12上,当插入端14从插孔15中取出时,微动开关在弹簧作用下自动断开,第二称量装置5与主控芯片3之间线路断开,第二称量装置不再进行称量作业。微动开关的设置用来检测手冲架6与托板12的连接是否稳定,从而保证咖啡冲泡过程中的安全,且使称量过程中的数据更具有代表性。
使用方法:
本实用新型在使用时,首先将电子秤1安放好,调整好手冲架6的位置,使手冲架6与第二称量装置5稳固连接,将过滤装置7准备完毕,然后将磨好的咖啡粉置于过滤装置7中,将准备接取已滤出咖啡液的分享壶放置在第一称量装置4上,使其位于过滤装置7正下方,最后通过操作面板8调整好电子秤1的状态。做好准备工作后,开始向过滤装置中注入开水,第一称量装置4和第二称量装置5分别将各自的电信号传输至主控芯片3,主控芯片3将电信号转换 为数字信号,并对数字信号进行处理,然后主控芯片3通过导线将数字信号反馈到操作面板,在注水的过程中,随时关注操作面板8上注水总重量和已滤出咖啡液的重量两个数值,以便随时调整注水速率,当注水总重量达到理论数值后,停止注水。
实施例1:
本实用新型所述一种咖啡专用电子秤,包括电子秤1,所述电子秤1包括底座2,所述底座2作为电子秤1各元件的载体,可以采用金属材质也可以采用塑料材质,本实施例采用金属板材冲压成型。所述底座上设置主控芯片3,所述主控芯片3上设置导线,所述主控芯片3作为控制单元,将电信号转换成数字信号,并对数字信号进行处理。所述底座上设有第一称量装置4和第二称量装置5,所述第二称量装置5上设有手冲架6,所述手冲架6上设置过滤装置7。本实施例中过滤装置为漏斗和滤纸,漏斗放置在手冲架上,滤纸与漏斗内壁相接触。所述第一称量装置4和第二称量装置5分别与主控芯片3导线连接。所述底座2底部中心位置设置凸台13,所述第一称量装置4包括第一压力传感器9,所述第一压力传感器9采用螺栓固定在凸台13顶部,所述第一压力传感器9顶部设置称盘托架,所述称盘托架与第一压力传感器9采用螺栓连接,所述称盘托架顶部设置秤盘10,所述称盘托架和秤盘10销钉连接。所述第二称量装置5包括第二压力传感器11,所述第二压力传感器11螺栓固定在底座2底部,所述第二压力传感器11顶部设置托板12,所述第二压力传感器11与托板12螺栓连接,所述秤盘10距离底座2底面高度大于托板12距离底座2底面高度,以保证托板12不会接触到分享壶,从而干扰第一称量装置4的称量结果。所述托板12侧面设置插孔15,所述插孔15内设置微动开关,所述微动开关与第二称量装置5和主控芯片3导线连接,所述手冲架6底部设置插入端14,所述插入端14呈 楔形,所述插入端14与手冲架6均采用金属材质,所述插入端14与手冲架6焊接,所述底座2侧面设置第一开口16,所述秤盘侧面设置第二开口17,所述插入端14穿过第一开口16和第二开口17与插孔15相配合。所述底座2外壁上设置操作面板8,所述操作面板8与主控芯片3导线连接,所述操作面板8上设置开关键、背光键和清零键,所述操作面板8上设置第一显示屏18和第二显示屏19,本实施例中,所述主控芯片3将第一称量装置4和第二称量装置5传递的电信号转换为数字信号,并对数字信号进行加法运算,得到注水总重量,所述第一显示屏18显示已滤出咖啡液的重量,所述第二显示屏19显示注水总重量。本实施例的有益效果在于:本实施例通过设置两组称量装置,分别实时称量出已滤出咖啡液的重量和过滤装置7中存留咖啡液的重量,并通过相加运算实时得到精确的注水总重量,从而更准确的调整注水速率,减少咖啡浓度计算时的误差。
实施例2:一种滴滤咖啡冲泡方法。
使用如实施例1所述的咖啡专用电子秤,用于冲泡500ml咖啡,具体步骤如下:
在过滤装置内装好滤纸,并将咖啡杯放置在电子秤上,对第一显示屏和第二显示屏进行清零。
将研磨好的咖啡粉填充在滤纸内,此时第二显示屏读数为咖啡粉的重量,称量咖啡粉的重量,使其为50g。
将第二显示屏再次清零,并将90℃的热水均匀的注入过滤装置内,通过第一显示屏实时的获得滤得咖啡液量,通过第二显示屏实时的获得注水总量。
当第二显示屏的数值到达500g时,静置10秒后,缓慢加入热水使第一显示屏的数值到达490g时,停止注水继续等待咖啡滴滤,待第一显示屏的数值为 500g,即得咖啡液。
使用如实施例1所述的咖啡专用电子秤,用于冲泡200ml咖啡,具体步骤如下:
在过滤装置内装好滤纸,并将咖啡杯放置在电子秤上,对第一显示屏和第二显示屏进行清零。
将研磨好的咖啡粉填充在滤纸内,此时第二显示屏读数为咖啡粉的重量,称量咖啡粉的重量,使其为18g。
将第二显示屏再次清零,并将85℃的热水均匀的注入过滤装置内,通过第一显示屏实时的获得滤得咖啡液量,通过第二显示屏实时的获得注水总量。
当第二显示屏的数值到达205ml时,减慢注水速度至第一显示屏的数值到达100ml时,停止注水即得咖啡液。
上述滴滤咖啡冲泡方法实施例中所涉及的工具、材料等,若无特别说明,均为现有技术中已有的常规工具、材料,可通过正规商业途径获得。所涉及的咖啡粉、水的用量及比例,若无特别说明,均为现有技术中的常规用量、方法。
