进一步地,阻尼块具有配置为优弓形的本体部和自所述本体部的平面侧向外延伸出的突起部;
所述本体部的曲面侧开设有条形方孔,所述条形方孔配置成自所述曲面侧的横向中心位置向内延伸至所述优弓形的圆心的后侧,以卡接在所述卡接部的外周侧;
所述突起部配置成由两个镜像对称的部分劣弓形组成,并形成与所述本体部的平面侧相重合的基面和与所述本体部的曲面侧平滑连接的凸曲面;
所述突起部内部镂空部,所述镂空部具有与所述突起部仿形的轮廓。
进一步地,每个所述盒体上均设置有竖直向上延伸的转轴管和与所述转轴管同轴设置的竖直向下延伸的管状阻尼卡孔;
所述转轴可转动地设置在所述多个盒体的所述转轴管内,且使其上所述多个卡接部分别嵌入在所述多个盒体的所述阻尼卡孔内;以及
所述阻尼卡孔的内壁上开设有至少一个凹进部,并配置成与所述阻尼块的所述突起部相配合。
进一步地,所述阻尼块的高度为所述盒体高度的1/6至1/4;以及
所述盒体的长度为所述阻尼块的所述本体部直径的14至18倍,其宽度为所述阻尼块的所述本体部直径的6至8倍。
进一步地,每个所述盒体均包括其上形成有所述多个蛋槽的主体和环绕在所述主体周侧的周壁;
所述主体配置成其后段的宽度小于其前段,以使其前段和后段的连接处呈阶梯状;
所述周壁配置成其位于所述主体后侧的后壁和位于所述主体的后段左右两侧的后部侧壁的上端缘低于其前壁的上端缘、高于所述主体的上表面,以及其位于所述主体前侧的前壁和位于所述主体的前段左右两侧的前部侧壁的高度相等且不小于所述主体高度的2倍。
进一步地,所述的储物装置还包括:
支撑架,具有用于支撑所述多个盒体的底板和自所述底板的后端缘向上竖直延伸的后背板;其中
所述底板上具有第一限位部,以安装所述转轴;
所述后背板具有自其左右端缘向前延伸出的侧板,以形成开口向前的凹槽;且
所述凹槽配置成,当所述主体的后段位于所述凹槽内时,所述侧板与所述主体的前段和后段的所述连接处抵靠。
进一步地,所述的储物装置还包括:
瓶座,位于所述储物装置的顶部,其下表面设置有与所述第一限位部相对的第二限位部,以共同固定所述转轴。
进一步地,所述的储物装置还包括:
多个卡爪,分别设置在所述多个盒体的所述主体的前段和后段的连接处;和
多个卡槽,间隔设置在所述支撑架的所述侧板的前端,并分别和所述多个卡爪配合;
所述卡爪和所述卡槽配置成,当所述主体的后段位于所述凹槽内时,所述卡爪插入并卡接在所述卡槽内,以阻止所述盒体转动;以及
当所述卡爪处于卡接在所述卡槽的状态时,所述卡爪可受控继续朝向所述卡槽内部挤压以自所述卡槽脱离,从而允许所述盒体继续转动。
进一步地,本发明还提供一种冰箱,其包括箱体、门体以及根据以上任一所述的储物装置,且所述储物装置安装于所述门体的内壁。
本发明的储物装置通过设置与多个盒体分别配合的多个阻尼块,能够在盒体旋转打开或关闭的过程中可以随时停止,保证盒体的在开关过程中的平稳转动,从而方便用户取放鸡蛋,且提高了这种易碎蛋类在转动的盒体内的稳定性。
进一步地,本发明的对适用于蛋架转轴的阻尼块与蛋架盒体的体积比进行限定,从而使得具有特定形状和体积的阻尼块可为适用于冰箱的多层蛋架的盒体提供最适当的弹性作用力,以使其能够实现更加平稳的转动。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱用储物装置1的示意性结构图。图2是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱用储物装置1的示意性分解图。参见图1和图2,储物装置1包括多个盒体10、连接多个盒体10的转轴20和多个阻尼块30。每个盒体10上均开设有多个用于容纳鸡蛋的蛋槽100。转轴20上间隔设置有多个卡接部21,以使多个盒体10沿转轴20的轴向方向间隔且可转动地分别连接在多个卡接部21上。多个阻尼块30配置成分别卡接在多个卡接部21的外侧,且位于盒体10与卡接部21之间,以使盒体10在绕转轴20转动时可随时静止在任意转动位置。
多个盒体10形成可旋转打开的多层蛋架结构,适用于设置在多种冷藏冷冻装置上。冷藏冷冻装置一般可包括其内限定有储物空间的箱体和打开或关闭储物空间的门体。储物装置1尤其适用于安装于门体的内壁上,以节约箱体内的储物空间,且便于用户安全取放鸡蛋。
本发明的储物装置1通过设置与多个盒体10分别配合的多个阻尼块30,能够在盒体10旋转打开或关闭的过程中可以随时停止且保持静止,保证盒体10的在开关过程中的平稳转动,从而方便用户取放蛋类,且提高了这种易碎蛋类在转动的盒体10内的稳定性。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的转轴20和阻尼块30的示意性结构图。图4是根据本发明一个实施例的阻尼块30的示意性俯视图。
参见图3和图4,在本发明的一些实施例中,阻尼块30具有配置为优弓形的本体部31和自本体部31的平面侧向外延伸出的突起部32。本体部31的曲面侧开设有条形方孔310,条形方孔310配置成自曲面侧的横向中心位置向内延伸至优弓形的圆心的后侧,以卡接在具有方形截面轮廓的卡接部21的外周侧,以增大阻尼块30与卡接部21的接触面积,使得阻尼块30能够牢固固定在转轴20上。突起部32配置成由两个镜像对称的部分劣弓形组成,并形成与本体部31的平面侧相重合的基面和与本体部31的曲面侧平滑连接的凸曲面。突起部32内部具有镂空部320,镂空部320具有与突起部32仿形的轮廓。
具体地,卡接部21的周侧为方形,并与阻尼块30的条形方孔310相配合,以固定阻尼块30。参加图4,阻尼块30配置成大致为圆盘状,其周侧具有一凸起(也即是突起部32)。突起部32的镂空部320在盒体10转动时与其相互挤压并产生形变。
不同于一些较为惯用的被配置成具有齿牙齿盘等多齿结构的阻尼构件,本发明突破性地将阻尼块30的设置配置为具有较为平滑的凸起的圆盘状,并创造性地在突起部32开设镂空部320,以使突起部32受外力压缩时产生较大形变(相对于实体阻尼构件)以减弱摩擦阻力,在保证其可提供转动体(也即是盒体10)为保持转动稳定、易于控制所需必要阻力的同时,延缓阻尼块30磨损,延长其使用寿命,且使盒体10的转动过程更为顺畅,并能够更加平稳地 随时停止以及保持静止。
图5是根据本发明一个实施例的盒体10的示意性结构图。图6是根据本发明一个实施例的盒体10自另一角度观察的示意性结构图。
参见图5和图6,在本发明的一些实施例中,每个盒体10上均设置有竖直向上延伸的转轴管110和与转轴管110同轴设置的竖直向下延伸的管状阻尼卡孔120。转轴20可转动地设置在多个盒体10的转轴管110内,且使其上多个卡接部21分别嵌入在多个盒体10的阻尼卡孔120内。阻尼卡孔120的内壁上开设有至少一个凹进部,并配置成与阻尼块30的突起部32相配合。
具体地,凹进部可以为两个,且沿阻尼卡孔120周侧间隔设置,以对盒体10的不同转动位置进行定位。
在本发明的一些实施例中,阻尼块30的高度为盒体10高度的1/6至1/4。盒体10的长度为阻尼块30的本体部31直径的14至18倍,其宽度为阻尼块30的本体部31直径的6至8倍。
发明人通过对冰箱用蛋架的结构受力的深入研究,根据蛋架尺寸以及其上可放置鸡蛋的数量及重量,创造性地对适用于蛋架转轴20的阻尼块30与蛋架盒体10的尺寸比例进行限定,从而使得具有特定形状和体积的阻尼块30可为适用于冰箱的多层蛋架的盒体10提供最适当的弹性作用力,以使其能够实现更加平稳的转动。
参见图3,在本发明的一些实施例中,每个盒体10均包括其上形成有多个蛋槽100的主体11和环绕在主体11周侧的周壁12。主体11配置成其后段的宽度小于其前段,以使其前段和后段的连接处呈阶梯状。
进一步地,周壁12配置成其位于主体11后侧的后壁和位于主体11的后段左右两侧的后部侧壁的上端缘低于其前壁的上端缘、高于主体11的上表面,以及其位于主体11前侧的前壁和位于主体11的前段左右两侧的前部侧壁的高度相等且不小于主体11高度的2倍。
也即是,高于主体11的部分侧壁可对放置在蛋槽100内的鸡蛋起到保护作用,且可将盒体10内的鸡蛋和冰箱的其他储物空间相隔开,保证鸡蛋及冰箱储藏空间的干净。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图2,储物装置1还包括支撑架40。具有用于支撑多个盒体10的底板41和自底板41的后端缘向上竖直延伸的后背板42。底板41上具有第一限位部,以安装转轴20。后背板42具有自其左右端缘向前延伸出的侧板,以形成开口向前的凹槽。凹槽配置成,当主体11的后段位于凹槽内时,侧板与主体11的前段和后段的连接处抵靠。
也即是,盒体10的周壁12和支撑架40的后背板42共同将放置鸡蛋的主体11环绕在其二者限定出的方形管状的空间内,进一步地增加了储物装置1使用的安全性。
进一步地,支撑架40还可包括加强板60,加强板60包括设置在支撑架40用于安装转轴20的底板41下方的底部加强件和与底部加强件一体成型的、位于支撑架40后背板42后侧的后部加强件。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图2,储物装置1还包括瓶座50。瓶座50位于储物装置1的顶部,其下表面设置有与第一限位部相对的第二限位部,以共同固定转轴20。
也即是,具有多个盒体10的蛋架结构可安装于瓶座50的下方,以形成一个复合式储物装置1,增强储物装置1的实用性。进一步地,瓶座50还可用作多层盒体10的上盖,以和多层盒体10的周壁12以及支撑架40的后背板42共同将多层盒体10的主体11容纳在一个封闭空间内,增强盒体10的安全性。
图7是根据本发明一个实施例的自锁装置在锁定状态下的示意性局部结构图。图8是根据本发明一个实施例的自锁装置在解锁状态下的示意性局部结构图。
参见图7和图8,在本发明的一些实施例中,储物装置1还包括多个卡爪61和多个卡槽62。多个卡爪61可分别设置在多个盒体10的主体11的前段和后段的连接处。多个卡槽62可间隔设置在支撑架40的侧板的前端,并分别和多个卡爪61配合。卡爪61和卡槽62共同配置成,当主体11的后段位于凹槽内时,卡爪61插入并卡接在卡槽62内,以阻止盒体10转动打开。进一步地,当所述卡爪处于卡接在所述卡槽的状态时,所述卡爪可受控继续朝向所述卡槽内部挤压以自所述卡槽脱离,从而允许所述盒体继续转动。
具体地,每个卡槽62内可设置有一个按压开关63。卡爪61、卡槽62和按压开关63可共同形成自锁结构,在盒体10转动至关闭位置时,卡爪61直接插入至卡槽62内,与按压开关63卡接,将盒体10和支撑架40相互锁住,确保蛋架在关闭时处于锁止状态,并保证蛋架在冰箱门关闭过程中不会由于关门力的作用移位。当用户需要将取放鸡蛋时,可按压盒体10外侧,将盒体10向支撑架40挤压,此时卡爪61可将卡槽62内的按压开关63顶开,从而顺利自卡槽62内脱离,以使盒体10能够恢复至可自由转动的状态。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的储物装置,包括:
    多个盒体,每个所述盒体上均开设有多个用于容纳鸡蛋的蛋槽;
    转轴,其上间隔设置有多个卡接部,以使所述多个盒体沿所述转轴的轴向方向间隔且可转动地分别连接在所述多个卡接部上;以及
    多个阻尼块,配置成分别卡接在所述多个卡接部的外侧,且位于所述盒体与所述卡接部之间,以使所述盒体在绕所述转轴转动时可随时静止在任意转动位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的储物装置,其中,
    阻尼块具有配置为优弓形的本体部和自所述本体部的平面侧向外延伸出的突起部;
    所述本体部的曲面侧开设有条形方孔,所述条形方孔配置成自所述曲面侧的横向中心位置向内延伸至所述优弓形的圆心的后侧,以卡接在所述卡接部的外周侧;
    所述突起部配置成由两个镜像对称的部分劣弓形组成,并形成与所述本体部的平面侧相重合的基面和与所述本体部的曲面侧平滑连接的凸曲面;
    所述突起部内部镂空部,所述镂空部具有与所述突起部仿形的轮廓。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的储物装置,其中,
    每个所述盒体上均设置有竖直向上延伸的转轴管和与所述转轴管同轴设置的竖直向下延伸的管状阻尼卡孔;
    所述转轴可转动地设置在所述多个盒体的所述转轴管内,且使其上所述多个卡接部分别嵌入在所述多个盒体的所述阻尼卡孔内;以及
    所述阻尼卡孔的内壁上开设有至少一个凹进部,并配置成与所述阻尼块的所述突起部相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的储物装置,其中,
    所述阻尼块的高度为所述盒体高度的1/6至1/4;以及
    所述盒体的长度为所述阻尼块的所述本体部直径的14至18倍,其宽度为所述阻尼块的所述本体部直径的6至8倍。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的储物装置,其中,
    每个所述盒体均包括其上形成有所述多个蛋槽的主体和环绕在所述主体周侧的周壁;
    所述主体配置成其后段的宽度小于其前段,以使其前段和后段的连接处呈阶梯状;
    所述周壁配置成其位于所述主体后侧的后壁和位于所述主体的后段左右两侧的后部侧壁的上端缘低于其前壁的上端缘、高于所述主体的上表面,以及其位于所述主体前侧的前壁和位于所述主体的前段左右两侧的前部侧壁的高度相等且不小于所述主体高度的2倍。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的储物装置,还包括:
    支撑架,具有用于支撑所述多个盒体的底板和自所述底板的后端缘向上竖直延伸的后背板;其中
    所述底板上具有第一限位部,以安装所述转轴;
    所述后背板具有自其左右端缘向前延伸出的侧板,以形成开口向前的凹槽;且
    所述凹槽配置成,当所述主体的后段位于所述凹槽内时,所述侧板与所述主体的前段和 后段的所述连接处抵靠。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的储物装置,还包括:
    瓶座,位于所述储物装置的顶部,其下表面设置有与所述第一限位部相对的第二限位部,以共同固定所述转轴。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的储物装置,还包括:
    多个卡爪,分别设置在所述多个盒体的所述主体的前段和后段的连接处;和
    多个卡槽,间隔设置在所述支撑架的所述侧板的前端,并分别和所述多个卡爪配合;
    所述卡爪和所述卡槽配置成,当所述主体的后段位于所述凹槽内时,所述卡爪插入并卡接在所述卡槽内,以阻止所述盒体转动;以及
    当所述卡爪处于卡接在所述卡槽的状态时,所述卡爪可受控继续朝向所述卡槽内部挤压以自所述卡槽脱离,从而允许所述盒体继续转动。
  9. 一种冰箱,其包括箱体、门体以及根据权利要求1所述的储物装置,且所述储物装置安装于所述门体的内壁。
